건성안(乾性眼)에 대한 침료법(鍼療法)의 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察) (Book research into acupuncture treatement for dry eye)

  • 1. Objectives : Millions of people throuout the world are affected by some form of dry eye disorder. I made researches for more effective treatments for dry eye. 2. Methodes : I refered to occidental and oriental medical records. 3. The results were as follows : Common symptoms of dry eye are dryness, burning, irritation, grittiness, itching, fatigue of eye, photophobia, congestion, mattering and tear. Treatments of dry eye are to clear away heat and fire, remove dampness, replenish Um and promote production of body fluid, tonify the blood and replenish Ki. Acupunctre and moxibustion therapy of dry eye are as follows: Very busy points of traditional regular acupuncture are Sangsong, Chanjuk, Sajukkong, Chongmyong, Sabaek, Tongjaryo, Taeyang, Pungji, Tuimup, Paekoe, Un-gyo, Chonjong, Hapkok, Yangbaek, Kansu, Yanggye, Imup, Chok-samni, Taechung, Kwangmyong, Yang-gok, Uihui, Chohae, Haenggan. Less busy points of it are Oyo, Kuhu, Sungup, Konmyong, Konmyongl, Konmyong2, Sangmyong, SanghaChongmyong, Shinmyong, Osang, Shinjong, Yonghyang, Yaemyong, Chon-yu, Chon-ju, Kwallye, Naebi, Noeho, Tuyu, Mokchang, Ponshin, Shinhoe, Yepung, Okchim, Pungbu, Kokchon, Kollyun, Nae-gwan, Tae-nung, Samumgyo, Sokolkong, Shinsu, Um-gyo, Igan, Chongok, Choktaek, Kyonjungsu, Kokchi, Kongchoe, Kyuum, Kihae, Taekolkong, Taedon, Pino, Pisu, Sabong, Samgan, Kokchi, Shinmun, Shinmaek, Shimsu, Yangno, Aengmun, Yolgyol, Oegwan, Wijung, Chang-gan, Chungjo, Chungdo, Chigu, Chium, Chollyo, Tongni, Pungmun, Haryom.   • 본 연구에서는 단방향, 직교방향, 임의의 방향 총 세 방향성을 가진 아마섬유에 첨가형 난연제로 널리 쓰이는 나노클레이를 분사한 뒤, 이 섬유를 복합재료의 제조에 사용하였다. 나노클레이는 분산성이 다른 세가지 분사방법을 사용하였으며, 제조에 사용한 기지재는 열가소성 수지인 폴리프로필렌과 열경화성 수지인 에폭시이다. 다구찌 실험계획법을 이용해서 실험을 단순화 하였으며, 실험결과 인장강도, 탄성계수, 총 충격흡수에너지, 열 방출율에 대한 최적의 복합재료 제조 조건을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • This study was analyzed on relationship of blood vessel pressure massage and skin and management method on blood vessel pressure for skin care with Yin-yang 5 factors theory, Yin-yang 5 factors theory of blood vessel pressure massage with related Korean medicine is essential for descriptions of the physiology of human body and disease. Six elements(wind, heat, fire, dryness, wetness, and cold) and seven emotions(anger, happiness, thought, worry, sadness, surprise, and fear) effected on skin care and the five viscera and the six stomach. Blood vessel pressure massage related with skin consists of the five viscera and the six stomach and is improved blood circulation and is retarded aging of skin by controls of hormone and free nerve system. Blood vessel pressure massage for skin care improved in the intestine system and blood circulation and got healthy. The blood vessel pressure massage treatment of beauty art can aid the function of bio-rhythm of a human body and make our body health by healing the problems of the five viscera organs and the six stomach. It also help circulate of the blood flow and vigor. The study expects the related researches to improve the various treatments through this treatment. The researcher encountered many problems with the lack of concerned materials and former studies but expects this study to be a study to retard aging the skin and prevent the diseases through the study of the blood vessel pressure massage.

