이미지 인식을 통한 AI 기반 소방 시설 설계 기술 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of AI-Based Fire Fighting Facility Design Technology through Image Recognition)

  • 연구목적:현재 국내 소방시설설계의 경우 낮은 설계단가와 업체 간 과열 경쟁으로 고급 인력에 대한 확보가 어려워 건축물의 화재안전성능을 향상시키는데 한계가 있다. 이에 이러한 문제를 해소하고 선도적인 소방엔지니어링 기술을 확보하기 위해 AI 기반 소방설계솔루션을 연구하였다. 연구방법: 기존 소방설계에 많이 사용되는 AutoCAD를 통해 기본 설계 및 실시 설계에 필요한 절차를 프로세스화 하고 YOLO v4 객체 인식 딥러닝 모델을 통해 AI기술을 활용하였다. 연구결과:소방시설에 대한 설계프로세스를 통해 설비의 결정과 도면 설계 자동화를 진행하였다. 또한 문 및 기둥에 대한 이미지를 학습시켜 인공지능이 해당 부분을 인식하여 경계구역 선정, 배관 및 소방시설을 설치하는 기능을 구현하였다. 결론:인공지능 기술을 기반으로 건축물 화재방호 설비에 대한 기본 및 실시 설계 도면 작성 시 인적 및 물적 자원을 저감시킬 수 있을 것으로 확인되었으며 선행적인 기술 개발을 통해 인공지능 기반 소방설계에 기술력을 확보하였다.

  • Everybody may be vulnerable to fires depending on the time, place, and circumstances. Fire statistics show that the occurrence of fire death depends not only on the severity of a fire itself, but also largely on the conditions of occupants such as physical functions, the environment around occupants, and the type of facility where are fire occurs. The review of fire safety from the viewpoint of vulnerable populations does not simply mean additional special attention and care only to high risk groups, but instead it means significant review of fire safety design and systems for all people from a more universal standpoint. Therefore, in order to examine the strategies of a fire death-reduction program, safety measures suitable for the relevant high-risk groups considering the type of vulnerable person, the type of fire, and the type of building in residential occupancies. Solutions will require strenuous multilateral effort and flexibility.

  • As the rapid and various changing of social aspects, the structures are getting bigger, higher and more complex. The importance of evacuation is on the rise as increased using frequency of multiplex sale facility and it's high population density. According to the result of a survey with 4 domestic wholesales mart's population density, the average and maximum was 0.41(人/$m^2$) and 0.46(人/$m^2$). considering evacuation dangerousness, the maximum value will be suitable for computation of evacuation capacity and this will be submitted as a basic data for computation of evacuation capacity.

  • Today, our city structure is being complicated from the development of industry. Invisible losses, life and fortune loss caused by arson is embossed in our society. The preparation of counter plan about increasing factors of fire damage is not easy. With respect to mankind life, however, it is very important. Therefore, the focus of this research examine refuge degree in each smoke density level when a fire break out in the space. I evaluated auditory guide facility thorough real scale test. In this thesis, I will propose the efficient refuge deriving facilities.

  • Incase of not considered seismic design at transformer vault which is made of many informant electrical facility, facility is damaged, electrical fire breaks out and second damage is able to break out at generating earthquake. But seismic design yet is not applied to at transformer vault in the country.   • 본 연구는 주거시설의 화재위험성을 예측할 수 있는 화재시나리오를 작성에 앞서 주거시설내의 대표적인 가연물 6개를 선정하여 이를 통한 발열량을 실험을 실시하고 데이터를 정량화 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였으며, 향후 화재시나리오 적용될 화재성장곡선의 기준값을 선정하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 주거시설의 경우에는 일반적으로 화재시나리오가 적용되지 않고 있는데 이러한 문제점은 가연물의 종류 및 다양한 화재하중 등으로 인하여 문제시될수 있기 때문에 정량화에는 어려움이 있다. 기존의 연구에서는 가연물의 조사를 실시하고 있으나 이를 통한 화재특성에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정이기 때문에 대표적인 가연물들을 통하여 소파, 서랍장, 매트리스, 의자, 책상, TV의 발열량 실험을 통하여 정량화 할 수 있는 엑셀 매크로를 작성하였으며, 이를 통하여 NFPA 72에서 제시하고 있는 화재성장율과 비교하였을 때 각 가연물별로의 추세값이 제시할 수 있었다. 이를 통하여 향후 주거시설에서 발생할 화재시나리오에 기초적인 자료를 활용하고자 한다.

COMPARISON OF THE FIRE SUPPRESSION PERFORMANCE OF HALON REPLACEMENT AGENTS

  • HFC-227ea and HCFC Blend A were evaluated using full-scale fire tests to obtain information on their fire suppression performance, drop-in capability, thermal decomposition products and physical behaviour of the agent such as its flow characteristics in the piping system. Also, full-scale tests were conducted with Halon 1301 to provide a basis for comparison. Halon 1301, at concentrations of 5% to 7.5%, showed effective total-flooding fire- extinguishing performance for all test scenarios. HFC-227ea, at a design concentration of 7.6% or higher, and HCFC Blend A, at a design concentration of 12%, extinguished all fires in the test facility, however, these agents produced higher concentrations of acid gases than Halon 1301. The quantity of the acid gases generated during fire suppression was dependent on agent concentration, agent discharge time, fire type and size as well as extinguishment time.

  • In Korea, fire is the second frequent disaster. A total of 32,966 fires were happened in 2002, and injured 2,235 people and damaged 12 million dollars. So, we developed several components related to fire in order to decrease these victims and the amount of damage and have applied those components to Daegu Fire Agency. In this paper, we describe the developing system. It consists of 5 major components: mobile fire facility management component, web service component, fire management component, fire server, and fire application. They were developed in object-oriented computing environment, ATL/COM and Visual C++. So, they have some advantages such as high reusability, full interoperability, and easy understanding.
