유연근로시간제 개선에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Flexible Working Hours)

  • 근로계약은 형식상으로는 노동력상품과 임금의 교환관계로서 나타나지만, 단순한 물물교환의 차원을 초월하는 것이기 때문에 경제학적으로 노동력상품과 화폐의 교환관계로서 '매매'로서 파악하는 것도 가능하고 '임대차'로 파악할 수도 있다. 상품교환관계를 법적인 측면에서 보면, 노동력과 임금의 교환관계를 합법적으로 지지하고 그것에 구속력을 부여하여 강제화하는 법적인 장치가 계약이다. 이러한 근로계약은 임금을 수령하고, 임금의 수령의 반대급부로 일정한 시간을 사용자의 지휘·감독하에 두는 관계를 가져오게 하였다. 근로시간은 자신의 노동력을 사용자의 처분권하에 둔 종속시간이기 때문에 장시간의 근로는 근로자의 건강과 안전을 위해할 수 있고, 더 나아가 인간으로서 누려야 할 가치를 침해하는 행위가 될 수 있음으로 그 규제가 필요하다고 할 것이다. 근로시간의 단축은 인간의 생체적 한계를 설정하고, 확대 재생산을 할 수 있도록 생산적 측면에서 근로자의 문화에 대한 향유와 인간으로서 삶의 질을 확보하는 사회적인 측면에서 단축이 필요하지만, 사용자의 기업 경영상의 노동력 확보와 생산 활동 및 자본주의 국가에서 추구하는 것과 비교하여 이 둘의 양립을 할 수 있어야 한다. 근로시간은 개인에게서의 시간과 사회전체에서의 시간으로 볼 수 있고, 개인적인 차원에서 장시간 근로는 개인에게서의 시간은 줄어들게 되어 개인적 차원에서는 바람직하지 않지만, 사회전체적인 차원에서 생산 활동에 투입시간의 증대로 인한 생산물의 증가는 사회발전에 도움이 될 수 있다. 근로시간은 이러한 개인적 차원과 사회적 차원에서의 균형을 찾아간다는 측면에서 근로시간을 고찰하는 것이 필요하다. 근로시간의 규제방법이 근로시간의 시작과 근로시간의 종료에 대한 것으로 근로시간의 총량을 규제하는 것이었다면, 근로시간의 유연화, 탄력화는 근로시간의 총량을 1주 최대 52시간의 범위 내에서 범위를 한정하면서 기업의 새로운 업무의 출현에 따라 근로시간을 탄력적으로 배분하고 편성하는 것이 가능하도록 하는 근로시간의 질적인 규제방식이다. 이에 따라 근로시간은 단축하되 기업의 상황에 따른 유연근로시간제를 확대하여 시행하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위하여 현재 6개월로 제한되어 있는 탄력적 근로시간제의 운용의 폭의 유연화와 사용자와 근로자간의 합의에 의한 선택적 근로시간제의 실 근로시간에 대한 처리, 정보통신 기술의 발전과 4차 산업혁명에 기반한 새로운 근로형태에 출현에 따른 재량근로시간의 대상 업무를 확대하는 것이 필요하다.

스마트워크센터 환경에서 협업을 위한 좌석 추천 시스템 개발 (Development of Seat Recommendation System for the Collaboration in Smart Work Center)

  • With the development of Information Communication Technology and a way of solving problems such as productivity improvement, advanced working attitude, greenhouse gas reduction, low birth rate, aged problem, etc., the need of smart work is increasing. Getting out of legacy working types that are limited in time and space, the flexible seat system at a smart work center that supports the smart working environment is proposed. However, the seat choice based on employee's emotional judgement may cause the decline of forming cooperative space and mutual communication because of the scattered seat arrangement between employees. This paper proposed a seat recommendation method for the mutual cooperation at a smart work center. The method is based on a work similarity of employees. A prototype system also implemented to show the feasibility.

PIC Controller를 이용한 키패드 검사 시스템 개발 (Development of Keypad Test System using PIC Controller)

  • This paper presents the development of a keypad test system for the improvement of working environment and productivity using PTC 16F877 microprocessor. In order to detect the fault of keypad products, hardware and software design is performed in this system. Keypad fault detection system is controlled by the 8 bit one chip PIC microcontroller for the exactness and speed. Developed panel of the keypad test system is comprised of the sub-panel for selecting in the inspected keypad types and the main panel f3r displaying the working order and fault position. Furthermore, all data from keypad inspection are stored in main memory of personal computer for the database. All these functions lead to the improvement of working speed and environment.

