전북권내 냉장·냉동식품 유통차량 온도관리 현황 (Current State for Temperature Management of Cold and Frozen Food Transportation Vehicles in Jeonbuk Province)

  • 본 연구는 전북권내 냉장 냉동식품 유통차량을 대상으로 온도관리에 대한 현황을 파악하고자 중소기업 2곳과 대기업 5곳의 운송차량 총 8대를 대상으로 온도현황을 조사하였다. 냉장 냉동식품 유통차량의 실제공간상의 온도분포 조사결과, 참여 중소기업의 냉장차량과 냉동차량 평균 온도는 각각 $8.35{\pm}5.72^{\circ}C$, $-3.45{\pm}16.88^{\circ}C$이었고, 대기업의 냉장차량과 냉동차량 평균온도는 각각 $3.92{\pm}1.44^{\circ}C$, $-15.38{\pm}2.98^{\circ}C$로 중소기업 보다는 낮은 온도로 운영되는 것으로 나타났다. 냉장식품 적재함의 공간위치별 온도 차이는 평균적으로 $2.40^{\circ}C{\pm}1.45^{\circ}C$, 냉동식품 적재함은 $2.37^{\circ}C{\pm}2.52^{\circ}C$의 차이가 나타났지만 공간위치별 냉장, 냉동온도 모두 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다(p > 0.05). 냉장 냉동식품 하역에 따른 유통차량 문 개 폐 전 후의 식품 표면온도는 냉장식품의 경우 열린 직후 평균 $2.17{\pm}1.90^{\circ}C$에서 닫힌 직후 $2.72{\pm}2.36^{\circ}C$로 약 $0.55^{\circ}C$ 상승하였으며, 냉동 식품은 열린 직후 $-18.58{\pm}3.66^{\circ}C$에서 닫힌 직후 $-17.76{\pm}4.15^{\circ}C$로 약 $1.18^{\circ}C$의 온도 상승이 나타났다. 본 연구결과 냉장 냉동식품 유통차량의 공간위치별, 이동 시간별, 그리고 유통차량 문의 개 폐에 따라 다양한 온도변화가 나타날 수 있음이 확인되었다. 따라서 유통 및 이동과정 중 온도변화를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있는 온도이력(Time-Temperature History) 추적시스템 도입에 대한 현장 적용 연구가 수행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

DEA모형을 활용한 나노기술 분야 국가 R&D 과제의 효율성 분석 (Measuring Efficiency of National R&D Programs within Nanotechnology Field Using DEA Model)

  • Recently, nanotechnology has grown as one of the leading science technology along with other converging technologies such as biology, information, medicine etc., bringing the continuous investment of the government in nano-related field. However, it is difficult to measure and evaluate the performance of the national research and development programs because of the multidimensional character of the expected outcomes. This study aims to measuring efficiency of the national nanotechnology research and development programs using DEA model. The decision making units are nine nano-related ministries including the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning. The input variables are total expenditure, number of the programs and average expenditure per program. The output variables are science, technology and economic indicator, and the combination of these outputs are respectively measured as seven different DEA cases. The Ministry of Science, ICT and Future was the first efficient ministry in total technical efficiency. Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety were efficient in pure technical efficiency, when the Ministry of Commerce Industry and Energy took the first in the scale efficiency. The program efficiency was affected by organizational characteristics such as the institution's scale, the concentration of the research paper or the patent, technology transfer or the commercialization. The result of this study could be utilized in development of the policy in the nanotechnology and the related field. Furthermore, it could be applied for the modification of expenditure management or the adjustment of the research and development programs' input and output scale for each ministry.

