Floor damping materials used in floating floor system to diminish the floor noise have been made with low density and dynamic stiffness. Owing to this low density and dynamic stiffness, the deflection in these materials under long-term loading and cracking of the floor finishing mortar in the floating floor system may occur. This paper presents the results of long-term loading effects on the deflection of different types of floor damping materials. The experimental program involved the long-term loading tests for 490 days loading period on sixteen specimens. Specimens were classified as DM1(Damping Materials) to DM8, depending upon the four main parameters; types, bottom shapes and densities of floor damping materials and amount of loading. Results indicated that the long-term deflection of all specimens of damping materials remained unchanged after 200 days at all loading amounts, except the specimens made up of Polystrene, in which long-term deflection remained unchanged after 160 days at 250 N load and 100 days 500 N load. In this paper, two types of correlation expressions were shown in the deflection range prior to the range where deflection remained constant; two analyses by ISO 20392 and linear regression. In comparison of two analyses and experimental results on the difference of deflection of 16 specimens, the difference of deflection was below 0.4 mm in those analyses in case of that total deflection was below 10 mm. Restrictively, it was judged that the analysis for the deflection of specimens made up of Polystrene is more appropriate using ISO 20392.
Purpose: This is a study on the planning of temporary housing for post application of Mega Sports facilities. The subject of the study is 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, which is to suggest building an alternative temporary housing using shipping containers(high cube), which solve the lack of accommodations and recycle temporary housing after Olympics, save money and be eco-friendly in Olympics. Method: This study includes this ; research on the a fact-finding survey about Mega sports facilities post application and demand survey on 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics accomodations and an analysis about temporary housing plan. Furthermore we decided temporary housing building plan by analyzing residents' needs and traits of the housing etc. Through this, we made a schematic design for household units. Result: As a result, this study is a plan of making space, forms, and structure. The planned size is $38.4m^2$(L:12m, W:3.2m) except balcony, and indoor height is 2.5m. The space consists of entrance, bathroom, bedroom and living room with folding furniture system. Also there's a detailed floor plan of the ceiling, wall, and floor we drew up. The ceiling and wall consist of dampproof film, noncombustible board, fire proof urethane form, and color-designed sheet. The floor is composed of floor tile, cement mortar, light concrete(with heat coil), insulation, and dampproof film. Additionally, this study is a plan of interior dry wall with detail using modular construction method for work efficiency and quality improvement.
Various researches on the application of polymer dispersions to the cement mortar and concrete have been practised in many countries like America, Japan and Germany and so on because of high performance and good modification effect of these. In this study, SBR, Polymer dispersion that widely used in situ is employed that the self-flowability may be induced in the cemen mortar. In order to comprehend and investigate the modification of cement mortar with self-flowability by SBR and properties and fracture mode of adhesive strength in tension of that, experimental parameter was set as SBR solid-Cement ratio(S/C) and Cement:Fine aggregate(C:F) and the experiments such as Unit weight, Flow, Consistency change, Crack resistance and Segregation that inform on the general properties have been done. In addition of that, Adhesion in tension is measured with a view to comprehending the properties and fracture mode in tensile load. Consistency change of cement mortar modified by SBR did grow better as the ratio of SBR solid-Cement increased and was much superior to that of resin based flooring such as polyurethane and epoxy which recorded the loss of consistency in 90min. after mixing. Adhesive strength in tension increased with continuity in the curing age and showed the maximum in case of C:F=1:1 and S/C=20%. As the increase of curing age, the fracture mainly happened in the concrete substrate and the interface between the specimen and concrete substrate.
Two different types of polymer-modified mortars(PMM) were prepared with recycled PET and fly-ash. One is rigid PMM and the other is flexible PMM which are based on the composition of recycled PET. Their mechanical properties including friction coefficient measurement and damping characteristics such as sound absorption were investigated and compared with the commercial PMM such as epoxy PMM and PET PMM. The result from mechanical properties indicated that the rigid PMM could be competitive with the commercial PET PMM. The measurement of sound absorption coefficient showed that both rigid PMM and flexible PMM had much better damping capacity than commercial PMM. However, the friction coefficient of rigid PMM revealed that it would be suitable for the use as floor material.

