자궁경부암에 항암화학요법과 동시 병용요법으로 외부 방사선조사와 고선량률 강내조사의 예비적 치료 결과 (Preliminary Results of Concurrent Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy using High-dose-rate Brachytherapy for Cervical Cancer)

  • 목 적: 자궁경부암 환자에 항암화학요법과 동시에 외부 방사선조사와 고선량률의 강내조사를 시행하여 국소제어율, 생존율 및 독성을 후향적으로 분석하여 그 효과와 안전성을 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 대상 및 방법: 2001년 1월부터 2002년 12월까지 자궁경부암으로 진단받고 완치목적의 방사선치료가 필요한 30명의 환자를 대상으로 항암화학요법과 방사선조사를 동시에 시행하였다. 환자 나이의 중앙값은 58세($34{\sim}74$세)였다. 병리조직학적 소견은 29명이 편평상피세포암이고 1명은 선암이었다. FIGO 병기에 따라 IB 7명(23%), IIA 3명(10%), IIB 12명(40%), IIIA 3명(10%), IIIB 5명(17%)이었다. 외부 방사선조사는 골반강에 1회 180 cGy로 총 선량 $45{\sim}50.4\;Gy$ (중앙값: 50.4 Gy)를 시행하였다. 강내조사는 외부 방사선조사 41.4 Gy 조사 후 Ir-192를 이용한 고선량률로 point A에 1회 4 Gy를 주 2회 시행하여 총 $4{\sim}8$회 조사하여 $16{\sim}32\;Gy$ (중앙값 28 Gy) 조사하였다. Point A에 외부조사와 강내조사의 합산 선량의 생물학적 동등선량(biological effective dose, BED)은 $77{\sim}94\;GY_{10}$ (중앙값 $88\;Gy_{10}$)이었다. ICRU 38에 따른 직장의 선량은 $88{\sim}125\;Gy_3$ (중앙값 $109\;Gy_3$), 방광의 선량은 $91{\sim}123\;Gy_3$ (중앙값 $111\;Gy_3$)이였다. 항암제는 cisplatin ($60\;mg/m^2$)과 5-FU ($1,000\;mg/m^2$)를 외부 방사선조사와 동시에 시작하여 3주 간격으로 정맥 주입하였으며 총 $2{\sim}6$회(중앙값 5회) 시행하였다. 방사선조사 완료 후 4주에 진찰소견과 복부-골반 전산화단층촬영을 시행하여 관해정도를 관찰하였다. 추적기간은 $8{\sim}50$개월(중앙값 36개월)이었으며 국소제어율, 3년 생존율, 직장과 방광의 급성 및 만성 합병증을 관찰하였다. 결 과: 방사선조사와 항암화학요법을 동시에 시행하여 완전관해는 30명 중 28명으로 완전관해율은 93%였다. 3년 국소제어율은 87%, 전체환자의 3년 생존율은 93%, 무병생존율은 87%였다. 4명(13%)에서 국소실패를 보였고 1명(3%)에서 원격전이를 보였다. 치료 중 급성 합병증으로 11명(37%)에서 RTOG grade 1-2의 장염을 보였으며 1명은 대장의 천공이 발생하여 수술로 치유되었다. 12명(40%)에서 RTOG grade 1-2의 급성 방광염을 보였다. 3명(10%)에서 RTOG grade 1-2의 백혈구 감소증이 보였으며 1명에서 심한 백혈구 감소증(RTOG grade 4)이 나타났으나 회복되어 치료를 완료하였다. 만성 합병증으로 5명(15%)에서 RTOG grade 1-2의 만성 장염을 보였으며 별다른 치료 없이 지내고 있으며 1명(3%)에서 RTOG grade 2의 만성 방광염을 보였다. 그러나 치료에 의해 사망한 환자는 없었다. 결 론: 자궁경부암 환자에 항암화학요법과 동시에 외부 방사선조사와 고선량률의 강내조사를 시행한 결과 독성이 심하지 않고 국소제어율과 단기 생존율이 양호하여 안전하고 효율적인 치료방법으로 생각된다. 그러나 장기 생존율과 만성 합병증을 파악하기 위해서는 더 많은 환자를 대상으로 장기 추적관찰이 요구된다.

