Multiple-Period Repetitive Controller for Selective Harmonic Compensation with Three-Phase Shunt Active Power Filter

  • This paper presents a shunt active power filter (SAPF) for compensating inter-harmonics and harmonics when inter-harmonics content is evident in the grid. The principle of inter-harmonics generation in the grid was analyzed, and the inter-harmonics effect on repetitive controllers was discussed in terms of control performance. Traditional repetitive controllers are not applicable in inter-harmonic compensation. Moreover, the effect of an ideal controller on harmonics signals was analyzed on the basis of the internal model principle. The repetitive controller was improved in the form of a basis function according to theoretical analysis. The finite-dimensional repetitive controller, which is also called the multiple-period repetitive controller, was designed for the control of multiple periodic signals. A selective harmonic compensation system was developed with SAPF. This system can be used to compensate harmonics and inter-harmonics in the grid. Finally, system control performance was verified by simulation and experimental results.

  • (Ba$_{0.6-x}$Sr$_{0.4}$Ca$_{x}$)TiO$_3$(x=1.10,0.15,0.20) specimens were fabricated by the solid state reaction method and then the structural and dielectric properties as a function of he composition ratio and sintering temperature were studied. As a result of the differential thermal analysis(DTA), exothermic peak was observed at around 102$0^{\circ}C$ due to the formation of the polycrystalline perovskite phase. The BSCT(50/40/10) specimen sintered at 150$0^{\circ}C$ showed the highest average grain size(18.25${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$). The Curie temperature and dielectric constant at room temperature decreased with increasing Ca content. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the BSCT(50/40/10) specimen, sintered at 145$0^{\circ}C$, were about 4324 and 0.972% at 1KHz, respectively.ively.

  • 우리나라 학교건축은 1990년 중반 이후부터 교육환경의 개선을 위한 시설확충과 노후화된 교육시설물을 유지관리 하기 위한 각종 보수공사의 비용이 증가하고 있다. 교육시설사업을 유지하는 각 주체들간 업무를 수행함에 있어 정보의 분절과 검사방법의 판단기준이 미비하여 한정된 재원의 중복투자 및 낭비를 하고 있다. 따라서 업무절차에 따른 발생정보 및 요구정보를 명확하고 일관되게 제시할 필요성이 제기된다. 학교시설물을 유지 관리 하는 단계에서 이루어지는 업무를 파악하고, 교육청에서 이루어지는 업무를 중심으로 각 기능간 문제점 및 장애요인 분석을 통해 개선프로세스 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 향후 기능간 장애요인 추출을 통한 개선프로세스 모델과 정보 모델구축이 수행되어야 한다.

  • 비선형적인 위상 변화를 지닌 비정상(non-stationary)신호는 레이더, 통신, 지질탐사, 음향, 생체공학 응용등 여러 분야에서 쉽게 접하는 신호이다. 비정상 신호는 일반적으로 시간의 변환에 따라 신호의 스페트럼 특성이 변화하는 신호를 의미하며, 순간 주파수는 신호의 특정시간에 해당하는 신호성분의 주파수를 의미한다. 따라서 열거한 레이더, 음향, 생ㅊ신호등에 있어서 순간 주파수는 신호의 물리적 특성을 파악하기 위한 중요한 변수이다. 이 논문에서는 연속 웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 비정상 신호의 순간 주파수를 결정에 대하여 연구하였고, 기존의 방법과 비교하였다. 신호에 잡음이나 여러 가지의 주파수가 중첩되어 있는 경우, 기존에 방법들로서는 정확한 순간 주파수를 결정할 수 없는 반면, 웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 경우, 신호의 성분에 관계없이 상당히 정확한 순간주파수를 결정할 수 있음에 대하여 설명하였다.

