Lead Screw 공정 설계를 위한 전조 해석 (Thread Rolling Analysis for Lead Screw Process Design)

  • 본 연구에서는 전조공정의 수치해석을 수행하였다. 해석을 이용한 공정 인자 설계에 앞서서, 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 해석을 위한 해석 조건에 대하여 연구를 수행하였다. 치형의 개수와 요소의 수에 대한 해석 결과를 바탕으로 해석의 정도를 보장하고 효율적으로 해석을 수행할 수 있는 조건을 설정하였다. 그리고, 프랭크 각도와 치형의 끝단부 라운드 등의 금형의 형상과 성형 온도가 유효 응력, 유효 변형율, 전조력, 그리고 크랙 발생에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 해석은 DEFORM-3D를 이용하여 수행하였다. 프랭크 각도와 치형의 끝단 부 라운드는 전조력에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 성형 온도 조건에 따라서 유효 변형률과 전조력, 그리고 크랙을 예상 할 수 있었다.

  • 해수면 온도의 positive anomaly가 주로 나타나는 구역은 대기중 습기 유입이 많은 구역분만 아니라 아열대 지역의 하강 운동이 일어나는 구역의 부근에서도 나타난다. 대기중 수증기의 유입은 SST anomaly에 따라 많아지기 때문에 해수면 온도의 증가는 대기를 불안정하게 하며 습윤 공기의 발달을 촉진하는 습윤 단열한 불안정상태를 초래한다. 태평양상에서 4.0K 의SST 변화는 동태평양과 중앙태평양상에서 TOVS 수증기 채널들에 의해 관측된 휘도 온도의 10.0 K 만큰의 양의 차이를 보였으며, 적도를 따라 남태평양상의 남동쪽과 남쪽으로는 휘도 온도가 7.5 K 만큼 음의 차이를 보였다. 엘니뇨와 비엘리뇨 기간을 비교하면 중대류권 고도에서 수증기 분포를 나타내는 TOVS 적외선 채널 $11(7.3{\mu}m)$$12(6.7{\mu}m)$의 휘도 온도 차이는 태평양상에서 습윤 공기와 관련한 전대류권 순환과 역학 과정에서 현저한 차이가 있었음을 알 수 있다.

Constitution of diffusivity variation system by the smooth morph of the material

  • Wideness variation technique is compounded the smooth diffusivity-vibration status of the fulgurate-space realization level (FSRL) on the wideness realization morph. The realization level condition by the wideness realization morph system is associated with the diffusivity-vibration system. As to search a position of the dot situation, we are acquired of the wideness value with constructed-point point by the diffusivity upper structure. The concept of realization level is composed the reference of fulgurate-space level for variation signal by the wideness vibration morph. Further displaying a smooth variation of the FSRL of the maximum-minimum in terms of the diffusivity-vibration morph, and wideness position vibration that was the a wideness value of the far variation of the $Wid-rm-FA-{\alpha}_{MAX-MIN}$ with $23.24{\pm}3.37units$, that was the a wideness value of the convenient variation of the $Wid-rm-CO-{\alpha}_{MAX-MIN}$ with $7.83{\pm}1.32units$, that was the a wideness value of the flank variation of the $Wid-rm-FL-{\alpha}_{MAX-MIN}$ with $2.99{\pm}0.51units$, that was the a wideness value of the vicinage variation of the $Wid-rm-VI-{\alpha}_{MAX-MIN}$ with $0.51{\pm}(-0.01)units$. The diffusivity vibration will be to evaluate at the smooth ability of the diffusivity-vibration morph with constructed-point by the wideness realization level on the FSRL that is displayed the fulgurate-space morph by the realization level system. Diffusivity realization system will be possible to control of a morph by the special signal and to use a wideness data of diffusivity vibration level.

