하악 견치 잔존시 의치 설계에 따른 치아 지지조직 및 잔존치조제의 광탄성 응력분석 (A PHOTOELASTIC STRESS ANALYSIS ON TOOTH SUPPORTING STRUCTURE AND RESIDUAL RIDGE ACCORDING TO DENTURE DESIGN FOR REMAINING MANDIBULAR CANINES)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the stress patterns developed in abutment and residual ridge according to removable denture design in case of remaining mandibular canines. The removable denture designs in this study were as foolows : 1. Removable partial denture with non-splinted abutment 2. Removable partial denture with splinted abutment 3. Overdenture with telescopic crown 4. Overdenture with O-Ring attachment 5. Overdenture with combination bar attachment Photoelastic stress analysis was used to record the isochromatic fringe patterns and to calculate principal stress components at measuring points. The results were as follows : 1. In case of removable partial denture with non-splinted abutment, stress of root area at the loaded side was the largest. No significant differences in stress of root area were observed between loaded side and unloaded side. 2. No significant differences in stress of residual ridge at the loaded side were observed between removable partial denture with splinted abutment and removable partial denture with non-splinted abutment. 3. In case of combination bar attachment retained overdenture, stress of root area was the largest and in case of telescopic crown retained overdenture, stress of root area was the lowest. 4. In case of attachment retained overdenture, stress of residual ridge was lower but stress of root area was larger than in case of removable partial denture.

광주시 상업지 지가의 형성요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Determinants of Commercial Land Values in Gwangju City)

  • 본 연구는 심각해지는 토지문제를 해결하기 위해 최근에 시행되고 있는 여러가지 토지제도들이 효과적으로 운용되도록 지가를 정확히 산정하고자 하는 움직임에 대한 기초 연구로서, 다른 토지이용에 비해 월등 높은 지가를 보이고 중은 범위에서도 그 변동폭이 큰 상업지를 택하여, 상업지지가의 지역적 차이가 왜 발생하는지 알아보고자 하였다. $1989{\sim}1996$ 동안의 상업지역의 확산은 시 외곽에 빠르게 조성되고 있는 고밀도 아파트 단지를 배후지로 하여 주요 간선도로변을 따라 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 반면, 도심부는 영세한 부지규모 및 노후화한 건물들로 말미암아 급변하고 있는 상업환경의 변화에 능동적으로 대응하지 못하므로서 지가하락 현상을 보이고 있다. 상업지지가와 관련이 있으리라고 예상되는 6개 변수를 이용하여 중다희귀분석을 적용한 결과 보행자 통행량과 도심으로부터의 거리 등 두 변수가 상업지지가 변화량의 65% 정도를 설명해 주었다. 설명되지 않은 35%의 해명을 위해 잔차분석을 행한 결과 도심부의 과소예측, 시 외곽의 과대 예측을 읽을 수 있었는데 이는 광주시의 단핵구조적 특성의 반영일 뿐만 아니라 이 모델이 갖고 있는 한계이다.

대구광역도시권의 지리통계적 도시환경구조 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Geostatistical Evaluation of Urban and Environmental Structure of Taegu Metropolitan Region)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate urban environmental structure in Taegu metropolitan region(TMR) with factor analysis, fuzzy set theory, geostatistic and geographic information system(GIS). The factor analysis could choose the representative one out of multiple variables and simplify the evaluation of the urban environmental structure. The fuzzy approach is an attempt to model an aspect of human thinking previously neglected; it starts from the premise that humans don't represent classes of objects as fully disjoint but rather as sets where transitions from membership to non-membership is gradual. The Geographic Information System(GIS) could connect attributes of factor scores derived from factor analysis to digital map by a method so called 'Spatial join'. The results obtained were as follows: Urbanization appearance was concentrated in the large cities, and this appearance was partial extremely, therefore, there has been a structural gap between urban area and agricultural area which was unified into the urban area. All inclinations didn't become worse after sudden urbanization. For example, suburban agriculture was developed as a large scale in the region near the large cities. Then it encouraged farmers in changing their old cultivating methods to the latest ones. But many districts in urban fringe had symptom of urbanization, the districts which were located between large cities have been developed gradually because of urban sprawl, and played a role in connecting each city. Therefore, due to the urbanization, forestry area and agricultural land, well conserved in the agricultural town, could be easily destroyed. In a different way with the urbanization of the Seoul metropolitan region, that of TMR was centralized upon the center of each city, and it was also very partial. But, because so many regions have the potentiality of urbanization, hereafter, the urbanization process in each region is likely to be different multifariously according to the urban management methods.

