AHP를 이용한 유통분야 미래유망기술의 우선순위 설정 (Priority Setting for Future Core Technologies in Postharvest Agriculture using the AHP)

  • 본 연구에서는 사전에 수행된 델파이 조사의 기초자료를 통하여 유통분야의 미래유망기술을 AHP 방법을 사용하여 우선순위를 설정하였다. 조사방법은 10명의 전문가에게 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 조사결과는 AHP의 분석 소프트웨어인 EC2000를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 평가대항목간 중요도에서는 시장성이 0.495로 가장 중요하게 나타났으며, 기술성이 0.261, 그리고 공공성은 0.244로 나타났다. 각 평가소항목의 세부적 중요도는 기술성 측면에서는 기술파급성, 기술실현성, 기술독창성 순으로, 시장성 측면에서는 투자수익성, 시장성장성, 시장규모성 순으로, 공공성 측면에서는 산업파급성, 국가전략과의 부합성, 사회영향성 순으로 중요하게 나타났다. 각 기술군 중 중요도가 가장 높은 기술은 I군의 기술에서는 '수출입 농산물의 병ㆍ해충 검역 기술이 개발된다'의 기술이, 그리고 Ⅱ군의 기술에서는 '농축산물의 가공, 저장 및 유통 중 발생되는 유해성분 평가 및 제어 기술이 개발된다'의 기술로 나타났다.

사이버 무기체계 핵심기술 실현시기의 영향 요인 분석 (Analysis of Influencing Factors of Cyber Weapon System Core Technology Realization Period)

  • 지속적인 북한의 사이버 공격에 대응해서 사이버 무기체계와 핵심기술의 연구개발 추진을 요구받고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문은 사이버 무기체계에 소요되는 핵심기술을 도출하고, 도출된 핵심기술들의 실현시기에 대한 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 9개의 핵심기술군, 36개의 핵심기술이 도출되었으며, 도출된 핵심기술군을 합동사이버작전교범의 작전단계와 록히드마틴의 사이버 킬체인과 비교해 본 결과, 누락된 요소가 없이 매핑되고 있음을 확인하였다. 핵심기술의 실현시기에 대한 각 요인별 영향도를 회귀분석한 결과, 핵심기술의 실현시기는 최고선진국 기술수준, 한국 기술수준, 국방에서 민간으로의 기술이전 가능성, 민간에서 국방으로의 기술이전 가능성이 높을수록 더 빨라지고, 선진국의 기술이전 기피도가 높을수록 더 늦어지며, 경제적 파급효과와는 유의미한 상관관계가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 사이버무기 체계를 정식 무기체계로 편입시킨 전력발전훈령 개정 및 합참사이버작전교범 제정에 맞춰 사이버 무기체계의 핵심기술을 도출하고 핵심기술 실현시기의 영향 요인을 확인한 것에 의의가 있다.

  • The study was focused on setting priority for future core technologies in agricultural mechanization using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). A total of 23 technologies was selected by specialists. Evaluation criteria for the priority setting were decided as 'technology', 'marketability', and 'publicity'. Thirteen specialists in agricultural mechanization answered the questionnaire for AHP. As the results, 'technology' was decided as the most important evaluation criterion. 'feasibility' in 'technology' criterion, 'market growth' in 'marketability' criterion, and 'impact to other industry' in 'publicity' criterion were decided as sub-criteria in each criterion. The most important technology was 'Development of portable safety evaluation system for fresh and convenient agricultural products'.

  • As a result of the project 'Development of core technology for open LBS', we developed several solutions such as personal navigation system, mobile game, and emergency system. In this paper, we explain the approach and architecture of these solutions and consider their meaning on spatial information bases and expectation in the future computing environments. The final goal of this suggested solution is to test the efficiency of our open LBS system and verify the applicability and usability in real application environments. Our approaches will be headed to the future ubiquitous computing environments.

  • The advent of microprocessor controls and robotics is rapidly changing the face of manufacturing throughout the world. Large and small companies alike are adopting these new methods to improve the efficiency of their operations. Factory Automation, which is in reality by robots, is playing more important role in economic competition and growth. Its core technology, i.e. robotics, is advanced in accordance with the remarkable progress of the computer technology and micro-electronics. Roughly speaking, its future might determine the fate of a national economy. In this paper, the future trends of such robotics and factory automation are described from a point of view of industrial application.

Electrospray technique for preparation of core-shell materials : A mini-review

  • During the last decade, electrospray (ES) techniques have been used as potential methods for preparing of core-shell materials. Depending on the architecture of nozzle and design of devices, the ES techniques includes monoaxial, coaxial, multiple coaxial nozzle ES and microfluidic ES devices. ES operates based on a basic principle, in which a spray of monodisperse droplets is formed by dispensing an electrically conductive liquid through a capillary charged to a sufficiently high potential. In review of many recent research papers, we take a closer look at ES techniques and their applications for fabrication of core-shell materials. Several advantages of ES technique compared with other methods were emphasized and it may be regarded as a potential tool for fabrication of core-shell materials current and near future.

  • The study was designed to forecast and derive future core technologies using Delphi method for Korean livestock industry. The technologies will make livestock industJy a core and strategic industry that has high value-added sector in 21 century. Questions were given to specialists of each technology in order to survey importance, realization time. level of R&D in Korea and foremost countries, leading group of R&D, effective policy, etc. for each technology. The target of the survey for Delphi is confined to specialists in the area of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. 90 core technologies were derived and 62 specialists answered the questionnaire.

  • In the Core Technology R&D of the defence area, the development of the related core element technology could be the foundation to develop advanced weapon system in the future. But it might make various problems if you can not accurately define the TRL of the element technology. In other words, if the technology is not sufficiently mature and then the project starts, it might require an increase in the development period and additional cost. Finally the system will be in an incomplete state and result in user dissatisfaction and the project failure. Therefore it is a very important task to properly assess the TRL for a successful project. In this study, We propose the method for risk management of core technology R&D project of the defence area using the QFD process with degree of difficulty and technology readiness level. It is also presented the process to determine the risk level using TRL and Degree of difficulty. Finally We apply this method to UGV system for verifying the result of this study.

Questions were given to specialists by each technology in order to survey importance, realization time, level of R&D in Korea and foremost country, leading group of R&D, effective policy, etc. for each technology. The target of the survey for Delphi is confined specialists in the area of Bioystems Engineering. 55 core technologies were derived and 31 specialists answered the survey.

A Study on Gap between Government's Institutions and Public People based on Ontology Inference about ICT Future Technology

  • This paper analyzes how much the gap existed between the public group and expert group using future issues and future core technologies that are announced in government institutions based on ontology. We calculated gap with two groups' point of view, one is expert groups' ideas that are based on future hopeful technologies documents, and another is public people ideas that are based on documents of contest that is hosted by 'Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP)', and 'Institute for Information & communications Technology Promotion (IITP)'. For calculating these, we suggested SDGM model. In the case of ETRI Meta-trend ICT Field, there is a little gap between expert group and public group, and another case that is XT (ETRI determined future technologies excluding ICT field) Field, the gap is increasing annually. Moreover, in the case of all ETRI Meta trend, the gap is bigger than ICT and XT field. We analyzed, also, KEIT's future issues for generalizing this model. The gap existed between two groups. Utilizing SDGM model of this paper, people can interpret easily how much the gap exists between future technologies and issues that are announced in institutions.
