The purpose of this study was to evaluate comparatively the content of the Expanded National Immunization Program according to the provision method between 2005 and 2006 in Korea. We assessed the impact of the mutually exclusive vaccination policy using the result reports of the 2005 and 2006 Demonstration Project and the related references by the content analysis. The public health centers paid vaccination fees to the private clinic and hospital in the 2005 Demonstration Project in Daegu metropolitan city and Gunpo city. But, the public health centers directly supplied free vaccination services to the children in the 2006 Demonstration Project in Gangneung city, Yangsan city, and Yeongi-gun. The total budgets of 2005 and 2006 Demonstration Project were 6.57 billion won and 0.65 billion won, respectively. The computerized registration rates and timeliness rates of administration of each vaccination had improved all in the 5 Demonstration Project regions. However, the computerized registration rates of most vaccination in Gunpo city were higher than those in the 2006 Demonstration Project regions except hepatitis B. Especially, the computerized registration rate of BCG was 48.3%, but the BCG coverage rate by the follow-up telephone survey was 99.8% in Daegu metropolitan city. The community parents in all the regions were satisfied because of expanding financial and geographical access to immunization coverage. In conclusions, from the aspect of the main outcomes, the implementation of two different financial immunization aids appears to be widely accepted among these parents and to have had an impact on vaccination coverage. In the future, the government must try to enact that the national immunization policy including under-immunised or incompletely immunised groups would be achieved by the affordable method of the public-private dynamics.
This study examined what factors were associated with psychological well-being of grandparents providing daily care to their grandchildren. More focus on the role of various mediators such as caregiving perception and resources were given to investigate the complicated relationships between providing care and psychological function. I used the nationally representative data from the '2008 Korean National Survey of Welfare Need in the Elderly'. Results showed that there were diverse circumstances of caregiving. Grandparents who cared their grandchildren on behalf of dual career parents emerged predominantly from them. Findings also suggested that type of caregiving was related to external factors. Grandparents shouldering greater responsibility for their grandchildren showed lower levels of resources such as financial conditions and social support, and more negative perception of caregiving, which in turn was associated with lower psychological well-being. Finally, more financial resource and neighborhood support directly influenced more positive perception of caregiving. To enhance resources and empower grandparents raising their grandchildren, community-based intervening mechanism incorporating various environments and effective services to meet the needs of grandparents should be discussed in future studies.

According to the change of mandatory referral system in July 1, 2000, the effect to the medical utilization of outpatient clinic and medical income in ophthalmology of tertiary care medical institute, S Hospital in Seoul was evaluated for 6 months before(1999. 12$\sim$2000. 5) and after(2000. 12$\sim$2001. 5). The results were as follows: 1. The number of outpatients was reduced by 16.6%. The number of patient with blindness low vision, retina, glaucoma increased and that of patient with accommodation refractive error, cataract decreased. 2. The number of cataract patients was reduced by 36.6%. The major location of patient's address was changed to nearer to the hospital. The number of cataract surgery reduced in 4.1%, the waiting time reduced in 42.2%, however surgery time increased in 20.2% and number of postoperative complications increased in 11.4%. 3. The income of outpatient clinic and cataract surgery reduced. Among items of outpatient clinic income, the most increased was ocular examination and the most reduced was injection and drugs. Among items of cataract surgery income, the most increased was operation fee and the most decreased was doctor's fee. In conclusion, for the patient, due to the lowered density of outpatient population more space was provided to the patients with more severe disease entity such as blindness' low vision, retina and glaucoma. For the hospital, the need for the expansion of ophthalmology was not found, however that for creation of the special clinics dealing with more severe disease entity was found. Due to reduced income and increased need of financial investment for the equipment and manpower for the more severe disease entity, the ophthalmology of tertiary care medical institute is faced with financial disaster. It is strongly suggested that the cost of medical practice of more severe disease entity be raised to achieve the success after change of mandatory referral system in ophthalmology.