인구 및 통근자 자료 분석을 통한 도시확산현상 및 지역 간 상호작용 검증 - 서울 대도시권을 중심으로 - (Investigation of Urban Sprawl and Interregional Interaction by Demographic and Commuting Data - The Case of Seoul Metropolitan Area -)

  • 서울시와 인천광역시, 그리고 경기도가 포함된 서울 대도시권에서는 1990년 이후 인구집중현상이 극심하게 나타나고 있으며, 특히 서울시의 인구억제정책에 따라 인천광역시 및 경기지역으로의 인구집중이 심화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 세계의 대도시에서 공통적으로 나타나고 있는 도심공동현상의 확인을 위하여 서울 대도시권의 역사적인 인구자료를 분석하였고, 서울 대도시권의 확산패턴을 확인하기 위하여 인구자료로부터 산출한 순위변화지수(RMI: Rank Mobility Index)를 분석하였다. 또한 지역 간 상호작용 분석에 유용한 자료로서 최근 미국에서도 대도시를 정의하는 유일한 기준으로 사용될 만큼 그 중요도가 높아지고 있는 통근자 자료를 본 연구에서도 분석하였다. 인구 자료의 분석 결과, 서울시의 인구는 1990년 이래 정체현상을 보이고 있으나, 내부적으로는 외곽에 위치한 구 및 동으로의 편중현상을 나타냄이 확인되었다. 또한 순위변화지수의 분석으로 대규모 개발과 인프라 건설이 집중된 서울 이남지역을 위주로 서울 대도시권이 불균형적 확산을 지속하고 있음을 확인하였으며, 통근자 자료의 분석을 통하여 서울 주변지역의 자족성이 높아질수록 서울에 대한 의존도가 낮아짐을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과는 서울대도시권의 효율적인 계획 및 관리 정책 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

정밀수치정보를 이용한 도시중심에서 거리별 농지손실 및 도시화과정의 토지전용 특성 분석 - 일본의 대표적 도시주변지역을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Land Conversion Characteristics in Process of Farmland Loss and Urbanization by Distance from Center of City Using Detailed Digital Land Use - With Representative Big Cities and Their Fringe Areas in Japan -)

  • As a pre-step research to make land-use planning in the region level, this study aims to analyze some probability pattern representing transition probabilities from farmland to others using the sequential detailed digital land-use maps. Kinki and Chubu regions of Japan, which have Osaka and Nagoya cities as their center places respectively, were selected as test regions in this study. The 10m grid land-use maps for four time series at every 5 year from 1977 to 1992 were used. In this study, the regions were divided into three sub-areas 10km, 20km, and 30km according to distance from center cities, respectively. The correlation coefficient (CC) between sub-areas with same distance in the two regions was calculated to analyze whether or not the two regions have common points in the pattern of land-use conversion probability from farmland to other types. The probability distribution of the converted areas which were moved to the urbanized area (residential, commercial, industrial, road, park and public facility areas) was about $40{\sim}70%$ for both all periods and sub-areas. According to distance from city centers, the probability moved to the urbanized area was about 60% at 10km area, and 40% at the 30km area, which means that the values we decreased gradually, while in the case moved to the forest and the etc areas, the values were increased slightly. The CC analysis from the paddy field and the dry field to the others separately showed that there is high correlation in the probability pattern between the two regions.

