최근 지식정보자원의 급증과 정보통신기술의 발달은 오랫동안 지식과 정보자원을 독자적으로 수집하여 서비스를 제공해 온 도서관과 박물관에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 이에 하나의 도서관이나 박물관이 이용자들이 원하는 지식자원을 충분히 확보하고 제공할 수 있는 물리적 자족이 불가능하다는 인식에서 출발하여 다양한 유형으로 협력을 시작하고, 국제적 체제로 도서관, 박물관, 아카이브 등 문화유산기관 간 풍부한 협력체제를 구축하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도서관과 박물관의 협력체제 구축을 위한 모형으로 자율방임형 상호교환 모형, 분산형 상호서비스 모형, 집중형 서비스센터 모형, 혼합형 공동관리 모형을 제시하고 향후 발전방안을 제시하였다.

Vast amount of information is generated and shared in this active digital As the digital informatization is vividly going on now, most of documents are in digitalized forms, and this kind of information is on the increase. It is no exaggeration to say that this kind of newly created information and knowledge would affect the competitiveness and the future of our nation. In addition to that, a lot of investment is being made in information and knowledge based industries at national level and in reality, a lot of efforts are intensively made for research and development of human resources. It becomes easier in digital era to create and share the information as there are various tools that have been developed to create documents along with the internet, and as a result, the share of dual information is increasing day in and day out. At present, a lot of information that is provided online is actually being plagiarized or illegally copied. Specifically, it is very tricky to identify some plagiarism from tremendous amount of information because the original sentences can be simply restructured or replaced with similar words, which would make them look different from original sentences. This means that managing and protecting the knowledge start to be regarded as important, though it is important to create the knowledge through the investment and efforts. This dissertation tries to suggest new method and theory that would be instrumental in effectively detecting any infringement on and plagiarism of intellectual property of others. DICOM(Dynamic Incremental Comparison Method), a method which was developed by this research to detect plagiarism of document, focuses on realizing a system that can detect plagiarized documents and parts efficiently, accurately and immediately by creating positive and various detectors.

본 연구는 지식정보화사회의 변화와 발맞추어 공공도서관의 역할에 대한 변화 방향에 대한 제언이다. 인터넷의 발달은 도서관의 정보서비스 방향의 변화를 요구하고 있고, 사회의 변화는 도서관이 문화공간 역할에 충실할 것을 요구하고 있다. 미래의 공공도서관은 첫째, 정보접근점이 되어 주민에게 인터넷 정보탐색이 가능하도록 기기와 장소를 제공해야 하며, 인터넷 정보탐색 방법에 대한 교육을 지원해야 한다. 둘째, 공공도서관은 문화를 창출하고 영위할 수 있는 공간이 되기 위해서 안락하고, 편안하며, 고품격의 실내 공간을 만들어야 한다. 지역주민에게 사회의 고품격 문화를 경험할 수 있는 공간이 되어, 지역주민의 생활 문화중심 공간으로 그 기능을 다 하여야 한다.

The objective of this study is to suggest a direction eco-friendly material based fashion products may pursue in the 21 st century in order to protect our environment. This is done by considering the knowledge of the products by housewives, the main consuming players in a household. 398 copies of the survey were collected amongst Korean and Japanese housewives in the 30s and 40s aged group sample and analysed using SPSS 12.0 statistic program. The analysis results are as follows. First, base material was highly knew by Koreans in contradiction with Japanese who were highly knowing the disposal process in regard to eco-friendly fashion products. Second, a higher ratio of Koreans tended to purchase the product with consideration of health issues, however quality of the material was considered more by Japanese buyers. Finally, the result showed that eco-friendly products buyers from both countries had more willingness to purchase eco-friendly material based fashion products than non-buyers in the future. Korean housewives showed more interest in environment, benefit to health and value from eco-friendly material based fashion products than Japanese. Koreans had a better understanding of information and knowledge of the product, as well as higher future purchase intention however, Koreans considered less durability, design and variety of products.

