소비자 제품지식과 제품속성의 중요도에 따른 정보탐색 (Consumer Information Search According to Prior knowledge and Degree of Importance of Products)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze information search according to consumer's prior knowledge and degree of importance of products. Questionnare survey method was used in this research. The sample was taken from 548 university students in Seoul from 19th of June to 26th of June in 1997. Statistical methods used in this study were Frequency, Percentage, Regression and path Analysis. The major findings are summarized as follows; 1) The level of Consumer's prior knowledge showed somewhat middle. 2) Degree of importance of products showed in order of quality, A/S extension exchange price reliance of a manufacturing company a design etc. 3) Information search for the consumer's prior knowledge and importance showed high on the whole. The more prior knowledge consumer have the better they recognize for the importance of products. Therefore consumers are more likely to search information.

  • Efficient stowage plan is required for handling large number of containers in a container terminal. Before a ship enters port, most of container terminals prepare a stowage plan based on information received from the shipping company. If this information does not have the accurate information of containers in the vessel, the stowage plan might be often changed or sometimes it becomes useless. In order to avoid this problem, we apply RFID system in the container ship and we propose a framework for communication between ships and terminals using RFID and Web Services technology.

조명용 LED의 광전궤환을 이용한 가시광 무선인식장치 (Visible Light Identification System Using Optoelectronic Feedback of A Lighting LED)

  • In this paper, we used optoelectronic feedback to generate the carrier frequency for the ASK modulation of a lighting LED. A solar cell was used for photo-detector in the feedback circuit, and the LED light was ASK modulated by controlling the ON/OFF state of the switch that is installed in the feedback loop. The oscillation frequency of the optoelectronic feedback loop was about 50 kHz and the data rate of the ASK modulation was 9.6 kbps. In experiments, the optoelectronic feedback circuit was used for the ASK modulation of a lighting LED in the transponder of a visible light identification system, and data exchange between the transponder and the reader was successfully carried out.

조직 특성 MR 조영제를 이용한 쥐의 간세포막의 물분자 교환 및 투과율의 MR 측정기법 (MR Study of Wate Exchange and Cell Membrane Permeability in Rat Liver Cells Using a Tissue-Specific MR Contrast Agent)

  • 목적 : 간특정 MR 조영제를 이요하여 간세포의 세포막을 통한 물분자의 교환 및 세포막 투과율을 정확히 측정 할 수 있는 MR 기법을 개발하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 쥐의 간세포를 분리하여 낸 후 NMR 측정을 시도하엿다. 모든 실험은 0.02MHz부터 60 MHz까지 양성자의 Larmor 주파수를 변화시킬 수 있는 IBM형 field cycling relaxometer를 사용하여 시행하였으며 spin-echo 펄스열을 사용하여 T1 자기이완시간을 측정하였다. 전오도의 간특정 조영제인 Gd-EOB-DTPA를 함유하고 있는 간세포 샘플로부터 획득한 T1 데이터를 연속분포 분석법을 사용하여 분석하였으며 이때 이론적 모델로는 Two compartmental exchange 모델을 이용하였다. 결과 : 간세포내의 물분자의 평균 거주시간은 약 250 msec이며 간세포막의 투과율에 대한 최저치는 $(1.3{\pm}0.1){\;}{\times}{\;}10^{-3}cm/sec$ 이었다. 자기이완시간의 연속적인 분포도를 구할 수 있는 CONTIN 분석기법을 적용한 결과 확산적 물분자 교환이 일어남을 밝혔고 이러한 확산적 교환의 정도가 간세포의 경우 세포내 공간에서는 작지 않다는 사실을 규명 할 수 있었다. 결론 : 연속분포 분석기법을 적용하는 경우 Gd-EOB-DTPA는 간세포에서의 물분자의 교환정도 및 세포막의 물분자에 대한 투과율을 측정하는데 매우 유용한 방법임을 확인하였고 간세포에서의 물분자의 교환속도는 적혈구에서의 물분자 교환 속도에 비해 매우 느리다는 사실을 확인하였다. 따라서 조직 특정 조영제는 해당 조직 혹은 세포의 세포막 투과율과 같은 생리학적 정보를 알아낼 수 있는 기능적 조영제로서의 유용성을 입증할 수 있었다.

