정상아동의 정적 균형과 감각통합의 발달 (Developmental Changes of Static Standing Balance and Sensory Organization in Children)

  • Multi-sensory systems, including the visual, somatosensory, and vestibular ones, are involved in maintaining standing balance. The organization of these sensory systems is as important as the efficiency of each individual system in maintaining optimal balance. The purpose of the present experiment was to investigate the developmental changes in static standing balance and sensory organization under altered sensory conditions. This study involved 64 children (from 4 to 15 years of age) and 17 young adults. The children were divided into four age groups: 4~6, 7~9, 10~12, and 13~15 years. Static standing balance was assessed with the one-leg standing test under four different sensory conditions: the children stood on a firm surface with (1) eyes open or (2) closed, and they stood on a foam surface with eyes (3) open or (4) closed. In balancing ability, the age groups exhibited significant differences. The function of sensory organization for balance control was poorer for the children than for the young adults. The functional efficiency of the somatosensory system of the children aged 7~9 years was at the young adults' level, and the visual function of the children aged 10~12 years had also reached the young adults' level. However, the functional efficiency of the vestibular system of children was significantly lower than that of the young adults, even at the age of 15 years. This may indicate that sensory organization and standing balance are still developing after the age of 15 years.

  • 본 논문은 시장과 기술의 급속한 변화에 직면한 한국 대기업의 R&D 공간의 변화 과정과 메커니즘을 학습과 적응의 맥락에서 고찰한 것이다. 사례연구는 한국의 대표적인 전자업체인 LG전자를 대상으로 한 심층적 인터뷰 결과와 문헌조사를 토대로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 대기업 조직의 R&D 공간의 변화는 조직의 공간 형태, 지식과 학습의 공간적 및 조직적 원천, 관계적 근접성에 기초한 학습의 역할 등과도 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있음을 밝힌다. 사례기업의 최근 국내 R&D 공간의 변화는 구상과 실행의 공간적 통합보다는 핵심 연구개발 기능들의 서울중심 집적 강화 경향이 점진적으로 나타나고 있다. 그러나, 본 논문에서는 이러한 R&D 공간의 변화가 학습과 핵심의 선형적 모델로의 회귀를 의미한다고 보기보다는, 조직적 근접성과 상호작용적 학습 양식을 통해 공간적으로 분산된 조직 역량 및 학습 능력을 유지 강화하고자 하는 기업의 전략적 노력과 조직적 프로세스를 반영하고 있다는 점을 강조한다.

  • 기존 경영학 문헌에서 기업집단은 개발도상국, 재무시장이 발달하지 못한 국가에서 일시적으로 존재하는 기업의 형태라고 여겨졌다. 그러나 기업집단의 한국적 형태인 재벌은, 대한민국이 선진국으로 거듭나고 국내 재무시장이 발달하였음에도 불구하고, 여전히 주요한 기업의 형태로 존속하고 있다. 본 이론 연구에서는 이러한 기존 이론과 현상의 불일치를 규명하기 위해, 재벌가 출신 창업가에 대한 이론적 연구 모형을 제시한다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 사회적, 기업지배 구조적, 재벌가 구성원 본인들의 심리적 요인들은 재벌가 구성원들이 창업가로 거듭나는 긍정적 동기로 작용함을 제안한다. 둘째, 이들이 운영하는 기업은 더 나은 기회 포착, 재무적 지원, 원활한 채용, 활발한 마케팅 및 기업간 협력 관계 구축을 통해 여타의 창업가들보다 더 빠른 성장을 달성할 것임을 주장한다. 본 이론 논문은 대한민국 재벌가 출신의 창업을 통한 재벌 집단의 새로운 확장 가능성을 제시함으로써 기업집단 및 창업 연구의 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

On these time, need quality increase of construction to possess government official and international competitiveness of customer satisfaction by offering consumer building of good quality. Therefore, must establish direction to inspects and must advance forward formation government official's present actual conditions for building company's QI. This study is as following if summarize studying result of formation government official to improve quality in construction spot. First, formation's CEO will for QI need side improvement the formation government official enemy by important thing. Second, at checking activity and systematic action that participate of responsible persons cooperation enterprise space-time by complete charge department organization should be achieved. Third, complete charge department for quality control operation large size construction firm substantially formation Organizational well operate, but heavy hydrogen building company was construed by greatly unprepared misgovernment. AHP analysis result complete charge department is serious necessity, and the CEO under direct control organizational structure was construed by thing which can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality business side and formation. Therefore, heavy hydrogen building company should does to occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.

