방한외국인의 항공사 선택속성 중요도-성취도 분석 (Research on Airline Selection Attributes by IPA among Foreign Tourists Visiting Korea)

  • 본 연구는 방한 관광객을 대상으로 항공사 선택속성에 대한 중요도 및 성취도를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이에 방한 일본인과 중국인을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 대응표본 T-test를 실시하였으며 유의한 차이가 있는 속성과 각 선택 속성들 간의 순위를 살펴보았다. 또한 요인분석을 통하여 운송 서비스, 부대 서비스, 기내 서비스, 기본 서비스의 4가지 요인을 도출하였으며, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)기법을 이용하여 집중 영역, 유지 영역, 저순위 영역, 과잉노력 지양 영역의 항목들을 도출하였다. 항공사 선택속성에 대한 IP분석 결과 가장 노력하고 집중해야 할 I사분면, 집중영역은 의사소통의 편리함, 기내 승무원 친절도, 선호좌석 배정 등으로 나타났다. II사분면 유지영역은 중요도와 성취도가 모두 높은 영역으로 항공편 스케줄, 정확한 수하물 처리, 상용고객 우대제도, 탑승 라운지, 제휴서비스, 항공사 이미지, 기내방송 등으로 나타났다. III사분면 저순위 영역은 중요도와 성취도 모두 낮은 영역으로 노선 다양성, 승무원 유니폼, 항공 요금, 기내식 맛과 질 등으로 나타났다. IV사분면 과잉노력 지양 영역으로 중요도는 낮으나 성취도가 높은 영역으로 이에 해당하는 속성은 신속한 탑승수속, 좌석의 편안함, 항공기 기종과 연식으로 나타났다.

Capacitance Estimation Method of DC-Link Capacitors for BLDC Motor Drive Systems

  • This paper proposes a capacitance estimation method of the dc-link capacitor for brushless DC motor (BLDCM) drive systems. In order to estimate the dc-link capacitance, the BLDCM is operated in quadrant-II or -IV among four-quadrant operation. Quadrant-II and -IV are called reverse braking and forward braking, respectively. During the braking operation of the BLDCM, the capacitor is charged by the phase current and then the voltage is increased during the braking operation time. The capacitor current and voltage can be obtained by using the phase current sensor of BLDCM and the dc-link voltage sensor. The capacitance and be easily obtained by the voltage equation of the capacitor. The proposed method guarantees the reliable and simple calculation of the dc-link capacitance without additional hardware system except several the sensors already installed for the motor control system. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through both the simulation and experimental results.

상한위치분석을 통한 농촌체험관광마을의 생애주기별 발전방안 -합전마을을 중심으로- (Development Plans by Life-Cycle of Rural Experience Tourism Village using Positioning Analysis - Focused on Hapjeon-village -)

  • In this study, the objectives are to provide rural experience tourism village business courses and development direction in between individual farmers and the village in base on rural development business of Hapjeon-village. The developmental process of a farm-stay village can be categorized into the period of six stages: 1) a conception stage 2) an adoption stage 3) a growth stage 4) an expansion stage 5) a stagnation stage 6) a recovery stage. Farm Stay Villages, Individual Farmhouses or Producer Groups can be placed in four different quadrant areas of a graph, depending on the pursuing direction and results of core values by having the X-axis for economic factors (public profits, individual profits) and by having the Y-axis for emotional factors (self-actualization, conflicts). The first quadrant area is designated for ideal individual farmhouses and producer groups for having achieved the status of economic self-reliant and high emotional satisfaction. The second quadrant is for ideal self-actualized communal villages having achieved the independent public interest and public profitable status. The third quadrant is reserved for villages experiencing communal conflicts and no economic self-reliant stagnant status. The fourth guardant area is allocated for individual farmhouses and producer groups having achieved self-reliant economic status, yet having communal conflicts. Using the aforementioned concept, the government shall design village development projects and prepare realistic and achievable goals and place them in as a systematic device in future projects.

