본 연구의 목적은 최근 주목받고 있는 병영도서관 설립과 운영을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 연구 방법으로 관련 문헌 및 정책자료 분석, 병영도서관 방문 현황 조사와 병사 면담 등을 이용되었으며, 병영도서관의 역사와 조직, 시설규모, 예산, 장서, 인력 현황과 이용자의 요구 등이 분석되었다. 연구의 결과 이용자 요구를 반영하는 병영도서관 운영과 서비스가 이루어지지 않고 있음이 확인되었고, 이를 토대로 현재 병영도서관 환경을 반영한 운영 모델과 병영도서관 발전을 위한 정책 방안 등을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 군부대와 지방자치단체가 군사보호구역 설정으로 수시로 마찰이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 군사기지 및 군사시설보호법을 중심으로 상생할 수 있는 군 부동산관리방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 정부에서 계획을 수립할 때 적극적으로 참여하고 부동산전문가를 양성하여 자문단을 구성하여 활용하여야 한다. 둘째 군부대 부동산 자산을 활용한 미래형 도시개발을 하여야 한다. 셋째 군사보호구역에 대한 연구를 지속적으로 하여야 한다. 마지막으로 접경지역의 관리 및 개발계획을 수립하여 시행하여야 한다는 대책을 제시하고자 한다.

This thesis is the result of the study about 'How we should develop the human resources program to gain human strength in the strategic environment of the future?' Once again, regional stability is interdependent with economic stability, political stability, and military stability of all the factors in the region. History shows that if a militarily capable regime lacks economic resources, then there is political pressure on the regime to use their military to acquire needed resources. The purpose of this study is to find the way that how to gain excellent human resources now and in the future. Military man power should be strong whenever. The Ministry of National Defense has "Reform Military Structure Plan". The focus of this Plan is Korean military strategy in the situation of the confrontation between South and North Korea and in the situation of the international relationship and the way of constructing the military strength for the future. To study these subjects, I reviewed the theories of "Acquisition Program of Human Strength" were developed and assessed the future strategic environment of the Korean Peninsula. From these studies, I suggest that The Ministry of National Defense should pursue preparing for the future military strategy and military structure. we should be skillful in supplementing the Human Strength. We should study about Military Revolution Plan and Human Strength structure for the future.

It has been fifteen years since military science was introduced into private and public universities since 2004. The department focuses on the improvements of the South Korean Army quality based on the Korean Army's traits including: an increase of power in the armed force and operations through research, development, and the expansion of a cooperation between the public (civilians) and military. Approximately, four hundred students from various universities in the military science department graduate in order to become an officer. The fourth industrial revolution causes structural transformation to our lives. Through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI,) war and the military as a whole will be altered significantly particularly with regard to efficiency. Nevertheless, it is important for us to train officers in creative ways so that they can deal with situations where machines will be unable to handle situations. Considering this change in our lives, it is necessary for the military science departments to change the way to teach and train their students. In order to accomplish this goal, we need to introduce a method called "Flipped Learning" and during the process all the members need to participate and communicate in an interactive way. By doing this, the military science departments will play an important role by improving human resource in terms of military and national security.

The South Korean military has undergone four changes in operating methods since its inception with 31 nursing officers in August 1948. While it initially began as a special unit for nursing and other specialized services, it later expanded to include various fields including technology, administration, and special forces. However, analysis shows that there have been few significant changes in how it operates and remains largely centered around technology, administration, and special forces. With the development of advanced science and technology and a decrease in military resources, there is a need for the South Korean military to proactively expand its use of female personnel, as has been done by the US military, Canadian military, Israeli military with female conscription, and Norwegian military. In order to achieve this, there needs to be a cultural shift towards co-ed military units, improvements in facilities and equipment, adequate pay and benefits, and resolution of childcare issues through institutional reforms.

본 논문의 목적은 복잡한 군수지원시스템의 모델링과 시뮬레이션을 위한 방법론을 제안하는 것이다. 제안하는 군수지원시스템 시뮬레이션 모델을 구성하는 요소들은 세 가지가 있다 : Logistics force agent(static model), Military supplies transport manager(function model), Military supplies state manager(dynamic model). Logistics force agent는 main function agent와function agent로 구성된다. Function agent가 다른 Logistics force agent에도 적용할 수 있도록 설계되었으며, 이는 에이전트의 높은 조합성과 재사용성을 가진다. Military supplies transport manager는 보급로에 대한 정보를 가지며 military supplies state manager로부터 받은 결정변수를 기반으로 보급로를 결정하고 군수품을 수송하는 역할을 하는 에이전트이다. Military supplies state manager는 군수품 보급을 요청받고 보급량, 우선순위 따위의 결정 변수를 military supplies transport manager에게 알려주는 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 군수 시뮬레이션 모델의 설계를 위해 Discrete Event Systems Specification(DEVS) formalism을 이용하였다.

