Offshore structures are generally exposed to harsh environments such as strong tidal currents and wind loadings. Monitoring the structural soundness and integrity of offshore structures is crucial to prevent catastrophic collapses and to prolong their lifetime; however, it is intrinsically challenging because of the difficulties in accessing the critical structural members that are located under water for installing and repairing sensors and data acquisition systems. Virtual sensing technologies have the potential to alleviate such difficulties by estimating the unmeasured structural responses at the desired locations using other measured responses. Despite the usefulness of virtual sensing, its performance and applicability to the structural health monitoring of offshore structures have not been fully studied to date. This study investigates the use of virtual sensing of offshore structures. A Kalman filter based virtual sensing algorithm is developed to estimate responses at the location of interest. Further, this algorithm performs a multi-sensor data fusion to improve the estimation accuracy under non-stationary tidal loading. Numerical analysis and laboratory experiments are conducted to verify the performance of the virtual sensing strategy using a bottom-fixed offshore structural model. Numerical and experimental results show that the unmeasured responses can be reasonably recovered from the measured responses.

General, fast, and efficient fusion methods for the synthesis of dendrimers with 1,3-diynes at a core were developed. The synthetic strategy was employed the oxidative homo-coupling of terminal alkyne. The oxidative homo-coupling reaction of the alkyne-functionalized Frechet-type dendrons 1-Dm was allowed to provide first through fourth generation dendrimers 2-Gm with 1,3-diynes at core. The fusion of the propargylfunctionalized PAMAM dendrons 3-Dm by homo-coupling of terminal alkyne lead to the formation of symmetric PAMAM dendrimers 4-Gm. Their structure of dendrimers was confirmed by $^1H$ and $^{13}C$ NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and GPC analysis.

We have expressed extracellular poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) depolymerase of Ralstonia pickettii T1 on the Escherichia coli surface using Pseudomonas OprF protein as a fusion partner by C-terminal deletion-fusion strategy. Surface display of depolymerase was confirmed by flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and whole cell hydrolase activity. For the application, depolymerase was used as an immobilized catalyst of enantioselective hydrolysis reaction for the first time. After 48 h, (R)-methyl mandelate was completely hydrolyzed, and (S)-mandelic acid was produced with over 99% enantiomeric excess. Our findings suggest that surface displayed depolymerase on E. coli can be used as an enantioselective biocatalyst.

지금까지의 정보검색 연구에서 데이터 융합 기법을 이용한 문서 검색은 하나의 알고리즘에 의한 검색에 비하여 많은 경우에 효율성이 높은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 하지만 이미지 검색에서 상이한 알고리즘을 이용한 다수의 검색 결과를 합쳐 하나의 검색결과를 얻는 데이터 융합 기법의 사용은 많지 않았다. 이 연구에서는 소벨 연산자를 이용한 윤곽선 검출과 자기조직화 지도 알고리즘에 의한 두 검색 결과를 융합하여 각각의 알고리즘에 의한 검색결과 보다 높은 효율성을 보여주는 방법을 제시하였다. 이 연구에서는 상용 클립아트 이미지를 이용하여 사람의 주관적인 적합성 판단을 배제한 검색 실험 데이터를 만들어 사용하였다.

To explore an effective non-invasion medical imaging diagnostics approach for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), we propose a method based on adopting the multiple technologies with the multi-parametric data fusion, transfer learning, and multi-scale deep feature extraction. Firstly, to make full use of complementary and enhancing the contribution of different modalities viz. multi-parametric MRI images in the lesion diagnosis, we propose a data-level fusion strategy. Secondly, based on the fusion data as the input, the multi-scale residual neural network with SPP (Spatial Pyramid Pooling) is utilized for the discriminative feature representation learning. Thirdly, to mitigate the impact of the lack of training samples, we do the pre-training of the proposed multi-scale residual neural network model on the natural image dataset and the fine-tuning with the chosen multi-parametric MRI images as complementary data. The comparative experiment results on the dataset from the clinical cases show that our proposed approach by employing the multiple strategies achieves the highest accuracy of 0.847±0.023 in the classification problem on the HCC differentiation. In the problem of discriminating the HCC lesion from the non-tumor area, we achieve a good performance with accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and AUC (area under the ROC curve) being 0.981±0.002, 0.981±0.002, 0.991±0.007 and 0.999±0.0008, respectively.