전력선 통신 기반 HD급 미디어 전송 시스템 설계 및 성능 분석 (System Design of High-Definition Media Transceiver based on Power Line Communication and Its Performance Analysis)

  • Due to a development of a modem technology as Power Line Communication(PLC) over 200 Mbps, the high-speed multi-media data trasmission could be currently possible. The strength of the PLC has no more additional wiring work. PLC has also possible to high quality data transmission with currently electrical cable. It has a various strong point campare with existing wire and wireless communication technologies. In This paper we develop a high quality media transmitter-receiver based on merging the HomePlug AV, which is 200 Mbps class PLC technology and HDMI Interface technology. The video function was used for the VEDEO TEST GENERATOR in order to a property valuation. Smart Live 6 software were used for the assessment of audio property. As the result of measurement of the HD class images by capturing from the receiver of the PLC, the quality of images couldn't be confirm any deterioration, which has compared with original reflections. In case of audio part as the result of confirmation of the Phase, Magnitude, it has been confirmed that over 90% of nomal transmition and receiving of acoustic signal. It can be possible to have HD class Media service through the PLC.

초음파발생회로의 고효율성과 안정성에 대한 연구 (A Study of the High Efficiency and Stability in Ultrasonic Generation circuit)

  • 초음파의 안정한 발생은 주로 고주파의 에너지변환효율과 부하변화에도 안정된 출력을 얻을수 있는 요인에 의존한다, 본 논문에서는 고효율과 안정성을 갖는 초음파발생회로의 모델을 제시하고 설계하였다. 방법으로는 부하의 전압,전류의 위상차를 검출하여 발진주파수를 PLL에 의해 추종하게 하였고 출력단 전압과 전류흘 검출하는 방식으로 Multiplier를 사용해서 출력에 비례하는 신호를 얻어 사역폭을 조절해서 부하변화에도 출력이 안정되게 설계하고 회로의 해석결과를 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 확인하였다.

Peak-Valley Current Mode Controlled H-Bridge Inverter with Digital Slope Compensation for Cycle-by-Cycle Current Regulation

  • In this paper, digital peak current mode control for single phase H-bridge inverters is developed and implemented. The digital peak current mode control is achieved by directly controlling the PWM signals by cycle-by-cycle current limitation. Unlike the DC-DC converter where the output voltage always remains in the positive region, the output of DC-AC inverter flips from positive to negative region continuously. Therefore, when the inverter operates in negative region, the control should be changed to valley current mode control. Thus, a novel control logic circuit is required for the function and need to be analyzed for the hardware to track the sinusoidal reference in both regions. The problem of sub-harmonic instability which is inherent with peak current mode control is also addressed, and then proposes the digital slope compensation in constant-sloped external ramp to suppress the oscillation. For unipolar PWM switching method, an adaptive slope compensation in digital manner is also proposed. In this paper, the operating principles and design guidelines of the proposed scheme are presented, along with the performance analysis and numerical simulation. Also, a 200W inverter hardware prototype has been implemented for experimental verification of the proposed controller scheme.

Analysis of Harmonic Currents Propagation on the Self-Excited Induction Generator with Nonlinear Loads

  • In recent years, the induction machines are increasingly being used as self-excited induction generators (SEIG). This generator is especially widely employed for small-scale power plants driven by renewable energy sources. The application of power electronic components in the induction generator control (IGC) and the loading of SEIG using nonlinear loads will generate harmonic currents. This paper analyzes the propogation of harmonic currents on the SEIG with nonlinear loads. Transfer function method in the frequency domain is used to calculate the gain and phase angle of each harmonic current component which are generated by a nonlinear loads. Through the superposition approach, this method has also been used to analyze the propagation of harmonic currents from nonlinear load to the stator windings. The simulation for the propagation of harmonic currents for a 4 pole, 1.5 kW, 50Hz, 3.5A, Y-connected, rotor-cage SEIG with energy-saving lamps, have provided results almost the same with the experiment. It can prove that the validity of the proposed models and methods. The study results showed that the propagation of harmonic currents on the stator windings rejects high order harmonics and attenuates low order harmonics, consequently THDI diminish significantly on the stator windings.