Computational analysis and design formula development for the design of curved plates for ships and offshore structures

  • In general, cylindrically curved plates are used in ships and offshore structures such as wind towers, spa structures, fore and aft side shell plating, and bilge circle parts in merchant vessels. In a number of studies, it has been shown that curvature increases the buckling strength of a plate under compressive loading, and the ultimate load-carrying capacity is also expected to increase. In the present paper, a series of elastic and elastoplastic large deflection analyses were performed using the commercial finite element analysis program (MSC.NASTRAN/PATRAN) in order to clarify and examine the fundamental buckling and collapse behaviors of curved plates subjected to combined axial compression and lateral pressure. On the basis of the numerical results, the effects of curvature, the magnitude of the initial deflection, the slenderness ratio, and the aspect ratio on the characteristics of the buckling and collapse behavior of the curved plates are discussed. On the basis of the calculated results, the design formula was developed to predict the buckling and ultimate strengths of curved plates subjected to combined loads in an analytical manner. The buckling strength behaviors were simulated by performing elastic large deflection analyses. The newly developed formulations were applied in order to perform verification analyses for the curved plates by comparing the numerical results, and then, the usefulness of the proposed method was demonstrated.

실명을 주소로 한 신경아세포종 1예 (A Case of Neuroblastoma Presenting with Sudden Blindness)

  • 신경아세포종은 소아기에 발생하는 악성종양중 뇌종양 다음으로 흔히 발생하는 것으로 원발 혹은 전이된 부위에 따라 다양한 임상증상이 나타날 수 있으나 실명을 주소로 한 경우는 드물다. 본 증례는 4세된 남아의 복부에서 기원하여 사골동으로 원위전이하여 갑작스런 실명을 주소로 한 신경아세포종으로 cytoxan, vincristine, DTIC, adriamycin 및 VM-26의 병합요법으로 치료하여 실명은 그대로 있으나 복부와 사골동의 종괴는 현저히 감소하였고 환아는 건강이 양호한 상태이다.

제주시 봉개동 고냉이술 오름의 화산형태학적 특성 (Volcanic Geomorphology of Gonaengisool-oreum, Bonggae-dong, Jeju)

  • 제주시 봉개동의 고냉이술 일대의 지질은 오래된 것으로부터 영평동현무암, 신안동현무암, 봉개동현무암 및 분석층으로 구성된다. 영평동현무암과 신안동현무암은 고냉이술 오름의 남쪽 중산간 지역에 위치하고, 고냉이술 오름과 그 북부 저지대 일원에는 봉개동현무암이 분포한다. 봉개동현무암은 아아 용암으로 주로 구성되며, 용암 켜 사이에 두터운 클링커를 협재하고 있다. 고냉이술 오름은 화산지형학적으로 하나의 독립된 소화산으로 만들어져 있으며, 고냉이술 오름의 산정부에는 낮은 외륜산릉으로 둘러싸여 있는 넓은 분화구를 가지고, 그 내부에는 분지형 함물지인 여러 개의 피트 분화구(pit carter)를 가지는 용암순상화산이다. 고냉이술 오름의 저면 고도는 295 m에서 300 m (평균 297.5 m)이며, 최고봉의 고도는 304.5 m, 저면의 지름은 평균 597.5 m, 비고는 7.9 m로 사면경사각은 $1.5^{\circ}$이다.

갈고리와 고무밴드를 이용한 새로운 봉합고정드레싱법 (New Tie-over Dressing Method Using Hooks and Rubber Bands)

  • Purpose: Though its general usage, traditional tie-over dressing using suture has a few drawbacks such as difficulty in re-fixation after its opening especially when hematoma or seroma has occurred. It is rather difficult to maintain a stable dressing on curvy parts of body like flank, buttocks and that leads to unsatisfactory results of the surgery. Authors recommend a quick and repeatedly doable method, tie-over dressing that incorporates the usage of hooks and rubber bands. Methods: Debridement was done at a recipient site to be able to do skin graft. A right size of skin graft was prepared and placed upon the defect site with suture. Enough number of hooks were attached using Blue nylon at the normal skin of the edge of grafted area. We Applied dressing with ointment and fluffy gauze then fixed the dressing by attaching a rubber band at the hook to give a certain amount of tension. One or two days after the surgery, we opened the tie-over dressing and repeated the tie-over dressing by reusing the hooks and rubber band. Results: The skin grafts were all successfully taken and by repeating tie-over dressing using hooks and rubber, we could take the advantage of shortened the dressing time and eliminate the inconvenience of the patient and the surgeon by using bandages and fixing tapes. Conclusion: The advantage of tie over dressing using hooks and rubber bsnds are its easy re-doability early detection of probable complications, preventability of reoccurence of hematoma and seroma. Therefore, authors report this as considering the tie-over dressing using hooks and rubber bands is recommendable.

