  • The actual aircraft flight training can be done, throw this platform. this paper focuses on identifying the functions with respect to software components in the development of a aerodynamics system, which is based on the functions necessary to develop the real environment aircraft system. It also design activity diagram, concept as well as class diagram. This paper presents the main features and direction of aircraft to be equipped in the future gaming platforms. By designing a pilot platform updates that allow for new aircraft models students can understand exactly what they want and aircraft. this study presents a use case based on the aerodynamic simulation CSU concept to execution.

  • The current-generation avionics systems are based on a federated architecture, where an electronic device runs a single software module or application that collaborates with other devices through a network. This architecture makes the internal system architecture very complicate, and gives rise to issues of Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP). In this paper, we show that the partitioning defined by ARINC 653 can efficiently deal with the SWaP issues on small unmanned aerial vehicles, where the SWaP issues are extremely severe. We especially install the integrated mission system on real hexacopter and quadcopter and perform successful flight tests. The presented software technology for integrated mission system and software consolidation methodology can provide a valuable reference for other SWaP sensitive real-time systems.

  • It is essential that weapons which are mounted on aircraft need to prove its reliability and safety during its developments. A guided missile should have high reliability and safety throughout various tests which are including ground tests, captive flight tests, detailed technical tests and operational tests. In these various tests, it is vital that software of each component in the guided missile should be easily updated in order to correct algorithms or errors. In this paper, we propose a software update technique based on MDTP(mass data transfer protocol) which are defined in MIL-STD-1760. The proposed techniques have the following advantages: First, software of each unit in a weapon can be updated through a test equipment without disassemble a guided missile. Second, development periods for a software update can be reduced by reusing MDTP. Third, we can easily maintenance of the software because it is based on standard. We proved its efficiency and validity through experiments. Therefore, the proposed technique should be effectively utilized for software update of a weapon mounted on an aircraft during development processes.

  • As seen in the case of the Boeing 737 Max accident, the proportion of aircraft software is rapidly increasing. However, it is vulnerable to safety issues. In case of domestic aircraft software, to operate a Light Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (LUAV) less than an empty weight of 150 kg, safety certification is required for an Ultra-Light Vehicle (ULV). However, software certification procedure is not included. Since the use of LUAVs has increased recently, software verification is required. This paper proposed a checklist of LUAV software that could be applied to LUAV referring DO-178C, an aviation software certification standard. A case study of applying the proposed checklist to the Model-based Development-based Helicopter Flight Control Computer (FCC) project currently used by domestic and foreign advanced companies and institutions was conducted.

  • A controller test on a sounding rocket using a testbed is discussed in the paper. Because of the high cost and the risk for the flight test the hardware simulation on the ground is performed. In this paper the conventional On/Off Controller is applied to the attitude control of a sounding rocket. The hardware simulation results are compared with those of the software simulation.

  • Jet Vane Type 추력방향제어 시스템의 구조적 안정성을 검토하기 위해 시스템의 해석을 Vane, Ablation & Bracket Interface, Nozzle flange & Housing Interface 및 Fastener의 세 부분으로 나누어 수행하였다. 해석을 위한 외력조건은 유동해석을 통해 얻어진 온도 및 압력분포에 근거하였으며, Vane의 응력해석을 위해서는 상용 Software인 Patran 및 Nastran이 사용되었다. 이번 연구는 Test Model 단계로서 충분한 강도의 고정 Housing이 사용되어, 이에 대한 해석은 수행되지 않았지만 추후 Flight Model 단계에서는 함께 고려되어질 것이며, 각 경우의 Margin of Safety값들을 도출하여 구조적 안정성을 검토하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 2004년 12월 발사 예정인 다목적실용위성 2호의 탑재소프트웨어의 구성과 전반적인 개발 과정 및 개발 환경에 관련된 내용을 서술한다. 다목적실용위성 2호 탑재소프트웨어 개발은 다목적실용 위성 1호 탑재소프트웨어를 근간으로 2호기 요구사양에 따라 요구사양 분석, 설계. 코딩 및 단위 테스트, 통합 테스트와 검증 시험 등을 거쳐 진행되었으며 일련의 모든 개발과정은 국내 연구진에 의해 수행되었다.

  • 인공위성 탑재 소프트웨어는 정해진 시간 내에 필요한 작업을 수행하여야 하는 실시간 내장형 소프트웨어로 타이밍 분석이 중요하다. 기존의 인공위성소프트웨어 개발 시 적용되는 타이밍 분석기법은 개발자의 수작업에 의존하여 많은 시간과 노력이 요구되며 정확성에 문제가 있을 수 있는 단점이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 위성소프트에어의 타이밍 분석에 적용 가능한 최장 실행시간 (Worst Case Execution Time, WCET) 기법을 조사하고 보다 정확한 (tight) WCET를 구하기 위해 입력 데이터를 고려한 WCET 분석 방안을 제안한다.

PollMap: a software for crop pollination mapping in agricultural landscapes

  • Background: Ecosystem service mapping is an important tool for decision-making in landscape planning and natural resource management. Today, pollination service mapping is based on the Lonsdorf model (InVEST software) that determines the availability of nesting and floral resources for each land cover and estimates pollination according to the foraging range of the desired species. However, it is argued that the Lonsdorf model has significant limitations in estimating pollination in a landscape that can affect the results of this model. Results: This paper presents a free software, named PollMap, that does not have the limitations of the Lonsdorf model. PollMap estimates the pollination service according to a modified version of the Lonsdorf model and assumes that only cells within the flight range of bees are important in the pollination mapping. This software is produced for estimating and mapping crop pollination in agricultural landscapes. The main assumption of this software is that in the agricultural landscapes, which are dominated by forest and agriculture ecosystems, forest patches serve only as a nesting habitat for wild bees and the surrounding fields provide floral resources. Conclusion: The present study provided new software for mapping crop pollination in agricultural landscapes that does not have the limitations of the Lonsdorf model. We showed that the use of the Lonsdorf model for pollination mapping requires attention to the limitations of this model, and by removing these limitations, we will need new software to obtain a reliable mapping of pollination in agricultural landscapes.

  • 위성의 개발 및 제작에는 많은 비용과 기간이 소요되며, 일반적으로 사용되는 장비들과는 전혀 다른 우주환경에서 임무를 수행하게된다. 위성의 성공적인 임무완수를 위해서는 철저한 사전검증 작업들이 필요하게 된다. 특히, 위성의 궤도, 자세를 제어하고 실제적인 임무수행을 관할하는 위성탑재소프트웨어에 대한 완벽한 검증이 필요하다. 2004년 발사를 목표로 하고있는 다목적실용위성 2호 FSW(Flight Software)의 개발단계에서 소프트웨어의 통합 및 시험, 검증시험을 위해 실제 위성시스템과 유사한 인터페이스를 제공하는 개발도구인 STB(Software Test Bed)가 제작되었으며, 제작된 STB를 통한 FSW의 검증시험 및 분석을 지원하기 위한 프로그램으로서 구문분석 프로그램을 이용한 VTSP(Verification Test Script Parser)의 개발이 이루어졌다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 STB와 VTSP에 대한 전반적인 소개와 함께 개발된 STB와 VTSP를 이용하여 실제 위성탑재소프트웨어를 검증하기 위한 시험환경에 대해 알아보고자 한다.