한밤마을을 통해본 농촌주거지의 공간구성 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Composition Characteristic in Rural Residential Area: A case of Hanbam Village)

  • This research is to analyze the spatial organization of a traditional rural community and its characteristics, the case of Hanbam village located in the north of Daegu city. The conclusions of this study are as follows; 1. The difference between private space and public space in the residential area of Hanbam village is obvious, and these two spaces are organically related each other by means of road. These spaces have some spatial characteristics of organization, such as center, hierarchy and sequence. 2. The private space consists of a residence module and a farming area in the settlement, and it is clearly farmed by the firm fence of rocks and by surrounding roads. Fruit-bearing trees such as Pyrus pyrifolia, Cornus officinalis, Diospyros kaki, Juglans sinensis are planted at the boundary. And most of residences are composed of a building, a inner court and farming fields. 3. The public space for the community mainly functions as ‘a meeting place’for residents, and consists of recreational spaces, ceremonial spaces, community facilities, and social facilities. Among these, Jeong-ja(pavilion), Seong-an Soop(forest) and Dae-chong(building for common use) are of great cultural value as important traditional spaces. 4. Two kinds of road are commonly fecund in the village; spontaneously generated one and planned one. This is straight inner streets and access paths to the village, and that is curvilinear alleys which are connected to Dae-chong, the core of village. Also stone walls and climbing plants on them are major elements of village landscape.

The Effective Factors of Professional Learning : Study on Accounting Firms in Korea

  • The purpose of this study is to substantiate the affecting factors of informal learning outcomes for professions in various dimensions of an individual and organization. In specific, the study analyzed the effects of learning motivation, job characteristics, and a supportive learning environment which have on task-related knowledge acquisition, adapting to organization and understanding contexts, relationship formation, and improving self-development-ability. The participants of the study were 261 professionals working at four major accounting firms in South Korea. Multiple regression models were applied step by step for analysis. In this study, the informal learning of professionals working at four major accounting firms is influenced by various factors of learning motivation, job characteristics, and a supportive learning environment. The detailed analysis results were as follows. Firstly, peer-support showed the most positive effect on task-related knowledge acquisition. Secondly, for adapting to organization and understanding contexts, task autonomy showed the greatest effect. Thirdly, peer-support was found to be the most important factor for relationship formation. Fourthly, for improving self-development ability, learning goal orientation showed to be the most important factor. The various factors facilitated the professional learning by empirical identification. The study presented practical implications for creating an effective informal learning support environment.

  • Purpose - The current study explores pro-environment human resource management attributes like an organization's leadership support, training, empowerment, and motivation practices to encourage employees to adopt an environmentally friendly lifestyle, leading to the success of the pro-environmental initiatives pursued by the organization. Research design, data, and methodology - The research subject is a considerable determinant that helps the research choose which qualitative textual analysis will suit that specific research. This study is suitable to conduct qualitative textual research because the justification for the qualitative content analysis used by a researcher is guided by the subject of the research, the available funds, the available time, and the research objectives. Result - Various solutions have been identified to ensure that all interventions taken by an organization, especially in educating and training their employees, are efficient, effective, and impactful. They revolve around the individual group, organizational, societal, and government policy approaches. Solutions will create a dedication to developing sustainability and ensuring that employees are positive when dealing with the surrounding. Conclusion - Consequently, combined efforts involving employees, society, organizations, and the government are necessary for formulating and implementing a practical course of action. This is to end the ongoing environmental degradation and foster positive behavioral change that involves activities and initiatives that will improve environmental performance for current and future generations.

  • Purpose - Because creativity, which is an intangible resource embedded within the company, can offer a competitive advantage, most companies have an interest in promoting creativity among their employees and division(e.g., marketing organization). Creativity renders a sustainable competitive advantage to a firm because it is a strategic resource that is valuable, flexible, rare, and imperfectly imitable or substitutable. Although most companies broadly recognize the importance of creativity, the methods for developing creativity remain elusive. Therefore, the present study investigates how to structure incentives to motivate employees to be more creative and how to develop tools to facilitate creativity. In detail, the present study aimed to examine the relationship between the regulatory focus of marketing organizations(e.g., promotion focus vs prevention focus) and creativity of marketing organizations. In addition, the present study set out to examine the moderating role of interaction of financial reward and creative training in addition to investigating the direct relationship between creativity and regulatory focus in New Product Development(NPD) context. Research design, data, and methodology - The data used to test the hypotheses are drawn from a survey of full time NPD project members(including project manager, designer, engineer, and marketer). The present study utilized data obtained mainly from a database compiled by the Korea Investors Service-Financial Analysis System which provides comprehensive corporate and financial information on firms listed on the Korea Stock Exchange. A study population comprising 1,000 South Korean firms was obtained from this database. We selected 864 firms from the database, and the firms have experiences of new product development project. We collected a total of 162 responses, for a 18.8% response rate. After we excluded 14 questionnaire because of incomplete responses, a total of 148 questionnaire remained(final response rate: 17.1%). SPSS 18.0 and AMOS software were used in the data analysis. Results - The empirical study confirmed that promotion focus of marketing organization is positively related to creativity of marketing organization. Also, prevention focus of marketing organization is positively affected to creativity of marketing organization. In addition, the interaction between financial rewards and creativity training moderated the relationship between regularity focus(e.g.), promotion focus vs prevention focus) and creativity of marketing organization. These results suggest that managers can improve the performances of their creative efforts by providing the use of financial rewards and creativity training in combination. Conclusion - Based on results of this study that examine the effects of regulatory focused creative efforts on creativity of marketing organization, promotion focus is helpful with marketing organizations to enhance their service innovation and performance. Prevention focused organization should allow monetary rewards and creativity training to increase their creativity for innovation of new products.