초등학생의 안전의식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Safety Consciousness of Elementary Students)

  • This study selected the fifth and sixth graders of elementary school in Jeollanamdo who can express their opinions of safety consciousness and understand the items of questionnaire as the population. It selected 10 elementary schools under the supervision of Jeonnam Board of Education and sampled 700 students randomly from 2-3 classes in the 5th and the 6th grade. One preliminary survey was conducted to revise and complement the contents and forms of questionnaire with 70 students of a school from Apr. 1 to 6, 2004 and this study was conducted from Apr. 10 to 30, 2004. Data of this study were collected by explaining the purport of study to subjects after obtaining approval of principal and teacher of the school and distributing questionnaires. Total 700 questionnaires were distributed and 681 were collected (97%) and 602 were used for final analysis except 79 lacking responses. The results of this study are as follows. According to demographical characteristics of subjects, 'male' students were 302(50.%) and 'female' students were 300(49.8%) by sex and 'the 5th graders' were 285(47.3%) and 'the 6th graders' were 317(52.7%) in grade distribution. Residents at 'apartment house' were 406(67.4%) in residence type, 'going to school by foot' was 477 students(79.2%), 'high school graduates' were 297(49.3%) in fathers' education, 'high school graduates' were 366 (60.8%) in mothers' education, 'professional and office workers' were 231(38.4%) in fathers' job, 'full-time workers' were 283(47.0%) in mothers' job, and the number of siblings was one except myself in 343 students(57.0%). Respondents on the level of class showing 'good' were 340(56.5%) and those on the degree of adaptation to school life showing 'active' were 349(58.0%). On the characteristics related to safety education, 360(59.8%) responded it was 'very necessary', on the frequency of safety education at school for last one year, 339(56.3%) responded they had 'once or twice', on the frequency of safety education by parents, 279(46.3%) responded they 'often' had it, on the level of safety practice by parents, 347(57.6%) responded they practiced it 'frequently', on the source of knowledge of safety, 223(37.0%) responded they got it from 'parents, siblings and relatives', on the degree of recognizing the need of safety education textbooks, 295(38.5%) responded 'it was needed', on the recognition of necessity of teacher for safety education, 271(45.0%) answered it was very necessary', and on the recognition of qualification of teacher for safety education, 370(61.5%) answered it was 'paramedic'. The mean score of safety consciousness of subjects was 2.72 (SD. 21) of full score 3, having high score over mean score. According to each area, the area showing the highest safety consciousness was safety of fire(2.83), followed by home safety(2.76) and first-aid treatment(2.76), traffic safety(2.71), play and leisure safety(2.66) and school safety(2.56). Items showing statistical differences in the degree of safety consciousness according to demographical characteristics were sex(t=-3.11, p=.002), education(t=2.33, p=.021) and number of siblings(F=3.729, p=.011). In the difference of safety consciousness between both sexes, 'female' students(2.75) showed higher safety consciousness than 'male' students (2.69), and the former also showed higher safety consciousness than the latter in all six areas of school safety, play and leisure safety, traffic safety, fire safety, home safety and first-aid treatment, and there were statistical differences in the areas of play and leisure safety, traffic safety, fire safety and first-aid treatment. According to the differences of safety consciousness by grade, 'the fifth graders'(2.74) showed higher safety consciousness than 'the sixth graders'(2.70) and the former also showed higher safety consciousness than the latter in all six areas of school safety, play and leisure safety, traffic safety, fire safety, home safety and first-aid treatment, and there were statistical differences in the areas of fire safety and home safety. In the safety consciousness by the number of siblings, 'single son or daughter' (2.78) was highest and their safety consciousness was also highest in all six areas of school safety, play and leisure safety, traffic safety, fire safety, home safety and first-aid treatment, and there were statistical differences in the areas of school safety, fire safety and home safety, There were statistically remarkable differences in degree of adaptation to school life (F=15.349, p=.000) and perceived schooling level(F=9.552, p=.000). According to the degree of safety consciousness related to characteristics of safety education, there were statistical differences at the degree of recognizing the need of safety education(F=9.797, p=.000), degree of safety education at school(F=2.595, p=.006), degree of safety education by parents(F=12.709, p=.000), degree of practicing safety by parents(F=17.579, p=.000), source of knowledge of safety education (F=2,715, p=.044), necessity of safety education textbooks(F=3.972, p=.008), need of safety teacher(F=4.137, p=.006) and qualification standard of safety teacher(F=3.016, p=.029).