2009 개정 기술·가정 교과서 『가정생활영역』의 안전교육 내용 분석 (Analysis of Safety Education Contents of 『Field of home life』 in Technology·Home Economics Textbook developed by the revised curriculum in 2009)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2009 개정 중학교 기술 가정 교과서의 '가정생활 영역'에서 안전교육 내용 분석을 통해 중학생에게 실질적인 도움이 되는 안전교육의 내용을 선정하고 개선하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 분석대상은 2009개정 교육과정으로 12개 출판사에서 각각 집필된 중학교 교과서 12종 총 24권이다. 분석기준은 교육부(2015)에서 제시한 안전교육 7대 표준안을 바탕으로 안전교육 관련 선행연구를 참조하여 학자들의 검토를 토대로 하여 연구자가 개발하였다. 이러한 분석기준으로 각 교과서를 읽고 '안전'이라고 직접 언급한 단어, '심리적 안전'과 '행복한 삶'을 의미하는 단어, '주의', '유의', '안정'과 관련된 단어 등 안전교육 분석기준의 내용과 관련이 있는 단어들을 모두 추출한 후 가정교과서 단원에 따른 안전교육 내용을 분석틀로 하여 빈도와 퍼센트를 내는 내용분석법을 사용하였다. 교과서 분석결과, 안전교육 내용 쪽수는 기술 가정 교과서 12종의 총 쪽수 3412쪽 중 336.3쪽으로 9.8%로 나타났고 권별로 안전교육 관련 내용의 비중을 분석하여 보면, 1권의 경우 안전교육 내용 비중이 총 224.9쪽, 2권의 안전교육 내용 비중이 총 111.9쪽으로 학년이 올라갈수록 가정 교과서의 안전교육 비중이 낮아졌다. 안전교육 내용 가장 많은 단원은 '청소년의 자기관리' 단원으로 3개의 안전교육 영역을 포함하고 있었고 '청소년의 생활', '녹색생활의 실천' 단원 등과 같이 주로 실천과 체험, 실습이 강조되는 단원의 경우 '생활안전'영역의 안전교육 내용을 많이 다루고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학생들이 가장 많이 당하는 안전사고와 관련 있는 가정 내 사고(1.4%), 실험 실습사고(0.3%)등에 대한 내용은 낮은 편으로 나타났고, 유니버설주거와 학교폭력 내용은 교과서 1권과 2권에 중복해서 제시되었다. 12종 교과서에서 가장 많이 다른 안전교육 내용은 바람직한 성태도, 식생활문제, 가족 갈등, 식품의 선택이며, 가장 적게 다룬 안전교육 내용은 유해약물, 가정 복지, 인터넷 중독, 산업재해보상보험 등이었다. 본 연구는 2009 개정 교육과정을 중심으로 개발된 교과서 12종을 분석하였기에 2015 개정 교육과정에 의해 집필된 교과서와의 비교를 통해 안전교육의 내용 체계를 분명히 하고 내용의 중복을 피할 수 있는 후속 연구가 필요하다. 또한, 교과서를 보조할 수 있는 안전교육 프로그램을 개발하여 보급할 필요가 있다.

GAP 인증인삼 현황과 4P 전략 (Situations of GAP certified ginseng and 4P's strategies)

  • Ginseng in Korea has not only the big production value but also till a good reputation from overseas in the name of 'Korea Ginseng'. Having spread rapidly nationwide from 2000 year, its production keeps on increasing but its consumption becomes lazy and its price is also falling down because of comsumer's concern about mainly overusing pesticide for ginseng. In order to cope with this problem, the government introduced the GAP certification system to ginseng in 2006 to reflect consumer's needs for food safety. This system will be a good opportunity to promote ginseng consumption dramatically. In this aspect it is very important to know how well this system is established and how ginseng farmers build marketing strategies to draw new wind in the market. This study was carried out to look over the GAP certified ginseng system and show its marketing strategies using 4P's(product, place, promotion and price). The main results are as follows. GAP ginseng system currently has some weaknesses such as lack of systematic certification management and after-service, nonrealistic certification fee and poor linkage from production to consumption. In the marketing mix strategies, product strategy suggests that the most desirable appearance be transplanted ginseng filled with branch roots and 4 to 5 year-ginseng, and it is necessary to choose multi-brand strategy divided for present into for self-sufficiency and family brand strategy by use if its brand enlarges to processed products in the future. In the place strategy, 3 stages like 'producer group' - 'GAP certified facility' - 'sales shop' are based as the physical marketing channel according to traceability, and connected with giant retail market and environment friendly stand, and if its sales volume enlarges, it should be considered the GAP ginseng specialized marketplace which is a type of chain store. In the promotion strategy, the promotion of government level is necessary at first and producer alliances require the promotion targeting at the group of women under 40 with differentiation from price, quality, and safety. In the price strategy, the early stage-high price strategy which sets 20~25% higher for self-sufficiency and 30~35% for present is desirable.

DNA 동일성 검사를 통한 서울지역 유통 한우육의 표시 이력정보 진위 판별 (Determining the Authenticity of Labeled Traceability Information by DNA Identity Test for Hanwoo Meats Distributed in Seoul, Korea)

