This paper examined the supply chain management Integration factors and evironmental performance in Korean industry. As SCM got evolved, the importance of Socially and Environmentally Responsible Supply Chain among the Supply Chain members are increased. we should consider the following critical factors such as SCM Integration, environmental practice, SCM performance and environmental performance. The purpose of this study is to focus on linkage between conventional SCM factors with new environmental factors to clarify the critical factor for the SCM firms who may concerns about environmental performance. Based on the analysis of sixty-two cases, the following results were found. First, SCM Integration factors of supply chain management have a positively significant influence on SCM performance and environmental performance of supply chain management. Second, SCM performance have a positively significant influent on environmental performance. Third, environmental practice factors of supply chain management have a positively significant influence on SCM performance but not significant influence on environmental performance. This study suggests that with high level of Integration and environmental practice, firms may have good result on SCM performance and environmental performance. Especially, our empirical evidence shows that environmental practices without good SCM performance, may not have good result on environmental performance.

본 사례는 한국 암웨이의 CRM 구축 사례 분석을 통해 가치와 철학을 공유하는 고객관계관리가 어떻게 기업과 고객을 연결시키며 성과를 제고시켰는지를 보여줌으로써 마케팅 관리상의 여러 시사점을 제공해 주고 있다. 이 사례는 특히 기존 국내 기업들에게 많은 시사점을 제공해 주고 있다. 많은 기업들이 CRM을 시스템 내지 고객관계 관리 프로그램으로 도입하고 있으나 CRM이 전사적 차원에서 통합적으로 추진되어 실행되지 못하고 관련부서를 중심으로 단순하고 획일적으로 운영되는 경우가 많았다. 그 결과 운영성과가 낮게 나타나고, CRM 자체에 대한 회의를 가진 경우가 빈번했다. 그러나 CRM은 단순한 시스템이 아니라 기업 전략의 문제이며, 전략이 성공적으로 실행되기 위해서는 기업 전체의 가치와 철학이 내부적으로 공유되고 더 나아가 고객과 공유하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 이 사례는 시사해 주고 있다. 또한 이 사례에서는 CRM이 어떤 완성된 제품이나 시스템이 아님을 보여주고 있다. 보다 더 고객 중심적으로 나아가기 위한 목표의 변화와 현재까지 진행된 CRM에 대한 철저한 반성을 통해서 끊임없이 진화해 나가는 현재진행형 과제가 되어야 함을 또한 시사해 주고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to establish an integrated management system for the efficient management of rural water, to improve current problems, and to lay the foundations for active use of rural water information. We proposed a plan for informatization with a focus on establishing a database that can be used to provide customized services to users by applying advanced IT technology and to strengthen the management system of cities and counties with poor information. Data linkage and integration, user service development and integration system, application of IT technology, advanced decision support for rural water management, strengthening of city and county management system And the details of the implementation of the key project were presented.

This study examines the significance of digital fabrication of scaled physical models in the digital design process and highlights the integration of design computing and digital fabrication in architectural education. Advances in CAD/CAM technologies have increasingly influenced building design and construction practices by allowing the production of complex forms that were once difficult to design and construct using traditional technologies. At the advent of digital architecture, schools of architecture introduced digital technologies to their curriculum, focusing more on design computing than digital fabrication, preventing students from completely mastering digital technologies. The significance of digital fabrication for scaled physical models as a design media within the digital design loop is discussed. Two case studies of leading schools of architecture that are successful in building the bridge between both areas are given. These focus on the curricular structure to integrate both areas within design studios. Finally, a curricular structure offering students a balanced approach to these areas of knowledge is proposed based on what was learned from these case studies.

The cost of simulation modeling, the expertise required, and the pains of starting a new each time are impediments to more wide spread adoption of simulation technology. In addition, one of the most critical problems in the field of computer simulation today is the lack of published models and physical objects within the World Wide Web (WWW) allowing such distribution. From the viewpoint of WWW as distributed model repositories, it can be assumed that very many simulation models exist on the web. This paper is based on the premise that WWW is a distributed repository. Design Pattern, web-oriented technology like Java and CORBA, which are especially to cope with distributed objects, are introduced and discussed in detail for integration of simulation model. In this paper an architecture of model integration is proposed, which presents the whole procedure of model integration and how the Internet technologies are connected in. The central focus of this research is on the technical realization of integrating simulation models as distributed objects

The beginning of Web Services was understood as efficient technology for application integration in the internet, thus it was used to integrating the distributed enterprise applications or the e-business applications between partners. But, recently the usage trend of Web Services is largely spreaded out wireless network applications beyond the internet applications. The main reasons are that Web Services is the international standard of W3C, and Web Services is based on XML that is independent of the specific internal implementations such as platform, programming languages, communications networks etc. Currently Major company of Web Services such as MS, IBM, etc. focus on the research about technology for integrating various devices. In this paper, we define and explain technical issues for adapting web services to ubiquitous Environment.

Like other countries undergoing the aging of the population, increases in the aged population have raised serious issues in Korea. The proportion of elderly will be foreseen over $14\%$ of population in 2019, over $20\%$ in 2026 in korea. Due to the rapid increasing in the aged population, it calls for social countermeasures urgently, And recent researches about attitude to the aged find out in general negative attitude to the aged of other generations. It is thought desirable that comprehension to the aged of the commonalty should be educated on the school basis or a variety of informal ways. The study aims to determine the space formation of the senior simulation center that suggest to be considered for the effective education and preparation for the aging of all social members, particularly for the younger generation. In such space formation, it is important to work out a plan of efficiency education according to the systematic environmental setting with a focus on the minimization of problematic behaviors and living disabilities of aging, as interactive experiences gain malfunctions by aging. This study is expected to promote a focus on the integration of the whole generations and improved design management for the environment of a welfare policy for the aged.

Purpose: The present study offers merger and acquisition (M&A) strategy based on prior studies to assist the organizational practitioners in two companies' cultures. In the analysis, a M&A plan to guide the evolving principles was created by present authors using change management model. Research design, data, and methodology: The successful M&A integration is setting goals, reconfiguring the cultural systems to align them with business goals. The employees must be involved, particularly with organizational change. Both companies also ought to undertake employee training following the resolving of worries and needs of employees. Finally, restructuring can include the moving of employees from areas where they may be struggling. Result: Discussing and trying to come to an agreement over which mode of acculturation would be most suitable in that particular state is the main focus. Practitioners of both Company A and Company B might find it much simpler to continue their focus and dynamism in the process of cultural integration. Conclusions: We believe that our approach adds an insight in the M&A literature. Managers at all levels of both organizations must take part in the process of M&A for both organizational cultures to come in sync and for change to take place.

Korea achieved compressed growth through rapid industrialization. However, the housing policy of this period was driven by the provision of large scale public rental housing and redevelopment of residential areas, resulting in community collapse and social exclusion. Meanwhile, Korean society needs new housing types and management methods as housing demand varies due to low birthrate, aging, and growing numbers of single-person households. Therefore, in order to realize social integration community that solves these problems by themselves, it is necessary to plan housing that can enhance community in residential space. In this reason, the purpose of this study is to derive the characteristics of social integration plan of community housing which is supplied mainly in the metropolitan area. Accordingly, the subjects of this study were housing cases designed to enhance social integration by promoting community activation in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is necessary to flexibly apply the type and range of community housing. Second, It is needed to have a housing plan considering various characteristics of resident community. Third, social integrated community housing requires not only physical planning, but also mechanism to operate it.
