DSM을 이용한 PBS 구출 (PBS Construction by Using DSM)

  • 이 논문은 프로젝트 관리 기법으로 널리 알려진 업무분담구조(WBS)에 관해 다루고 있다. 그러나 현재 국내산업에서 사용되고 있는 WBS는 잘못된 형식을 취하고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 WBS의 핵심요소인 물리적 계층 구조(PBS)가 공간 중심적으로 잘못 구축됨으로써 발생한다. 이 논문은 국내 철도 산업에서 작성된 PBS를 예제로 하용하여, 설계 구조 매트릭스(DSM)를 이용하여 기능 중심적 PBS로 새로이 구축하는 방법을 제시한다. 제안된 방법론과 프로세스는 빠른 시간 내에 올바른 PBS를 구축하는데 유용할 것이다.

  • A temporary work are lifting equipment that tower crane or lift, and temporary architectures that office building and storage in construction site. And it is main construction work that built and used temporarily like to a scaffolding, a walk plate, and a formwork. This study is to adjust breakdown structure of temporary work to introduce technical tendency. With a site manager, it is collected a detailed statement and compared. As a result to break down a tendency that temporary equipment, additional function, and direct work of temporary technique, first, existing detail technical indexes that group I, group J, group K, and group L are classified. Second, due to set up and manage to main agents in case of existing detail technical indexes that B1, B2, it is not wrong to classify. But, it is somewhat different, and therefore adjust it to same level. Finally, as a technical tendency that temporary equipment, additional function, and direct work of temporary technique, it is adjusted the others.

에피층 농도 변화에 따른 Multi-RESURF SOI LDMOSFET의 전기적 특성 분석 (Study on the Electrical Characteristics of the Multi-RESURF SOI LDMOSFET as a Function of Epi-layer Concentration)

  • In this paper, we analyzed the breakdown voltage and on-resistance of the multi-RESURF SOI LDMOSFET as a function of epi-layer concentration. P-/n-epi layer thickness and doping concentration of the proposed structure are varied from $2{\sim}5{\mu}m\;and\;1\{times}10^{15}/cm^{3}^{\sim}9\{times}10^{15}/cm^{3}$ to find optimum breakdown voltage and on-resistance of the proposed structure. The maximum breakdown voltage of the proposed structure is $224\;V\;at\;R_{on}=0.2{\Omega}-mon^{2}\;with\;P_{epi}=3\{times}10^{15}/cm^{3},\;N_{epi}=7\{times}10^{15}/cm^{3}\;and\;L_{epi}=10{\mu}m$. Characteristics of the device are verified by two-dimensional process simulator ATHENA and device simulator ATLAS.

  • The existing safety-management manual is confined to list data based on regulations, and only provide ways to prevent accidents/incidents for particular work which accidents occur frequently. As it is difficult to understand the complete process involved the work, we can not expect the manual to function as a guide to prevent unfortunate events. When establishing WBS(work breakdown structure) of railway line engineering, consideration of the characteristics of train operation will enable many benefits. Therefore in this research it is conducted to materialize it in the manual. Main contents in this research are to review the way that change complete work performance process and person in charge of different tasks into WBS(work breakdown structure), and trough the newly developed WBS , the ways to improve roles and functions of the manual which Korean Railroad made are recommended.

표면 도핑 기법을 사용한 SOI RESURF LDMOSFET의 항복전압 및 온-저항 특성 분석 (Breakdown Voltage and On-resistance Characteristics of the Surface Doped SOI RESURF LDMOSFET)

  • In this paper, breakdown voltage and on-resistance characteristics of the surface doped SOI RESURF LDMOSFET were investigated as a function of surface doping depth. In order to verify the variation of characteristics, two-dimensional device simulation was carried out. Breakdown voltage of the proposed structure is varied from $73 {\~}138V$ while surface doping depth varied from $0.5{\~}2.0{\mu}m$. And on-resistance is decreased from $0.18{\~}0.143{\Omega}/cm^2$ while surface doping depth increased from $0.5 {\~}2.0{\mu}m$. Maximum breakdown voltage of the proposed structure is 138 V at $1.5{\mu}m$ depth of surface doping, yielding $22.1\%$ of improvement of breakdown voltage in comparison with that of the conventional SOI RESURF LDMOSFET with same epi-layer concentration. On-resistance characteristic is also improved about $21.7\%$.

  • Recently, the marine leisure industry has begun to make a mark on the growth engines of the Korean economy. Hence, various government research projects are in progress to catch up with the fundamental yacht technologies of advanced countries. Research on the integrated management technologies of sail yachts is carried out as a part of those projects. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a basic architecture for robust and high-level management systems. In this paper, we suggest a product-oriented Yacht Work Breakdown Structure (YWBS). General WBS has a drawback in that it can only follow the targeted purpose, but YWBS allows for a generic WBS approach. This concept allows us to apply WBS to multi-purpose uses. The YWBS is used as an infrastructure in information management and for data relationships in sail yacht management systems. YWBS is designed and managed by a web application, and the system is implemented with a website as a user interface. This application has not only a design function, but also a data transfer function that is based on the Microsoft Silverlight platform, a kind of Rich Internet Application (RIA) technology. Using this application, YWBS designers can communicate with the management system without added tasks like as uploading and updating.

