The development of foodservice franchise is inevitable in the developmental process of domestic foodservice industry and it has been led by some big enterprises and foreign brands, but foodservice franchise of a new and differential form will be rapidly developed. The success of franchise can be resulted under the recognition that franchiser and franchise are in the common fate as the partner. Franchisee must make its best efforts to enhance the unity and value of brand jointly with franchiser. Therefore. franchisee has to make efforts to maintain the quality of commodity and service, not to damage the value of title and follow the guidance and effort of franchiser it chose. Franchiser must have the recognition that the success of franchisee is the key of that of franchiser and give franchisee a reliability in order that it follows the order of franchiser. It must have the consciousness that it can achieve the success through the increase of sales by franchisee and support franchisee with trust not to have the easygoing way of thinking to derive its income of commission from increasing the number of franchisees.

China's Marine Industry are growing up gradually as China's economy has advanced. Also China's Sipping Industry has been advanced. China Sipping Company is going to become a top 5 of world marine industry. China's Marine Industry has supervised and controled a manager under the mechanism of market economy. China's Marine Industry has been changed from the state-owned marine enterprise affected by government and government has effected on the formation of the board of directors and manager. So, the supervision function of the board of directors was reduced. The executive' role is emphasized when possessing the state-owned enterprise through disposal or auction, or when inducing the participation of foreign attraction. It is desirable for the Chinese director and officer to prepare for the claims internationally due to the international economic actions, , westernization of the public's consciousness about the compensation for damage followed by the increasing national income, and to prepare the increasing demand of cases due to increasing lawyers.

This paper discusses the design of monetary policy in a New Keynesian small open economy framework by introducing nominal wage rigidities and incomplete exchange rate pass-through on import prices. Three main findings are summarized. First, with the existence of an incomplete exchange rate pass-through and nominal wage rigidities, the optimal policy is to seek to minimize the output gap, the variance of domestic price and wage inflation, as well as deviations from the law of one price. Second, the CPI inflation targeting Taylor rule is welfare enhancing when there is a technological shock to the economy. The exception occurs when there is a foreign income shock, which minimizes welfare losses under the domestic inflation targeting Taylor rule. Last, two stylized Taylor rules turn out to be a bad approximation, but the modified Taylor rules that respond to the unemployment gap rather than the output gap are a closer approximation to the optimal policy.

This paper aims to empirically identify the effects of FTAs on outward and inward FDIs in Korea. Considering the income differences between Korea and its FTA partners, we hypothesize that FTAs have a positive effect on outward FDI to developing countries and inward FDI from developed countries. An underlying source of the hypothesis is the Knowledge-Capital model, addressing the positive (negative) relationship between trade costs and horizontal (vertical) FDI. We test for the hypothesis using data on Korea's FTAs and FDI over the period 2000-2010. We find that our empirical results support the hypothesis, and additionally, FTAs in general encourage FDI by creating an FDI-friendly environment.

This study purposed to analyze the productivity of regional medical capacity in attracting medical tourist between 2009 and 2011. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) and Malmquist productivity index (MPI) were applied to test the productivity and changes in study periods. The DEA model included a number of doctors, nurses, and beds as input factors, and a number of inpatient and outpatient, and hospital income as output factors. The result of the study were as follow. Jeju had efficiency value of 1 for three years. Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, Ulsan, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Jeonnam, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam showed an increasing trend of efficiency value over three years. Seoul had the efficiency value, 1, in 2011. But, Incheon, Gwangju showed decreasing efficiency score during the study period. MPI showed overall productivity decrease during the period. Further studies will be needed by collecting more time-series data.

This flexcible system can be equipped with multiple Compression heads depending on the requested prodution test rate and test precision.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the diet quality of the menus delivered by 17 free meal service centers for the low-income home-bound elderly in Chung- cheong buk-Do. Statistical data analysis was compleleted using the SPSS package program for descriptive analysis, T-test, and ANOVA. The meals offered by free meal service centers were not met the 1/3 recommended dietary allowances in calcium and vitamin $B_2$. There were significant differences between dependent variables(nutrient content, nutrient density, nutrient deficiency, NAR, MAR, food group intake patterns) and independent variables (operation type, operation status, operation period, nutritionist, food cost).

Rehabilitation and upgrading of the irrigation facilities are usually for the reservoirs, pumping stations, and other facilities in the paddy fields. Changes in food consumption patterns have taken place in Korea and there are growing foreign demands that we open our agricultural products market. In accordance with this situation, farmers are turning increasingly to growing vegetables which provide a high income cash crop. It is necessary to irrigate by pressure through pipe lines in farming facilities and mass production farming. Flood damage occurs as a result of heavy rainfall. The design criteria should be followed to minimize the risk of the flood damage in rehabilitation and upgrading.

At present, agriculture in Korea is experiencing difficulties, such as a stagnation in farm income, an increase in imported agricultural products, a decrease in arable land, a decrease in the self-sufficiency rate of grain, a decrease in rural population, and aging. To solve these problems and vitalize the rural economy, our government is promoting its 6th industrialization policy, which links agriculture with primary industry, secondary, industry and tertiary industry, and as well as smart agriculture based on information and communication technology. Smart agriculture is an agriculture form used to improve the quality of life in rural areas through making greater efficiency and intelligence by applying ICT convergence technology to the whole entire process of agricultural production, distribution, and consumption in the areas of outdoor agriculture, facility horticulture, and livestock. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the policy, technology, and standardization trends of domestic and foreign smart agriculture, and suggest ways to apply them to domestic smart agriculture during the in the introduction stage.

본 연구에서는 개발도상국 해외투자 입지 결정요인을 실증 분석하였다. 분석의 결과 입지요인인 피투자국 시장규모, 경제 발전 정도, 경제성장율, 인적자본의 질, 경제의 개방도, 현지시장 매력요인의 대위변수인 현재 외국인 투자 유치액등은 해외투자 유치에 정의 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 수정된 중력 모형에서 중 요변수인 피투자국의 모든 투자국들로 부터의 상대적인 시장가중치를 감안한 원격성은 낮을수록 해외투자 유치가 활발한 것으로 나타나고 있어 거래비용이나 현지시장 친숙도가 중요한 해외투자 고려 요인임을 알 수 있었다.
