효율적인 프로토콜 적합성 시험을 위한 변칙성 제거 (Anomaly Removal for Efficient Conformance Test)

  • The protocol conformance testing is to check whether an implementation of a protocol conforms to its specification. And it is important to improve the interoperability of protocol and the efficiency of cost. In general, protocol is composed of the control flow representing observable behaviors and the data flow representing internally used variables. Until now, research for generation of test suite has been realized only consideration the control flow of protocol or separation control flow from data flow. Case of considering control flow, contents of test was simple and definite. Length of test was short. But it was of little application, and it didn't manage each kind errors in data flow. Therefore, we must generate test case that can manage control and data flow. So, anomaly of variable must be removed for efficient conformance testing. Therefore in this dissertation, we proposed algorithm which can remove anomaly of variable for efficient conformance testing. And it showed that anomaly of variable was got rid of applying this algorithm to real protocol.

방류수 유량계(전자기유량계, 파샬플룸)의 특성평가 연구 (A Study on Comparison of the Characteristic Test of Discharge Water Flowmeters (Electromagnetic Flowmeter, Parshall Flume))

  • The test of comparing liquid flow calibration system (approved by KOLAS) for accuracy and structure change test was performed in the test bed in order to evaluate the typical characteristics of the electromagnetic flow meters and parshall flume that are generally used in the water discharging facilities. The results of the accuracy comparing test with liquid flow calibration system showed the error of less than 2%. Pharshall plume got error up to -8.3% (low flow) from the flow rate test, but less than 4% from the accumulated flow test because of offset error at high flow rate and low flow rate. Evaluation of structual change test was tested with only parshall flume using structure and it consisted of installation angle (parshall flume and level sensor) and position change. Installation angle, water level sensor angle and position changing test for parshall flume had errors of 3.1%~-9.2%, 0.4%~-5.6% and 0.2%~1.3% respectively. Especially, the error showed the largest increase when the water level sensor measured the point of decreased flow by the structure change. Therefore, error factors (change of straight pipe length, installation of obstacle or effect of foreign substances on water level sensor) that can often occur in the field should be derived and the research for optimized installation method should be carried out continuously.

  • Needs of fuel's performance evaluation for the dual-cooled fuel pellet (annular shape) necessitate the irradiation test in the test reactor. Irradiation test rig for the HARARO reactor, which is a special-purposed equipment used for material, irradiation and creep test, must satisfy the operational requirement on the hydraulic characteristics and structural integrity. In this paper, pressure drop and flow-induced vibration test for the newly developed non-instrumented test rig were carried out using FIVPET as a out-pile evaluation test. The test results show that the new test rig satisfy the HANARO operational requirement with sufficient margin. The spectral response characteristics of the flow-induced vibration of the test rid were also discussed.

Performance Analysis of a Mixed-Flow Pump for Waterjet Propulsion

  • A mixed-flow pump is largely applied for waterjet propulsion in high-speed vessels because of excellent cavitation performance. For the present study, we analyze the performance of mixed-flow pump, which is composed of impeller and stator. The test device for a mixed-flow pump was installed in the test section in the KRISO cavitation tunnel. The performance tests of two mixed-flow pumps were carried out with the test device at various flow rates using various nozzles. The test results agree fairly well with the predicted results by commercial CFD code. The test device is available for verification of impeller performance together with CFD analysis

구조방정식 모형에 의한 독서 플로우의 유형 분류와 검사도구 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Type Classification and Test Instruments Development of Reading Flow Using Structure Modeling)

  • 사서교사가 독서교육을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 독서에 관한 학생들의 특성을 파악하고 있어야 한다. 그러나 현재 학생들의 독서 관련 특성을 파악하기 위한 도구가 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 독서 플로우 유형을 분류하고 독서 플로우 유형을 측정할 수 있는 검사도구를 제안하였다. 독서 플로우의 유형을 분류하기 위해서 4개의 연구모형(워너, 던과 던, MBTI, flow 구성모형)을 설정하고 각 모형을 AMOS 구조방정식 모형에 대입하여 적합성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 4개의 연구모형 중 flow 구성 모형이 가장 적합한 모형임을 확인하였다. flow 구성 모형을 바탕으로 독서 플로우 유형을 분류하고 독서 플로우 유형 검사를 위한 도구를 제안하였다. 제안한 독서 플로우 유형은 4 차원 16 가지의 세부 유형으로 구성되고 있고 검사도구는 4개 영역, 28개 문항으로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 데이터는 본 연구자의 선행연구를 위해 수집한 1,836개의 데이터를 재사용하였다.

