기능성 베이커리 제품의 이용실태와 선택 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Utilization State and the Choice Factors of the Funtional Bakery Products)

  • This research was accomplished to prove that the actual using conditions of the funtional bakery products would be different by their sex, age group and income, and what would be main factor to choose them. This survey was examened for 268 subjects by the self-administered questionnaire method. 37% of subjects used the funtional bakery products once or twice a week. They normally paid for them 1,000-3,000 won(40%). The biggest merit of the fuctional bakey products was good for health, but high price was the weekest point of them. Over 63% of subjects answered they had the will to use the new functinal bakery products if they would be developed. Mainly they got the information of functional procuts in bakery. Females paid more than males to buy them and had stronger will to use the new procuts. As the age increased, the using frequency of fuctional bakery products also increased. The expences to buy for them once and the will to use new products increased according to income increment. Females thought more important factors as price, taste, and color than males. Twenties and forties answered price was more important than thirties and fifties.

경기도 반월지역에서의 농업용수 수질에 따른 수도포장내 절지동물군집 (Arthropod Community in the Rice Fields with Different Irrigating Water Quality in Banwol, Kyonggi-do)

  • The effects of three different irrigating water qualities(clean water, life sewage and animal sewage) on the pattern of arthropod communities in the rice fields were investigated at Banwol, Kyonggi-do, mid-western part of Korea from 1994 to 1996. The total density of arthropod was highest in the rice field which was irrigated with clean water(clean water field), and the arthropod community was mainly composed of aphids and collembolans. Each functional group was found in the order of 'pests>non-pests>natural enemies' in its density. The dominant taxa in the pest group were aphids, planthoppers(Delphacidae), leafhoppers(Cicadelidae) and rice water weevil(L. oryzophilus). In the non-pest group collembolans, non-biting midges and dipterans were main arthropods, and in the natural enemy group Araneae was the dominant taxon. In the early growth stage of rice plant the dominant functional group was pests, and in the mid growth stage both the pest and the natural enemy group became dominant. But in the late growth stage none of the functional group was dominant over the other functional groups. The densities of spiders were much more higher in the clean water field than in the other fields. And through all the growth stages of rice plants the density of spiders in clean water field kept increase in contrast to the others. The species composition of spiders in the life sewage field was similar to that in the animal sewage field, but in the clean water field it was different from the other two fields.

시뮬레이션 과제 수행이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Simulation Task Oriented on Balance in Patients with Stroke)

  • Purpose : This study was performed to examine the effect of stimulation task-oriented training on the balance ability of the hemiplegic patients caused by stroke. Methods : We made a random sampling of 25 hemiplegic patients caused by stroke. 10 patients(experimental group)were treated by simulation Task-oriented training and Conventional training used by balance pad. The other 10 patients(control group) were only treated by Conventional training used by balance pad. During the training, 3 patients from the experimental group and 2 patients from the control group were excluded by private affairs. The control group has done Conventional training 6 times a week for 6 weeks. And experimental group has done Simulation task-oriented training two times, conventional training four times a week for 6 weeks. Balance ability was assessed by Fuctional Reaching Test (FRT) : unilateral and bilateral reaching. Results : In comparison of FRT before and after training, two groups all was significantly improved(p<.05). But bilateral reaching variation was significantly improved in experimental group. Conclusion : we can use simulation Task-oriented training valuably to increase balance ability of hemiplegic patients.

Selective Reduction of Carbonyl Group with Borohydride Exchang Resin (BER)-LiCl System

  • The reduction rate of borohydride exchange resin (BER) was greatly enhanced in the presence of lithium salts. Thus 2-heptanone was reduced completely with BER-LiCl in 1 h at room temperature. However, no reduction was observed with BER alone under the same conditions. With this system, organic compounds containing various fuctional groups were examined in ethanol at room temperature. This study revealed that BER-LiCl system exhibits an excellent chemoselectivity for carbonyl group in the presence of other functional groups. Keto esters and epoxy ketones were reduced with BER-LiCl to give the corresponding hydroxy esters and epoxy alcohols with excellent yields. Selective reductions of carbonyl groups were also possible in the presence of other organic compounds containing functional groups such as 1-idooctane, 1-bromooctane, caproamide, hexanenitrile, nitrobenzene, n-butyl disulfide, dimethyl sulfoxide and 1-dodecene.

The Impact of Functional Electrical Stimulus and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation to Scapula Adductor on Upper Limb Functions and Gait of the Patients with Stroke

  • The present study examined the effects of functional electrical stimulus(group 1), proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(group 2) and combined training of functional electrical stimulus and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(group 3) with scapula adductor muscles on scapula movement, upper limb function and gait in fifteen subjects stroke patients. The training was thirty minutes a day, five times a week for six weeks, obtained result as follow, upper limb function was significant difference in the group 2(p<.05) but no significant difference in other groups. The change of weight bearing were significant difference in all the groups(p<.05), and increase of gait velocity were significant difference in all the group(p<.05). In conclusion, when applied with functional electrical stimulus, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and combined training to the scapular adductor muscles, it was oberved in the course of the experiment that proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation was the most effective treatment among the three methods applied to the scapula adductors.

