환경에너지시설의 화재 및 피난 안전성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Assessment of Fire and Evacuation Safety in Environmental Energy Facilities)

  • In this study, fire and evacuation safety of environmental energy facilities using fire and evacuation simulation was examined as part of performance-oriented design. The worst-case fire scenarios in which fire-fighting facilities such as sprinkler fire extinguishing and smoke control systems are not working, and the FDS analyzes the visibility, temperature distribution, and carbon monoxide concentration distribution through FDS. The safety was examined. As a result, it was proved that evacuation could limit the visibility, temperature, and carbon monoxide concentration in a smooth range, based on the safety standards set by relevant laws. In other words, it was possible to verify the safety of fire and evacuation for environmental energy facilities where a large amount of combustibles and fires coexist.

소방공무원의 직무만족요소에 의한 공간만족평가 영향에 관한 연구 - 인천지방 소방공무원을 중심으로 - (Influence Factors on Job Satisfaction Factor and Spatial Environments Evaluation of Fire-Fighting Officer - Focused on Fire Officials in Incheon Metropolitan City -)

  • A study on how fire officer's job satisfaction factors influence space satisfaction rates. This article will conduct regression analysis for the study on these three problems. 'What are the factors of fire officer's job satisfaction?', 'Does space satisfaction rates influence job satisfaction rates?', 'Which job satisfaction factor influence space satisfaction rate?' Therefore, variables were set based on the prior study, and before regression analysis was conducted, variables were purified through analysis on primary factor and reliability analysis, and hypothesis test was done via variable calculation. According to the prior study, factors that influence job satisfaction rates are as following; self-regulation of tasks, ethics and responsibility level, relationship with colleagues, job identity. And regression analysis showed that space satisfaction rates do not influence job satisfaction rates. The writer thinks that it's showing that Korean fire officers tend to prioritize colleague relationship and job identity over space improvements. And the factor that influence job satisfaction rates turned out to be the self-regulation of tasks, and the writer estimates that it's reflecting the hierarchical organization culture of current Korean fire officers. Therefore, future Korean fire station design plans need to consider a space plan that provides fire officer's private self-regulation of tasks.

고층건물 화재시 인명구조 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Rescue of the Human Life against the Fire in the High-rise Building)

  • It was because mankind could use the fire that we have been civilized. creating a brilliant culture and developing an industrial society. While fire is very useful to our life, the number of the victims of fire continues to increase, This study suggests the ways to rescue the people safely when they are subject to a fire in a high-rise building. To this end, the concept of fire is reviewed. Fire breaks out when the conditions for congestion are met, and therefore. if any of the conditions can be blocked, the fire will be extinguished. In other words. the knowledge of such conditions will greatly help the fire fighters to rescue the people, and so. such conditions for congestion as flammable, heat, oxygen and chain reaction are examined. In addition, the effects of such by-products of fire as heat and smoke on human body are reviewed. In order to rescue the people more safely, the fire fighters are requested to review the situation and design a rescue strategy before being engaged in a full-scale rescue activity. This study discusses various rescue methods using such passages or equipments as stair case, double ladder, special fire fighting vehicle, elevator, jumar, rope, helicopter, etc. In conclusion. since it is more difficult to rescue the people from a high-rise building than from the ground, it is essential to design a rescue program not after fire but before it and thereby, minimize the number of victims.

성능위주 화재와 피난시뮬레이션 입력데이터의 표준화 필요성에 대한 제안 (Proposals on the Input Data Standardization Needs of Fire and Evacuation Simulation in Performance Based Design)

  • 국내 성능위주설계 방법 및 기준에서는 다양한 입력 데이터들에 대한 입력 규정이 따로 마련되어있지 않으며, 설계자별로 인용하는 근거 데이터가 상이하여 피난허용시간과 피난완료시간에 많은 차이를 보이고 있다. 이는 성능위주 화재와 피난 시뮬레이션에 대한 신뢰도 문제와도 직결되고 있다. 시뮬레이션에 입력되는 다양한 데이터들을 표준화함으로서 설계자의 경험이나 기술능력에 무관하게 동일한 위험도의 건물에서는 동일한 결과가 도출되어야 한다. 또한 그 위험도 합당한 소방 방재설비가 설치되고 유사한 성능위주 대상 건물에서는 개연성 있는 초기투자비용이 소요됨으로서 효율적이고 효과적인 안전 확보가 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

최적화 기법을 이용한 이산화탄소 소화설비의 설계프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design Program Development of the Carbon Dioxide Fire Extinguishing System Using an Optimization)

  • 본 연구에서는 이산화탄소 소화설비의 설계이론, 소방방재청 고시 제2012-11호, KS B 6261과 최적화 기법 중 최대 경사법을 바탕으로 이산화탄소 소화설비의 설계인자를 최적화할 수 있는 설계프로그램을 개발하였다. 설계프로그램은 정립된 로직 및 알고리즘을 바탕으로 C++ 컴파일러를 이용하여 개발하였고 윈도우 운영체계에서 운영되도록 하였다. 이산화탄소 소화설비 설계인자의 최적화는 제한조건으로 구속되어있는 약제유동율, 방출시간 및 설계변수(배관내경 등)를 최소화하였다. 시험장치에 의해 설계프로그램의 성능을 검증하였고, 소방분야에 최적설계의 기틀을 마련하였다. 또한 최적설계인자를 바탕으로 이산화탄소 소화설비를 시공함으로서 소화설비의 효율성을 높이고 화재진압을 극대화할 것으로 본다.