본 연구는 퓨전 레스토랑 이용 고객의 웰빙 퓨전 메뉴에 대한 중요도, 성취도(만족도) 품질 속성을 분석하여 세분화된 마케팅 방향을 설정하는데 유용한 정보를 제공하며, 향후 퓨전 레스토랑의 메뉴 개선 방안 모색과 동시에 효과적인 발전 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 퓨전 레스토랑의 웰빙 퓨전 메뉴 속성별 중요도, 성취도(만족도) 평가에 있어서 중요도가 성취도(만족도)보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 고객은 음식의 맛, 식재료의 청결성, 기물의 청결성, 메뉴의 질, 음식의 신선도 등은 높게 평가한 것으로 나타났다. 퓨전 레스토랑에서 다소 많이 판매되는 웰빙 퓨전 메뉴에 대한 조사 대상자들의 섭취 경험을 조사한 결과, 가장 많은 섭취 경험을 가지고 있는 웰빙 퓨전 메뉴는 자장면(푸른면)으로 나타났고, 그다음은 단 호박 샐러드, 연어 샐러드, 새우 야채 그라탕 등으로 나타났다. 반면에 오븐 들깨 그라탕, 석류 드레싱 두부, 찹쌀가루 베이컨 롤, 석류 드레이싱 베이컨 등에 대해서 상대적으로 낮은 섭취 경험을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 퓨전 레스토랑의 웰빙퓨전 메뉴 속성별 IPA 분석 결과, 기존의 좋은 품질을 계속 유지하는 것이 바람직한 종요도와 성취도(만족도) 모두 높은 1사분면에는 음식의 맛, 식재료의 청결성, 기물의 청결성, 음식의 신선도, 메뉴의 질, 다이어트 메뉴(저지방, 저칼로리), 채식 메뉴, 음식의 영양, 메뉴의 다양성 등이 포함되었고, 중요도는 높은 반면에 이 평가 속성에 대한 성취도(만족도)는 낮게 평가되어 여기에 집중하여 우선적으로 시급히 개선해야 할 2사분면에는 가격, 기존 음식과의 차별성, 친환경 유기농 식재료로 나타났다.

3'-Hydroxygenistein can be obtained from the biotransformation of genistein by the engineered Pichia pastoris X-33 strain, which harbors a fusion gene composed of CYP57B3 from Aspergillus oryzae and a cytochrome P450 oxidoreductase gene (sCPR) from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. P. pastoris X-33 mutants with higher 3'-hydroxygenistein production were selected using a periodic hydrogen peroxide-shocking strategy. One mutant (P2-D14-5) produced 23.0 mg/l of 3'-hydroxygenistein, representing 1.87-fold more than that produced by the recombinant X-33. When using a 5 L fermenter, the P2-D14-5 mutant produced 20.3 mg/l of 3'-hydroxygenistein, indicating a high potential for industrial-scale 3'-hydroxygenistein production.

This study analyzed President Park's speeches and the government's industry policy in the field of information security using cognitive map. The relationship analysis between policy tool variables and policy goal variables was employed to derive revitalization strategy of information security. This paper found that entrepreneurship revitalization has very strong causality with expansion of domestic market and global market. But, on the other hand, HR development has very weak causality with job creation and future growth driver because the labor market in the information security industry is poor and its transfer rate to other industry is very high. This study showed that this cognitive map could be characterized by a scarcity of feedback loops and a strong emphasis on the positive loops in the structure of virtuous circle. In this paper, we also constructed a comprehensive cognitive map on the policy vision of information security, showing that there are a risk of cyber threat, an opportunity of new fusion security market, information security reinforcing circle, global economic circle, and domestic market circle.

The emergence and development of innovative science and technology is changing lives at a rapid pace with the expansion of human perception. The development of the media extends the scope of activities of the body and the mind, realizing the imagination and challenging the limits of experience. In this process, the transformation of media into new forms such as disassembly, merging, and fusion have emerged that have resulted in the emergence of transmedia. In recent years, the fashion industry has responded quickly to trends and is actively engaged in transmedia communication activities. Among them, Gucci's media utilization strategy has attracted interest in the millennial generation. This study examines the strategy of transmedia storytelling by concentrating on the case of Gucci among luxury fashion brands that utilize media effectively in various aspects. It reveals the aspect of how the use of transmedia can be used to enjoy the story of fashion content and spread its value.

본 논문은 효율적인 IT고급인력양성정책 추진을 위하여 IT고급인력을 정의하고, 지금까지 추진되어 온 정부의 IT고급인력양성 정책의 변천과정을 살펴보았다. 또한 국내외의 고급인력양성정책 비교 및 문제점을 분석하여 미래지향적 IT고급인력양성 정책방향을 설정하였다. 이를 위해 IT분야 국가 R&D 로드맵과 연계한 고급인력양성체계 구축, 공급확대 유지 및 글로벌 경쟁력을 배양하는 고급인력양성으로의 비전 전환, IT기반 융합인력양성으로의 범위 확대, R&D연계형 인력양성사업의 성과제고를 위한 연구방향의 명확화 등 4가지 기본방향과 이에 따른 세부추진 방향을 제시하였다.