멸치볶음의 조리방법에 따른 Nε-(carboxymethyl)lysine 함량 변화 (Determination of Nε-(carboxymethyl)lysine in Stir-fried Anchovy Under Different Cooking Conditions)

  • The content of $N^{\varepsilon}$-(carboxymethyl)lysine (CML), an advanced glycation endproduct, in stir-fried anchovy prepared under different cooking conditions was determined, along with their sensory properties. The aim of the study was to optimize cooking conditions of stir-fried anchovy for minimal CML production by using different sugars, sugar concentrations, pH levels, and cooking times. The results showed that CML content increased with increasing sugar concentration. Cooking time did not affect CML content but lowering the pH with lemon juice decreased it significantly. The CML content of samples with a high sugar concentration, and without lemon juice was $4.67{\mu}g/mL$, and that of samples with both a low sugar concentration and lemon juice was $2.49{\mu}g/mL$, indicating a 47% reduction in the CML content of sir-fried anchovy. We conclude that stir-fried anchovy cooked with less sugar and the addition of lemon juice can reduce CML content while maintaining sensory characteristics.

자기 테이프용 초미립 자성 철 입자의 분산거동과 전자및 물리특성에 미치는 첨가제의 영향 (Effect of Binders and Additives on Magnetic and Physical Properties of Ultra Fine Metal Particle Tape)

  • 자기 테이프 제조용 초미립 자성 철 분말의 분산 거동을 파악하기 위하여 vinyl계 바이더, polyurethane 바인더, 윤활제등 첨가제 종류 및 양에 따른 분산 거동 및 물리특성들을 조사하였다. 분산성은 바인더의 funtional group의 종류, 자성체와 바인더의 비율등에 크게 영향을 받았으며 적정 조건의 선택으로 분산성은 종래보다 20% 증가하 였다. 이에 따라 자기 특성중 포화 자화는 종래의 경우보다 200 Gauss 증가하였으며, 전자 변환 특성중 휘도 S/N (signal to noise ratio)은 2dB 증가하였다. 적절한 윤활제의 종류및 양에 따라 tape의 마찰계수는 0.15 감소하였으며, 이에 따라 tape의 내구성중 휘도 S/N 열화특성이 4dB 이상 향상되었다.

  • 1. Introduction : Among many azeotropic compounds, pyridine which forms an azeotropic mixture with three moles of water boiling at 92-93$\circ$C is very useful synthetic intermediate in laboratory and industry. With conventional separation method, the dehydration of pyridine aqueous solution is difficult and requires strong drying chemicals. To overcome these difficulties, several researchers have investigated on the separation of pyridine from aqueous solution through polymer membranes. Kujawski reported several ion-exchang membranes containing carboxylic and sulfonic fuctional group for dehydration of aqueous pyridine solution [1]. We have applied the idea of activation of water tranport through ion-dipole interactions between polymer membrane and aclueous feed. Our previous studies reported on the in-situ complex membrane to separate water from aqueous pyridine solution based on simple acid'-base theory [2, 3]. Water transport was enhanced through in-situ complex formation between the , acid moiety in the membrane and the incoming pyridine moiety in the feed.

PPG계 Polyurenthane Methacrylates의 합성과 경화특성 (A Study on the Synthesis and Curing Characteristics of PPG-type Polyurethane Methacrylates)

  • 분자량과 관능기수가 각각 다른 4가지의 polypropylene glycol(PPG)과 toluene-2, 4-diisocyanate(2, 4-TDI)를 이용하여 polyurethane prepolymer(NCO terminated)를 합성한 후 NCO기 말단에 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(2-HEMA)를 반응시켜 PPG계 polyurethane methacrylates 수지를, PPG대신에 bisphenol A(BPA)를 이용하여 BPA계 polyurethane dimethacrylate 수지를 합성하였다. 합성된 PPG계 polyurethane dimethacrylate 수지에 반응성희석제인 triethylene glycol dimethacrylate(TEGDMA), 중합개시제인 cumene hydroperoxide(CHP) 중합금지제인 hydroquinone(HQ)를 첨가하였을 때, 첨가량변화에 따른 토오크강도의 변화를 고찰하였고, BPA계 polyurethane dimethacrylate 수지와 블렌드하였을때의 조성비에 따른 토오크강도의 변화를 고찰하였다. 토오크 측정결과, TEGDMA 40wt%, cumene hydroperoxide 4wt%, hydroquinone 200 ppm이 첨가되었을 때, 가장 큰 토오크강도를 나타내었으며, PPG계와 BPA계를 블렌딩하였을 때는 PPG/BPA가 4/6일 때 가장 큰 토오크강도를 나타내었다. 반응성희석제인 triethylene glycol dimethacrylate(TEGDMA), 중합개시제인 cume hydroperoxide(CHP), 중합금지제인 hydroquinone(HQ)를 동일하게 첨가한 후, 분자량과 관능기수가 다른 PPG계 polyurethane dimethacrylate 수지들의 열경화시의 토오크강도를 측정한 결과, 관능기수가 같은 수지들(PD750, PD1000, PD2000)의 경우에는 분자량이 적은 수지(PD750)일수록 큰 토오크강도를 나타내었고, 관능기수가 많을수록(PT 700) 큰 토오크강도를 나타내었다. 개시제만을 첨가한 후, 열경화를 통해서 얻어진 PPG계 수지들의 겔들을 DSC분석을 통해서 Tg변화를 측정하여 본 결과, 경화시 분자량이 가장 적고, 관능기수가 가장 많은 PT 700이 가장 큰 폭의 Tg증가를 나타내었으며, 분자량이 가장 큰 수지인 PD 2000이 가장 적은 폭의 Tg증가를 나타내었다. 그리고, Tg를 통해서 가교점간 분자량 Mc를 측정한 결과, 가장 큰 폭의 Tg를 보인 PT 700가 가장 적은 Mc를 가지고 있었다. 따라서, PT 700이 경화시 가장 조밀한 망목구조를 형성한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