The masonry structure is constructed by cement mortar binding material of brick objects and uses reinforced hardware(connected hardware or wall tie) together when building. However, over time, the corrosion of reinforced steel and the deterioration of joint mortar as well as bricks cause the risk of collapse. In particular, when the externally decorated brick wall is installed on the concrete girder for each floor, the angle bracket is not constructed or corroded, the full-layer weight load is applied to the wall of 0.5B, which is an example of full-scale or collapse. As a result of the evaluation, it was confirmed that the performance was improved compared to the existing bracket, and we plan to carry out a real-life test and long-term performance review of the building using the bracket in the future.
In this paper, the properties of an expansive agent (CaO-CaS $O_4$) for dry shrinkage compensation were investigated by a series of experimental program, which might be used at On-Dol heating system as mortar type. The expansion principle of the CaO-CaS $O_4$ was mainly verified. As a result of this study, the correlation between the content of the expansive agent and the compressive strength was obtained in the form of exponential function(Y = A $e^{-x}$), showing that as the content of expansive agent increased as the expansion performance with the compressive strength increased by only a certain amount. Also, as a results of the analysis of a correlation between the expansive performance and the chemical properties which generally accompanied a part of quality management in manufacturing the expensive cement, the expansive performance was relative to only the contents of the F-CaO among chemical properties(Blaine, +44$\mu\textrm{m}$R, F-CaO, S $O_3$,L.O.I). And it was clarified that the results were relative to the second order function, showing that if the contents of the F-CaO increased the expansive performance Increased.d.
Recently, polymer-modified mortar has been studied for proposed use on industrial floors as top coat with thin thickness, typically 5~15mm. The purpose of this study is to evaluate basic properties of self-leveling materials using polymer dispersions as kinds of SBR, PAE, St/BA with thin coat (under 3mm). Superplasticizer and thickener have been included in the mixes to reduce bleeding and drying shrinkage as well as to facilitate the workability required. The self-leveling materials using four types of polymer dispersion are prepared with polymer-cement ratio which respectively range from 50% and 75%, and tested for basic characteristics such as unit weight, air content, flow, consistency change and adhesion in tension. From the test results, the self-leveling materials using PAE emulsion at curing age of 28days are almost equal to those of conventional floor using urethane and epoxy resin. The adhesion in tension of self-leveling mortars using SBR latex and PAE emulsion at curing age of 3days is over 17 kgf/cm$^2$(1.67MPa). Consistency change is strongly dependent on the type of polymer dispersion. It is concluded that the self-leveling materials using polymer dispersions can be used in the same manner as conventional floor using thermosetting resin in practical applications, in the selection of polymer dispersions.
Unlike other countries, Korea uses various kinds of wall-paper as finishing material. Conventional wall-paper consists of paper and vinyl, and petrochemical ink is used for the decoration of the surface. Adhesive is used to paste the wall with the wall-paper, which emit substantial amounts of VOCs and formaldehyde. In this study, VOCs characteristics emitted from specimens made of concrete, mortar, gypsum board and wall-paper were investigated using small chamber method. Moreover, concentration and emission factor of BTEX(Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, m,p,o-Xylene) and TVOC were investigated, and concentration and emission factor decay were estimated. As a result of the prediction, both time-dependent concentration decay and cumulative concentration can be converted into the logarithmic scale. Furthermore, prediction equations were developed from the experimental results under accurately controlled experimental conditions. Therefore, there may be difference if the estimated equations are directly applied to real buildings. Further research should be done on the generalization of the developed prediction equations.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of admixture such as AE water reducing agent and Flyash on properties of cement mortar for floor. As for the effects of AE water reducing agent kinds, fluidity and air content increase in order for melamine type, lignine type and naphtalene type. As Flyash contents increase, fluidity shows high, but air content shows decline tendency. compressive strength according to AE water reducing agent kinds increase in order for melamine type, lignine type and naphtalene type. As AE water reducing agent content increases, it shows to be decreased. As for the effects of Flyash, it retards at early age but at later age it gains high with increase of Flyash contents due to pozzanic reaction. Drying shrinkage shows to be docreased slightly with increase of AE water reducing agent.