설계VE에서 기능정의를 위한 절차 및 방안 (Procedures and Strategies for a Function Definition in the Design Phase VE)

  • 2006년부터 VE 대상프로젝트가 확대되고, 기본설계와 실시설계단계에 각 1회씩 설계VE를 적용토록 규정되어 설계단계별로 VE가 각각 적용되는 프로젝트가 늘어나고 있다. 그리고 원가절감과 성능향상으로 프로젝트 가치를 높인 설계VE 사례도 많아지고 있다. 하지만 기본설계와 실시설계단계의 조건에 적합한 VE 수행방안에 대한 연구가 미진하고 참여자들의 경험과 이해가 부족하여 단계별 설계VE를 효율적으로 수행하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기본설계단계와 실시설계단계로 나누어 VE를 수행한 실무사례를 분석하여 기능정의와 아이디어 창출간의 연관관계 및 각 설계단계에서 기능정의를 수행할 때 발생하는 문제점을 도출하였다. 문제점을 해결하고 효과적인 설계VE를 수행하기 위하여 다음과 같은 개선방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 설계프로세스의 흐름에 맞추어 기본설계에는 공간기능에 대하여하고 실시설계에는 부위에 대하여 기능정의를 수행한다. 이때 상위의 레벨에는 하위의 레벨의 기능정의가 연계되는 기능분류체계 (FBS : Function Breakdown Structure)를 제안하였다. 둘째, 기본설계와 실시설계단계의 기능정의를 수행하는 프로세스 (FDP : Function Definition Process)를 제안하였다. 셋째, 실시설계단계에서는 부위별 요구 성능 평가 매트릭스 (EFM : Element Function Matrix)를 적용하여 기능정의와 아이디어 창출이 연계되도록 하였다. 설계VE의 주요 부분인 기능정의 과정에 대한 문제점을 도출하여 해결방안을 제시함으로써, 보다 효과적인 설계VE의 수행을 기대할 수 있다.

Simulation on Surface Tracking Pattern using the Dielectric Breakdown Model

  • The tracking pattern formed on the dielectric surface due to a surface electrical discharge exhibits fractal structure. In order to quantitatively investigate the fractal characteristics of the surface tracking pattern, the dielectric breakdown model has been employed to numerically generate the surface tracking pattern. In dielectric breakdown model, the pattern growth is determined stochastically by a probability function depending on the local electric potential difference. For the computation of the electric potential for all points of the lattice, a two-dimensional discrete Laplace equation is solved by mean of the successive over-relaxation method combined to the Gauss-Seidel method. The box counting method has been used to calculate the fractal dimensions of the simulated patterns with various exponent $\eta$ and breakdown voltage $\phi_b$. As a result of the simulation, it is found that the fractal nature of the surface tracking pattern depends strongly on $\eta$ and $\phi_b$.

전기절연유의 절연파괴에 미치는 전극간격 및 곡률반경의 영향 (The Influence of Gap Length and Tip Radius on Breakdown of Electrical Insulating Oil)

  • In this paper, we investigated the influence of gap length and tip radius on breakdown of mineral based insulation oil. Applied voltages were DC and AC voltage. Electrode system was needle-plane structure. The tip radius of needle electrode was 5, 10, 20 and 25${\mu}m$, respectively. We measured breakdown voltage for each of tip radius with increasing electrode gap, 2mm to 12mm. Electric breakdown strength at tip was calculated using Mason's equation contained geometric figure. As gap length increased, breakdown strength increased linearly. But, as tip radius of needle increased, breakdown strength decreased exponentially. It can be explained by the phenomenon that electron is easily injected, as tip radius increases, and effective work function decreases. When appling DC voltage, breakdown strength was higher when polarity of needle was negative than positive. It is because of the space charge effect in accordance with the influence of liquid motion.

  • 최근 BIM의 활용이 시각적인 3D모델링 이외에 일정 및 공사비 시뮬레이션, 시각적 공사현황관리, 증강현실적용 등으로 확장되면서, 이에 따른 다양한 BIM기능들이 개발되고 있다. 그러나 개발되는 기능들에 대해 명확한 분류기준과 지식정보가 부족하여, 공사프로젝트에 필요한 기능들을 파악하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 BIM기능의 특성을 반영하여 BIM기능요소 분류체계를 구성하고, 이를 기반으로 BIM기능을 발주할 수 있는 발주모형 구성 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이로써, 철도시설사업에 적용할 수 있는 BIM기능을 분석하여 실무적 활용성을 높이고자 하였으며, 사례적용을 통해 활용성을 검증하고 있다.