본 논문은 친환경 연료 중 하나인 수소 원료를 바탕으로 미래의 에너지 문제와 공해 문제를 해결할 수 있는 수소연료전지 기술 도메인에 대해 특허 분석을 실시했다. 특허분석은 현재 기술 수준과 미래 발전 방향을 발견할 수 있어 기술로드맵 수립에 많이 활용된다. 그러나 기존의 특허분석은 정성적인 분석 및 간단한 통계분석으로 현재의 기술 환경을 반영하지 않은 분석 결과를 제안할 수 없다. 현재의 기술 환경은 기술의 융복합으로 발전을 나타내고 있고, 발전 속도는 매우 가파르게 성장하여 정성적인 분석은 시대적 분석 요건에 옳지 않다. 그래서 본 논문은 현재의 기술환경을 반영한 지식상속성(Knowledge Persistence, KP) 기반의 주경로 분석과 텍스트마이닝 방법을 활용하여, 수소연로전지 기술도메인에서 핵심특허 발견, 중요 기술 발전, 유망기술을 조망한다.

Information Technology(IT) in agriculture will contribute to the agricultural productivities and cultures in farm areas. In education, innovative ways of teaching and learning are always under development and keep being proposed with advanced concepts since the ancient times. Student-centered learning, problem-based learning and cooperative learning have been three major trends under development in secondary education research and practice more than a decade or so. Combined with advanced information and communication technologies, these trends will greatly transform the way we teach and learn in classroom environment and may change the classroom environment itself, into a more interactive and self-centered coaching type environment. In this study, a smart environment that utilizes advanced information technology devices and network is conceptualized, accommodating requirements contained and proposed in the recent trendy pedagogies. Pedagogical cases discussed in these trends are analyzed in detail, producing requirements for such a learning and coaching environment. These requirements are modeled using unified modeling language, leading to a proposal of a basic architecture for an information system supporting this environment.

Because the current web search engine estimates the similarity of documents, using the frequency of words, many documents irrespective of the user query are provided. To solve these kinds of problems, the semantic web is appearing as a future web. It is possible to provide the service based on the semantic web through ontology which specifies the knowledge in a special domain and defines the concepts of knowledge and the relationships between concepts. In this paper to search the information of potential customers for home-delivery marketing, we model the specific domain for generating the ontology. And we research how to retrieve the information, using the ontology. Therefore, in this paper, we generate the ontology to define the domain about potential customers and develop the search robot which collects the information of customers.

기존의 많은 연구자들이 프로그래머, 시스템분석가, 그리고 IT 관리자와 같은 정보인력에게 요구되는 지식과 스킬에 대하여 조사하고 연구하였다. 이러한 연구결과가 급변하는 정보기술에 대한 이해를 도왔을 뿐만 아니라, 정보기술관련 종사자들이 경력을 준비하는데 있어서도 도움을 주었다. 하지만, 웹 개발자와 같은 새로운 직업에 대해서는 거의 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구는 인터넷에 게재된 구인광고를 수집하여 분석함으로써 웹 개발자에게 요구되는 지식과 스킬을 살펴보았다. 웹 개발에 대한 구체적인 기술적(technical) 요구사항은 Java나 JSP와 같은 프로그래밍 언어와 데이터베이스, 인터넷/웹에 관한 지식/스킬이었다. 비즈니스(business) 영역에서는 프로젝트 관리와 관련한 지식/스킬과 일반적인 관리능력이 주로 요구되었고, 시스템(system) 영역에서는 개발에 관한 지식/스킬이 높게 요구되었고, 정보기술에 대한 보편적인 지식도 요구되었다. 연구의 결과는 웹 개발에 필요한 다양한 지식과 스킬을 이해하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 온라인 커뮤니티에서 어떻게 지식공헌이 이루어지는지를 살펴보고자 온라인 커뮤니티 사용자들의 지식공헌에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적 연구를 통해 규명하고자 하였다. 자기표현이론과 조직시민행동이론을 토대로 연구모형을 설정하고 네 개의 가설을 제안하였다. 온라인 커뮤니티 참여자 192명의 설문 조사를 PLS로 분석한 연구의 결과에서, 온라인 커뮤니티 사용자들의 자기표현과 혁신성, 조직시민행동 및 감정적 동질감등이 지식공헌에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이외에 온라인 커뮤니티에 대한 본 연구결과에 대한 학문적 실무적 의미를 논의하였으며, 향후 연구에 대한 시사점도 언급하였다.
