고정익 무인 항공기 피치 자세의 모델-참조 적응 제어 (Model-Reference Adaptive Pitch Attitude Control of Fixed-Wing UAV)

  • 고정익 항공기의 수학적 모델이 잘 알려져 있음에도 불구하고, 넓은 비행 영역에서 모델링 오차를 고려하여 설계 제어 성능을 달성하기 위한 다양한 연구가 있다. 본 논문은 레벤버그-마쿼트 알고리듬을 적용한 모델-참조 적응 제어 법칙과, 이를 이용한 고정익 무인항공기의 피치 자세 제어에 대한 연구를 소개한다. 또한 모델-참조 적응 제어의 기준 모델을 모델의 동특성에 기인하여 결정함으로써 성능지표를 제시한다. 설계한 적응 법칙의 성능은 시뮬레이션과 비행실험을 통해 검증했다.

  • In this paper, a new speed sensorless control based on an instantaneous reactive power is proposed for the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) drives. In proposed algorithm, the current observer estimates the line currents and the estimated speed can be yielded from the voltage equation because the information of speed is included in back EMF. To implement speed sensorless control, the current observer is composed by using the voltage equation of the IPMSM in the stationary reference frame fixed to the stator. The estimated speed of the rotor is composed by using the voltage equation of the IPMSM in the rotating reference frame fixed to the rotor The estimated speeds to minimize the speed error compensated by using the instantaneous reactive power. The instantaneous reactive power is calculated on the rotating reference frame fixed to the rotor. The effectiveness of the preposed algorithm is confirmed by the experiments.

  • A bolometer sensor used in an infrared thermal imaging system has many advantages on the process because it does not need a separate cooling system and its manufacturing is easy. However the sensitivity of the bolometer is low and the fixed pattern noise(FPN) is large, because the bolometer sensor is made by micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS). These problems can be fixed-by using the high performance readout integrated circuit(ROIC) with noise reduction techniques. In this paper, we propose differential delta sampling circuit to remove the mismatch noise of ROIC itself, the FPN of the bolometer. And for reduction of FPN noise, the reference signal compensation circuit which compensate the reference signal by using on-resistance of MOS transistor was proposed.

  • As infrared light radiates, the CMOS Readout IC (ROIC) for the microbolometer typed infrared sensor detects voltage or current which is caused by the variation of resistance in the bolometer sensor. A serious problem we may have in designing the ROIC is the value of bolometer and reference resistors will be changed due to process variation. Since each pixel does not have the same value of resistance, fixed pattern noise problems happen during the sensor operations. In this paper, we propose a novel technique to compensate the fluctuation of reference resistance with taking account of process variation. By using a comparator and a cross coupled latch, we will make the value of reference resistor same as the bolometer's.

  • As infrared light is radiated, the CMOS Readout IC (ROIC) for the microbolometer type infrared sensor detects voltage or current when the resistance value in the bolometer sensor varies. One of the serious problems in designing the ROIC is that resistances in the bolometer and reference resistor have process variation. This means that each pixel does not have the same resistance, causing serious fixed pattern noise problems in sensor operations. In this paper, Reference resistor compensation technique was proposed. This technique is to compensate the reference resistance considering the process variation, and it has the same reference resistance value as a bolometer cell resistance by using a comparator and a cross coupled latch.

구조적 서명 검증에서의 참조 서명의 데이터 크기 고정화 기법 (A Technique for Fixing Size of Reference Signature Data in Structural Signature Verificaiton)

  • 구조적 접근방법에 의한 서명검증은 서명을 부분획 단위의 집합 구조로 표현하여 서명 데이터를 분석하기 때문에 서명의 국부적인 변화의 특성을 효율적으로 흡수하여 우수한 검증 효과를 나타낸다. 그러나 이 방법은 실용화할 때 데이터의 크기가 고정되지 않는 문제가 발생한다. 이 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 상대적으로 중요한 부분을 선택하여 데이터를 고정크기로 만듦으로서 데이터의 크기를 줄이는 방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과, 고정된 크기로 선택된 서브패턴에 대해서 국부적인 변화도와 복잡도에 의한 가중치를 적용한 결과, 더 좋은 검증율을 보였으며, 이 때 고정된 크기를 만들기 위한 최소 크기의 참조 모델의 서브패턴의 개수는 일정 갯수의 범위에서 적절히 고정될 수 있음을 보였다.