The world has been rapidly restructured in an agenda of national security from center of military strength to that of economic strength since the post cold-war era China military leadership-division carried out RMA through learning of a lesson from Gulf war in 1990 -1991 and Iraq war in 2003, thus the leadership-division made an attempt to convert the military system to a technical intensive system. The principle based on RMA of China military is (National defense strategy) drafted by the central military committee 1985 and (Four modernization general principles) 1978. China has introduced Russian high-technological arms and equipment in order to build up the military arms greatly thanks to an economical development, and they take pragmatism line as chinese socialism with their strategy to make secure a position as military powers such as they successfully launched a manned spacecraft and are building an air-craft carrie and soon. USA has a theory of dichotomy whether a country is a cooperator for USA, or not. and also enemy or friend since 9.11terror, thus USA is different from their direction of police. This is because USA stands a position as the superpower of the supremacy hegemony of the world. We must be carefully aware that USA considers as important area for Middle east, West south Asia, Central Asia and Northwest Asia to meet the demands of 2lcentury. Accordingly, the focus of USA's military strategy will be probably concentrated at the above mentioned four areas. On the other hand, USA enjoys such a superpower position due to collapse of USSR which was the past main enemy since the post cold war era. We could give an conclusive example as fact that USA has recurred to unilateralism But USA carry on the military operations to the terror groups at global around by converting thje military strike strategy to pre-emptive strike strategy since9.11 terror, 2001. USA seeks for transformation to the mobile military forces with light-quantity oriented in order to carry on such the military operations and makes progress GPR, And the USA forces in Korea makes progress a military renovation as part of such a military strategy. On the other hand, USA promotes the measures of choose for the countries standing at the crossroads of strategy and carries forward a main scheme of provision for four priority aims that the leaders of a hostile country and mis-country shall be prohibited from use and obtainment of weapons of mass destruction. Accordingly, this treatise found out a significant meaning to have an effect on the national security in the korean peninsula.

This study aims to confirm the appropriateness of fruit and vegetable sales at military commissaries, with the purpose of enhancing the physical health and morale of military personnel. In order to achieve this objective, we examined the actual conditions of fruit and vegetable sales at military commissaries and analyzed the soldiers' awareness of fruit and vegetable sales through questionnaire surveys. The conclusions of this study are as follows: Firstly, fresh fruits and vegetables were not sold at military commissaries. Secondly, soldiers acknowledged the need for the consumption of fruits and vegetables and strongly expressed the desire for these fresh food products to be sold at military commissaries. Although the ROK Navy privatized military commissaries for the purposes of increasing management efficiency of national defense and strengthening combat power by transferring PX salesclerk soldiers to join combat personnel, this effort produced a negative effect of price increase. The following are proposals for improving this condition: fruit and vegetable products should be introduced to military commissaries through military welfare funds; fresh food markets should be established by closely cooperating with the local community's agricultural producers; processed fruit and vegetable product (dry, frozen, airtight packaged, etc.) sales should be increased; and the privatization of the navy commissaries should be abolished.

In order to actively cope with international changes such as cessation of the Cold War in the twentieth century, the government has been proceeding the unification project between military and commercial specification leading to cost reduction of military supplies as well as to high effectiveness. Among these efforts, the study on raw materials specifications, which seems to have been widely used for military or commercial fields, has been performed. As the result of these studies, we have reformed military standards through surveying and summarizing military, KS and international specifications on raw materials. Consequently, the reduction of costs for the procurement of military supplies and the maintenance of current military specifications is to be expected.

The military vehicles are necessary to perform various war battle missions but in reality they are not as convenient as the civil vehicles. Thus, it is problematic regarding the satisfaction about convenience, operation, and performances of military vehicles. Since most of military vehicles used in Korea were made by bench-marking the models of United States developed in the latter half of 1970's. It is question whether the current military vehicles can provide the functions and expected performance fully or not if we do not study what the user friendly military vehicles are. This article report soldiers' user satisfaction survey on military vehicles and provide arguments on the priority decision based on users' requirements. Future direction for the development of military vehicles is discussed.
