Objective : The purpose of this study is to compare the Effect of Acupuncture on Local Acupoints and Distal Acupoints for Patients with Whiplash Injury. Method : From January 1st 2009 to September 31th 2009, 10 patient were divided into 2 groups. One group was taken Local Acupoints, and the other group was taken Distal Acupoints. To check pain and treatment satisfaction, visual analog scale(VAS) and five-point likert scale were used before and after treatment. Result : Both acupuncture theraphy showed improvement in VAS and five-point likert scale. And Local Acupoints group showed more effective than Distal Acupoints group on five-point likert scale. Conclusion : This Study suggests that Acupuncture on Local Acupoints and Distal Acupoints can be applicable to improve symptom in Patients with Whiplash Injury.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of acupotomy for patients with shoulder disease. Methods : We treated Five patients who have shoulder disease with acupotomy. To check the effect and satisfaction of acupotomy we used visual analog scale(VAS) and Five-point Likert scale. At the same time, we measured Change of shoulder range of motion(ROM). Results : After treatment pain were improved, VAS score decreased significantly to 2.5. The Likert scale point were checked 4.4, the patients were satisfied with the effect of acupotomy. Conclusions : This study shows acupotomy has useful effect on shoulder disease. An acupotomy is an alternative effective treatment modality for shoulder disease.

리커트 척도는 어떤 의도의 질문에 대한 동의를 수치적으로 나타내는 방법으로서 주로 5점 척도를 많이 사용하나 여러번 질문에서 응답자체가 애매성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 3점 척도의 응답의 애매성을 5점 척도의 멤버쉽 함수로 나타낸 후 한 항목의 응답의 95% 신뢰구간을 다시 멤버쉽함수로 하여 그 데이터를 퍼지가설검정하였다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of acupotomy for patients with chronic arthritis of ankle. Methods : We treated Two patients who have chronic arthritis of ankle with acupotomy. To check the effect and satisfaction of acupotomy we used visual analog scale(VAS) and Five-point Likert scale. At the same time, we measured Change of ankle range of motion(ROM). Results : As a result of evaluation by using VAS, after treatment VAS score decreased(VAS3, VAS5). ROM of ankle widened. And the Likert scale point were checked 3 and 4. Conclusions : This study shows acupotomy has useful effect on chronic arthritis of ankle. An acupotomy is an alternative effective treatment modality for chronic arthritis of ankle.

The big data industry market continues to grow and is expected to grow further. In this paper, based on the five-point Likert scale of college students in the process of developing big data young people, the satisfaction of instructors in big data training and improvement of job (education) ability based on AI convergence The survey was conducted on the expectations of the participants and their intention to participate in the training process for the young talents. Male students were more satisfied than students. In terms of students, students who are less than 6th semester have the highest satisfaction, but students who are less than 7th and 8th semesters are less satisfied. By department, the satisfaction level of science and statistics students was the highest, while the satisfaction level of other students was low. According to the average of college credits, the satisfaction of students under 3.5~4.0 was the highest, and the satisfaction of students below 3.0 was the lowest.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of acupotomy for patients with Lumbar intervertebral disc Herniation. Methods : We treated Four patients who have HIVD of L-spine with acupotomy. Visual analog scores(VAS) and Oswestry Low-back pain Disabiliby Index(ODI) were compared before-treatment with after-tretment. When the patients is discharged, the satisfaction of acupotomy were graded by Five-point Likert scale. Results : VAS and ODI were decreased at all case. Likert scale point were cheked as grade 4 at all case. Conclusions : This study shows acupotomy has useful effect on HIVD of L-spine.

Purpose: this study was to identify influencing factors of burnout on oncology nurses. Method: the data was collected using a questionnaire from October 18, 2002 to November 20, 2002 in five general hospitals at Seoul. Participants of this study were the nurses who worked in the wards occupied by more than 50 percent of cancer patients. The collected data were analyzed by using the SPSS10.0 program. Result: 1. The burnout of the subjects show a mean score of 2.72 using the 5 point Likert scale. There were statistically significant difference in burnout between the general characteristics; age, marital status, educational background, job experience, position, nursing service period, and attitudes on nursing job. 2 The self-esteem of the subjects show a mean score of 3.72 using the 5 point Likert scale. The spiritual well-being of the subjects show a mean score of 3.83 using the 6 point Likert scale. The social support of the subjects show a mean score of 3.74 using the 5 point Likert scale. The job stress of the subjects show a mean score of 2.16 using the 4 point Likert scale. 3. The result of correlation between burnout and other variable was that relationship between the burnout and job stress(r=-.206, p<.05), self-esteem(r=-.417, p<.01), spiritual well-being(r=-.403, p<.01), social support(r=-.386, p<.01) were significant variables. 4. The result of the Stepwise Multiple Regression was that self-esteem (17.4%), spiritual well-being(7.9%), social support(3.4%) and job stress(2.3%) explained 31% of burn out.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Hominis Placenta Pharmacopuncture(HPP) for patients with asthma. Methods We treated three patients who have asthma with HPP. To check the effect of HPP we used CAMSOM-V. To check the satisfaction of HPP we used Five-point Likert scale. Results After treatment symptoms were improved. CAMSOM-V decreased in all cases. The Likert scale points were checked 5 and 4 and 4. Conclusions In this study, we have found the meaning of the research that HPP, in the future will be efficacious against asthma.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of supine JS cervical therapy and muscle release/strengthening technique in patients with acute neck pain caused by traffic accidents. Methods We studied 42 patients with acute neck pain caused by traffic accidents from July 1, 2019 to November 30, 2019. The study was conducted as a retrospective study which analyzes the patient's medical records. 21 patients (group A) had received supine JS cervical therapy and 21 patients (group B) had received muscle release/strengthening technique. We used the neck disability index (NDI) and visual analog scale (VAS) to evaluate improvements in symptoms and pain, and used the five point Likert scale to evaluate patient's satisfaction with chuna manual therapy. In each group, we compared the NDI and VAS of hospitalization day to those of 5 days later. Then we compared the NDI, VAS variation and five point Likert scale between the groups. Statistical analysis was conducted using the IBM SPSS for windows 25.0. Result Both group A and group B showed a statistically significant decrease in the NDI and VAS on the 5th day of hospitalization. In group A, there was a statistically significant decrease in the NDI compared to group B. The VAS and Five Point Likert Scale decrease was greater in group A than in group B, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion We found that using supine JS cervical therapy may be more effective than muscle release/strengthening technique in acute stage after traffic accidents.

Objectives : The purpose of this report is to report the effect of acupotomy for patients with congestive heart failure. Methods: We treated 1 patient who has dyspnea due to congestive heart failure with acupotomy. To check the effect and satisfaction of acupotomy we used New York Heart Association class(NYHA class), Modified Borg Scalw Dyspnea Index(Borg Index), Baseline Dyspnea Index(BDI), Five-point Likert scale. Results : After 1 month of treatment, the patient felt much better in breathing, and had better score in NYHA class, Borg Index, BDI. Conclusions : This report demonstrates that acupotomy therapy has useful effect on congestive heart failure, but the more cases and researches are needed.
