  • 이 논문은 이미지 처리와 머신 러닝 분야에서 중요한 주제 중 하나인 알고리즘 성능과 효율성에 대한 연구이다. 역전파 알고리즘과 상대적으로 새로운 Forward-Forward 알고리즘을 비교하고 분석해 보니 Forward-Forward 알고리즘이 역전파 알고리즘보다 비교적 높은 정확도를 확인할 수 있었다.

The Effect of Forward Head Posture and Tension Type Headache on Neck Movement: For Office Worker

  • Purpose: This study examined the effects of the forward head posture and tension type headache on neck movement among office workers. Methods: The subjects were 6 male and 21 female patients composed of a forward head posture group, forward head posture group with a tension type headache and a normal group. Each group consisted of 2 males and 7 females. The cranio-vertebral angle of the head and the angle of motion of the neck were measured. SPSS 23.0 was used for data analysis and one-way ANOVA was performed for the mean comparison of the neck movements in the three groups. Results: The participants had a limitation in the movement of all necks between the forward head posture group and forward head posture with tension type headache group compared to the normal subjects. The forward head posture with tension headache group had limited neck extension and lateral bending compared to the forward head posture group. Conclusion: Office workers have limitations in the movement of the neck when they are accompanied by forward head posture and tension headache. In particular, when accompanied with a tension headache, there is a restriction on the neck extension and side bending. This study is expected to provide basic data for the relief of tension headache and the treatment of forward head posture in office workers.

Outage Capacity Analysis for Cooperative DF and AF Relaying in Dissimilar Rayleigh Fading Channels

  • Cooperative relaying permits one or more relay to transmit a signal from the source to the destination, thereby increasing network coverage and spectral efficiency. The performance of cooperative relaying is often measured as outage probability. However, appropriate measure for the channel quality is outage capacity. Although the outage probability for cooperative relaying protocol has been analyzed before, very little research has been addressed for the outage capacity. This paper is the first of its kind to derive a closed-form analytical solution of outage capacity using fixed decode and forward relaying and amplify and forward relaying in dissimilar Rayleigh fading channels, considering channel coefficients known to the receiver side. The analytical results show a tradeoff between the SNR and the number of relays for specific outage capacity. A comparison between decode and forward relaying and amplify and forward relaying shows that decode and forward relaying outperforms amplify and forward relaying for a large number of relays.

리셋 권선을 사용하지 않는 새로운 형태의 영전류 천이형 포워드 컨버터 (A New Zero-Current-Transition Forward Converter without Reset Turn)

  • A new type of soft-switching forward converter is proposed in this study. By adding only a few components, the inductor, diode, switch, and capacitor exhibit higher efficiency than the conventional forward converter. Therefore, the switching losses of the proposed forward converter are considerably reduced compared with those of the conventional forward converter. In addition, the reset winding is not used because of the capacitor employed in the auxiliary circuit. The auxiliary capacitor is adopted for zero-current-transition operation and for dissipating magnetization energy. The performance of the proposed forward converter is validated using experimental results from a 60 W, single-output, forward converter prototype, and design guidelines are presented.

  • 본 연구는 새로운 영전압, 영전류 스위칭 Forward 컨버터에 관한 것으로 종래의 하드 스위칭(Hard-Switching) Forward 컨버터에 있어서 Turn-off 및 Turn-off시 발생되는 스위칭 손실 및 출력 다이오드 역회복 특성에 따른 손실증가와 스위칭시 발생되는 기생진동을 Forward 컨버터에 있어서 1차측 주 스위칭소자 및 2차측 출력 정류다이오드와 병렬로 무손실 스너버를 적용함으로써 Forward 컨버터의 1차측 스위칭 소자의 Turn-off 및 Turn-on시 영전압, 영전류 스위칭을 이룰 수 있고, 출력 정류다이오드도 영전압, 영전류 스위칭 됨으로 다이오드의 역회복손실 및 기생 진동에 따른 EMI(Electro-Magnetic Interference)를 줄일 수 있는 무손실 스너버 적용 영전압, 영전류 스위칭 Forward 컨버터에 관한 것이다.

300W 평면 변압기적용 포워드 컨버터 (Forward Converter Using 300W Planar Transformer)

  • 이 논문에서는 Planar transformer를 적용한 30W급 포워드 컨버터에 대한 설계와 실험결과를 소개한다. 컨버터의 전체적인 크기와 체적은 일반적인 권선형 변압기 대신 Planar transformer를 적용함으로써 감소하였고 크기와 체적의 감소로 포워드 컨버터의 전력밀도가 증가하였다. 또한, Single Switch 포워드 컨버터 와 Active Clamp ZVS 포워드 컨버터를 비교연구 하였다.

  • The MRC minimizes a parasitic oscillation using the resonant tank circuit absorbed parasitic reactances existing in a converter circuit. So the converter is capable of operating at a high switching and also reducing the losses. But the resonant voltage stress across a resonant switch is 4-5 times a input voltage. This high voltage stress increases the conduction loss in MOSFET. In this paper, the CM forward MRC with synchronous rectifier and AT forward MRC are compared about efficiency and semiconductor stress. For analysis, we have built a 50W CM forward MRC and a 50W AT forward MRC. in which the input voltage is 48V, output voltage is 5V, each other. The measured voltage stress is about 170V of 2.9 times the input voltage in the AT Forward MRC, about 106V of 1.8 times the input voltage in CM forward MRC, and the efficiency is 81.05% in AT Forward MRC, 83.61% in CM forward MRC.

