장면 전환점 검출을 위한 프레임의 평균오차 비교에 관한 연구 (A Study on Frame of MSE Comparison for Scene Chang Detection Retrieval)

  • 대용량의 동영상 데이터 이용에 있어 사용자가 전체 동영상 데이터를 한눈에 파악할 수 있고, 필요한 경우 원하는 지점부터 동영상을 재생할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 동영상 데이터의 정보를 요약해 놓은 프레임 리스트를 제공하며, 효과적인 동영상 검색을 위해서는 동영상 데이터의 색인과정이 필요하다. 본 논문은 내용기반 색인에 기초가 될 동영상의 장면 전환점 검출에 관한 효과적인 방법을.제안하고자 한다. 제안된 방법은 동영상 데이터를 대각선 방향으로 일정 픽셀의 칼라 값을 추출하여 동영상의 전체 구조를 파악할 수 있도록 정지영상으로 샘플링 하였으며, 샘플링 된 데이터는 장면전환점을 한눈으로 파악할 수 있었다. 각각의 프레임에서 추출한 픽셀의 칼라 값은 행렬A에 i$\times$j 행렬로 i는 프레임 수, j는 프레임의 영상 높이로 저장하고 MSE(Mean Square Error) 도입하여 각 프레임의 평균 오차를 계산한다. 평균오차와 일정 임계값을 초과하면 그 프레임을 장면 전환점으로 검출하고자 한다.

  • Line Balancing is the method enflowing workparts smoothly by balancing the worktime of processes, and reduces the cycle time. Soccer is the sports attacking the opposite team and defending a friendly area efficiently by means of ball. To accomplish this purpose, space balancing is the necessary condition. Soccer 'system' what we called 'formation' is the basic frame to balance the space of playground, operate the tactics. This paper introduces 'Dual Hexagon System', a quite new system in soccer, using line balancing principle. It also explains the correlations between line balancing and dual hexagon system, distinctions and position names of dual hexagon system, and then suggests success factors.

  • In this paper we discuss an algorithm for a real time transmission of moving color images on the TCP/IP network using wavelet transform and neural network. The image frames received from the camera are two-level wavelet-trans formed in the server, and are transmitted to the client on the network. Then, the client performs the inverse wavelet-transform using only the received pieces of each image frame within the prescribed time limit to display the moving images. When the TCP/IP network is busy, only a fraction of each image frame will be delivered. When the line is free, the whole frame of each image will be transferred to the client. The receiver warns the sender of the condition of traffic congestion in the network by sending a special short frame for this specific purpose. The sender can respond to this information of warning by simply reducing the data rate which is adjusted by a back-propagation neural network. In this way we can send a stream of moving images adaptively adjusting to the network traffic condition.

  • An algorithm of 3-D particle image velocimetry(3D-PIV) was developed for the measurement of 3-D velocity Held of complex flows. The measurement system consists of two or three CCD camera and one RGB image grabber. Flows size is $1500{\times}100{\times}180(mm)$, particle is Nylon12(1mm) and illuminator is Hollogen type lamp(100w). The stereo photogrammetry is adopted for the three dimensional geometrical mesurement of tracer particle. For the stereo-pair matching, the camera parameters should be decide in advance by a camera calibration. Camera parameter calculation equation is collinearity equation. In order to calculate the particle 3-D position based on the stereo photograrnrnetry, the eleven parameters of each camera should be obtained by the calibration of the camera. Epipolar line is used for stereo pair matching. The 3-D position of particle is calculated from the three camera parameters, centers of projection of the three cameras, and photographic coordinates of a particle, which is based on the collinear condition. To find velocity vector used 3-D position data of the first frame and the second frame. To extract error vector applied continuity equation. This study developed of various 3D-PIV animation technique.

3차원 Volume PIV의 개발 (Development of 3-D Volume PIV)

  • A Process of 3-D Particle image velocimetry, called here, as '3-D volume PIV' was developed for the full-field measurement of 3-D complex flows. The present method includes the coordinate transformation from image to camera, calibration of camera by a calibrator based on the collinear equation, stereo matching of particles by the approximation of the epipolar lines, accurate calculation of 3-D particle positions, identification of velocity vectors by 3-D cross-correlation equation, removal of error vectors by a statistical method followed by a continuity equation criterior, and finally 3-D animation as the post processing. In principle, as two frame images only are necessary for the single instantaneous analysis 3-D flow field, more effective vectors are obtainable contrary to the previous multi-frame vector algorithm. An Experimental system was also used for the application of the proposed method. Three analog CCD camera and a Halogen lamp illumination were adopted to capture the wake flow behind a bluff obstacle. Among 200 effective particle s in two consecutive frames, 170 vectors were obtained averagely in the present study.

  • 선박의 조종성능을 추정하기 위해서는 모형시험을 수행하는 것이 가장 신뢰성 있는 방법이다. 그러나 선박의 초기설계단계에서 주요목, 프로펠러 그리고 타의 특성들과 같은 한정된 자료로써 선박의 전반적인 조종성능을 추정하기 위한 다른 방법이 필요하다. 이 논문에서 일본의 연구원들에 의해 수행된 구속 모형시험을 이용하여 Sway Force와 Yaw moment의 선형미계수에 대한 새로운 추정식을 제안하였다. 이 방법에 의해 선박의 조종성능을 평가하는 경우, 선미 Frame Line 형상과 선미 Profile의 영향을 고려할 수 있다. 두 척의 모형선을 대상으로 조종운동 Simulation과 자유항주시험을 비교하여, 본 추정법의 유용성을 검토하였다.

  • 움직이는 여러 개 물체의 속도를 추정하능 방법으로 피리오도그램(periodogram)을 사용하는 방법이 있다. 이는 영상 시퀀스를 프레임별로 수직과 수평 방향으로 투사를 한 후 시간축 FFT를 실행한다. 차원 주파수 도메인에서 원점을 지나는 직선상의 화소들의 에너지를 합하여 움직이는 물체의 속도를 추정하게 된다. 물체가 두 개 이상일 경우에는 각각의 움직이는 속도에 해당하는 여러 개의 피크 값들을 검출하게 된다. 이 피크 값들을 짝지어 주게 되면 물체 각각의 속도가 나오게 된다. 본 논문의 방법은 기존의 수평, 수직 투사이외에, 투사의 방향을 추가하여 수평 수직 방향 속도 성분을 짝지워줬다. 기존의 논문들에 비해 간단한 계산으로 움직이는 물체의 속도를 효과적으로 짝지울 수 있다.

  • This paper proposes a grid-tied photovoltaic (PV) system, consisting of Voltage-fed dual-active-bridge (DAB) dc-dc converter with single phase inverter. The proposed converter allows a small dc-link capacitor, so that system reliability can be improved by replacing electrolytic capacitors with film capacitors. The double line frequency free maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is also realized in the proposed converter by using Ripple Correlation method. First of all, to eliminate the double line frequency ripple which influence the reduction of DC source capacitance, control is developed. Then, a designing of Current control in DQ frame is analyzed and to fulfill the international harmonics standards such as IEEE 519 and P1547, $3^{rd}$ harmonic in the grid is directly compensated by the feedforward terms generated by the PR controller with the grid current in stationary frame to achieve desire Total Harmonic Distortion (THD). 5-kW PV converter and inverter module with a small dc-link film capacitor was built in the laboratory with the proposed control and MPPT algorithm. Experimental results are given to validate the converter performance.
