스마트워크센터 환경에서 협업을 위한 좌석 추천 시스템 개발 (Development of Seat Recommendation System for the Collaboration in Smart Work Center)

  • With the development of Information Communication Technology and a way of solving problems such as productivity improvement, advanced working attitude, greenhouse gas reduction, low birth rate, aged problem, etc., the need of smart work is increasing. Getting out of legacy working types that are limited in time and space, the flexible seat system at a smart work center that supports the smart working environment is proposed. However, the seat choice based on employee's emotional judgement may cause the decline of forming cooperative space and mutual communication because of the scattered seat arrangement between employees. This paper proposed a seat recommendation method for the mutual cooperation at a smart work center. The method is based on a work similarity of employees. A prototype system also implemented to show the feasibility.

  • The trend toward ubiquitous computing does not represent simply a change in the way people access and use information. In the end it will have a profound effect on the way people work with each other. In this paper, we have defined functionalities of an information system that helps operate a kind of smart office environment, and implemented the system using RFID technology. The system provides three major functions-time and attendance management, personalized message notification, and flexible seat allocation for a smart working center. We have also suggested the key performance indicators and performed a KPI analysis to measure an efficiency of implemented system.

  • The relationship between riding comfort and the properties of flexible polyurethane foam used in car seats was quantitatively illustrated through vibration experiments with humans sitting in car seats, which were vertically shaken by vibrator. Riding comfort was estimated according to SD (Semantic Differential)-method using questionnaire, and was analyzed with a factor analysis which demonstrated the principal factors of riding comfort. At the same time, riding comfort was related to the properties of the flexible polyurethane foam with coefficients of correlation. It was also related to the behaviour of its vibration of humans sitting in the seats. As a result, it was demonstrated that the relationship between riding comfort and the flexible polyurethane foam properties varies according to the frequency of the vibration shaking the human sitting in the seat. and it was demonstrated that the frequency dependence of the relationship is strongly affected by the physical changes of the vibration modes of the human-seat vibration system.

  • Supporting stiffness of seats is an important component affecting dynamic characteristics cognized by a passenger. To analyze dynamic characteristic of a seat for vehicles operating on various road conditions, the seat vibration from road irregularity should be understood and compared. In this study, the seat is analyzed as distributed supporting system. The dynamic stiffness is measured using masses. The characteristic of the seats is analyzed by measuring distributed dynamic stiffness. The distributed dynamic stiffness of the seat is estimated on various locations and the effects of each component such as spatial distribution, compression level and vibration amplitude are analyzed. The influence of seat cover, elastic support and flexible polyurethane foam on the measured stiffness was analyzed.

  • Some gate valves are susceptible to pressure locking and thermal binding which prevent the safety function. The safety related gate valves susceptible to pressure locking and thermal binding shall be identified and taken preventive actions to ensure the safety function. The identification of the gate valves susceptible to pressure locking and thermal binding needs the evaluation of system design, valve and piping arrangement, test requirements, and operating conditions. Application of preventive methods should consider the system safety function, applicability, effectiveness, interface with system design, and cost. The selection procedure of valves susceptible to pressure locking and thermal binding can be effectively used in industry including nuclear power plants. In order to prevent the pressure locking, the hole can be drilled through the one disc of upstream side or down stream and the external equalizing line can be installed from bonnet to downstream or upstream. The double disc parallel seat valve type can be used instead of flexible wedge gate valve to prevent the thermal binding. The identification of gate valves susceptible to pressure locking and thermal binding, and preventive actions will meet the regulatory requirements and enhance the availability and safety of plants.

  • 본 연구에서는 근무자의 주관적인 판단으로 이루어지는 기존의 좌석배치 방법을 보완하고 근무효율성을 높이기 위한 IOT 기반 데스크 배치 방안을 제안하였다. 경량화 된 사물 인터넷 시스템을 근무장 데스크 배치에 도입하여 근무자 좌석 배치 추천을 합리적으로 보조하기 위하여 데스크의 업무상태를 알아내기 위한 센서의 기능과 종류와 네트워크 프로토콜을 결정하였고 데스크 배치를 위한 근무형태 인지 자료 수집 방법을 제안하였다. 획득한 데이터를 이용하여 좌석배치 추천방안을 결정 할 때, Block Stacking에서 사용하는 알고리즘을 활용하였다. 그 결과 사물인터넷 환경에서 합리적인 데스크 배치를 위한 산술적 근거를 제시할 수 있었으며, 향후 근무자들의 선호도에 더하여 근무형태를 근거로 하는 진보된 유연 좌석제에 적용할 수 있음을 보였다.

능동 진동 제어 시스템을 이용한 UH-60A 헬리콥터 기체의 진동 감소 시뮬레이션 (Vibration Reduction Simulation of UH-60A Helicopter Airframe Using Active Vibration Control System)

  • 대표적인 기동 헬리콥터인 UH-60A의 기체 진동응답을 감소시키고자 능동 진동 제어 시스템(Active Vibration Control System, AVCS)을 이용한 시뮬레이션 연구를 수행하였다. 로터 진동 하중, 기체 구조 동역학 모델링, 진동응답 해석 및 진동 제어 시뮬레이션 연구를 수행하기 위하여 DYMORE II, NDARC, MSC.NASTRAN 및 MATLAB Simulink 등의 다양한 해석, 설계 및 제어 프로그램들을 함께 사용하였다. 5개의 CRFG와 7개의 가속도계로 이루어진 Multi Input Multi Output(MIMO) 모델을 AVCS 시뮬레이션 연구에 이용하였다. 본 시뮬레이션 연구를 통하여 진동이 극심한 158knots의 비행속도에서 UH-60A의 주요 위치(조종석, 로터와 기체의 접합부, 중앙 승객실 및 후방 승객실) 위치에서 AVCS의 사용으로 인하여 4/rev 기체 진동응답이 25.14~96.05%만큼 감소될 수 있었다.