  • 경제(經濟)의 개방화(開放化) 및 산업구조(塵業構造)의 고도화(高度化)가 진전되면서 국내기업들은 주력사업의 성장이 감퇴하는 구조변화(構造變化)에 직면하게 된다. 극단적인 경우에 도산(倒産)이나 폐업(廢業)을 단행하는 국내 기업들도 있을 것이다. 그러나 보다 우월한 적응능력을 가진 대부분의 대기업이나 중견기업들은 고임금(高賃金)과 현재의 기술여건(技術與件)에서 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있는 영역(market niches)을 찾아 합리화 및 고부가가치화, 제품 및 시장다각화 등 신축적인 사업조정(事業調整)을 통해 수익성이 낮은 기존사업의 비중을 점차적으로 줄이면서 고수익성(高收益性) 사업(事業)으로 전환(轉換) 할 것이다. 사업구조 조정과정에서 기업(企業)은 단기적으로는 기존의 주력사업 내에서 경영합리화 및 감량경영을 통해 비용(費用)을 절감(節減)하고 제품의 고부가가치화(高附加價値化)를 추구하는 동시에 장기적으로는 사업구조 재편성을 목표로 기존의 우위요소를 최대한 활용하면서 새로운 우위요소(優位要素) 창출(創出)을 위해 기업의 전략구상, 조직 및 기업문화면에서의 구조전환을 시도하게 된다. 그러나 기업의 발상(發想), 조직구조(組織構造), 조직문화(組織文化)는 환경변화만큼 신속히 일어나지 않는다. 동일한 환경, 동일한 산업 내에서도 성공하는 기업이 있고 실패하는 기업이 있는 것처럼 환경변화에 대한 정확한 인식(認識)과 성공적인 전략(戰略)의 수립 및 실행은 기업들의 체계적인 노력여하에 따라 다르게 나타난다. (企業)의 구조전환(構造轉換)은 국가경제의 발전방향, 업종의 실태와 전망에 관한 정보에 기반하여 장기계획하(長期計劃下)에 기업의 축적된 경영자원을 활용하는 방향으로 이루어져야 한다. 기업이란 주주(株主), 경영자(經營者), 근로자(勤勞者) 등 이익집단간의 이해관계(利害關係)가 균형을 이루면서 발전해 나가는 조직이라는 새로운 인식(認識)에 기반하여 기업은 합리적 노사관계의 정착에 노력하고 정부(政府)는 경쟁(競爭)을 통한 기업체질 강화라는 기본방침하(基本方針下)에 재래산업(在來産業)의 전환비용(轉換費用)을 줄이고 신규사업(新規事業)의 창출(創出)을 뒷받침하는 제도개선(制度改善)을 해 나가야 한다.

한국 IT 벤처기업의 국제화 학습: 유니데이타커뮤니케이션(주) 사례 (The International Learning of a Korean IT Venture Firm : A Case Study of UniData Communication Systems)

  • 본 사례에서는 국내 IT 벤처기업인 유니데이타커뮤니케이션(주)의 단계적인 국제화 경험이 학습역량 강화를 통해 경영성과에 기여하는 일련의 국제화 과정을 조직학습이론으로 설명하였다. 이는 조직의 국제화 경험이 국제화 성과의 중요한 결정요인이며 조직학습을 통해 배양된 학습역량은 경영성과에 기여한다는 기존 연구결과를 기반으로 하고 있다. 더불어, 창업기부터 꾸준히 국제화를 추진한 IT 벤처기업의 국제화학습 특성을 기존지식 활용(Exploitation)과 새로운 지식 탐색(Exploration)으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대기업에 비해 내부자원이 취약한 벤처기업은 파트너 네트워크를 활용한 탐색과 활용을 통해 새로운 국제화 경험을 축적하였다. 축적된 국제화 경험은 학습 역량 강화를 통해 기업의 내부역량으로 배태(embedded)되어 궁극적으로 경영성과에 유의미하게 작용함을 사례를 통해 확인 할 수 있었다.