응급환자이송업에 종사하는 응급의료종사자의 직무만족도와 이직의도 (The Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Emergency Medical Technician in the Private Ambulance Service)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to assess the job satisfaction and turnover intention of the emergency medical technicians (EMT) in the private ambulance service, to examine their job satisfaction and turnover intention, and to provide the solution for the management of the private ambulance service. Methods: The survey was conducted with 121 EMTs (73 paramedics, 36 basic EMTs and 12 nurses) in the private ambulance service in Korea from September 15 to October 14, 2011. In the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was 0.790 for job satisfaction and 0.796 for turnover intention. Using SPSS 18.0, we obtained Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations, and performed independent t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation analysis. Results: 1) The mean score with regard to job satisfaction was 2.94 and that of their turnover intention was 4.23. In the area of job satisfaction, the mean score of the job demand area was 4.23; 3.97 for the job itself; 3.07 for the area of interaction; 2.98 for the area of autonomy: 2.67 for the organizational demand area; 2.67 for working conditions area; and 1.73 for the wage area. 2) Statistically significant difference was observed in job satisfaction according to age (F=3.819, p=.006), wages (t=-4.640, p=.000), terms of incumbency (F=3.868, p=.011), and in turnover intention it was according to sex (t=-1.995 p=.048), age (F=9.611, p=.000), education levels (F=6.974, p=.002), marital status (t=4.393, p=.000), wages (t=5.515, p=.000), license types (F=8.481, p=.001), and terms of incumbency ( F=14.115, p=.000). 3) The job satisfaction and the turnover intention had a negative correlation to each other (r=-.56, p<.000) in general, and in the sub-7 areas of job satisfaction, the correlation with turnover intention was high in order of the wage area (r=-.61, p=.000), working conditions area (r=-.52, p=.000), the area of autonomy (r=-.49, p=.000), the area of interaction (r=-.45, p=.000), the organizational demand area (r=-.40, p=.000), the job itself (r=-.24, p=.007) and the job demand area (r=-.24, p=.009). Conclusion: The government must take the charge of lowering the turnover intention among paramedics in the private ambulance service by providing the advantage in wages and fringe benefits. Ultimately, this would bring an improvement in the quality of medical emergency services to hospitals especially in the area of patient transfer and transportation.

옥천대의 석류석데 변성암에서 산출되는 백운모, 녹니석 및 흑운모의 Intergrowth와 Interlayering (Intergrowth and Interlayering of Muscovite, Chlorite, and Biotite in a Garnet Zone Metamorphic Rock of the Ogcheon Belt, South Korea)

  • 옥천대 변성 이질암에 분포하는 백운모, 녹니석 및 흑운모는 각기 다른 크기에서 intergrowth와 interlayer 된 것을 전자현미분석(EPMA) 배면 산란 전자상(BEI) 관찰 및 투과 전자현미경(TEM)을 이용한 lattice fringe 상 관찰을 통한 연구에서 밝혔다. 이들 세 광물은 편광현미경 관찰에서도 intergrow된 것이 관찰되며 EPMA 분해능 이하의 크기에서는 interlayer된 것으로 보인다. 다시 말하면, EPMA 분석 자료는 흔히 백운모/녹니석(M/C), 흑운모/녹니 석(B/C), 백운모/파이로필라이트/녹니석(M/Py/C), 흑운모/파이로필라이트/녹니석(B/Py/C) 또는 흑운모/백운모/녹니석(B/M/C)과 같이 두 개 이상의 phyllosilicate 광물의 혼합 형태로 나타난다. BEI 관찰에서는 세 광물(백운모, 녹니석 및 흑운모)이 하나의 입자 안에서 다양한 크기로 섞여 있는 것으로 나타나며, TEM lattice fringe 상 관찰과 제한 시야 전자 회절상 관찰에 의하면 이들 세 광물 사이의 interlayering은 석류석대 변성암에서까지 관찰된다. TEM 관찰 결과 녹니석대 변성암에서는 M/C와 함께 7-$\AA$ layer(사문석, 녹니석의 전신)가 -$10\AA$ layer(백운모) 내에 100~200 $\AA$ 크기로 inter-layer된 것이 밝혀졌다. 흑운모대 변성암으로 가면 7-$\AA$ layer는 크기와 발견 횟수가 감소하고 10-$\AA$ layer는 녹니석(14 $\AA$)과 개별 layer 수준에서 interlayer된다. 석류석대 변성암에서는 7-$\AA$ layer는 더 이상 관찰되지 않으며 10-$\AA$ layer(흑운모)가 녹니석과 50~100 $\AA$ 크기로 interlayer된다.(BEI, TEM). 석류석대 변성암에서는 비교적 큰 크기(1000~2000 $\AA$)의 intergrowth가 흔히 관찰된다. 그러나 세 개의 변성대 암석은 모두 TEM 관찰에서 7-, 10-, 또는 14-$\AA$ layer들이 몇 개의 layer 단위에서 서로 interlayer된 것을 보여준다. 이와 같은 결과는 백운모, 녹니석 및 흑운모와 같은 변성 광물들이 비평형 광물 반응으로 만들어 졌으며 그 결과 불균질한 광물로 되었다는 것을 암시한다.