Flow of a low concentration polyacrylamide fluid solution in a channel with a flat plate obstruction at the entry

  • Flow in a channel with an obstruction at the entry can be reverse, stagnant or forward depending on the position of the obstruction. These flow phenomena have potential applications in the control of energy and various flows in process engineering. Parameters that affect this flow inside and around the test channel are the gap (g) between the obstruction geometry and the test channel, the Reynolds number (Re) and the length (L) of the test channel. The influence of these parameters on the flow behavior was investigated using a flat plate obstruction at the entry of the channel. A low concentration polyacrylamide solution (0.018% by weight) showing a powerlaw fluid behavior was used as the fluid in this investigation. The flow phenomena were investigated by the velocity measurement and the flow visualization and their results were compared with numerical simulation. These results of low concentration polyacrylamide solution are also compared with the results of water published elsewhere (Kabir et al., 2003). The maximum reverse flow inside the test channel observed was 20% - 30% of the outside test channel velocity at a g/w (gap to width) ratio of 1 for Reynolds numbers of 1000 to 3500. The influence of the test channel length (L) and the Reynolds number (Re) on the velocity ratio ($V_i$/$V_o$: inside velocity/outside velocity in the test channel) are also presented and discussed here.

하나로 핵연료 시험 루프 주냉각수 계통의 유량 제어에 대한 유동 해석 (Flow Network Analysis for the Flow Control of a Main Cooling Water System in the HANARO Fuel Test Loop)

  • A nuclear fuel test loop(after below, FTL) is installed in the IRI of an irradiation hole in HANARO for testing the neutron irradiation characteristics and thermo hydraulic characteristics of a fuel loaded in a light water power reactor or a heavy water power reactor. There is an in-pile section(IPS) and an out-pile section(OPS) in this test loop. When HANARO is operated normally, the fuel loaded into the IPS has a nuclear reaction heat generated by a neutron irradiation. To remove the generated heat and to maintain the operation conditions of the test fuel, a main cooling water system(MCWS) is installed in the OPS of the FTL. The MCWS is composed of a main cooler, a pressurizer, two circulation pumps, a main heater, an interconnection pipe line and instruments. The interconnection pipeline is a closed loop which is connected to an inlet and an outlet of the IPS respectively. The MCWS is under a cold function test during a start-up period. This paper describes the system flow network analysis results of the flow control of a main cooling water system in the HANARO fuel test loop. It was confirmed through the results that the flow was met the system design requirements.

  • Vibration spectrums of the test loop according to flow conditions were analyzed in order to identify the sources of vibration at peak frequencies. While a flow condition of the sweep test was changed by varying pump rotational speed from 450 rpm to 1500 rpm by the step 150 rpm, midspan acceleration of the test section in width-direction and dynamic pressure perturbation in the test section were measured. Other sources of vibration due to the flow structure interactions, such as acoustic resonance, blade pulsing frequency and bellows wrinkles, were investigated. Pressure perturbation in the section and acoustic resonance due to branch pipe give major effects to the vibration of the test section in high frequency range of 1.5 kHz to 2.8 kHz.

단상 및 이상유동 유량 계측을 위한 평균 양방향 유동 튜브 개발 (Development of an Average Bi-directional Flow Tube for the Measurement of Single and Two phase Flow Rate)

  • Average Bi-directional flow tube was suggested to measure single and two phase flow rate. Its working principle is similar with Pilot tube, however, it makes it possible to eliminate the cooling system which is normally needed to prevent from flashing in the pressure impulse line of Pilot tube when it is used in the depressurization condition. The suggested instrumentation was tested in the air-water vertical test section which has 80mm inner diameter and 10m length. The flow tube was installed at 120 of L/D from inlet of test section. From the test, single air and water flow rate was measured successfully. For the emasurement of two phase flow rate, Chexal drift-flux correlation was used. In the test a new correlation of momentum exchange factor was suggested. The test result shows that the suggested instrumentation using the measured void fraction and Chexal drift-flux correlation can predict the mass flow rates within $10\%$ error of measured data.

  • TDACS의 작동 성능 검증 시험을 수행하기 위해서 유동시험 장치를 설계하였다. 이를 위해서 고체 추진기관 연소관 및 유동시험에서의 압력 거동을 모델링하였고 각 모델의 동적 특성을 나타내는 응답 시간을 구하였다. 본 논문에서는 유동시험 장치의 시스템 응답 시간을 고체추진기관 연소관의 특성과 같아지는 조건을 구하고 이를 설계에 반영함으로써 연소 환경에서 동적 응답특성을 검증하는 것과 유사한 결과를 갖도록 하였다.