약징(藥徵)과 본초학 교과서의 통증 질환 관련 공통 약물에 대한 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Common Herbs for Pain Related Disease between Yak-Jing and Textbook of Herbology)

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to compare the common herbs for pain related disease between Yak-Jing and textbook of herbology. Methods We searched the formation of "Koho" and theory of Todo yoshimasu. We selected the common herbs that is used for pain related disease in Yak-Jing and textbook of herbology. These herbs were compared with each other. Result 1. Common Herbs for pain related disease are Ephedrae Herba (麻黃), Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Radix (附子), Euphorbiae Kansui Radix (甘遂), Euphorbiae pekinensis Radix (大戟) Daphnis Genkwa Flos (芫花), Atractylodis Rhizoma (朮), Paeonia Radix Rubra (芍藥), JujubaeFructus (大棗), Gypsum (石膏), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (知母), Cinnamomi Ramulus (桂枝), Poria (茯苓), Rhei Rhizoma (大黃), Natrii Sulfas (芒草), Pueraiae Radix (葛根). There are some difference between textbook of herbology and Yak-Jing about Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Radix (附子), Paeonia Radix Rubra (芍藥), Atractylodis Rhizoma (蒼朮), Pueraiae Radix (葛根). 2. Preparata Radix (附子) excrete water poisons (水毒) in Yak-Jing, but it has the effect of restore yang and tonify fire (回陽補火) in textbook of herbology. 3. Paeonia Radix Rubra (芍藥) is effective for pathological condition caused by the formation of the band and spasm (結實拘攣) in Yak-Jing, but it is to cure heat pattern in textbook of herbology. 4. Atractylodis Rhizoma (蒼朮) has the effect of water-draining (利水) in Yak-Jing, but it has the effect of dispersing (發散) in textbook of herbology. 5. Pueraiae Radix (葛根) is used in dyspnea and sweating (喘而汗出) in Yak-Jing, but it is to cure engender fluid (生津), skin disease, diarrhea in textbook of herbology. Conclusion There are some difference between textbook of herbology and Yak-Jing in the herb medicine that is used in pain related disease.

에어커튼형 레인지후드의 슬롯 토출 각도 변화와 배기 효율 (Effect of Slot Discharge-Angle Change on Exhaust Efficiency of Range Hood System with Air Curtain)

  • When oil is used for cooking in detached or apartment houses, large amounts of oil-mist, smoke, and particulate substances are generated and dispersed into the indoor-air environment. These pollutants diffuse into the surroundings and spread their odor while rising fast at a high temperature due to the heat energy from the gas range. Although the exhaust gas is discharged from the exhaust hood, which is installed on the top of a gas range to remove the diffuse pollutants, the exhaust conditions can vary greatly because they depend on the shape of the exhaust hood and the discharge rate. In this paper, the air that is required for the gas-exhaustion process is supplied by an air curtain that surrounds the kitchen hood, and the pollutant-capturing efficiency varies depending on the angle of the discharge grills; the pollutant-capturing efficiency was studied using a numerical-analysis method. The results indicate that the pollutant-capturing efficiency is not significantly changed by a change of the discharge-grill angle at a low air-discharge rate; however, at a high air-discharge rate, the efficiency value increases with an increase of the discharge-grill angle, whereby the best value occurs at 30 degrees and the efficiency decreases above this angle. Below 30 degrees, the effect of the discharge rate on the capturing efficiency is more than that of the discharge-grill angle.

  • 본 연구에서는 75톤급 추진기관 시험설비 화염유도로 설계안에 대한 열적 안전성 및 연소가스의 안전한 배출을 평가하기 위하여 3차원 화염냉각해석을 수행하였다. 화염과 냉각수 간의 열전달 및 상변화 과정을 모사하기 위하여 Mixture 다상모델을 적용하였으며, 단일 화학종 비반응 플룸모델을 이용한 화염냉각해석을 수행하였다. 본 해석결과를 통하여 냉각수 유량에 따른 화염유도로 벽면에서의 최고 온도값을 예측하였으며, 또한 콘크리트 내화온도에 해당하는 최소 냉각수 유량을 도출하였다.