A Readout IC Design for the FPN Reduction of the Bolometer in an IR Image Sensor

  • In this paper, we propose and discuss the design using a simple method that reduces the fixed pattern noise(FPN) generated on the amorphous Si($\alpha-Si$) bolometer. This method is applicable to an IR image sensor. This method can also minimize the size of the reference resistor in the readout integrated circuit(ROIC) which processes the signal of an IR image sensor. By connecting four bolometer cells in parallel and averaging the resistances of the bolometer cells, the fixed pattern noise generated in the bolometer cell due to process variations is remarkably reduced. Moreover an $\alpha-Si$ bolometer cell, which is made by a MEMS process, has a large resistance value to guarantee an accurate resistance value. This makes the reference resistor be large. In the proposed cell structure, because the bolometer cells connected in parallel have a quarter of the original bolometer's resistance, a reference resistor, which is made by poly-Si in a CMOS process chip, is implemented to be the size of a quarter. We designed a ROIC with the proposed cell structure and implemented the circuit using a 0.35 um CMOS process.

다중관측 정보를 이용한 일산지 해안선변화 분석 (Analysis of Ilsan Beach Shoreline Change Using Multiple Observation Information)

  • 각 지자체가 관리하고 있는 해안지역은 지형적, 문화적, 경제적으로 큰 영향을 미치는 공간으로 변모하고 있다. 이러한 해안 공간에 대하여 최근 들어 공학적 측면과 경제적, 문화적 측면이 융합된 새로운 형태의 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 울산 동구에 위치한 일산지 해안에 대한 해안선 변화에 대하여 다중관측 정보를 이용하여 분석하였다. 해안선 분석을 위하여 VRS-RTK(Virtual Reference System by Real-Time Kinematic) 측량, 항공사진, 지상라이다 측량, 그리고 고정기준점에 의한 측량을 실시하였으며, 특히 고정기준점 설치를 통한 해안선 관측과 분석방법을 제시하였다. 다중관측정보를 분석한 결과 일산지의 경우 해안선의 중하단 부분은 침식현상(6~12m)이 나타나고 있으며, 상단부분은 퇴적현상(3~14m)이 나타남을 알 수 있었다.

Reference Trajectory Analysis and Trajectory Control by Bank Angle for Re-Entry Vehicle

  • The re-entry problem consists of guidance design and trajectory control. This paper summarizes the detailed relationships between the velocity, drag acceleration and altitude in determining reference trajectories. The computational issues are also addressed, and the performance of the proposed simple nonlinear control of a bank angle for the longitudinal/ lateral trajectory is demonstrated. In particular, the fixed bank angle methods that can reduce the drag acceleration errors at low-speeds are proposed. The importance of bank reversals with respect to the azimuth errors Is also elucidated.

  • Reference models are used in many control algorithms for improvement of transient response characteristics. They provide desired trajectories that the plant should follow Most control systems have bounded control inputs to avoid saturation of the plant. If we design the reference models that do not account for limits of the control inputs, control performance of the system may be deteriorated. In this paper a new approach of avoiding saturation by varying the reference model for TDC(time delay control) based systems subject to step changes in the reference input. In this scheme, the variable reference model is determined based on the information on control inputs and the size of the step changes in the reference inputs. This scheme was verified by application to the BLDC motor position control system in simulations and experiments. The responses of the TDC with the variable reference model showed better tracking performance than that with the fixed reference model.