환자만족도 평가에 대한 방법론적 접근: IPA기법을 중심으로 (A Methodological Approach on the Evaluation of Patient Satisfaction: Focused on the Importance Performance Analysis(IPA))

  • The measurement and management of patient satisfaction has become one of the key issues in the last two decades. Hospitals must thoroughly understand the needs of their customers and design products and health services that meet and exceed their expectations. The importance-performance analysis(IPA) is a widely used analytical technique that yields strategies for managing customer satisfaction in a variety of applications. IP A is a two-dimensional grid based on customer-perceived importance of quality attributes and attribute performance. Depending on the interplay of these two dimensions, four strategies can be derived. The aim of this study is to develop the management strategies for improving patient satisfaction in university hospitals using the I-P analysis. The attributes on inpatient service quality in 4 university hospitals was investigated using the Martilla and James(l977)' s a mean adjusted I-P grid where the axes of the grid cross at the average rating point of all items. The patient satisfaction questionnaires were completed by 600 hospital inpatients. The main statistical methods are path analysis and IPA with SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0 statistical softwares. The two attributes, physician and medical service, administrative staff kindness attributes position in first quadrant(Keep Up the Good domain). The nurse and nursing service attributes position in second quadrant(Possible Overkill domain). The two attributes, convenience of check-in service, facilities and physical environment position in third quadrant(Low Priority domain). Finally the quality of inpatient service(food etc.) attributes position in fourth quadrant(Concentrate Here domain). These findings show various implications on the development of strategies in university hospitals in the future. It was determined that quality of inpatient service(food etc.) need to concentrate more on investments. These investments include a taste, price, proper provision of food service and quick response of pain management. A low priority was given to investment in streamlining the check-in process of inpatient and hospital facilities and physical environment in the long run.

멀티플랙스 영화관 선택속성의 중요도-성취도 분석 (Importance-Performance Analysis of Multiplex Cinema Attributes)

  • 본 연구는 멀티플렉스 영화관 관람객을 대상으로 영화관 선택속성에 대한 중요도 및 성취도를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이에 멀티플렉스 영화관을 방문하여 영화를 관람하고자 하는 관람객을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 대응표본 T-test를 실시하였으며 유의한 차이가 있는 속성과 각 선택 속성들 간의 순위를 살펴보았다. 또한 요인분석을 통하여 주요서비스, 인적서비스, 물리적 환경, 보조서비스의 4가지 하위요인을 도출하였으며, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)기법을 이용하여 집중 영역, 유지 영역, 저순위 영역, 과잉노력 지양 영역의 항목들을 도출하였다. 분석결과는 아래와 같다. 제 I사분면은 노력집중영역은 상영시간대의 다양성, 상영영화장르의 다양성, 모바일 앱 이용의 편리성, 주차시설의 규모와 편리성으로 나타났다. 제 II사분면인 지속유지 영역은 웹사이트 예매의 편리성, 카드제휴를 통한 할인혜택, 직원의 친절성, 직원의 정확한 서비스 정보전달, 편안한 좌석, 스크린 크기, 영화관 사운드 품질, 주변 환경과의 연계성, 대중교통의 편리성 등으로 나타났다. 제 III사분면인 저순위 영역은 멤버십제도, 직원복장의 단정함, 대기시간을 위한 휴식 공간, 주변접근성, 스넥코너의 다양성, 전반적 청결도로 나타났다. 제 IV사분면은 과잉노력 지양 영역으로 상영관 온도의 적정성과 서비스 숙련도로 나타났다.

국내 기업가정신의 연구동향에 관한 탐색적 연구: 동시단어분석 방법을 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study on the Study Trend of Domestic Entrepreneurship Using Co-word Analysis Method)

  • 본 연구는 지적구조분석의 동시단어분석(co-word Analysis)방법을 '기업가정신'의 연구에 접목하여 지난 50여 년 간의 '기업가정신'과 관련한 국내 연구를 단계별로 분석하였다. 동시단어분석 방법은 연구주제 간의 정보를 시각화하고 이차원 평면에 주제들을 배치하여 연구의 전체적인 동향과 향후 연구 주제를 분석하는 정량적 분석방법으로, 연구 결과 크게 4가지 단계의 연구 경로의 방향성이 도출되었다. 분석에 따르면, 태동기 연구단계(3사분면)에서 연구가 시작되고, 독자적 연구단계(2사분면)의 연구 주제는 연구로서의 독자적인 분야로 정착되는 단계이며, 시대적 상황을 반영하는 연구의 주제들이 포함되어 있다. 성장기 연구단계(1사분면)는 연구주제에 가장 밀접한 관계에 있는 연구주제들이 배치되어 있으며, 성숙기(4사분면)의 연구주제들이 연구의 중심에 위치하는 것을 알 수 있었다.

