This study was conducted with the purpose of surveying the high school and university students and culinary teachers in charge of guidance in cooking related departments to see the recognition levels of culinary practice education and to suggest improvement plans. The subjects of this research were 616 culinary high school students, 419 culinary university students, and 103 culinary teachers. The collected data was compared and analyzed by frequency and percentage. The collected data was analyzed(i. e., $X^2$ test and t-test) using SPSS 14.0(SPSS Inc, Chicago, USA). Learning demands were shown to be high and much more practice was demanded, so it is required to raise the importance of culinary arts as a subject. Manpower placement, such as practice assistant teachers and practice teachers, is necessary and more training support for teachers' professional ability expansion is required. Moreover, it is required that practices after theory study, video education, and practice demonstrations should be performed and multimedia developed. Detailed practice demonstrations should be enabled and foreign subject education should be performed. The general evaluation in which feedback is appropriately made, along with the evaluation of practice courses and results needs to be performed. Positive school life should be prepared by performing proper course education simultaneously.
This paper summarizes the research results on the structural characteristics of the Korean innovation system. The Korean NIS has functioned well in the foreign technology imitation stage. However, there are many drawbacks to advancing to the stage of technological innovation. Weak infrastructure and linkages among technological institutions are detrimental factors that affect technological innovation. The immobility of professional manpower is a serious bottleneck to knowledge diffusion. Especially, the inactivity of university research prevents universities from being able to play a relevant role in the national innovation system. The drawbacks of the Korean innovation system are mainly associated with the public sector and social culture. Weak linkages among organizations are due to the lack of trust among people and organizations, and absence of demand-oriented management in public institutes. Weaknesses in technological infrastructure, university research and the social and cultural environment are tile result of the lack of government will. However, the private sector was evaluated as being relatively active in innovation. Particularly, Chaebols deployed aggressive strategies to acquire their own technological capabilities. The findings of this study suggest that to strengthen the Korean innovation system, the government continues to be important, as in the past, in order to shape social institutions and a culture that is learning friendly, diffusion friendly and, consequently, innovation friendly.
RI-Biomics field comes into the limelight as a new fusion radiation technology. These rapid development of RI-Biomics cause the necessity of establishment of a new methodical education program model for consistent training of professional manpower in RI-ADME, Biomics field. But domestic current status is not satisfied to training human resource development in RI-Biomics. Actually domestic educational organization related to RI-Biomics just run educational programs oriented basic theory, so practical and fusion education are not existed nowadays for preliminary RI-Biomics expert. Therefore we established a new education program model for educate of the expert in RI-Biomics field to overcome current problem about the route of knowledge that has more monotonous and concentrated tendency and non-professional education. To improve universality and practicality, we conduct education-training model survey about domestic and foreign country. This new human resource development model will contribute to fostering new expert in RI-Biomics field.

The purpose of information security activities is to reduce large-scale material and human accidents that are concerned about hacking damage to important systems, such as control systems, through periodic preventive activities in addition to finding the cause and taking follow-up measures after damage caused by hacking. For this reason, although each institution is using a security work audit model in accordance with the relevant regulations, it is not easy to conduct company-wide inspection activities due to the constraints of manpower and time. Therefore, in this paper, we will analyze the major vulnerabilities of public institutions over the past 10 years and present a security audit model that can perform efficient security activities compared to the models for domestic and foreign security audits.
In Korea, business guidelines for nurturing professional manpower in the cosmetic industry are insufficient despite the implementation of legislation and certification system for customized cosmetics. Therefore, in this study, guideline design for customized cosmetics businesses was studied. As a research method, literature on domestic and foreign market conditions and cases of each business type of the customized cosmetics market were analyzed. In addition, a focus group interview was conducted on the guidelines by creating a group of professionals and employees in the customized cosmetics industry. As a result, it was found that the guidelines for individual business owners of customized cosmetics were institutionalized into 4 types, and essential information needed for introduction of the customized cosmetics into the market and information needed for general practice should be provided. It is expected that this study will be developed as a guideline that can guide the growth of the cosmetic industry and the vitalization of the customized cosmetics business in the future.
This paper is intended to suggest a development device for Gwangyang Free Economic Zone(GFEZ) to strengthen the competitiveness of its maritime port of Gwangyang and promote the regional development in Gwangyang Bay Area. This study will evaluate the background, processes, and targets for foreign investment, I examined historical treatises as they relate to inducing investments to Free Economic Zones. I will explore good operation and inducing investment methods GFEZ within the 4P(product, price, promotion, place) framework. I tried to suggest a new management methodology for the Free Economic Zones as suggested by the central government from the regional view point. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the marketing strategies; compare them to the 4P for deploying an actual more efficient governing structure body for the GFEZ. As proposals to promote and activate GFEZ, I recommended in this paper several benchmarks. First, GFEZ must construct good clusters related to regional strengths as they relate to products. Second; to give more flexible incentives to foreign companies as compared with China, England, Ireland, India, Malasia, Thailand and Vietnam using prices as a guideline. Third, it is required to cultivate expert manpower who can communicate with foreign clients relate to promotion. A proactive public information system is also required in addition to marketing strategies for inducing investment. Lastly, GFEZ needs to became independent and separate from the central government and even from regional province.