  • 쇠고기 이력추적제는 소 개체마다 이력번호를 부여하여 수입쇠고기가 한우고기로 둔갑하는 사례를 막고, 소비자에게 구입한 한우고기의 세부 이력 정보들을 제공하는 데 도움을 준다. 이번 연구는 2021년-2022년 서울지역 대형 축산물판매업소에서 유통되는 한우고기 344건에서 DNA 동일성 검사를 실시하여 이력번호 등 주요 표시정보들의 진위를 판별하였다. 그 결과 45건(13.1%)에서 이력번호가 불일치한 것으로 확인되었다. 불일치율은 2021년(14.7%)에 비해 2022년(11.3%) 감소하였고, 도심서북권 20.7%, 동북권 14.4%, 서남권 및 동남권 10.2% 순으로, 북부권(16.9%)이 남부권(10.2%)에 비해 높게 나타났다. 또한 6개 브랜드 중 B사 및 D사는 이력관리가 양호한 반면, E사 및 A사는 이력관리가 취약한 것으로 확인되었고, 통계적으로 유의한 결과 차이를 보였다(P<0.001). 이력번호 불일치 시료의 실제 이력번호는 업소 내 입(출)고 거래내역 자료를 근거로 조사하였고, 그 결과 실제 이력번호 확인율은 53.9%에 불과하였으나, 확인된 범위 내에서 시료의 표시정보 진위 판별 결과, 거짓 표시는 이력번호 13.1%, 성별 2.9%, 도축장명 2.2%, 등급 1.6% 순으로 나타났고, 품종(한우) 거짓 표시는 없었다. 거짓 표시 축산물의 유통 차단을 위해 표시정보의 신속한 진위 판별이 중요하므로 업소 내 이력번호가 기재된 날짜별 부분육 소분할 작업내역 작성을 의무화하는 법적 근거 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구 결과는 투명한 축산물 유통 거래 질서 정착을 위한 이력관리 방향 설정에 참고자료로 활용하고자 한다.

인터넷을 이용한 저온저장고 환경감시 및 경보 시스템 개발 (Development of an Environmental Monitoring and Warning System for Cold Storage Rouse Using Internet)

  • 농산물의 고품질 유지 저온저장 및 저장물 관리의 편리화를 위해서 원거리에서 저장고 환경을 감시할 수 있는 인터넷을 이용한 저온저장고 환경감시 및 경보 시스템을 개발하였으며, 그 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 실용화를 촉진하기 위하여 환경감시 및 경보 시스템의 저온저장고측 컴퓨터를 산업용 제어반인 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)로 하여 원거리 환경감시 및 경보시스템을 제작하였다. 농가에서 사용하기 쉽게 윈도우용 환경하에서 작동하는 원거리 환경감시 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 전화선을 통해 수시로 저장환경을 감시할 수 있고, 기기 이상시 전화 및 호출기로 경보하게 하였다. 농업기계화연구소 저장유통기계연구실 홈페이지에 저온저장고 실시간 감시 사이트를 시험용으로 제작하여 인터넷이 가능한 컴퓨터에서 어디서나 저장상황을 감시할 수 있게 하였다. 시스템의 성능시험 결과 저장고내의 온도편차는 기존의 $\pm$1∼2$^{\circ}C$에 비해 $\pm$0.5$^{\circ}C$로 나타났으며, 습도편차는 $\pm$2% 이내로 나타나 정밀한 결과를 보였다. 본 시스템의 작업정밀성, 취급성, 보급필요성 등에 대한 설문조사 결과, 작업정밀성, 취급성 및 보급필요성에 있어서 긍정적인 반응이 많았으며, 농가에서 실용적으로 사용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Acute and Sub-chronic Oral Toxicity Study of Ammonium Persulfate in Spraque-Dawley Rats

  • The toxicity test of ammonium persulfate was conducted to ensure of its potential toxic effects according to the single-dose acute oral toxicity study (OECD Guideline 423) and 90-day repeated dose sub-chronic oral toxicity study guideline (OECD Guideline 408) for establishing national chemical management system, and matching in the Globally Harmonized Classification System (GHS) category. In acute oral toxicity study, pasty stool, perineal contamination and temporary body weight decrease were observed after dosing 1st and 2nd challenge (300 mg/kg body weight). All test animals were dead within 6 hours after dosing at 3rd challenge (2000 mg/kg body weight). Therefore, the GHS class of test substance is considered class 4. In sub-chronic toxicity study, body weight changes, food consumptions, hematological, biochemical and pathological examination did not show any noticeable and significant differences between the administered (5, 20, 80 mg/kg body weight) and control (vehicle only) group animals. Based on these results, the no observed adverse effect level (NOAEL) is considered above 80 mg/kg body weight.

유헬스케어 패치형 무선 체온 모니터링 시스템 구현 (U-Healthcare Patch Type Wireless Body Temperature Monitoring System)

  • Recently, there have been many research on fever management using u-healthcare technology. Especially, fever of infants requires continuous monitoring of body temperature by parents. For infants between 4 weeks and under 5 years old, it is recommended to use an electronic thermometer or chemical thermometer in the axilla, or to use an infrared thermometer. However, in order to overcome the reality of not being able to waste significant time on continuous monitoring, there have been demands of patch type thermometers with the internet of things (IoT) and wireless communication technologies. Existing IoT thermometers are difficult to attach to infants' body because they do not take into account its size, and their interoperability is not guaranteed because they do not comply with standards in communication. Therefore, in this study, a patch-type thermometer with a diameter of 20 mm and a weight of 2.9 g was developed to manage the fever of infants, while it communicates wirelessly with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication protocol and complies with IEEE 11073 PHD(Personal Health Device) at the same time. We verified its performance under the requirements of thermometers regulated by the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.

