국내 연안산 질소고정 단세포 남세균 종주의 광생물학적 수소생산력 (Photobiological Hydrogen Production by Korean $N_2$-fixing Unicellular Cyanobacterial Strains)

  • Photobiological hydrogen production by nitrogen-fixing unicellular cyanobacteria has long been considered to be an environmentally sound and very promising method for the future supply of renewable clean energy. We tried to find out the optimum cell concentration for $H_2$ production in each of the two new Korean nitrogen-fixing unicellular cyanobacterial strains to compare with Synechococcus sp. strain Miami BG043511. The two Korean strains, Cyanothece sp. KNU CB MAL-031 and KNU CB MAL-058, were isolated from Korean west coasts. Cell concentrations up to 17 billion cells $ml^{-1}$ were applied to the tests. High cell concentration over 15 billion cells $ml^{-1}$ resulted in drastically reduced $H_2$ production in all the three strains. The two domestic strains, however, produced 2-3 time more hydrogen than Synechococcus sp. Miami BG043511 at cell concentrations of 5-10 billion cells $ml^{-1}$. At lower cell concentrations than 2 billion cells $ml^{-1}$, MAL-031 exhibited highest $H_2$ production followed by Miami BG043511, with far less production in MAL-058. Present result suggests that Cyanothece sp. MAL-CB031 might be one of the ideal nitrogen-fixing unicellular cyanobacterial strains for the photobiological hydrogen production.

  • This paper describes an effect of operating condition on surface roughness in wire-cut FDM. The experimental values of surface roughness were measured by the test pieces under the condition of changing. On time, Off time, and Feed rate after fixing other conditions. The material of the test pieces is the alloy tool steel(STD 11) and was used after heat treatment. The results are as follows: 1. The surface roughness became rapidly worse according to the increase of On time and Feed rate. 2. The surface roughness became slowly better according to the increase of Off time.

  • This study is an introduction of ADS in which we have written out programs which can design three-dimensional machine parts and reduce the required time for design them comparing with other CADs. Among the machine parts, screws are commonly used in joining one part to another because of easy handing but welding and rivet are used to join permanently them even thought hard operation. Consequently, we have developed the screw fer permanent fixing using stairs type screw threads, which is considered as the main machine parts in joining. For that, we designed permanent fastened screws according to the different rotation angle using VisualLISP and transferred it to ANSYS, structural solution program, to find out allowance load, maximum equivalent stress and where it occur.

  • The issue with the drainpipe now a day is that they are laid underground. Causing us to perform additional work to repair, such as digging up the ground and peeling off the insulator that surrounds the pipe. And such series works are difficult that concession appears from government and municipal office. However, if we can save time and money. Performance of piping robot that we are studied in existing session through fixing unit and improvement of cutting bit shorten and wished to heighten work efficiency. And we are trying to develop a unit that can cut up the projecting parts which connects with the interior part of the drainpipes.

  • 이 논문은 프리 자이로스코프의 방향의존성을 이용하여 위치를 결정하는 방댑을 이론적으로 검토한 것이다. 임의 기준 위치 혹은 출발 위치에 대하여 두 개 이상의 프리 자이로스코프의 자이로축의 경사각을 측정하고 아울러 기준 위치에서 시작한 시간의 경과를 측정한 다음, 이 두 가지의 기본 요소를 이용하여 위치를 구하는 것이다.

  • Crawler-type hydraulic devices facilitate forward and backward driving of construction equipment by converting power into mechanical energy. The existing hydraulic device performance test process is time- and labor-intensive. This study aims to improve efficiency and productivity by automating the hydraulic device production performance test processes, which have been separately conducted so far. We also used SolidWorksⓇ, a 3D modeling program, and ANSYSⓇ, a structural analysis tool, for structural analysis and to verify the suitability of fixing pins required for connecting a hydraulic device to performance test equipment. Our results that employing an automated hydraulic device performance test process improves efficiency.

부동산 경매 낙찰가율 시계열의 Chaos 분석 (Chaos analysis of real estate auction sale price rate time series)

  • 국내에서 부동산 경매 낙찰가율 데이터를 활용한 Chaos 분석 연구는 전무하다. 부동산 경매분야의 데이터가 충분히 누적됨에 따라 부동산 경매 낙찰가율 시계열 분석의 의미가 커지게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 Hurst 지수, 상관차원, maximum Lyapunov 지수, 이 3가지 Chaos 분석기법을 활용하여 낙찰가율의 비선형 결정론적 동역학계적 특성을 확인하고, Chaos 분석을 통하여 얻은 결과와 실무 데이터를 비교하여, 함의를 도출한다. 높은 Hurst 지수에 따르는 추세와, maximum Lyapunov 지수의 측정을 통한 지속성, 그리고 상관차원 분석의 결과에 따라 time lag가 개시결정일에서 낙찰일, 배당요구종기일에서 낙찰일까지와 일치하는 점으로부터, Chaos 분석이 낙찰가율의 움직임을 예측하는데 유용함을 확인할 수 있었다.

양파 수확의 소요시간과 비용절감 (Cut-down the Express and Required Time in Harvesting of Onion (Allium cepa L.))

  • 양파 재배(栽培)에 있어서 기계(機械)를 이용(利用)하여 수확(收穫)의 성력화(省力化)로 노동력(勞動力)과 생산비(生産費)를 절감(節減)하기 위해 본(本) 시험(試驗)을 수행(遂行)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 기계(機械)를 이용한 양파 굴취수확(掘取收穫)은 관행인력굴취수확(慣行人力掘取收穫)에 비해 트랙터 후부(後部)에 굴취기(掘取機)를 부착(附着)해 서 수확(收穫)한 굴취수확(掘取收穫)이 90-93%로 성력효과(省力效果)는 가장 좋았다. 2. 트랙터 후부(後部)에 굴취기(掘取機)를 부착(附着)한 수확기(收穫機)의 성력효과(省力效果)는 관행인력수확(慣行人力收穫)에 비해 37%의 작업시간(作業時刊)을 절감(節減)하여 37%의 작업비(作業費)를 절멸(節滅)했다.

Performance Test of Broadcast-RTK System in Korea Region Using Commercial High-Precision GNSS Receiver for Autonomous Vehicle

  • Autonomous vehicles require precise knowledge of their position, velocity and orientation in all weather and traffic conditions in any time. And, these information is effectively used for path planning, perception, and control that are key factors for safety of vehicle driving. For this purpose, a high precision GNSS technology is widely adopted in autonomous vehicles as a core localization and navigation method. However, due to the lack of infrastructure as well as cost issue regarding GNSS correction data communication, only a few high precision GNSS technology will be available for future commercial autonomous vehicles. Recently, a high precision GNSS sensor that is based on a Broadcast-RTK system to dramatically reduce network maintenance cost by utilizing the existing broadcasting network is released. In this paper, we present the performance test result of the broadcast-RTK-based commercial high precision GNSS receiver to test the feasibility of the system for autonomous driving in Korea. Massive measurement campaigns covering of Korea region were performed, and the obtained measurements were analyzed in terms of ambiguity fixing rate, integer ambiguity loss recovery, time to retry ambiguity fixing, average correction information update rate as well as accuracy in comparison to other high precision systems.