The U.N. Security Council's North Korea Sanctions Committee estimated that the amount of North Korea's cyberattacks on virtual asset-related companies from 2017 to 2023 was about 4 trillion won. North Korea's cyberattacks have secured funds through cryptocurrency hacking as it has been restricted from securing foreign currency due to economic sanctions by the international community, and it also shows the form of technology theft against defense companies, and illegal assets are being used to maintain the Kim Jong-un regime and develop nuclear and missile development. When North Korea conducted its sixth nuclear test on September 3, 2017, and declared the completion of its national nuclear armament following the launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile on November 29 of the same year, the U.N. imposed sanctions on North Korea, which are considered the strongest economic sanctions in history. In these difficult economic situations, North Korea tried to overcome the crisis through cyberattacks, but as a result of analyzing the changes through the North's cyber attack cases, the strategic goal from the first period from 2009 to 2016 was to verify and show off North Korea's cyber capabilities through the neutralization of the national network and the takeover of information, and was seen as an intention to create social chaos in South Korea. When foreign currency earnings were limited due to sanctions against North Korea in 2016, the second stage seized virtual currency and secured funds to maintain the Kim Jong-un regime and advance nuclear and missile development. The third stage is a technology hacking of domestic and foreign defense companies, focusing on taking over key technologies to achieve the five strategic weapons tasks proposed by Chairman Kim Jong-un at the 8th Party Congress in 2021. At the national level, security measures for private companies as well as state agencies should be established against North Korea's cyberattacks, and measures for legal systems, technical problems, and budgets related to science are urgently needed. It is also necessary to establish a system and manpower to respond to the ever-developing cyberattacks by focusing on cultivating and securing professional manpower such as white hackers.

Recently, many companies improving their management performance by building a powerful brand value which is recognized for trademark rights. However, as growing up the size of online commerce market, the infringement of trademark rights is increasing. According to various studies and reports, cases of foreign and domestic companies infringing on their trademark rights are increased. As the manpower and the cost required for the protection of trademark are enormous, small and medium enterprises(SMEs) could not conduct preliminary investigations to protect their trademark rights. Besides, due to the trademark image search service does not exist, many domestic companies have a problem that investigating huge amounts of trademarks manually when conducting preliminary investigations to protect their rights of trademark. Therefore, we develop an intelligent similar trademark search model to reduce the manpower and cost for preliminary investigation. To measure the performance of the model which is developed in this study, test data selected by intellectual property experts was used, and the performance of ResNet V1 101 was the highest. The significance of this study is as follows. The experimental results empirically demonstrate that the image classification algorithm shows high performance not only object recognition but also image retrieval. Since the model that developed in this study was learned through actual trademark image data, it is expected that it can be applied in the real industrial environment.

In those day, the Busan local government had instituted a rule to support and enhance competition as well as improve respect for the ship management industry. This study aims to extract the cause factors to enhance such competition using intuitionistic decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) and interpretive structural modeling (ISM) methods. First, eight factors were extracted from the specifications in the Ship Management Industry Development Act. Second, the intuitionistic fuzzy number was converted to a crisp number using the standard fuzzy number. Third, the influence relationship was analyzed using DEMATEL, and the priority ranks for the factors are determined using ISM. From the results of the impact relationship analysis, the three main cause factors were determined as improvement of technical ship management capability, improvement of expertise of manpower for onshore management, and improvement of the quality of the Korean seafarer. The priorities under the ISM method, in descending order, were as follows: improvement of the quality of Korean seafarers, improvement of professionalism among the manpower for shore management, improvement of technical ship management capability, improvement of commercial ship management capability, establishment of a comprehensive information system, improvement of the working conditions and employment environment for seafarers, financial support such as overseas orders, and strengthening the availability of foreign seafarers. Therefore, it is necessary to prioritize policy promotion based on these factors, especially the top three, as these have the highest impact.
