디지털 인문학 시스템은 정보기술을 활용하여 인문정보나 지식을 사용자에게 효율적으로 공유 및 확산하는 방안이다. 또한 인문학을 연구하는 연구자들에게는 새로운 연구방법론으로 주목받고 있다. 디지털 인문학 시스템은 기존의 정보시스템과는 차별화된 성격을 가진다. 따라서 시스템 구축 시 기존의 정보시스템 구축 방법론이 아닌 디지털 인문학 시스템에 특화된 개발 절차와 관련 인력을 구성할 필요가 있다. 최근 연구되는 디지털 인문학 시스템은 절차나 방법론 없이 기존의 정보시스템 구축방법론을 통해 구축되는 경우가 대부분이며 이로 인해 시스템 구축 후 사용성이나 효율성이 떨어져 시스템 운영에 실패하는 사례가 발생한다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 정보기술의 관점에서 다양한 전문분야와의 협업을 통해 효과적이고 창조적인 '디지털 인문학 시스템' 개발 방법에 대해 연구한다. 세부적으로 소프트웨어 공학 관점에서의 정보시스템 구축방법론을 기반으로 디지털 인문학 시스템에 특화된 구축 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

In this article I review the past and current status of solar astronomy in Korea and present some future prospects. Along with a brief historical account on the introduction of modern astronomy to Korea, I describe in detail how solar astronomy in Korea has developed since its birth about 20 years ago. With education of solar astronomers at domestic universities and collaboration with foreign scientists in China, Japan and the U. S., there has been a rapid growth of solar physics in Korea in the past decade. For further advance of solar astronomy in Korea, Korean solar astronomers have to build their own observing facilities and develop instrumentation programs. Also it is very important to bring up manpower competent for these projects.

In late 20th century, smart home market evolved in China, and absorbed best manpower and technology to commercialize the smart home equipment. Many foreign companies want to take possession of Chinese market, but not arrive at abundance yet. There has many reasons, but most important thing is ignoring the interaction between technical elements and spacial elements. in other words, ignoring the correlation between each industry. Korean smart home market evolved same period with Chinese, but it has balanced development in technic and application, so the commercialize and market arrived at poverty. In this study, survey the present situation of smart home about Korea and China, and compare the technical elements. In addition to analysis the interaction between smart spacial contents and technology. This study focused on the smart apartment, and analysis the strength and weakness in each country, and make theoretical basement for Korea to make certain about Chinese smart home market.

We have investigated future large telescopes, which should represent the next generation of Korean optical and infrared telescopes. We first studied the history of the development of large telescopes in the USA, European countries, and Japan. Based on these studies, we came up suitable Korean large telescopes, which fit the current status of Korea in terms of financial situation, required technology, sciences, and manpower. We presented the potential impacts of developing large telescopes on the relevant Korean industry and Korean astronomical society. We also discussed a possibility to install large Korean telescopes at foreign sites utilizing highly competitive seeings and twice available observing dates there.

The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation index for evaluating the economic value of libraries. To this end, a preliminary evaluation index was derived from analyzing a total of approximately 60 domestic and foreign papers that examined the value of libraries. Based on the derived preliminary evaluation index, 11 experts were selected and the final evaluation index was developed by conducting the Delphi survey for 3 times. The final evaluation index consists of four evaluation areas, such as the economic value of the public library, economic revitalization, manpower development and job creation, and the improved investment value, seven evaluation items, and 22 evaluation indices. In the future, it will be necessary to conduct research to measure the economic value of public libraries.

The present mainstream in international cooperation of technology is exchanges of professors and students, dispatching and training, and visiting of foreign engineers and scholars. There are cooperation activities such as East-Asia Energy Forum which is only in beginning stage. The international cooperation of technology is only focused to cooperate with advanced countries and some manpower is participating with limits. As the technology level of Korea is increased, it is necessary to consider cooperations with developing and un-developed countries and to apply experts extensively and variously. This contributes to solve the problem of unemployment and to develop markets in developing and undeveloped countries.

