Tilting trains are now an established feature of railway operations throughout the world. For intercity traffic, tilt provides operators with increasing speeds, and therefore enhanced competitiveness, on existing routes where insufficient traffic or a lack of funds precludes the construction of a dedicated new high-speed railway. Appling the tilting train, we can expect 30% of speed up on existing lines, but the stability of the electric current would be low because of tilting the train. Also, the spark between the catenary and pantagraph cause environmental problems such as noise, radio wave malfunction. Therefore, the tilting on pantagraph for the power suppling device is very essential for stable electric power supply.

Three varieties of green pepper - Chungyang pepper, Cucumber-taste pepper and Nokgwang pepper - are competing with one another in consumption due to the overlapping shipment period. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of monthly variations of shipment quantities on the wholesale market prices. A Linear Approximated Inverse Almost Ideal Demand System (LA/IAIDS) is employed with monthly data set of three different varieties of green pepper consumption. The results show that if there is an excess supply in the market, the rate of the price decline is larger for forcing culture Chungyang pepper than other pepper varieties. On the contrary, change in supply of cucumber-taste pepper and Nokgwang pepper has little effect on the price of Chungyang pepper. The results of this study can be utilized as a basic information for enhancing the farm income and promoting agricultural policies related to the establishment of self-help funds by Chungyang pepper producer groups in Gyeongnam region.

Organized feeding programmes can contribute to the health and well-being of students All such programme must be planned carefully, taking into account the nutritional needs of the group to be fed, available food supplies, facilities for food preparation and distribution, and available funds. In most instances provision must be made for training staff to operate large-scale feeding proframmes. Nutrition education should be an important aspect of all feeding programme, and should provide simple clear information on food and nutrition in relation to health. The early participation of parents and the local community in the programme, particularly through the production of local low-cost foods of high nutritional value will help to insure continuity after external aid has ceased. Programmes should be evaluated in order to measure the benefits obtained in relation to the cost of the operation. Anthropometric data, absenteeism and scholastic achievement may serve as indicators in school feeding programmes.

This article presents the results of research to develop a descriptive model of firm-level productivity that will allow a myriad of factor interactions to be directly accounted for. The model is a linked set of equations that attempt to capture how changes in one-factor influences the level of another factor. and ultimately bottom-line performance. The model is coded in SIMAN. It is used to determine the best use of an infusion of funds should they go for additional automation, or training etc. An application of the model to U.S. industry is presented based on parameter values obtained through a national survey.

The importance of reliability information management for an effective product quality management has been increased. Reliability management requires many different kinds of human and technical expertise and cost over the various discipline in the organization. However, it is difficult task to set up appropriate and effective life data analysis because of lacking engineers with reliability knowledge, statistical background and of funds in small and medium-sized enterprise. It is needed to develop a low cost implementation architecture of reliability information supporting system for small and medium-sized enterprise under web environment. In this paper, research efforts are presented to solve such problems of small and medium-sized enterprise under web environment.

In recent years, environments of business are changing due to epoch-making development of information technology and the advent of digital economy ages. It is an active confrontation as to the environments for information. So, this paper make a base of establishment for ISP through the establishment of ERP that is used to management activity for small & medium manufacturing enterprises. A way for small & medium enterprises' ERP construction is SMERP S/W for the small & medium enterprises' ERP package which is offered by the Korea chamber of commerce & industry. And, that is applied to the real management environment.

In this paper, we implement a system for a fund recommendation based on the investment propensity and for a future fund price prediction. The investment propensity is classified by scoring user responses to series of questions. The proposed system recommends the funds with a suitable risk rating to the investment propensity of the user. The future fund prices are predicted by Prophet model which is one of the machine learning methods for time series data prediction. Prophet model predicts future fund prices by learning the parameters related to trend changes. The prediction by Prophet model is simple and fast because the temporal dependency for predicting the time-series data can be removed. We implement web pages for the fund recommendation and for the future fund price prediction.

In this paper, we propose a donation game platform using blockchain to revitalize the shrinking donation market. The platform is designed to ensure transparency and user reliability in the use of ethereum's smart-track function and to attract interest from donors and encourage continued donations by introducing games into the donation process through donor organizations to address the opaque nature of the donation and use of the funds and the result of the donation portfolio. It also develops a donation ecosystem that benefits donors, donors and sponsor companies alike by platforming them.

This paper accumulates the product structure data such as bond obligation ratio and investment ratio for variable insurance using crawling from the insurance company's API, also accumulates variable insurance income and project expenses for variable insurance using crawling from the API of life insurance association. From these accumulated data, the correlation coefficient between fund product and customer preference is calculated with an investment algorithm, and variable insurance funds by customer investment preference and product structure are recommended according to market conditions. From the simulation results, it is shown that the proposed variable insurance management system properly recommends and manages variable insurance according to customer preferences.

With the ever-increasing frequency of public sector and smalls-cale industries going live on the internet in developing countries, their security of which, while crucial, is often overlooked in most cases. This is especially true in Government services, whilst essential, are poorly monitored if at all. This is due to lack of funds and personnel. Most available software which can help these organizations monitor their services are either expensive or very outdated. Thus, there is a need for any developing country to develop a networking monitoring system. However, developing a network monitoring system is still a challenge and expensive and out sourcing network monitoring system to third party is a security threat. Therefore, in this article we propose a method to anonymize network logs and outsource networking monitoring system to third-party without breach in integrity of their network logs.