청소년의 전방머리자세와 선 자세 균형간의 상관관계 연구 (Correlation between Standing Balance and Forward Head Posture in Adolescents)

  • Purpose: This study investigated the correlation between standing balance and head-forward posture in adolescents. Methods: The participants in this study were 15 female adolescents. We took photographs of the participants' craniovertebral angle with a digital camera to determine the degree of head-forward posture. Standing balance was evaluated using the 30-second Romberg test of BT4. The measurements were taken on a stable-support surface and on an unstable-support surface using a balance pad. The data measured in this study were analyzed using SPSS version 23.0, and the statistical significance level α was established as 0.05. Pearson correlation coefficient analysis was performed to identify the correlation between the degree of head-forward position of the participants and their balance ability. Results: When we measured 30 seconds of the Romberg test, we observed that, with their eyes open, the participants' head-forward posture and balance were not correlated. However, with their eyes closed, there was a strong correlation between the forward position of the head and the balance ability, which declined as the head position increased. Conclusion: Adolescents with severe head-forward posture exhibited problems with balance in posture control with closed eyes when visual information was not available. It can be inferred that an abnormality occurs in proprioceptor sensation due to their habitual head-forward posture. Education on correct posture and preventive activities should be recommended to improve the health of such adolescents and avoid possible future problems of physical deterioration.

두경부(Head & Neck)종양에서 Forward IMRT 유용성에 관한 고찰 (The usefulness of Forward IMRT for Head and Neck Cancer)

  • I. 목적 방사선 치료계획에 있어서 정상조직의 선량과 치료부위 선량의 분포는 매우 중요하다. 또한 치료부위의 균일한 선량분포를 얻기 위하여 여러 가지 방법을 이용하고 있다. 특히 두경부(Head & Neck) 종양의 방사선 치료 시 체표 윤곽의 변화가 심하여 이에 따른 선량 불균일 보정이 필요하다. 기존의 치료방법으로는 parotid gland 와 spinal cord 의 tolerance dose 이하를 유지하면서 planning target volume(PTV)에 충분한 치료 선량을 전달하기에는 여러 가지 어려움이 있다. 이에 본원에서는 Forward IMRT를 이용한 방사선 치료의 유용성 및 실용적인 정도관리 방법에 관한 연구를 하였다. II. 대상 및 방법 본 연구는 두경부(Head & Neck) 종양 비인두암(nasophrygeal cancer)의 방사선 치료가 요구되는 환자를 대상으로 하여 2차원적인 치료계획과 dynamic Mulit-Leaf Collimator(dMLC)를 이용하여 partial block technique(PBT)방법을 적용한 Forward IMRT를 위한 치료계획을 dose volume histogram(DVH)로 비교 분석하였다. 또한 정도관리(quality assurance, QA)를 위하여 필름과 pinpoint chamber를 이용하여 정확한 선량 평가를 실시하였다. III. 결과 2차원적인 치료계획과 Forward IMRT를 적용한 치료계획의 DVH를 비교 분석한 결과 Forward IMRT를 적용한 치료계획이 Rt, Lt parotid gland와 spinal cord에 들어가는 선량을 좀더 줄일 수 있었다. 이러한 Forward IMRT의 시도로 조사면의 방사선 세기가 정상조직의 보호를 개선시키고 치료의 최적화를 이룰 수 있었다. Inverse IMRT에 비해 기존의 3차원적 치료계획 장치를 이용할 수 있고 비교적 단순한 방사선 세기 패턴이므로 정도관리가 용이하였다. IV. 결론 Forward IMRT는 2차원적인 치료법에 비하여 PTV에는 균일한 선량분포를 이루면서 정상조직에는 tolerance dose 이하로 선량을 전달 할 수 있는 치료기법이었다.

스마트폰을 이용한 비디오 시청 시, 목뼈 굽힘 각도에 따른 앞쪽 머리 자세의 변화 (Change of forward Head Posture in Cervical Flexion Positions while Watching Video on a Smartphone)

  • Background: Flexion of cervical and lumbar joints is required when viewing a smartphone screen. Thus, these joints are overused, together with the surrounding joints and muscles. Long-term use of smartphones will cause changes in cervical and lumbar posture. The effect on forward head posture will vary, depending on the angle of cervical flexion start position in relation to the smartphone. This study investigated how forward head posture changes over time when using a smartphone at 20° and 40° cervical flexion start positions. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: Twenty-five subjects with a forward head posture angle of 35° or less participated in the study. A Forward Head Posture app on the participants' smartphones measured forward head posture 5 and 10 minutes after watching videos on their smartphones. Cervical range of motion was used to set a smartphone watching start posture of 20° and 40° of cervical flexion. Results: There was no significant difference in forward head posture, irrespective of cervical flexion start position, but the angle of forward head posture increased more at cervical flexion of 40° than at cervical flexion of 20°. There was no significant difference in what according to smartphone video viewing times, but the angle of forward head posture increased over time. Conclusion: An increase in forward head posture over time with smartphone usage poses a potential risk of neck and shoulder pain. Therefore, smartphone users should avoid prolonged screen time.