  • 본 연구는 자동차 엔진의 구동을 각종 부대 장치로 전달하는데 사용되는 V-rib 벨트 재료의 내열성 및 내마모성을 향상시키기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 고무 매트릭스는 EPDM과 CR, 그리고 충전제로 ZnO, 면 및 아라미드 섬유의 함량을 달리한 시편과 v-벨트를 만들어 내열성과 내마모성 그리고 기계적 성질을 조사하였다. CR 배합계에서 ZnO의 함량이 증가함에 따라 내마모성이 증가하였다. 또한 면섬유의 함량이 증가함에 따라 벨트상태에서 견딜 수 있는 구동시간은 증가하지만 내마모성은 감소하는 결과를 보였다. EPDM 배합계에서 면섬유의 충전한계는 30 phr정도였다. 또한 아라미드와 면섬유를 혼합 사용한 결과 구동시간과 내마모성을 동시에 증가시킬 수 있었으며, 그 단섬유의 최적 조성은 아라미드섬유/면섬유 비율이 1/5인 것으로 조사되었다. 동일한 면섬유 함량에서 EPDM 배합계 가 CR 배합계보다 우수한 물성을 보였다.

식물상반(食物相反)에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Inhibitory Function Among Foods and Herb Drugs)

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate the inhibitory function among foods and herb drugs. I have gone over literatures of mainly ${\ll}$Eum-Sun-Jung-Yo(飮膳正要)${\gg}$ on the basis of ${\ll}$Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam (東醫寶鑑)${\gg}$ about the properties and flavors of foods and herb drugs. And then I came to get some conclusion as follows. 1. The foods mentioned above are meats, birds, fishes, spices and vegetables. 2. If the foods mentioned above were eaten for a long time, and then it can cause stirring Wind or Qi or Fire inside the body. 3. What it means in the context of the chapter ${\ulcorner}$Sik-Mul-Sang-Ban : Inhibitory Function Among Foods and Herb Drugs(食物相反)${\lrcorner}$ that 'Do not eat the paired foods or herb drugs at a same time' and 'Do not eat the paired foods or herb drugs together for a long time.' 4. The Cold natured foods were not eaten at a same time. 5. The Hot or Warm natured foods were not eaten at a same time. 6. The contrary natured foods were not eaten at a same time. Because they were eaten at a same time, it raise a Occurrence of Cold and Heat syndromes and a Qi disorder.

  • The steel pipe manufacturing industry deals with facilities and materials. Especially thermal facilities are close to vapor cloud explosion (VCE) and may cause secondary damage to facilities because they deal with corrosive substances such as hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid and acid, fire, explosion, leakage etc. It is in danger. In this study, hazard identification method was conducted using HAZOP techniques and quantitative risk analysis was conducted using e-CA, a program that supports accident impact analysis. Equipment in the influence range of ERPG - 3 was determined to be a facility requiring replacement. It was decided that neutralization is necessary using slaked lime. Based on the cost of loss, We presented the proper replacement which is the timing of the dangerous facility. As a result, It was ideal to replace the facilities with 20 years of heat treatment facilities, one year of hydrofluoric acid storage tank, 20 years of sulfuric acid storage tank, and 5 years of hydrochloric acid storage tank.

12 경락의 속성과 기능에 대한 연구: 경락과 장부의 관계를 중심으로 (A Study on the Properties and Functions of the Twelve Main Meridians: Focusing on the Relationships between the Internal Organs and the Meridians)

  • Objectives and Methods : This study is to understand the properties and functions of twelve meridians. It aims to understand the meaning of the meridian names, and to study the properties of the six qi and the method of movement of the meridians by analyzing the six qi of the three yin and three yang from a meteorological perspective. The functions of twelve meridians based on the relationship between the operation of the internal organs and the meridians are then examined. Results and Conclusions : (1) The three yin and three yang includes the properties of six qi at the meridians. (2) The fundamental qi at reverting yin meridian lesser yin meridian and greater yin meridian has the properties of wind, heat and dampness, respectively, which are yang qi, while the fundamental qi at lesser yang meridian, yang brightness meridian and greater yang meridian has the properties of ministerial fire, dryness and cold, respectively, which are yin qi. (3) In the circulation of meridian qi, yang qi ascends at yin meridians while yin qi descends at yang meridians. (4) Three yin meridians belonging to the viscera help the function of intestines, which saves essence qi and then makes it go upward, while three yang meridians belonging to the bowels help the function of converting foodstuff and making it go downward. (5) In the human body, the internal organs play the primary role, and the meridians serve as helpers of the functioning of the internal organs by controlling the six qi.