Correlation between the time elapsed after liposuction and the risk of fat embolism: An animal model

  • Background Liposuction has become one of the most frequently performed procedures in the field of aesthetic surgery. Fat embolism syndrome after liposuction can easily be overlooked or underestimated; however, occasionally, fulminating fat embolism syndrome can develop and lead to a critical situation within 2-3 days after lipoplasty. Changes over time in the amount of circulating fat particles and the histology of major organs have not yet been studied. Methods This study was conducted using 18 male Sprague-Dawley rats aged 12 weeks and weighing 500-628 g (average, 562 g). Fifteen rats were used as the experimental group and 3 as the control group. Under general anesthesia, tumescent-technique liposuction was performed at the lateral flank areas and abdomen for 1 hour. Blood, lung, and brain tissue specimens were obtained at 1 hour, 1 day, and 2 days after the liposuction procedure. Results The average number of fat particles in the blood samples was 25,960/dL at 1 hour, 111,100/dL at 24 hours, and 21,780/dL at 48 hours. The differences between study groups were statistically significant. Both intravascular and extravascular fat particles with inflammation were seen in all 15 rats, as were inflammatory cell infiltration, hemorrhage, and consolidation with shrinkage of the lung alveoli. Conclusions These results imply that there is a strong possibility of fat embolism syndrome after liposuction in real clinical practice, and the first 24-48 hours after the operation were found to be the most important period for preventing pulmonary embolism and progression to fulminating fat embolism syndrome.

경남지역 거세한우의 고급육 생산을 위한 도체 근육부위별 분포도 차이에 대한 연구 (A study on the changes of carcass muscle distribution in the high quality meat production of Hanwoo steers in Kyungnam)

  • A grading system is implemented to evaluate the meat quality of Hanwoo. In the grading system, grade 1++A is the highest grade. Livestock farms breed Hanwoo with good quality feed in order to obtain the highest grade. In this process, the content ratios of muscles in individual regions can be changed. To find out the muscle distribution ratios of Hanwoo steers, grade 1A, 1+A, and 1++A Hanwoo steers were compared with grade 1+A Hanwoo female. Grade 1A Hanwoo steers had higher ratios of shank (SK), brisket and flank (BF), neck chain (NC), and inside skirt (IS) meats and a lower ratio of striploin (SL) meat compared to grade 1+A Hanwoo feamle. Grade 1++A Hanwoo steers had higher ratios of neck (NK) and loin (LN) meats and lower ratios of inside skirt (IS), tenderloin (TL), top round (TR), eye round (ER), bottom round (BR), bottom sirloin triangle (BST), and knuckle (K) meats compared to grade 1+A Hanwoo steers. In comparison between grade 1A and 1++A Hanwoo steers, the ratio of shank (SK) was significantly lower in higher quality meats. If the changes are continuously studied to improve the process so that the ratios of partial meats of the regions highly preferred by consumers can increase, it will contribute to increases in the incomes of livestock farms and enable Hanwoo to grow into a global brand.

기립성 단백뇨를 동반한 Nutcracker 증후군 환아에서의 메산지움 증식성 병리소견 1례 (Mesangial Hypercellularity in a Patient with Nutcracker Syndrome and Orthostatic Proteinuria)

  • 기립성 단백뇨는 안정시에는 요단백이 검출되지 않고 환동시에만 검출되는 양성질환으로, 정확한 병인은 확립되어 있지 않으나 최근 그 원인으로써 nutcracker 현상을 보고한 바 있다. 대부분 방사선학적 검사를 통하여 진단하고 추적관찰 동안에 저절로 단백뇨의 소실을 보이나, 본 증례의 경우, 24시간 소변의 단백이 1.5 g/일 이상 검출되고 3년 이상 지속되어 신조직의 병변을 알고자 신생검을 실시하여 메산지움 증식성 병리소견을 보였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
