The objective of this paper is to provide an overview of the coastal zone managment system in the USA , France, Netherlands and Korea with an emphasis on the present state and problem of coastal zone management . Based on each country's experience , environmental techniques and methodologies has provided valuable information that can be used to carry out future , similar enacts laws of caastal zone management . The problem an dthe posture of the costal zone management of Korea are presented and a matter necessary for managing the coast and the problem in the future are presented.

최근, 청소년 도박문제가 심각해지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 인구사회학적 특성 및 도박특성을 살펴보고, 향후 도박참여의향에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국도박문제관리센터에서 실시한 2018년 청소년 도박문제 실태조사의 자료를 활용하여 중학생 10,228명을 대상으로 𝑥² 및 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성 중, 성별, 학년, 용돈, 부모의사소통은 향후 도박참여의향과 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 도박특성 중 도박심각성 및 지출 인식, 도박참여빈도, 도박참여시간, 도박비용, 추격행동경험, 문제도박 수준이 향후 도박참여의향과 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 학년, 도박심각성인식, 도박빈도, 추격행동, 문제도박수준이 향후 도박참여의향 확률을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 중학생의 도박문제에 대한 예방 및 개입방안에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors on the characteristics of youth gambling addiction to develop the youth gambling prevention program. The data was collected by using questionnaire, from Oct 2010 to Dec 2011. Of the 2,400 surveys distributed, 2,301 were collected and 2,286 of those were used for analysis after eliminating 15 with insufficient responses. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, there were some differences on the future gambling intention and the internet addiction by gender, grade, pocket money, experience in the illegal gambling site visits and gambling experience. Students who experience in the illegal gambling site visits were represented relatively higher on the future gambling intention and the internet addiction. Second, the overall experience in the illegal gambling site visits is 6.9%, while 23.2% of the total respondents were found to be the experience of gambling. Third, the future gambling intention, irrational gambling beliefs and the internet addiction were found have positive correlation with each other.

1980년대 이후로 현재까지 수학적 문제해결은 수학교육학의 주요 연구 주제 중의 하나로 자리매김하고 있다. 초창기에는 문제 그 자체에 대한 연구, 학습자들이 문제를 해결하는 방법 및 메타인지에 대한 연구, 교수학습 방법에 대한 연구 등 다양한 방법에서 연구가 진행되었으며, 최근 들어서는 문제해결을 통한 수학교육 및 모델링을 통한 문제해결이 연구자들의 관심을 끌고 있다. 이처럼 문제해결과 관련된 연구주제들은 변하면서도 지속적으로 연구자들의 관심을 끌고 있다. 따라서, 수학적 문제해결 영역에서 미래에 어떤 주제들이 더 연구될 필요가 있는지를 델파이를 기법을 통해서 알아보았다.

Concordance of high school courses of mathematics and physics is a long-known and still-unsolved problem, at least in Russia. Lyceum "Physical-Technical High School" exists for more than 20 years and endeavors to solve this problem. During this work, Lyceum teachers worked out certain ideology of educational content as well as methods of teaching specific topics. Textbooks and workbooks have been written for the Lyceum students by the Lyceum teachers (or in collaboration with them). This article reports on the cumulate experience of the Lyceum in mathematical education of future physicists.

This paper considers the problem of equipment replacement A equipment replacement problem is treated in a thchnological development environment. Our model assumes that the costs associated with the presently available thchnology and future technology is known, but the appearance times of future technology is uncertain. A cost model is presented, and method is suggested for finding the optimal operating time for replacement A numerical example is shown.

In TWBP new uncertainty will be increased. Risk management is risen to a important problem. Vesting contract makes market Players trade at fixed price in TWBP early stages. In the case of advanced country, market players manage risk with a future contract. When a risk management method moves from vesting contract to future contract, it may have to use together two contracts for schedule period. In this paper, risk management strategy that use vesting contract and forward contract at the same time is proposed.

본 연구는 인간을 다른 생명체와 동일한 차원에서 바라보는 인간주의 이후 포스트휴머니즘의 흐름과 더불어, 그 안에 속하지만 정반대로 과학기술을 통한 증강인간을 꿈꾸며 절대화를 꾀하는 트랜스휴머니즘의 문제를 다루고자 한다. 그 이후 본 연구는 기존 정의론이 이 두 가지 양극단의 상황에 대해 어떻게 평가할 수 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 특별히 정의론과 관련하여 우리가 선택한 길잡이는 마이클 샌델이며, 이러한 논의 안으로 미래의 포스트/트랜스휴머니즘의 문제를 통과시켜봄으로써 과연 전통 정의론의 입장에서 미래 인간론의 흐름을 어떻게 평가할 수 있는지 제안하게 된다. 포스트/트랜스휴머니즘과 그로 인해 나타날 다양한 사건들은 우리가 피할 수 없는 운명으로 다가오고 있다. 그러나 이러한 필연적인 상황과 더불어 이것은 기존의 정의론을 통과하여 타당한 것으로 통용되기 위해서는 아직 많은 논의들이 필요한 실정이다.
