Women in the predominantly male-oriented college of engineering which is afflicted by the high dropout rate and the low employment rate of coeds in their majoring fields because of the die-hard male dominant culture. In order to resolve the related problems, P University has been actively engaged in a movement called "Women into Engineering" (WIE) to raise the gender cognitive awareness and to train women engineers for highly qualified work force. As part of the movement, a subject called "Women in Engineering" that focuses on the gender cognitive perspective is effective to reduce the dropout rate and to land a job inside their fields by stimulating their interest in their specialty and masting soft/hard skills. The study was conducted a survey of the coeds who have completed the "Women in Engineering" course to evaluate the degree of satisfaction perceived, and a t-test through comparing the group of the coeds and a group of coeds who have not taken the course. The results showed statistically significant responses indicating that both groups of coeds would like to see WIE offer more basic engineering courses like "Women in Engineering". This may lay the foundation to offer other major engineering courses for juniors and seniors that emphasize the gender cognitive approach.

Due to the fashion industry taking responsibility for their garment manufacturing, a significant number of UK universities are focusing on combining sustainability in their curriculum to support future employees' skills and knowledge in sustainable fashion. A proper understanding of educational and instructional theories is needed to develop effective teaching and learning materials and environments. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the Fashion Design module created with consideration of sustainability using ADDIE instructional model. For evaluation, the teaching materials, including the module brief and the PowerPoint slides for each session, were used. Ten students were interviewed and observed along with two tutors, also interviewed to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the module from a variety of viewpoints. With sustainable fashion being embedded into specialized higher education courses, tutors decided to incorporate sustainability into the module as an introduction to this topical subject in order to build a stronger foundation of knowledge and challenge traditional ways of working. Results showed that combining sustainability into the design and technical sessions had a positive influence on students who built upon their existing knowledge. Tutors researched the need for change within the industry in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and aligned the content to inform the students of the current crisis. This study could provide a guideline to create instructional material for sustainable fashion design courses.

The purpose This study was conducted to explore the procedures and plans to establish a university-based lifelong education support system for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University. The research method consisted of expert consultation. Chosun University not only has various units of major(department) that can deepen and integrate knowledge and technology related to lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, but also has various leadership and various infrastructures that can lead the practice of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities in Gwangju and Jeonnam areas. The contents of this study were presented five procedures and plans such as the establishment of maintenance and convergence of majors (departments) units, the development and operation of department-led regional-linked education programs through extracurricular education, the introduction of majors in connection with extracurricular education program-linked courses, the selection of core departments, the establishment of cooperative courses between university and graduate schools, and the establishment and operation of lifelong education programs for the individuals with disabilities centered on lifelong education centers. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the academic foundation of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, the guarantee of educational opportunities for the individuals with disabilities, and the lead of linkage between local related organizations can be expected through the establishment of the support system for lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University.

According to current digital and information society, architecture related departments in universities give and educate computer courses to train top-level human resources suiting the needs of the time. The aim of this study is to curriculum of architecture related departments and to use the references for curriculum organization by understanding computer courses for architecture related departments. The results are as follows: (1) There are 100 departments (28.2%) in the field of architecture and 130 departments including an academic system that is the most departments. Also, there are 86 departments (39.8%) in the field of architecture engineering and 117 departments including an academic system. There are 77 departments in the field of interior architecture, which contain 48 departments (62.3%) of two- or three-year bachelor course college. (2) Department in the field of architecture opens a program study course in the second year of the program that is the most courses had been opened. First, most departments selected an order of learning a structure/detail construction techniques of architecture and design skills such as a foundation system and expression of the structure by hand in the first grade and processing it using a computer in the second grade. (3) BIM was opened in only three departments of 31 departments surveyed and was opened in a senior class. The reasons of still lack of BIM are the compatibility deficit of partners such as building structure, building equipment, securing lecturer, and still the dominant point of CAD in the field. (4) Six departments of 31 departments surveyed did not open a program study course as a major. That is to say, it is learned in a basic course or basic liberal arts education requirements (information area) of each department, or in an own program of each department. (5) The program study is only a means to create architectural drawings in department of the field of architecture. Thus, we should remember not only the drawing through the program but also drawing up a floor plan after understanding of methods such as constructional methods, detail drawing, and expression.

