This study aims at presenting the suggestion for the Korea to make the FTA's rules of origin with Japan and other countries by analyzing JSEPA's rules of origin. It was founded by the investigation of JSEPA's rules of origin, most of the provisions are similar with other FTA's for instance NAFTA, but a little provisions different from other FTA's. It is an appearance from the contracting party's peculiar circumstances such as state of industrial development or future prospect, conditions around international trade. Then, the Korean government have to form and support a commission of FTA from various circles. In that case the commission will mediate conflict and disharmony. Moreover the commission may consider in all FTA's aspects including rules of origin. Consequently Korea will and should have criterions about the rules of origin allowing for peculiar circumstances of Korean economy and international trade.

Detecting human in images is a challenging task owing to their variable appearance and the wide range of poses the they can adopt. The first need is a robust feature set that allows the human form to be discriminated cleanly, even in cluttered background under difficult illumination. A large number of vision application rely on matching keypoints across images. These days, the deployment of vision algorithms on smart phones and embedded device with low memory and computation complexity has even upped the ante: the goal is to make descriptors faster compute, more compact while remaining robust scale, rotation and noise. In this paper we focus on improving the speed of pedestrian(walking person) detection using Histogram of Oriented Gradient(HOG) descriptors provide excellent performance and tracking using kalman filter.

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the experience of unwed mothers, to describe the structure of the understanding of this experience for mothers and to explore nursing interventions for this situation. Methods: The subjects were 4 unwed mothers. The data was collected by in-depth interviews and participant observations from February 2004 to June 2004. Each person was interviewed 4-5times, taking about one and a half hours for each session. Data was analyzed by the phenomenological method suggested by Giorgi. Result: The understanding of the experience of unwed mothers resulted in "lightness of sexual cognition", "knowledge deficit of pregnancy", "suffering form pregnancy", "ambivalence of the situation", "appearance of mothering", "worrying about society's view". Conclusion: Sex education programs, a one-round, formal lecture-type education is presently dominant, so that education and training programs can be systematized at school and home. The difficult point for unwed mothers to endure is that society doesn't accept them; therefore, we have to change our point of view, and try to work out the problems.

This study is about the residential district structure of Gyeryong ceramic art village in Gyeryong ceramic art village is a residential district for potters who succeed to and develop Gyeryong ceramic art. The external appearance of Gyeryong ceramic art village seems like being fixed and simplified. The creative space is either detached or attached to a living room. The relation between inner and outer space is that is directly connected to a garden. In the characters of major spaces, the formation of a workshop is the most important part of a house. And, an exhibition equipment and an oven are connected to the workshop. According to the study, a house, which is designed without an architect's help is simple and has a different form from a house designed by an architect.

Perivascular epithelioid cell tumors (PEComas) are very rare mesenchymal neoplasms, composed of histologically and immunohistochemically distinctive cells that form a sheet-like appearance around vessel lumens. Although most are benign, a malignant subset does exist, complicating clinical diagnostic efforts. Proper evaluation and management are thus essential for long-term patient survival. Herein, we present a rare case of a benign pulmonary PEComa that was diagnosed postoperatively in a 45-year-old woman.

Exposed concrete execution is utilized insufficiently due to surface honecomb and undesirable appearance by entrapped air when existing placing method is applied. Therefore, surface glossing and impact properties of cement mortar incorporating fiber glass net blast furnace slag, expansive admixture and Polypropylene fiber are investigated in order to develop precast exposed concrete pannel by dry construction method. The kinds of the forms, placing method and admixture contents are varied. According to test results, surface glossing decrease with elapse of age. Considering the form kinds, surface glossing with acryle + astage shows the best performance. Placing horizontally shows positive results in reducing surface defects such as honecomb. Impacting resistance shows the best performance when glass fiber net applied, due to the enhance in toughness and absorption of impact.

We identified a microsatellite marker, Poli121TUF, which appears to be significantly linked (P<0.001) with a lymphocystis disease virus (LCDV)-resistance gene in the olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus. The olive flounder is an economically important food fish, that is widely cultured in Korea, Japan, and China. Lymphocystis disease has spread in these countries and has seriously reduced the economic value of the fish. LCDV causes lymphocystis cells (LC) to form on the body surface, fins, gills, mouth, and intestine. Fish with LC lose commercial value due to their deformed appearance. The identified micro satellite marker can be used as a candidate locus for marker-assisted selection (MAS) in order to enhance the efficiency of selection for LCDV resistance in the olive flounder.

This study was undertaken to assess eating habits of 230 rural elementary school students living in ChunNam province. Anthropometric data showed that their mean height of girl students was significantly higher than that of boy students. Irregular eating pattern of girl students was noted. There was a significant difference in concerning on weight control between girls and boys. Girls especially view themselves as too obese even though their weight was in normal range and they were more concerned on weight control due to appearance. Nutrition education at school was an important factor ruling out peaky eating habits in participants. More effective nutrition education might be suggested to form a good eating habit which result in maintenance of ideal weight and promote health for rural elementary school students.

As a part of "The method of suitable design for resident," the purpose of this study is to figure out the resident aptitude of client through "Saju-Myungrihak" more effectively and precisely. That is, the study is to find out the relations between individual character and environmental interior tendency through experimentingss to make Images based on one's individual inherent aptitude and character. For all these reasons, we proudly launch to develop the interior design program based on emotional inherent-aptitude technology for our clients with applying Nakamitch Mizuo's emotional technology thesis "the Expert System." However, a critical implication made by Nakamitch Mizuo's emotional technology, elucidates the fact that there was a problem for understanding the system of client's inherent aptitude. 1.