부산.경남지역의 일부 고등학교 교사들의 물리치료에 대한 인식도 조사 (The research of the recognition rate about physical therapy among the high school teachers working in Busan and KyoungNam)

  • This study randomly chose 10 humanity high schools, which are located in Busan and KyoungNam province. We then examined the recognition rate of physical therapy among 378 teachers who were and still are working in the schools. 1. The recognition grade of physical therapeutics between men and women was significantly different with results of 80.7% of men and 69.7% of women(p<0.05). In the case of experiencing physical therapy, 83.6% of people said they knew the physical therapeutics and in the case of the opposite side, the result was also significantly different with a result of 67.8%(p<0.05). 2. We ranked the people on how much they knew about the physical therapeutics among men and women. With men, the actual experience of physical therapeutic came before what they heard from other people. In the case of women, what they heard from other people came first and the actual experience of physical therapeutic came after. According to the public information from Inje University, the recognition grade is recorded in the 3rd grade department as 21.5% while in the case of experiencing treatment from a physical therapist, the result was 39.1%. In the other department (the 1st grade department), what men and women heard from mass media was recorded at 17.5% and what they heard from other people, it was recorded at 33.8%(p<0.05). 3. The research about the recognition of academic ability of being a physical therapist was that 55.6% of teachers thought that 3-year-college was the best, which made the results different from the recognition grade of the experience of education(p<0.05). 4. In the recognition grade of physical therapeutics, there were significantly differences from 50.2% of men and 45.2% of women were expecting about 1mil ion won to 1.99million won. In case of 25.2% of people who have experience less than 15years at work, they expected about 2million to 2.99million won. The figures were higher than 10.1% of people who have experiences over 15years. About the recognition grade of physical therapists social level in the future is 48.8% of people who had experienced of physical therapy and 63.8% of people who never had experienced of it said it would be better in the future. From these results, the recognition about physical therapeutics and the view of its social status are optimistic and they know well about the level of academic ability of physical therapists. On the other hand, most teachers don't know exactly about physical therapists work. So we have to inform them aggressively for enhancing the recognition of physical therapy because high school students are well affected by their teachers when they face their future or major in university.

동맥관 개존증의 임상적 고찰 (A retrospective clinical study of isolated patent ductus arteriosus)

  • With the ligation of patent ductus arteriosus by Gross in 1938, surgeons first entered the field of congenital heart disease. Interruption of a ductus is one of the most satisfactory and curative operations in the field of surgery for congenital heart disease. 27 cases of isolated patent ductus arteriosus were operated from Jan. 1978 to July 1984 at the Department of Thoracic & Cardiovascular Surgery in Kyung-Hee University Hospital. Retrospective clinical analysis of these patients were: 1. Sex ratio, female: male, was 2:1. 2. Mean age at operation was 9.85\ulcorner.58 years. The youngest patient was a 23 month-old girl and the oldest one was a 24 year-old male. 3. More than half of the patients had less than 50 percentile of growth retardation. 4. Chief complaints of the patients were frequent URI [52%], dyspnea on exertion [33%], generalized weakness [22%], palpitation [7%], but 7 patients [26%] had no subjective symptoms. 5. Continuous machinery murmur could be heard at the 2nd or 3rd intercostal space on the left sternal border in 22 patients [81%]. The other S patients made systolic murmur with accentuation of the second heart sound and those were associated with pulmonary hypertension. 6. Radiologic findings of Chest P-A were cardiac enlargement in 15 patients [55%], enlargement of pulmonary conus and/or increasing density of pulmonary vascularity in 20 patients [74%]. 7. Electrocardiographic findings of the patients were within normal limit in 13 patients [48%], LVH in 4 patients [15%], biventricular hypertrophy in 3 patients [11%]. 8; echocardiogram was obtained from 11 patients. Ductus was directly visualized in 7 patients. Left atrial enlargement is the secondary change of left to right shunt, 10 patients had LA/Ao ratio more than 1.2. 9. Cardiac catheterization performed in 25 patients. The mean value of the results were:SO2[PA-RV]= 14.72\ulcorner6.01%, Qp/Qs=2.22\ulcorner.80, peak systolic pulmonary arterial pressure=48.28\ulcorner1.60 mmHg. 10. 26 patients were operated through the left posterolateral thoracotomy: closure of ductus by double ligation in 14 cases, triple ligation in 5 cases, and division with suture in 8 cases. One patient suffer from aneurysmal rupture of main pulmonary artery, endocarditis, hemopericardium was treated with cardiopulmonary bypass via median sternotomy and closure of ductus through the ruptured main pulmonary artery. 11.There was no death associated with the operation, but 3 cases were experienced with intraoperative rupture around the ductus resulting in massive bleeding. The other complications were transient hoarseness in one patient, atelectasis in left lower lobe in 3 patients, and postoperative systemic hypertension in 4 patients with unknown etiology. 12. Pulse pressure was reduced, 11.47+5.92 mmHg, postoperatively, as compare to preoperative status. 13. Intraoperative wedge lung biopsy from lingular segment for the evaluation of the pulmonary vascular disease was taken in S patients with severe pulmonary hypertension. The result was Heath-Edward grade I in one case, grade II in two cases, and grade III in two cases.

