The Internet of Things(IoT) paradigm is flourishing strenuously for the last two decades. Researchers around the globe have their dreams to transmute every real-world object to the virtual object. Consequently, IoT devices are escalating exponentially. The abrupt evolution of these IoT devices has caused a major challenge i.e. object classification. In order to classify devices comprehensively and accurately, this paper proposes a context-aware based multi-classification model for devices, which classifies the smart devices according to people's contexts. However, the classification features of contextual data of different contexts are difficult to extract. The deep learning algorithm has the capability to solve this problem. This paper proposes a context-aware based multi-classification model of devices, which classifies the smart devices according to people's contexts.

The attention of brand apartment is flourishing along with growing concerns about resident's health and their housing. This study examined the environment-friendly features on six brand apartments in Kangnam area in Seoul since 2000. The findings were as follows: The environment-friendly features of most brand apartments are in satisfactory level. The environment-friendly parking lot and greenzone were satisfactory on the viewpoint of ecology. From the perspective of relationship between housing and environment there was lack of the consideration of locality issues. However, from the perspective of health and comfortability there was lack of indoor planting.

The environmental value of coastal vegetation has been widely recognized. Coastal vegetation such as reed forests and seaweed performs several useful functions, including maintaining water quality, supporting fish (and, thus, fisheries), protecting beaches and land from wave attack, stabilizing sea beds and providing scenic value. However, studies on the physical and numerical process of wave propagation, sediment transport and bathymetric change are few and far between compared to those on the hydrodynamic roles of coastal vegetation. In general, vegetation flourishing along the coastal areas attenuates the incident waves through momentum exchange between stagnated water mass in the vegetated area and rapid mass in the un-vegetated area. This study develops a numerical model for describing the wave attenuation and sediment transport in a wave channel in a vegetation area. By comparing these results, the effects of vegetation properties, wave properties and model parameters are clarified.

The snow brings affluence if it is dealt with appropriately. but causes huge damages if it is dealt with improperly when it snows heavily. Following with the development of road transportation, tile snow causes damages by becoming a serious obstacle for traffic, increasing traffic accidents, causing damages to the road, and requiring a lot of snow removal expense. As farming in the winter becomes flourishing, damages to agricultural facilities and farm produces caused by the snow become bigger and bigger. Now in our country, heavy snow or heavy rain is likely to fall at anywhere and at any time without restricted to a particular area. Safety first is one way of practicing human respect. Disasters will disappear from our neighborhood if we adopt prevention measures and follow them thoroughly. And also this is the shortcut to achieve a welfare society.

Owing to a tremendous progress of information technology we have faced a great change of a society. This change has happened to almost all of a society. As a result intangible goods are also included as a major concern in international trade. We may say U.S. is one of the countries transaction of software is the most flourishing. I have tried to classified the cases of software transaction in U.S. into five groups. As a result I have known the UCC had been applied to the almost transaction of standard software. However UCC had not been applied to custom software and data processing. In these days UCITA which is very similar to a previous proposal UCC 2B has been presented. This is a contract law that would apply to computer software, multimedia products, and databases. It has been designed to create a uniform commercial contract law for those products. Now therefore we should make observation of a tendency about transaction of software in U.S. The reason is that we pay attention to the symbol and dormant power of U.S. in international trade.

The meanings, classification, and regulatory status of 'natural food colorants' are discussed. Nowadays the technological advances for processing Cochineal color is flourishing here and aboard, makes highly concentrated products (e.g., 95% Carminic acid) is comercially available. Application of carminic acid for a food system needs target-specific formulation, mixing with alumn, tartaric acid, and other salts to stabilize the color hue in food system. On the other hand, carmine, the aluminium-lake of carminic acid, is more convenient product to be used and would give more strong color. Of these reasons Carmine is much popular product than Cochineal extract in Western and European countries. We insist that carmine should be also certified as natural colorant together with Cochineal extract in Korea. Authors expect that several kinds of anthraquinone colorant (Lac and Kermes) would be introduced in Korean market in near furture.

This experiment was attempted to investigate the effects of growing stage, cutting frequency and the level of nitrogen fertilization on the change of carbohydrate reserves in reed canarygrass(Pha1aris arundinacea L.). The results obtained were as follows: The amount of carbohydrate reserves appeared to markedly decrease up to critical level after the cutting in hot and dry weather season. During the growing stage, the amount of carbohydrate reserves decreased just after the cutting and also during the period of flourishing elongation of reed canarygrass. However, it began to increase sharply from the end of September for wintering. Two cutting system showed the highest mean value(19.53 %) of carbohydrate reserves and those of three, five and four cutting system was 15.32 %. 14.73 %, and 14.60 % respectively. Reed canarygrass with no nitrogen fertilization resulted in 17.17% of carbohydrate reserve, however there was no singificant difference among various levels of nitrogen fertilization. In respect of regrowth. 3 cutting system showed the most effective cutting frequency, however 4 or 5 cutting system had a decreasing tendency of regrowth.

Nowadays, the disabled are increasing because of industrial injuries and traffic accidents. The attention of the disabled is flourishing along with growing concerns about social participation of tile disabled. The purpose of this study is to investigate the interior design factors for the disabled in public libraries. Four public libraries in seoul since 2000 were investigated. The findings of this study are as follows: The legal items are adequate. But many recommended items are inadequate. Generally, moving facilities are adequate, but direction and refuge facilities are inadequate. Cubicle and lending table are inaccessible for the disabled.

This paper firstly focused on introducing the current status of ITS activities in Korea. Then, possibility of RS application within the surface transportation was studied. ITS in Korea was first introduced in early ninties, since then, Korean government puts lots of efforts for flourishing it. Topics for the paper are composed of the Korean ITS Strategic Plan, ITS R&D, Metropolitan Model Deployment Initiative Projects, and RS application in ITS. One of the main findings in the process of revision of the national strategic plan for the 21$^{st}$ century was that ITS should thoroughly reflect end users’ needs in establishing its goals and objectives. For ITS R&D, Korean Government took initiatives, and drove it since 1997. In conclusion, authors suggest future application of RS within ITS in developing country.

As society gradually enters a virtual, non-face-to-face society, the use of online content is increasing as well. In particular, as smartphones are thoroughly established in our daily life, the platforms of webtoons, mobile broadcasting, and education are shifting from personal computers to smartphones. Recently, the development of the Over-The-Top media service (OTT service) enabled streaming services of various media contents through the internet and activation of IPTV. Therefore, the rapid increase of popularity of short-form content is a natural phenomenon with smartphone platforms with fast, improvised, and endless communication. Lately, TikTok became the favored platform with prosumers, defined as people who are both producers and consumers. In this study, I studied the experiential response of YouTube and TikTok users as representative examples of a short-form content platform developed after the 2000s, the flourishing years of digital content with a length of 30 seconds.