유연사무환경 지원을 위한 시스템 구축 및 시스템 효과성 측정지표 개발 (System Development for Flexible Office and Its Efficiency Evaluation Metrics)

  • The trend toward ubiquitous computing does not represent simply a change in the way people access and use information. In the end it will have a profound effect on the way people work with each other. In this paper, we have defined functionalities of an information system that helps operate a kind of smart office environment, and implemented the system using RFID technology. The system provides three major functions-time and attendance management, personalized message notification, and flexible seat allocation for a smart working center. We have also suggested the key performance indicators and performed a KPI analysis to measure an efficiency of implemented system.

3핑거 핸드 시스템 설계 (Design of Three-Finger Hand System)

  • The focus of this paper is the designing a flexible three fingered hand system with 16 D.O.F for dynamic manipulation with an intelligent controller, and to build a useful database for dynamic manipulation based on the experimental results. The weight of the hand module is only 0.7 kg, but flexible motion and powerful grasping are possible. To achieve such a dynamic motion in a robotic hand, we have developed a flexible fingered hand with a control system incorporating image recognition system in which we deal with the problems of not only accuracy and range of motion but also the flexibility of hand. The fingers are arranged so as to grasp both circular and prismatic objects. In order to achieve the light mechanism, we reduced the number of joints and fingers as much as possible. We used three fingers, which is the minimum number to achieve a stable grasp.

대형 유연박판 회전이송용 비접촉 파지시스템 설계 (Non-Contact Pick-up System for Turning Large Flexible Thin Sheets)

  • This paper describes an improved design model that can be used to configure a non-contact pneumatic device to turn a large sheet at the in-line system. For rotational moving in the conveyor system, the conventional method is to turn the system itself. The improved non-contact pick-up system mainly uses 8 pairs of L-shaped latches and 12 swirl type heads. It is positioned above the upward air flow table. This system performs the non-contact gripping and side-edge contact support in the vertical and rotational directions to hold the self-weight of a large flat sheet. A non-contact air head can exert a sufficient gripping ability at 4N lower than the standard working pressure. The side latches support 60% of the lifting force required. Through structural and flow analysis, the working conditions were simultaneously considered in accordance with the deflection and flatness of the glass.

모바일 기반 스마트 조선소 생산 공정관리 지원 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Production Process Management Support System for Smart Shipyard Based on Mobile)

  • The shipbuilding industry is facing the various problems of less demand and oversupply owing to the global economic crisis and the increase in shipbuilding countries. Shipyards of the industry are making effort to strengthen their ability to handle the crisis via a smartwork technology for flexible working environment. In this study, we developed a smartwork system that manages the information in shipbuilding process with mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs. To successfully apply the developed smartwork system to shipyards, we analyzed several best practices and management tasks of the shipbuilding processes. The developed system was designed by CBD approach that is a branch of service-oriented software engineering for reusability and flexibility on the system. As it is designed considering the flexible working environment, it supports to increase their productivity by reducing the time required to carry out tasks and by increasing the mobility required to manage work performance in field of shipyards.

유연한 단일링크 조작기의 적응진동제어 (Adaptive Vibration Control of Flexible One-Lind Manipulator)

  • Recently, since robot manipulator becomes faster and lighter, its link is no longer regarded as rigid body, and robot controller which only controls robot position cannot reduce vibration of the flexible link. Therefore vibration control is needed in robot manipulator control in addition to position control. In the case that tip mass changes when robot manipulator in working, it is clear that the efficiency of the vibration/position controller designed for the fixed system goes down. In this paper, the system with time varying parameters, adaptive control theory is adopted which estimates parameters changed by the variation of the tip mass and re-calculates the gain of the controller. Validify of the proposed adaptive controller and capability of the estimator are evaluated by computer simulations and experiments. Comparison results of the optimal controller for the fixed system and proposed adaptive controller and carried out.

The impacts of working time flexibilization on occupational safety and health: an expert survey

  • The policy proposal by the current Korean government that proposes flexible overtime rules is causing social controversy. This study has explored the 612 experts' opinions on the occupational safety and health impacts of the policy using an online self-report survey. They expected short-term overwork (87.25%), overwork inequality (86.44%), irregular working hours (84.31%), chronic overwork (84.15%), long working hours (83.66%), and unpredictability of working hours (81.86%) as a result of the policy change. They also responded that the policy change would increase industrial accident deaths (87.25%), mental illnesses (87.09%), deaths due to overwork or cardiovascular diseases (83.84%), and accidents (83.33%). They disagreed that the government's flexibilization policy, while agreeing that the necessity of policies on regulating night work (94.77%), guaranteeing wages to eliminate overtime (90.36%), establishing working time regulations for the bogus self-employed (82.84%), and applying the 52-hour workweek system to all workplaces (76.47%). These expert opinions are consistent with previous research on the health effects of working hours.