일부 대학병원 간호사의 업무인지정도에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Perception Level of Nursing Activities of Nurses in General Hospitals)

  • The Study was carried out for the purpose of investigating the degree of perception in nursing activities. This study reports perceptions of nurses on the choices they make among competing activities, contrasts this perception with their opinion of what tasks they would like to spend time on. A sample of 231 clinical nurses was selected to participate in this study at two genernal hospitals in Seoul. The data was collected from July 10th to 25th, 1990. Subjects were instructed to rate one of five points likert type scale on the 43 items of nursing activities. Analysis of data was done by means of the SPSS-X Program using frequency, t-test and ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The characteristics of the subjects were as follows: The age group of 25-29 yeares was 45.9%. For religion, Christians had the highest score, 68.4 % and singles in subjects were 81.4%. For academic background, 64.5% were graduated from nursing junior colleges. In the subjects, staff nurses were 86.6%. 22.5% of them had worked for less than 1 year and 20.8% had 37 months to 5 years experience at the time of the survey. 62.8% were satisfied with the job. 2. The perception level of nursing activities: 1) The mean score for perception of professional nursing functions was 4.157 point, with a maximum score set. at 5 points. The mean score for perception of priorities was 3.781. Perception of spending time was 3.932. 2) In perception of professional nursing functions, more important items were Aseptic technique (4.866), Shift and exchange of information concerning patients(4.654), Observing patients (4.799). Less important items were Transporting patients(3.411), Changing linens(3.442), Giving a bed shampoo (3.506). In priorities, more important ones. were Aseptic technique(4, 706), Shift and exchange of information concerning patients (4.524.), Observing patients(4.390), Taking vital signs (4.355). And less important ones were Changing linens (3.100), Giving bed baths(3.113), Giving back rubs(3.121). In spending time, more important ones were Aseptic technique(1.706), Observing patients (4.532), Shift and exchange of information concerning patients(4.532). And less important ones were Changing lines(3.368), Transporting patients(3.394), Giving bed baths(3.450). 3) In the role perception level, the mean distribution of perception was 3.511- 4.335; the role was perceived to be in order of frequency as a facilitator, coordinator, change agent and advocator role. The most important scale of factors by nursing activities was indirect nursing activities.

무선 릴레이 시스템에서의 Complex Field Network Coding 기법 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Complex Field Network Coding Scheme for Wireless Relay System)

  • 본 논문에서는 릴레이 기반 무선 통신 환경에서 기존의 CFNC (Complex Field Network Coding) 기법 적용 시 발생하는 문제점들을 개선하는 방안을 제시한다. CFNC 기법은 간단한 복소 덧셈 및 뺄셈 연산을 통해 상 하향 링크 신호 교환에 요구되는 시간 구간을 최소화함으로써 전송 효율을 극대화하는 장점을 가진다. 그러나, 기존의 CFNC 기법은 릴레이에서의 ML (Maximum Likelihood) 판정 과정에서 큰 폭의 성능 열화가 발생하는 단점이 있다. 또한, CFNC 기법 적용 시 릴레이의 수신 신호에 다중 주파수 오프셋이 발생함에 따라 릴레이의 미세 주파수 오프셋 추정 성능이 열화 되는 한편, 주파수 오프셋 보상 이후에도 잔류 주파수 오프셋으로 인한 성능 열화가 발생하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 상향 링크의 송신 다이버시티를 이용함으로써 정확도를 개선 가능한 새로운 ML 판정 기법 및 다중 주파수 오프셋 환경에서 적용 가능한 새로운 미세 주파수 오프셋 추정, 보상 기법을 제안한다. 다양한 환경에서의 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통해 제안된 기법들이 CFNC 기법 적용 시 발생하는 문제점들을 효과적으로 개선 가능함을 입증한다.

관계적과 강제적 영향전략이 본사 신뢰에 미치는 영향 : 영업사원 신뢰의 매개역할 (Effects of Relational and Mandatory Influence Strategies on Sales Representatives and Headquarter Trust)