도시근교 택지개발지역의 경관계획지표 적용방안 (Applying of Indicators for Landscape Planning in Building Lots Development District around Urban Fringe)

  • In terms of the indicators by the type for the landscape plan per the district nit, geographic ecology indicators were the items such as water, water system, topography and climate, while biological ecology indicators were the items such as green zone size, green zone ratio, biotope size and distribution. The sensory and visual indicators were the items such as view point, view axis and skyline, and the accessibility indicator items for the green zone were applied as the socially used indicators. As for the application method according to each indicator, the water or water system was expressed and applied through the slopes and elevation topographic analysis drawings, the climate was expressed and applied through the main direction of the wind and the cold wind pass alley drawings. As for the green zone size and green zone ratio, the land use according to the status and housing area development was compared to present the measured figures. In case of the biotop size and the distribution item, the range was limited to the preparation of the biotope drawings for the focused preservation. As for the view point and view axis, the view point was selected according to the view point to prepare and apply the view analysis drawing in which the view area to be preserved is analyzed. As for the skyline, its landscape photo was composed with the housing area shape, and then skyline photography was applied as the plan in order to propose and consider the various shapes of the skyline. As for the accessibility to the peen zone, the network drawing was drawn to reflect the users' accessibility and continuity of the green zone formed and preserved according to the land use plan and then the drawing was prepared and proposed as the applicable plan.

임플란트의 수와 어태치먼트의 종류에 따른 하악 임플란트 지지 오버덴춰의 삼차원 광탄성 응력분석 (A THREE DIMENSIONAL PHOTOELASTIC STRESS ANALYSIS OF IMPLANT-SUPPORTED MANDIBULAR OVERDENTURE ACCORDING TO IMPLANT NUMBER AND ATTACHMENT TYPE)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the stress distribution in the bone around dental implants supporting mandibular overdenture according to the number of implant and the type of attachment. Two or four implants were placed in an edentulous mandibular model and three dimensional photoelastic stress analysis was carried out to measure the fringe order around the implant supporting structure and also to calculate principal stress components at cervical area of each implant. The attachments tested were rigid and resilient type of Dolder bar, Round bar, Hader bar and Dal-Ro attchment. The results were as follows ; 1. In 2-implant supported overdenture using Round bar, Hader bar, and Dal-Ro attachment, compressive stress pattern was observed on the supporting structure of implant on loaded side, while tensile stress pattern in unloaded side. 2. In 2-implant supported overdenture using Dolder bar, the rigid Dolder bar shared the occlusal loads between 2 implants in a more favorable manner than was exhibited by the resilient type, while the resilient type placed a more stress on the distocervical area of the implant on the loaded side. But compressive stress pattern was observed in both the loaded and unloaded sides in either case. 3. In 2-implant supported overdenture, rigid and resilient type of Dolder bar exhibited more cross arch involvement than the Round bar, Hader bar, or Dal-Ro attachment. 4. In 4-implant supported overdenture using resilient Dolder bar and Hader bar, stress turned out to be distributed evenly among the implants between loaded and unloaded side, but thor was no reduction in the magnitude of the stress in the surrounding structure of implant contratry to 2-implant supported overdenture. 5. The stress pattern at cervical area of implant was different with the number of implant or the type of attachment but the overload, harmful to surrounding structure of implant, was not observed.

산지형 체험테마공원 조성을 위한 환경생태계획 및 훼손저감 기법 연구 (Ecological Planning and Mitigation of Deterioration Technique for Plan of Mountainous Experience Theme Park)

  • Taebaek city is located in the mountainous plateau area therefore the major industry was coal industry. According to dramatically declining of the major industry, Taebaek city is need to alternative industry which associated with considering the geographical characteristics of natural tourism resources for increasing the local economy. On the basis of these reasons, this study can be suggested ecological planning and mitigation of deterioration technique about the these study site. That is the reserved area for mountainous experience theme park. As the results of environmental ecology assessment are following as; The natural ecosystem areas, multi-layer structure forest such as forest of Pinus densiflora, forest of Quercus mongolica and deciduous forest have a high value of nature, diversity and potential. In addition, wild bird habitats were important area as a inhabitation, breeding, feeding and hiding. Therefore, on these areas should be preserved. Also, it needs to conserve on there such as more than three types of wild bird inhabitate areas, the fringe of high biological diversity, the wetland that have got good vegetation condition and the function of amphibia, reptiles crossing. In addition, inhabitation, the waterway of wetland form that have got wide waterside width needs to conserve. In conclusion, on the basis of analysis results such as conditions of plan, environment, ecological assessments, survey informations are able to suggest the connectivity of the axis of forest and management plan. Moreover, in the part of forest restoration plan, we suggest the plan of transplant for a compensation of damaged forest by land use.