의료기기 허가·신고·심사 등에 관한 규정 변화와 전망 : 한의 의료기기 중심으로 (Changes and Perspects in the Regulation on Medical Device Approval Report Review, etc. : Focus on Traditional Korean Medical Devices)

  • Objective : In order to understand the changes in domestic approval regulations applicable to traditional Korean medical device companies, this article will explain the major amendments 「Regulation on Medical Device Approval Report Review, etc.」 from 2005 to the present on a year-by-year basis, and provide a counter plan to the recent changes in approval regulations. Methods : We analysed the changes in approval regulatory amendments related to the traditional Korean medical devices from 2005 to the present. Results : The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety is continuously improving medical device approval regulations to ensure the global competitiveness of domestic medical devices and contribute to the improvement of public health. Recent major approval regulatory amendments include the establishment of a review system for software medical devices and digital therapeutics, the recognition of real world evidence materials, the introduction of a biological evaluation of medical devices within a risk management process and a medical device approval licence renewal system. Conclusions : It is expected that the range of medical devices available to Korean medicine doctors will continue to expand in the future through the provision of non-face-to-face medical services and the development of advanced and new medical devices, as well as wearable medical devices and digital therapeutics. In order to increase the market entry potential of traditional Korean medical devices that incorporate advanced technologies such as digital technology and AI-based diagnosis and prediction technology, it is urgent that the government provide significant support to traditional Korean medical device companies to improve approval regulatory compliance.

쌀의 품질평가 현황과 금후 연구방향 (Trend and Further Research of Rice Quality Evaluation)

  • Rice quality is much dependent on the pre-and post harvest management. There are many parameters which influence rice or cooked rice qualitys such as cultivars, climate, soil, harvest time, drying, milling, storage, safety, nutritive value, taste, marketing, eating, cooking conditions, and each nations' food culture. Thus, vice evaluation might not be carried out by only some parameters. Physicochemical evaluation of rice deals with amy-lose content, gelatinizing property, and its relation with taste. The amylose content of good vice in Korea is defined at 17 to 20%. Other parameters considered are as follows; ratio of protein body-1 per total protein amount in relation to taste, and oleic/linoleic acid ratio in relation to storage safety. The rice higher Mg/K ratio is considered as high quality. The optimum value is over 1.5 to 1.6. It was reported that the contents of oligosaccharide, glutamic acid or its derivatives and its proportionalities have high corelation with the taste of rice. Major aromatic compounds in rice have been known as hexanal, acetone, pentanal, butanal, octanal, and heptanal. Recently, it was found that muco-polysaccharides are solubilized during cooking. Cooked rice surface is coated by the muco-polysaccharide. The muco-polysaccharide aye contributing to the consistency and collecting free amino acids and vitamins. Thus, these parameters might be regarded as important items for quality and taste evaluation of rice. Ingredients of rice related with the taste are not confined to the total rice grain. In the internal kernel, starch is main component but nitrogen and mineral compounds are localized at the external kernel. The ingredients related with taste are contained in 91 to 86% part of the outside kernel. For safety that is considered an important evaluation item of rice quality, each residual tolerance limit for agricultural chemicals must be adopted in our country. During drying, rice quality can decline by the reasons of high drying temperature, overdrying, and rapid drying. These result in cracked grain or decolored kernel. Intrinsic enzymes react partially during the rice storage. Because of these enzymes, starch, lipid, or protein can be slowly degraded, resulting in the decline of appearance quality, occurrence of aging aroma, and increased hardness of cooked rice. Milling conditions concerned with quality are paddy quality, milling method, and milling machines. To produce high quality rice, head rice must contain over three fourths of the normal rice kernels, and broken, damaged, colored, and immature kernels must be eliminated. In addition to milling equipment, color sorter and length grader must be installed for the production of such rice. Head rice was examined using the 45 brand rices circulating in Korea, Japan, America, Australia, and China. It was found that the head rice rate of brand rice in our country was approximately 57.4% and 80-86% in foreign countries. In order to develop a rice quality evaluation system, evaluation of technics must be further developed : more detailed measure of qualities, search for taste-related components, creation and grade classification of quality evaluation factors at each management stage of treatment after harvest, evaluation of rice as food material as well as for rice cooking, and method development for simple evaluation and establishment of equation for palatability. On policy concerns, the following must be conducted : development of price discrimination in conformity to rice cultivar and grade under the basis of quality evaluation method, fixation of head rice branding, and introduction of low temperature circulation.