  • Purpose - This study examines the effects of the influence strategies on sales representative and headquarter trust, and investigates how sales representative trust plays a mediating role in the relationship between influence strategies and headquarter trust. For these purposes, a structural model which consists of several constructs was developed. In this model, influence strategies that consist of relational influence strategies (information exchange, recommend, promise) and mandatory influence strategies (legal plea, request, threat) were proposed to affect the sales representative trust and in turn, increase the headquarter trust. Thus, this study proposed that sale representative trust plays a core mediating role in the relationship between relational and mandatory influence strategies and headquarter trust in B2B food materials distribution context. Research design, data, and methodology - For these purposes, the authors collected the data from 208 B2B specialized complex agents. We used the 2,200 B2B specialized complex agents which trade with CJ, Ottogi, and Daesang firms and supply food materials to restaurant, school cafeteria, supermarket and traditional market as a sample frame. Once we identified 330 B2B specialized complex agent owners, CEOs, and/or Directors who had agreed to participate in this study, we dropped off a questionnaire at each B2B specialized complex agent and explained the purpose of this study. The survey was conducted from October 1, 2015 to December 15, 2015. A total of 230 questionnaires were collected. Of these collected questionnaires, 28 questionnaires excluded since they had not been fully completed. The data were analyzed using frequency test, reliability test, measurement model analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS and SmartPLS 2. Results - First, information exchange, recommendation, and promise of relational influence strategies had positive effects on sales representative trust. The threat of mandatory influence strategies had a negative effect on sales representative trust, but legal plea and request did not have a significant effect on sales representative trust. Second, information exchange and recommendation of relational influence strategies had positive effects on headquarter trust, but promise did not. Also, legal plea, request, and threat of mandatory influence strategies did not have a significant effect on headquarter trust. Third, this findings show that sales representative trust plays a partial mediator between information exchange and headquarter trust, and threat and headquarter trust, and a full mediator between promise and headquarter trust, and recommendation and headquarter trust. Conclusions - The aim of this study was to examine the effects how diverse dimensions of relational and mandatory influence strategies relate to sales representative trust and headquarter trust. To do so, we integrated the influence strategies and the trust transfer theory to hypothesize that various influence strategies increase sales representative and headquarter trust. The findings of this study suggest that headquarter firms should establish and enforce proper influence strategies guidelines to make clear what proper actions sales representatives should implement in relationship with B2B specialized complex agents. Also, relational and mandatory influence strategies must be regarded as a long-term and ongoing strategy that eventually build a long-term orientation with B2B specialized complex agents and guarantee a company's sustainable growth and success.

Secure Transmission for Two-Way Vehicle-to-Vehicle Networks with an Untrusted Relay

  • This paper considers the physical layer security problem for a two-way vehicle-to-vehicle network, where the two source vehicles can only exchange information through an untrusted relay vehicle. The relay vehicle helps the two-way transmission but also acts as a potential eavesdropper. Each vehicle has a random velocity. By exploiting the random carrier frequency offsets (CFOs) caused by random motions, a secure double-differential two-way relay scheme is proposed. While achieving successful two-way transmission for the source vehicles, the proposed scheme guarantees a high decoding error floor at the untrusted relay vehicle. Average symbol error rate (SER) performance for the source vehicles and the untrusted relay vehicle is analyzed. Simulation results are provided to verify the proposed scheme.

액자와 콜라주를 이용한 주파수영역 기반 스테가노그래피 (A Frequency Domain based Steganography using Image Frame and Collage)

  • 본 논문에서는 디지털 커뮤니티 환경에서 사용자의 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 저작권을 보호하며, 비밀 정보 교환을 안전하게 수행할 수 있는, 액자와 콜라주를 이용한 주파수영역 기반의 새로운 스테가노그래피 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 사용자가 다양한 액자와 콜라주를 이용하여 원본 사진을 꾸밀 때 해당 액자와 콜라주에 대한 주파수영역에 저작권과 관련된 정보 또는 비밀 정보를 숨길 수 있게 하였다. 제안한 기법의 장점은 액자를 포함한 콜라주의 개수를 조절하여 숨기고자 하는 정보의 량을 자유롭게 조절할 수 있으며, 다양한 이미지 왜곡 공격들에도 안전하며, 높은 PSNR을 유지할 수 있다. 따라서 제안한 기법은 디지털 저작권 관리, 비밀 메시지 통신, 디지털 워터마킹과 같은 다양한 멀티미디어 보안 분야에 실용적으로 적용되어질 수 있다.

Expression of Endoplasmic Reticulum Chaperone ERp29 in the Injured Spinal Cord

  • Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a potent regulator of normal and abnormal angiogenesis. Recent literature suggests that VEGF has several activities that may amplify acute inflammation reactions. Dysregulated VEGF expression has been implicated as a major contributor to the development of a number of common disease pathologies. One of common mutations in the 3'- untranslated region of the VEGF gene, a C\longrightarrowT exchange at nucleotide position 936, has been found to be significantly associated with VEGF expression levels in the plasma from a previous Austrian study. The frequency of this mutation could be important genetic information regarding tumor growth and angiogenesis related diseases. The aim of this study was to investigate the frequency distribution of this mutation in general Korean population. We examined the statistical data from 207 healthy Korean subjects. Observed numbers (%) of 936T were 28.5 (CT) and 3.9 (TT), respectively. The mutant allele frequency of 936T in Korean subjects was 0.18, which appeared somewhat higher than that in Austrian subjects.