수학 은유 분석을 통한 대학생들의 학교 수학에 대한 인식과 선호도 조사 (A Survey on Undergraduate Students' Perception and Preference of School Mathematics by analysis of metaphor about mathematics)

  • 본 논문은 대학생 124명을 대상으로 수학 교과와 수학 학습에 대한 긍정적 또는 부정적 인식과 그러한 인식을 갖게된 시기와 이유를 조사하여 범주화하고 각 범주별 특성을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 수학에 대한 느낌을 은유로 표현하고 그 이유를 자세히 설명하도록 하였으며 학생들의 은유 표현을 긍정형, 부정형, 혼재형, 판정불가로 분류하여 남녀 성별 및 계열별로 각 유형별 비율과 유형별 표현의 특성을 살펴보았다. 또한, 학생들의 수학에 대한 선호 시기와 비선호 시기를 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교, 대학교, 항상, 없음의 여섯 시기로 나누어 각 영역별 비율을 살펴보았고, 선호 및 비선호 이유를 성적요인, 정의적 요인, 내용적 요인, 교사 요인, 기타 요인과 같이 다섯가지로 나누어 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생들의 제시한 수학 은유 표현은 긍정형이 27%, 부정형이 42%, 혼재형이 27%로 부정형 표현을 가장 많이 제시하였다. 특히, 계열별 분석에서는 인문사회계열과 공학계열의 학생들은 부정형 표현이 긍정형에 비하여 2배 정도 높았지만, 자연계열 학생들의 경우에는 반대로 긍정형 표현이 부정형에 비하여 2배 정도 높은 비율을 보였다. 둘째, 수학에 대한 선호시기와 이유를 묻는 질문을 한 결과, 초, 중, 고등학교로 진급할수록 수학에 대한 선호 비율이 높아졌다. 당시 수학을 선호했던 이유로는 성적 요인과 정의적 요인이 높은 비율을 보였다. 셋째, 수학 비선호 시기와 이유에 대한 질문 결과를 보면, 마찬가지로 초, 중, 고등학교로 진급할수록 수학에 대한 비선호 비율이 높아졌다. 그 이유로는 수학 학습 내용의 난이도가 갑자기 높아졌다는 내용적 요인과 성적 요인을 제시한 경우가 많았다.

우리나라 인공호 관리를 위한 다변수 수질평가 모델의 개발 및 적용 (The Development and Application of Multi-metric Water Quality Assessment Model for Reservoir Managements in Korea.)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 인공호 4대 수계 39곳을 선정하여 2003년 1월부터 2007년 12월까지 5년간의 수질 측정 자료를 바탕으로 우리나라에 적합한 다변수 수질평가 모델을 개발하고, 그 모델을 이용하여 2008년 1년간의 자료를 통해 팔당호와 대청호의 수질평가를 실시하였다. 개발된 다변수 수질평가 모델은 4개의 수질변수를 각각 부영양, 중영양, 빈영양의 3단계로 나누어 점수를 부여하고, 수질변수별 획득점수를 총합하여 총점으로 계량화하였으며, 총점을 구간별로 5등급으로 나누어 최종 수질등급을 부여하였다. 새롭게 제안된 수질평가 모델의 적용 결과, 팔당호는 전반적으로 보통(Fair) 및 악화 (Poor)상태로 나타났으며, 대청호는 최적(Excellent) 및 좋음(Good) 상태로 나타났다. 일반적으로 수자원의 가치를 결정하는 수질항목 중 가장 보편적인 중요성을 가지는 것은 유기물의 함량이며 이런 유기물은 수체 내 여러 요인에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 새로운 수질평가 모델을 개발함에 있어 수체의 수리 수문학적 특성을 비롯해 물리적 특성, 화학적 특성, 생물학적 특성 등의 각종 이화학적인 특성이 고려되었으며, 이러한 항목을 각각 평가 모델의 4가지 메트릭으로 선정하여 호소의 평가에 있어 복수의 측정지표가 활용될 수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 복수 지표를 활용해 개발된 다변수 수질평가 모델은 호소의 영양 단계를 평가함에 있어 보다 정확한 판단을 가능하게 할 것이며, 효과적인 호소의 관리에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

