Large-scaling recycling of demolished concrete will contribute not only to the solution of a growing waste disposal problem. it will also help to conserve natural resoures of sand and gravel and to secure future supply of reasonly priced aggregates for builiding and other construction purposes within large urban areas. because recycled aggregate particles consist of substaintial amount of relatively soft cement paste component, it is less resistant to mechanical actions. With this view in mind, to obtain a reference data for the development of recycling system and to a basic data the guideline of recycled aggregate concrete construction and mix design, this study deals with the comparative analysis of the workability and engineering properties of recycled aggregate concrete according to the factors, such as blending ratio of recycled aggregate with the natural aggregate, addition of flyash, water cement ration.

In order to build a model to predict accidents in a complicated man-machine sytem, human errors and mechanical reliability can be viewed as the most important factors. Such factors are explicitly included in a generic model. Another point to keep in mind is that the model should be constructed so that the data in a type of accident can be utilized to predict other types of accidents. Based on such a generic prediction model, we analyze the effects of system reliability. When we improve the system reliability, in other words, when there are changes in model parameters, the predicted time to next accidents should be modified influencing the effects of system reliability improvements. We apply Bayesian approach and finds the formula to explain how a change on the machine reliability or human error probability influences the time to next accident.

While performing the overseas projects in developing countries under EDCF loans with Korean civil design engineers as a project manager, I often used to find out and realize that lots of Korean engineers are not fully aware of what EDCF means and how EDCF funded projects are being implemented in developing countries. This implies that in the past, they have been concentrating on domestic projects only, not to mention have the rare opportunities to work in overseas projects. For these reasons, no wonder they neither pay a careful attention to the unfamiliar terms nor intend to try to realize them, even though such terms are fundamentals and important in overseas design works. With 'something will make it do'-like-attitude in our mind on site, nothing helps us at all. To help those who would like to understand and participate in overseas civil design works in developing countries under EDCF loans either as participants or as a future project manager, I introduce what EDCF means and how the procedure under these loans is being carried out, and they are briefly described herein this paper.

The future of design relies much on and is only ensured by the fundamental understanding of the dynamics between the ecosystem of nature and that of humans; therefore, having an eco-mind is essential. This study establishes ecological design strategies coinciding with the furniture design process and the furniture product life cycle in production, distribution, and end-of-life. In addition, it provides an overall direction with guidelines for ecological furniture design. The presented strategies focus on the Development of a New Concept; the Optimized Use of Physical Materials-functionality and utility; the Optimized Production; the Optimized Distribution System; and the Optimized End-of-life System. Through taking these steps, we can not only preserve our natural environment and Improve our lives, but also create optimal furniture design which corresponds and integrate with the ecosystem.

Dualized program for building Public Administration scholarship in Korea has been, in a sense, a result of theoretical tension between the two positions, politics/administration dualism vs. politics/administration monism. The program has maintained its integrity by its dependence on a foundational question, "Is administration a different field of action from politics?" Korean community for the study of public administration has maintained its oneness by internally asking this question even though the two external philosophical positions were relatively indubitable. Strating from the well-known changes in the community, this brief outline for the future full exegesis tries to read carefully one point shown in the second chapter of one of the most seminal proposals for foundation of modern Public Administration, one paragrahp in the second chapter of "The Study of Administration" by Woodrow Wilson. What was the contemporary meaning of Wilson's classic distinction made in 1887? Keeping this research question in our mind, we will attempt to prepare for the full understanding of a kind of internal distinction Wilson explicitly draws between the constitutional and the administrative.

This study constructed a family life education program designed to help divorced parents. The purpose of this research was to develop long term education program for post-divorce adjustment. This program is consisted of 6 sessions aiming for understanding the grief process for adults and the six station of divorce, the recovery through forgiveness, children's response to divorce and coping strategy, the opened mind of parent-child relation, enhancing the self-esteem, the healthy single parent. We expect this program to be helpful in helping divorced parents'post-divorce adjustment, improving parent-child relation and helping future life of divorced parents.

Recently, more and more clinical cases of peri-implantitis for which surgical therapy is indicated have been reported. Ideal diagnostic modalities, prevelance, indicated therapy, and prognosis for peri-implantitis are still investigated. Scientific evidence of surgical therapy for peri-implantitis are not enough for now, and should be obtained from well-designed, long-term clinical studies in the future. When the surgical approach is applied for peri-implantitis, long-term prognosis of the surgical therapy should be kept in mind and importance of maintenance therapy also have to be emphasized.

The purpose of this research is to study empirically the relationship between servant leadership and organizational effectiveness and more importantly the moderating effect of Hospital employees' belief in public service on such relationship. The result showed that servant leadership positively affects three organizational effectiveness including job satisfaction, organizational commitment and OCB(organizational citizenship behavior). It was also found that Veterans Hospital employees' belief in public service moderated the relationship between servant leadership and those three organizational effectiveness variables. In other words, those who have strong belief in public service showed higher job satisfaction, organizational commitment and OCB as well as higher service and responsibility mind. Finally, limitations of the study and suggestions for future studies are presented in the conclusion.

Students need activities that help gain explorative mind for new things, concentrating ability, researching ability and creativeness, and such attributes can be improved through the activities of making various shapes utilizing space geometry in 4D-frame. Such activities not only contribute to defining ability in mathematics but also cherish the qualifications required as architects and space scientists.
