One-person household is increasing by the growth of unemployment, divorce, aging in Korea. In particular, One-person households have rapidly increased around Farming & Fishing Regions. In this regard, this research aims to suggest the directions of housing supply for one-person households suitable for Farming & Fishing Regions by investigating the characteristics of one-person households in the social, economic, and physical aspects. This study found out that one-person households could be divided into two groups; one group lived in industrialized Farming & Fishing Regions and the other group lived in traditional Farming & Fishing Regions. For one-person households living in industrialized Farming & Fishing Regions, it is necessary to provide age-mixed residential sites where companies and manufacturers are condensed. On the other hand, for the one-person households living in traditional Farming & Fishing Regions, it in necessary to provide multi-person housing units for increasing the quality of life ofne-person households.

Recently, the environment at littoral sea has been contaminated and damaged by submarine deposits, e.g. the fishing nets. To solve this problem, the government pushes the policies such as management plan of the fishing nets in whole life cycle of them. The representative causes are dumping and drifting away of the fishing nets, and shed new light on technological methods for tracking and management of the fishing nets. To prevent this drawbacks, this paper covers a development of tracking and management system for the fishing nets. To do this, we analyzed the existing products, and figured out performance improvement points. Also we proposed additional enhancement techniques which connects with a smartphone application and displays the positions and state information of the fishing nets, and so on. To adopt the proposed methods, we design and implement a tracking and management system based on ENC with the smartphone application, and verified the usefulness of the system.

The agricultural population, the farming, the agriculture of our country has been decreased more rapidly than those of other countries. Also, the changing speed of the rural village in Korea has shown a similar trend. By considering the urbanization process and migration state caused by the economic growth and the increasing level of relative poverty in comparison with the urban area, it has been necessary to go through the impoverishment and slum-orientation of the rural area. In our country, the rural village became old age. So, the collapse is predicted to a population shortage if such trend is continued in the village society. according to investigate, Many urban peoples have opinion that migrates to a farm village. but those not migrate to rural community. The mainly reason is low life environment. therefore it is need the plan that the urban people migrates to a rural village, and must have the plan to be engaged in the agriculture. lt was the rural-fishing New Town development project that started in 2009 for 30~40 years's urban people. This study is about characteristic and improvement of Rural-Fishing New Town development project.
Off the 1,572 km long coastline of Namibia lies known as the Benguela upwelling system, a very rich source of marine life supporting traditional and modern forms of fishery. Commercial fishing and fish processing is one of the fastest-growing sectors of the Namibian economy in terms of employment, export earnings, and contribution to GDP. The fishing industry has grown to the extent that it is currently Namibia's second biggest export earner of foreign currency after mining (90% of national output is marketed for export). In 2005, Namibia harvested about 552,164 tonnes of fish. The final value of processed products (export value) that year was around US$ 376.0 million. Besides the marine captured fisheries, Namibia also has a small but vibrant aquaculture sector. Inland captured fisheries exist in the north-east and north-west of Namibia where as commercial freshwater aquaculture of tilapia and catfish is also undertaken. The inland fisheries are mainly subsistence based and typically labour intensive, with low catch per unit effort. However the subsistence fisheries from these regions play a significant role in the lives of rural community. The domestic market for marine fish products is extremely limited due to the small size of the population (2 million). The fishing industry is a source of considerable employment for many Namibians. Huge potential to increase production exists in Namibia, unpolluted high quality marine waters, high natural primary productivity of the seawater, availability of inexpensive fish by-products from established fish processing sector for inclusion in wet aqua-feeds and well-established processing, packaging and marketing systems due to the marine capture fisheries that can be adopted for aquaculture purpose.
Some asteroid specimens were collected at a depth of 150 m near Moseulpo in Jeju Island, Korea using fishing nets on October 2014. The specimens were identified as Henricia pacifica Hayashi, 1940 belonging to the family Echinasteridae of order Spinulosida. In the Korean fauna, seven species of genus Henricia were reported of which two species, H. nipponica and H. ohshimai, were distributed in Jeju Island. The morphological characteristics of this species were re-described with illustrations.
Asteroid specimens were collected from Shinnam, Gangwondo in the East Sea of Korea with fishing nets on 12 September 2014. The specimens were identified as Henricia reticulata Hayashi, 1940, belonging to family Echinasteridea of order Spinulosida. This species can be distinguished by a larger disc and broader arms compared to those other Henricia species. The morphological characteristics of this species are re-described with illustrations. By previous work of this genus, six species have been reported in the Korean fauna.
A sea star was collected with fishing nets at a depth of approximately 100-160 m in the East Sea and was identified as Stephanasterias albula (Stimpson, 1853) belonging to the family Asteriidae of the order Forcipulatida. This species characterized by having the capability of asexual reproduction by self-division turned out to be new to the Korean fauna. Its morphological characteristics are redescribed with illustrations. Thirty one species of sea stars including S. albula are now recorded from the East Sea of Korea.

This study is to propose the dwelling planning of collective housing for the senior citizen who lives alone in rural and fishing villages. and this paper analyzed a change element regarding the field of care service for the elderly. The results of research are as follows: First, the range a village unit of "Home for the Elderly" was investigated most primarily. Second, on the lifestyle of a bedroom, proper using person per a room was investigated to two people to use with one room and life style of using bed preferred more in life style of sitting on the floor(ondol). Third, most necessary facilities were examined into bathroom and steam-room, and the separation of man and woman space, toilet was investigated to 1 ranking. Fourth, to be most difficult care service was investigated by long-distance circulation. This is the item which can be reduced naturally in case of service activity caring for a visit in a collective housing.

According to the Korea Robotics Industry Association, the number of robots companies, sales and production are steadily increasing until 2016, and the global robot market outlook is expected to continue to increase until 2025. We need to develop more attention to robots that can make life easier for us and can replace human tasks that we cannot do. It is predicted that robots will be more developed in the future with the above statistics, and future robots will be more activated by robots that can depend on each other, fix each other, and adapt to the changing environment without humans. Therefore, the shape of the robots in the future will be developed as a group robot(swarmbot) that cooperate with each other while the robot works. These robots have been studied for a longtime, but there are only two community robots that are applied in real life, only two of which are jailbreaking robots made in KAIST and KIVA robots made in Amazon company. In the future, as these robots develop more and more, and environment where robots can live without human intervention is created, so that a plurality of robots can collaborate and do individual work.

This paper is what accident in sea have been produced as lost themselves life and property about 600~700times at every years. It was analyzed that the collision accident is highest rank by 37% among the marine accidents and the fishing vessel is highest by 58% in these collision accidents and also the small fishing boat under 20tons is highest by 27% on them. Over the half of thecollision accidents by 56% they couldn't find each other to just before the collision situation. Therefore this was induced to experiment on a national basis that the role of communication of ship is to move from lose themselves life and property.