The results of the studies of China and Vietnam are as follows. First of all, in China, the labor market in China has been fully completing laws and regulations since the implementation of the labor contract law in 2008. Specifically, we analyzed the labor market in China for labor contracts, recruitment, and minimum wage. Next, in Vietnam, which the tertiary and quaternary industries are rapidly developing. The labor market is expected to increase because demand for foreign manpower, as the advancement of retail, finance, tourism services, Smart factories in the textile and sewing- do. The limitations of this study, however, are that there is not enough data to utilize official data for labor market analysis in China and Vietnam. If a practical investigation is conducted for analyzing the labor market in Vietnam due to the changes in the labor market

Korea will soon experience a high demand for medical rehabilitation specialists, if it tries to deliver advanced health welfare service. In order to medical rehabilitation manpower policies, this study attempts to analyse, estimate and plan a long-term supply for physiatrists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. The study analysed both national and foreign statistical data of manpower supply for medical rehabilitation specialists. Based on the above data, the demand of and supply for each specialists were estimated for long term up to the year 2030. Based on the comparative analysis results of the future demand and supply. the author intended to develop a new supply plan for the three specialist categories. The major finding of the supply plan are as follows : First, as for the supply plan for physiatrists, the author recommends to adopt the demand estimation 1 as the most suitable. In order to prevent an oversupply of physiatrists, the supply plan 1 is recommended which annual enrollment of specialists will maintain with the quota of fixed number of 63 from the year of 1999. Second, it is estimated that there was already an oversupply of physical therapists in Korea. This oversupply is expected to continue even though there would be an increase in rehabilitation hospital beds, rehabilitation facilities for the elderly, and nursing homes, Thus, it would be desirable to cut down the number of students admitted to physical therapy schools each year. Third, there will be a high demand for occupational therapists in the near future as people become more aware of the usefulness of this therapy. Thus, it is urgent to establish a supply plan to meet the demand. Given the close relationship between physical therapy and occupational therapy, the study recommends that the universities already having the the department of physical therapy open the department of occupational therapy as well.

The survey was conducted with 143 companies related to textile and fashion industry in the northern region in Gyeonggi-do and the questionnaires from 126 companies were finally analyzed to get the statistic data. The questionnaire includes 19 questions and the survey was conducted from March to May 2010. In accordance with the analysis, the most urgent issue in the textile and fashion industry was the supply of manpower in the field. For the solution against the insufficiency of manpower, employment of foreigners showed the highest ratio, 47.4%. For the reasons why the number of foreign workers was increased, the insufficiency of the Korean workers showed the highest point, 62.9%. For the questions related to the conditions of regional industries, answered that the textile industry in the northern region in Gyeonggi-do would be very prospective as the future industry. There was a number of respondents who agreed that high-tech textile industry including knitting could be the industry creating the new highly added value. More than half of the respondents agreed that the textile industry contributed on strengthening the national competitiveness, boosting the development of national industry, helping the creating the jobs and dealing with the unemployment among young people. Accordingly, it was concluded that the perspective on the textile and fashion industry was positive.

e-테러리즘은 테러리스트들의 국가적인 목적달성의 수단으로 인터넷 등의 사이버공간을 활용하여 테러에 이용하는 것이다. 최근에 일어나고 있는 테러사건들도 사이버라는 공간이 전략적 도구로 이용되었다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구에서는 e-테러리즘의 주체자인 테러리스트의 다양한 공격형태 그리고 사이버상의 네트워킹 등에 대한 테러의 효율적 통제방안을 모색함으로써 현대적 의미에서의 테러 방지에 대하여 논의하였다. 사이버공간이라는 특수성으로 인해 개별국가에 적용되어지는 문제가 아니라는 점을 감안한다 하더라도 현재 나타나고 있는 국내의 해킹사고 급증, 특히 외국 해커의 경유지로서의 한국이 이용된다는점 그리고 이러한 상황임에도 불구하고, 외국에 비해 전문 보안인력이나 기반시설이 선진외국에 비해 부족하다는 점을 문제점으로 제시 할 수 있었다. 이에대한 대안으로 e-테러리즘에 대응할 수 있는 사이버 정보군 등의 인력양성과 예산확보, e-테러리즘에 대응체계를 종합화 체계화하기위한 네트워크 관리, 사이버 공격현황의 정보수집 및 분석 강화를 제시하였다.