소방공사감리제도의 인식에 관한 연구 : 이해당사자를 중심으로 (A Study on the Recognition of Fire Construction Surveillance System : Focused on the Stakeholders)

  • The purpose of this article is to search stakeholders' recognition related to Fire Construction Surveillance system; a client(order), fire fighting officer, supervision company, construction company, design company, other. The paper provides 4 important things. Firstly, a client(order) suggested the lowest recognition in the needs about the need of separation order, that of contract for any construction work limited registered companies, and that of standard price for engineering.. Secondly, the design company is lowest recognition in guidance and control participating in construction-design phase. Thirdly, the design company is lowest in adjustment about manpower-allocation according to allocation criteria of technical manpower. Fourthly, a client(order) and supervision company are relatively lower than other stakeholder in necessity on special education and training system for auditor in fire protection construction. Almost all related matters are related to more or less stakeholders' interest.

원추형 유동층 연소기 내의 열전달에 미치는 복원계수의 영향에 대한 수치해석 연구 (A Numerical Study on the Effect of Coefficient of Restitution to Heat Transfer in a Conical Fluidized Bed Combustor)

  • In this paper, numerical simulations on conical fluidized bed combustors were carried out to estimate the effect of coefficients of restitution between particle and particle and particle to wall on hydrodynamics and heat transfer. The Eulerian-Eulerian two-fluid model was used to simulate the hydrodynamics and heat transfer in a conical fluidized bed combustor. The solid phase properties were calculated by applying the kinetic theory of granular flow. Simulations results show that increasing the restitution coefficient between the particle and particle results in increasing the bed pressure drop. On other hand, the increasing of particle to wall coefficient of restitution results in decreasing the bed pressure drop. It is found that the coefficient of restitution has little effect on heat transfer.

고발포 소화약제의 온도 변화에 따른 최적발포성능 유지를 위한 자동혼합시스템 개발 (Development of Auto Mixing System of High Expansion Foam for Optimal Expansion Performance according to Changing Temperature)

  • 기계포소화약제는 다량의 물에 포소화약제 원액을 녹인 포수용액을 발포기에 의하여 기계적인 수단으로 공기와 혼합 교반하여 거품을 발생시키는 약제를 말한다. 다양한 설비(이동식, 고정자동식) 적용성, 대형의 유류화재 적합, 대량.연속 생산이 가능한 약제의 특수성 및 장기보관이 가능한 특징이 있어 이에 대한 개발 및 연구가 꾸준히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 포소화약제는 주변의 온도 및 운용조건에 따라 발포력의 변화가 큰 특징이 있어 실제 겨울철 소방 활동시에는 사용을 자제하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소화활동시 온도가 발포력에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이를 활용하여 소방차에 적용 가능한 시스템을 개발하였다. 결과로 기준 약제 혼합비인 3.0%일 경우 온도차에 따라 최대 30.08%의 발포성능차가 발생하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 자동 혼합 시스템의 적용성을 분석한 결과 설계값과 실제실험값의 오차가 최대 0.012%로 나타남에 따라 해당 시스템의 적용성이 확보된 것으로 판단되었다.

반도체 제조공정의 연기유동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fire Hazard Analysis and Smoke Flowing for the Semiconductor Manufacturing Process)

  • The power of semiconductor, Korea is continuously constructing semiconductor production line for keeping a front-runner status. however, studies and data about potential risks in semiconductor factory are still short. If fire does not initially suppressed, the fire causes a great damage. To decrease fire risk factors, in addition to fire fighting safety equipment, more important thing is how to design and construct fire protection system. The current fire protection codes about semiconductor factory come under functional law, and this law is short of consideration about particularity of factory. The existing prescriptive fire codes depending on experience compose without evident engineering verifications, thus equipments which is created by the current prescriptive fire code may bring about a variety of problems. For example, the design under the current regulation can not cope with the excessive investments, low efficiencies, and the diversifying construction designs and be applied to the quick changes of new technologies. Ergo, an optimal design for fire protection is to equip fire protection arrangements with condition and environment of production field. Manufacturing factory of semiconductors is a windowless airtight space. And for cleanliness, there exists strong flow of cooperation. Therefore, there is a need for fire safety design that meets the characteristic of a clean room. Accordingly, we are to derive smoke flow according to cooperation process within a clean room and construction plan of an optimal sensor system. In this study, in order to confirm the performance of proposed smoke-exhaust equipment and suggest efficient smoke exhaust device when there is a fire of 1MW of methane in the clean room of company H, we have implemented fire simulation using fluid dynamics computation.

건축물 피난규정간 문제점 분석을 통한 법령 개선방향 설정에 관한 연구 (A Suggestions for Building Regulation through the Analysis of Problems among the Building Evacuation Laws)

  • 최근 건축물이 대형화, 고층화, 복합화됨에 따라 재난사고에 대한 재실자의 인명안전과 재산보호를 위해 건축물 피난설계에 대한 관심이 매우 높아지고 있다. 하지만 우리나라의 경우 기술적 기준에 의한 사양적 관련법령 규정이나 건축주나 건설설계자 등 관계자의 인식부족 등으로 인해 화재시 재실자의 피난에 대한 고려는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 특히, 국내의 피난관련 규정이 건축법과 소방법으로 양분화되어 있어 지속적인 법 개정에도 불구하고 다양한 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건축법과 소방법간의 피난관련 규정의 문제점을 도출하여 향후 건축물 피난관련 법령의 개정을 위한 기초적 자료를 제시함에 그 목적이 있다.
