The purpose of this study is to understand the importance-satisfaction level for the improvement of the young farmers fostering support policy. According to the analysis result, the respondents answered that the current policy to foster young farmers is important. However, the actual satisfaction level of the project was found to be lower than the importance level. In the 'Keep up the Good Work' area, which is the first quadrant, 'a project to support young succession farmers and settling in farming' and 'a project to select and support succeeding agricultural managers'. It was found that the respondents highly evaluated the importance and satisfaction of the 'Young Succession Farmers Selection and Farm Settlement Support Project' and the 'Succession Farmers Selection and Support Project'. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually expand the project in the future.

This study aims to propose a mid- to long-term fostering plan for the hydrogen industry customized to Changwon City by reviewing the government's policy and the status of the domestic and foreign hydrogen industry. The adopted methodologies were policy analysis, literature review, field investigation, and committee operation that could consider institutions, knowledge (technology), and networking between activity subjects. The short-term projects and long-term projects for the fostering plan are established using these methodologies. The short-term projects were structured so that the ongoing hydrogen industry fostering plan leads to a successful result, and the hydrogen mobility field is expanded to not only land vehicles but also marine and air vehicles. The long-term projects consist of a high proportion of the hydrogen utilization field to take advantage of the industrial strength of Changwon City, and a support system for new and turning companies for localization of parts was added to provide industrial competitiveness.

The issue of increasing the number of physicians is emerging. Because the physician workforce is a critical component of the health care system, and substantial costs are involved in training personnel, a cautious approach is required. The demand to increase the number of physicians is based on the contention that there are difficulties in accessing essential health services and the need to prepare for future demands such as fostering physician-scientists. However, simply increasing the number of physicians is not an appropriate approach to address these demands, especially considering that the effects of such an increase will appear 10 years later. Moreover, it is concerned that the current argument for increasing the physician workforce is intertwined with political interests. When considering the impact on the health care system, decisions regarding the expansion of the physician workforce should be based on evidence. Additionally, rather than temporarily responding to social issues, it is expected that a governance system will be established to continuously discuss and decide on fostering medical personnel.

This study explored the effectiveness of the measures taken by the Jordanian Central Bank embedded in its monetary policy in encouraging banks to support investment. It aimed to explore the impact of this monetary policy on supporting credit-related decisions and the monetary policies that aim to support investment in Jordan. The targeted tools of the monetary policy are: (Overnight Deposit Window Rate, money supply, and exports). The researchers carried out an analysis to measure the effectiveness of the monetary policy in fostering investment in Jordan during the period 1992-2020. They carried out the time series analysis. They explored the stationarity of the time series. They used the ARDL model. It was found that the Overnight Deposit Window Rate has a negative significant effect on the gross fixed capital formation. It was found that the money supply has a positive insignificant effect on gross fixed capital formation. The researcher recommends using Overnight Deposit Window Rate in a manner that is consistent with the intended investment-related goals.

The purpose of this study is to suggest family policy for enactment of Healhty Family Act. Throuh this thesis 2 points are suggested. One point is the orientation and subjects of family policy are contextulized by governancial policy viewpoint. Another point is that family supporting programs are able to povided by 6 areas : Fostering family network and community and family culture, Protecting family(home) and family functin, Developing family strength, Preventing family problems and recovering family(home), Providing information for healthy family and Intigrating of network-nation policy, local government, community and family etc.

However, there arc numerous difficulties in expansion and industrialization of e-learning due to insufficient supply of human resources to meet the demand. Therefore, the goal of this study is to present various policy measures that can supplement the supply of e-learn ing manpower. Overall contents of this study focus on presenting the long-term directions for fostering of human resources for e-learning industry. This study presents a system dynamics methodology to evaluate quantitatively the effect of the Korean government's development policy, such as tax reductions, on the industrial economy. System dynamics is often perceived as an optimized means to identify the dynamic inter-relationships among various factors of development policies, and in particular the industrial characteristics and uncertainties of the coastal shipping industry. The results of simulations used in this study shows that the impact of development policies such as tax reductions would increase shipping demand for about 4 years, and that tax incentives could raise the demand volume for cabotage cargo from 5.26 to 11.11%, through the available freight-down by 90~95% points. The system dynamics approach used in this paper represents an initial attempt to use this methodology in studies of the coastal shipping industry. On the basis of our simulations, the industrial effects of other development policies, such as ship financing support, investment of social overhead, or crew supply, could also be analyzed effectively. Additionally, it should be possible to extend these results by developing a comprehensive model encompassing these various analyses.