본 연구의 목적은 2005년 iSchool Caucus(iCaucus) 결성 이후 현재 전 세계 16개국 52개 대학으로 확산된 iSchool 운동의 발전과 이로 인한 문헌정보학 분야의 교육 및 연구 변화를 조사하고 미래의 문헌정보학 교육 및 연구 동향을 전망하는데 있다. 이를 위해 iSchool 대학 중 ALA 인증을 받은 21개 대학을 King(2006)이 제시한 iSchool 대학의 3가지 유형으로 구분하여 각 그룹의 시대별 발전형태 및 교과과정을 비교 분석하였다. 아울러 2012년부터 북미를 중심으로 급속히 전파되고 있는 오픈공개강좌교육(Massive Open Online Courses: MOOCs)의 iSchool 교육과정에의 적용사례를 통해 향후 문헌정보학 교육에 MOOCs의 파급 가능성에 대해 진단해보고자 하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 한국과 미국의 기록관리학 교과과정을 비교하여 봄으로써 교과과정의 특성과 변화, 기록관리학과 문헌정보학의 관련성, 기록관리학의 각 지식범주별 교과목의 수와 분포를 분석하고 앞으로 기록관리 교과과정의 개편 방향을 설정하고자 하였다. 미국의 기록관리학과 비교하여 한국의 기록관리학은 지식범주별 공통필수 교과목이나 선수 과목 설정을 통해 보다 체계적이고 기록관리의 탄탄한 토대를 만들어줄 필요가 있다. 그리고 디지털 기술의 발전과 함께 통합된 환경 안에서 정보 기술을 활용하는 방법과 비판적 사고 능력 개발에 중점을 둔 교과과정의 강화로 기록관리의 효율성을 높여야한다. 또한 체계적인 실습과 인턴쉽의 제공, 세미나와 특강, 논문 작성을 통한 연구 능력의 강화가 복잡해지는 기록관리 업무에서의 문제해결능력을 키우게 할 것이다.

이 연구는 스포츠산업 분야 인재인 스포츠마케터 양성을 위한 역량기반 융합형 교육과정을 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌조사, 심층인터뷰 및 직무분석을 실시하여 스포츠마케터가 되기 위한 필요 역량을 도출하고 역량 프로파일을 작성한 다음 전문가 검증을 거쳐 역량모델을 개발하였다. 스포츠마케터 역량모델은 경력유형별로 스포츠마케팅/PR과 스포츠이벤트로 구분하였으며 공통기본역량은 스포츠마인드 등 6개, 전문역량은 스포츠스폰서십 등 12개로 나타났다. 역량모델을 기반으로 개발된 스포츠마케터 교육과정은 스포츠산업의 이해, 스포츠마케팅커뮤니케이션, 스포츠관련 법률, 스포츠시설의 이해, 스포츠시설의 경영, 스포츠스폰서십, 스포츠미디어, 스포츠라이선싱, 스포츠에이전트, 이벤트 기획, 이벤트 운영, 제안서 작성법, 스포츠이벤트 현장실습으로 구성되었다. 개발된 스포츠마케터 양성 교육과정은 스포츠산업 관련 대학, 민간교육 기관에 활용되어 스포츠산업 인재 양성 및 보급에 기여할 것이다.

Purpose: This study to seek to answer two research questions in distribution science: what photo decoration cues in online grocery stores could be identified? Could photo decoration cues significantly effect on the affective perception and behavioral intention of consumers? Research design, data, and methodology: his study conducted a laboratory experiment with a 2×2×2 factorial design to validate the proposed research model and test our proposed hypotheses. Research design, data and methodology: Two stages experiments were adopted in this study, among 360 voluntaries who have had an experience of online grocery shopping, 331 valid data had been collected and analyzed using MANOVA and PLS-SEM algorism. Results: (1) both reflective surface and complementary goods layout lead to visual appeal and shopping enjoyment; (2) contrast color usage positively impacts on visual appeal while does not significantly affect shopping enjoyment; (3) consumers' affective responses positively impact attitudes toward product and store which in turn lead to purchase intention and store loyalty. Implications for research and practice are discussed. Conclusions: Using the media richness theory, visual rhetoric theory and visual design literature as the theoretical foundation, the study provides a solid foundation to comprehend the impact of photo design artifacts on consumers' affective responses when online consumers shopping online for fresh grocery.

Background: We aimed to provide basic data for improving the effectiveness of the invitational training and reflecting it in the program in the following year by identifying the satisfaction level of trainees who participated in the "Dr. LEE Jong-wook Fellowship Program" funded by the Korea Foundation for International Healthcare. Methods: A qualitative study was conducted using a questionnaire interview. In the first stage of analysis, only the interview contents related to the research topic were classified by the researcher for the conversations recorded at the interview site, and in the second stage of analysis, the interview contents classified in the first stage were classified into each of those mentioned in this study. Results: The longer the trainees participated in the program and the better the accessibility, the higher the satisfaction with the program. In addition, the level of achievement of the trainees' goals and the level of improvement in their competence affected their satisfaction, and their difficulty in language communication during the training period was identified as a factor affecting the trainees' satisfaction level. In addition, competency improvement and satisfaction were positively correlated (r=0.75, p=0.03). Conclusion: When organizing a rehabilitation workforce capacity training program, it is important to identify trainees' needs, ensure accessibility, organize courses effectively, enhance English proficiency, and expand practical lectures to increase trainees' knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation.