  • 산지경사도(山地傾斜度)($10^{\circ},\;20^{\circ},\;30^{\circ}$) 및 3요소(要素)($N-P_2O_5-K_2O$) 시용수준(施用水準)(0-0-0, 14-10-10, 28-25-25, 42-40-40kg/10a) 별(別) 겉뿌림 산지초지(山地草地)의 조성(造成), 생산성(生産性), 식생(植生) 및 목초품질등(牧草品質等)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 구명(究明)하였다. 식생구성비율(植生構成比率)에 관(關)해 검토(檢討)하였다. Orchardgrass, Tall fescue, Redtop, Ladino clover를 혼파(混播) 수년초지(水年草地)의 2년간(年間) 시험결과(試驗結果)는 ; 1. 경사도(傾斜度)가 증가(增加)함에 따라서 총건물수량(總乾物收量), 구성초종중(構成草種中) 화본과목초(禾本科牧草) 및 두과목초(荳科牧草)의 수량(收量)은 유의성(有意性)있게 크게 감소(減少)되었으나 잡초수량(雜草收量)은 유의차(有意差)가 없었다. 또한 경사도(傾斜度)가 높아짐에 따라서 파종목초(播種牧草)의 정착율(定着率)이 잡초(雜草)에 비(比)해서 상대적(相對的)으로 낮았다. 2. 3 요소수준(要素水準)의 증가(增加)는 총수량(總數量), 구성초종중(構成草種中) 화본과목초(禾本科牧草)의 수량(收量) 및 목초율(牧草率)을 크게 증가(增加)시켰으나, 잡초(雜草)의 수량변화(收量變化)는 경미(輕微)하였다. 두과목초(荳科牧草)의 수량(收量)은 질소(窒素) 소비수준(少肥水準)에서 가장 높았으며 높은 3 요소수준(要素水準) (특(特)히 질소영향(窒素影響))에서는 감소(減少)되었다. 3. 경사도(傾斜度)에 따라서 생산성(生産性), 수량구성요소(收量構成要素) 및 시비효율이 다른 특성(特性)을 나타내므로 혼파초종(混播草種)의 선택(選擇), 파종량(播種量), 시비량(施肥量), 초지조성(草地造成) 및 관리이용(管理利用) 방법(方法)에 차이(差異)를 두어야 할 것이다.

전주지역 고학년 초등학생의 비만판정 방법에 따른 식생활 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Dietary Life according to the Obesity Assessment Methods of Higher Grade Elementary School Students in Jeonju)

  • This study was done for finding out if eating habits, eating behaviors were different between non-obese and obese elementary school students in Jeonju Area. Total 2568 students of 1364 male and 1204 female of the 4th, 5th, and 6th year in 5 elementary schools were surveyed and the statistics of the result was analyzed by SPSS program. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Obesity was defined as Body Mass Index(BMI) that exceeded 85th and Obesity Index(OI) that exceeded 110. First, subjects were divided into 4 groups : lean, normal, overweight and obese. Second subjects were reclassified into non-obese(lean and normal) and obese(overweight and obese) groups. Average height of male and female students were 142.5cm, 143.1cm and weight of those were 36.4kg and 37.9kg respectively. 2. As results of obesity computation, obese male students were 19.6%(overweight 11.3%, obese 8.3%) in BMI and obese male students were 25.0%(overweight 12.5.%, obese 12.5%) in OI. Especially Obesity percent rate of male student were significantly higher on that of female student in OI method. 3. Examining obesity between male and female, there were statistically different between male students and female students in OI, but there were not statistically different in BMI. With regard to grade level(4th, 5th, 6th), there were statistically different among grade levels. 4. Examining correlation between eating habits(eating behaviors) and obesity, there were statistically significant in some cases. For example, there were statistically significant correlation between fast eating habit and obesity. And the relation analysis of general environments and obesity showed that there were statistically significant in some cases. These results suggest that the number of overweight students can be increased due to the amount and kinds of food children have as well as the general causes of overweight such as genetic, environmental and psychological reason. Surveying about children's eating habits, eating behaviors this study methodically. Working with parents is necessary and comparison of eating habits, eating behaviors and nutrition knowledge between the past and their presents are also needed in a future.