한국 해산 히드라해파리 (자포동물문: 히드라충강) 2미기록종 (Two New Records of Marine Hydromedusae (Cnidaria: Hvdrozoa) in Korea)

  • 경기도 시화호와 여수 및 대한해협에서 채집된 히드라해파리류는 관사르스해파리 (Sarsia tubujosa)와 네잎백합해파리 (Liriope tetraphylla)로 각각 동정되었다. 이들은 한국 미기록종으로 판명되어 재기재하여 보고한다. 관사르스해파리는 긴 관모양의 구병과 4개의 촉수를 가진다. 경해파리목 (Trachymedusae)에 속하는 네잎백합해파리는 내산의 중앙 표면에 위치한 삼각형의 생식선과 우산의 4분원 (quadrant)에 7개의 구심맹관 (blind centripetal canals)을 가지며 길고 굵은 구병과 구병 끝에 4개의 주름진 구엽을 가진다. 본 연구의 결과 지금까지 밝혀진 한국 해산 히드라해파리류는 5목 11과 12종이 된다.

Predictive Current Control of Four-Quadrant Converters Based on Specific Sampling Method and Modified Z-Transform

  • Four-quadrant converters (4QCs) are widely used as AC-DC power conversion interfaces in many areas. A control delay commonly exists in the digital implementation process of 4QCs, especially for high power 4QCs with a low switching frequency. This usually results in alternating current distortion, increased current harmonic content and system instability. In this paper, the control delay is divided into a computation delay and a PWM delay. The impact of the control delay on the performance of a 4QC is briefly analyzed. To obtain a fundamental value of AC current that is as accurately as possible, a specific sampling method considering the PWM pattern is introduced. Then a current predictive control based on a modified z-transform is proposed, which is effective in reducing the control delay and easy in terms of digital implementation. In addition, it does not depend on object models and parameters. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed predictive current control method is verified by simulation and experimental results.

  • In this literature, the CMOS current mode fout quadrant differentiator circuit is proposed. The implementation is base on an appropriate input stage that converts the input current into a compressed voltage at the input capacitor ($C_{gs}$) of the CMOS driver circuit. This input voltage use as the control output current which flow to the output node by passing through a MOS active load and use it as the feedback voltage to the input node. Simulation results with level 49 CMOS model of MOSIS are given to demonstrate the correct operation of the proposed configuration. But the gain of the circuit is too low so the output differentiate current also low. The proposed differentiator is expected to find several applications in analog signal processing system.

Signal Processing Algorithm to Reduce RWR Electro-Magnetic Interference with Tail Rotor Blade of Helicopter

  • In the environment where various and complicated threat signals exist, RWR (Radar Warning Receiver), which can warn pilot of the existence of threats, has long been a necessary electronic warfare (EW) system to improve survivability of aircraft. The angle of arrival (AOA) information, the most reliable sorting parameter in the RWR, is measured by means of four-quadrant amplitude comparison direction finding (DF) technique. Each of four antennas (usually spiral antenna) of DF unit covers one of four quadrant zones, with 90 degrees apart with nearby antenna. According to the location of antenna installed in helicopter, RWR is subject to signal loss and interference by helicopter body and structures including tail bumper, rotor blade, and so on, causing a difficulty of detecting hostile emitters. In this paper, the performance degradation caused by signal interference by tail rotor blades has been estimated by measuring amplitude video signals into which RWR converts RF signals in case a part of antenna is screened by real tail rotor blade in anechoic chamber. The results show that corruption of pulse amplitude (PA) is main cause of DF error. We have proposed two algorithms for resolving the interference by tail rotor blades as below: First, expand the AOA group range for pulse grouping at the first signal analysis phase. Second, merge each of pulse trains with the other, that signal parameter except PRI and AOA is similar, after the first signal analysis phase. The presented method makes it possible to use RWR by reducing interference caused by blade screening in case antenna is screened by tail rotor blades.