경기지역 실업계 남자고등학생의 간식선호도 실태와 구강보건교육 인식도에 관한 조사연구 (A study on the awareness of snack intake preference actual conditions and oral health education for business world man high school locating in Kyonggi province)

  • This study is to enforce to ready basic data of effective school dental health education for dental caries prevention, relation knowledge of class, feeding practice and snack intake preference actual conditions, food and caries executed investigation by own recording way using questionnaire consisted of dental health education awareness to some business world man high school locating in Kyonggi Province. Analyzes result that total 487 people respond in SPSS WIN 13.0 programs and got following sequence The obtain result were as follows 1. Results about habit of breakfast was the most by 36.1% a student who have breakfast every day, and a student who hardly eat dominated 32.9%. Second-year student hardly had breakfast (p<.01). 2. A student who answer that snack kind that often eat was cookies and snack kind was the most by 37.2%, and a student who answer that symbol drink was a carbonated drink was the most by 50.9%. 3. Relation knowledge degree appeared grand mean among 18 points perfect score by 12.36 with food and caries. Third-year student knowledge degree was the highest, and second-year student was the lowest knowledge degree by class (p<.01). 4. Existence and nonexistence of experience of dental health education appeared a student who experience that take dental health education does not exist by 57.1%. There was experience that take dental health education as class is low by class, and as class is high, experience did not exists (p<.05). 5. Time that take dental health education for the first time was the most by 56.7% a student who respond 'Babyhood', grade in school is low by class 'Babyhood', and is high by class responded 'Middle school'(p<.05). 6. Awareness of dental health education necessity 'may educate dental health and does not' a student 56.3%, half was looked attitude which students who exceed are insincere about dental health education necessity. 7. When educate dental health, contents was the most by 44.6% 'brushing and mouth article directions' to be educated importantly, and was expose by caries 31.2%, gum disease 10.1%, scaling 9.0%, prosthetic dentistry and implant 5.1% period of ten days, third-year student 50.8% said that 'brushing and mouth article directions' is important (p<.05). Dental health education is practiced during life, and is a teaching that should be remembered. Need to develop epoch-making and interesting education program that is correct in subject to do as quickly as possible, and should be achieved major road of dental hygienist. Dental hygienist will have to settle as quickly as possible as expert of prevention that is natural business and education and help in dental health education development under effort between country and dental association effective.

5세 누리과정 교사용 지도서의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 중 플래시에 대한 유아교사의 활용도 (5-year-old Nuri Course Teacher's Guidebook on Multimedia Content Use of Early Childhood Teachers in Flash)

  • 본 연구는 5세 누리과정 교사용 지도서의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 중 플래시에 대한 유아교사의 활용실태 및 만족도를 알아보고 앞으로의 교수학습을 돕는 콘텐츠 개발이 나아가야 할 방향이 되는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 부산시에 소재한 유치원, 어린이집에 근무하는 유아교사 144명이며, 5세 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 중 플래시에 대한 인식 및 실행에 관한 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율로 산출하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사는 5세 멀티미디어 콘텐츠에 대해 대체로 만족해하고 도움을 받고 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 실제 현장에서 멀티미디어 콘텐츠는 비교적 낮게 활용하고 있었으며 그 중 플래시에 대한 유아교사의 활용은 전체 응답자의 과반수이상이 잘 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대 소집단 활동영역과 생활주제별에 따른 활용과 만족도는 동화 동시 동극과 이야기나누기, 그리고 우리나라, 봄 여름 가을 겨울에서 가장 많이 활용하고 있었으며 그에 따른 만족도는 만족한다는 응답이 가장 많이 나타났다.