The number of people who perform their banking business on Internet has been increasing drastically during the recent period and the trend still continues. Banks and other types of financial institutions are now competing intensely with each other in attracting customers to this new innovative banking service. The marketers in charge of formulating and implementing the strategies for this new banking business need to understand the behavioral factors as well as the technical factors in order to succeed in attracting more customers to this new service. products. A deep understanding as to why and how the customers are adopting the new service developed on information technology is a prerequisite for a successful marketing effort. The purpose of this dissertation is to find out what factors are playing important roles in the customers'decision related to the adoption of the Internet banking services. The focus of the research is threefold. First. by testing the hypotheses proposed by the Technology Adoption Model, a well-known theory in the IT-related behavioral science, an analysis was made as to which factors are more important in affecting the attitudes and adoption of the Internet banking on the part of customers. Secondly, an analysis was made as to whether the three criteria of the Technographics- -the attitude toward new technology, level of income, and the motivational factor- -are useful as the criteria for segmenting the Korean users of the online banking. Thirdly, an analysis was made as to whether each customer group segmented by the criteria of the Technographics reveal a differential decision process and thus requires a differential approach strategywise.
The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that can affect the satisfaction with life of elderly with disabilities so as to provide measure for improving the quality of their lives. To that end, elderly with disabilities and 50 years or older were extracted from the raw data (2nd Wave, 1st Survey) of 2016 Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (or PSED), conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. And they were classified into those aging with disabilities (onset of a disability before 50 years) and those having disabilities with aging (onset of a disability after 50 years). The results of the analysis show factors affecting satisfaction with life were different in the two groups. Although awareness about employment, awareness about disability, levels of happiness, subjective socioeconomic standing, and financial problems were the common factors, health conditions and ability to function in daily life affected more those aging with disability, and employment status was more relevant to those having disability with aging. Based on these results, this study points out the need to take into account awareness about employment and disability when developing services for elderly with disabilities, to solve their financial problems, and to provide a collective approach to employment and health issues in order to improve the quality of their lives.
The main purpose of this study is to figure out the spending tendency of elderly consumers for their grandchildren. To this end, a detailed survey was carried out for two months from October 1 to November 30, 2011. The respondents consist of 461 elderly consumers over 60s who have grandchildren in elementary grades. Among the gathered data, relevant information was sorted out, coded, and then turned into statistical figures through SPSS 18.0 program. The outcome of this research is explained in the following three respects. First of all, based upon factor and cluster analysis, the role of grandparents has been divided into three categories, which are a babysitter, a friend and a visitor. Depending on their role, the surveyed elderly have been split into three groups-'Friend Group', 'Formal Visitor Group', 'Attached Group'. Second, to give you an overview of the consumption trend of the three groups, this study has reviewed the expenditure items, spending amount and consumption patterns, and made a list of products and services they purchased for the past one year for their grandchildren. Third, given the probability of wealth transfer to the next generation, there is a compelling need to figure out the purchase pattern of financial products. The elderly have been categorized into those with bank deposits only and those with a mixture of bank deposits and other financial products (insurance, fund, stocks, gold, dollar etc.).
Investment in public sector information services has been on the rise in recent years. The supply of high-speed Internet and smartphones has become more common, and the stability of the information system provided to the public in the public sector has become an important management factor. In other words, tasks such as handling civil complaints and issuing certificates by public institutions, financial transactions by banks, customs clearance work, and e-commerce by individuals or institutions are mostly done online. Therefore, how to deal with obstacles arising from the information system, which is in charge of important civil service affairs, is becoming a very important issue. In other words, in the case of a disability that does not function normally even for a short period of time, various problems can occur when the work is delayed, as well as causing serious financial damage to the civil petitioner. This could be accompanied by a decline in public confidence and various other damages such as filing civil complaints. The reasons for the occurrence of information system failures are very diverse and realistically difficult to predict when. Among the various measures to cope with disability, this paper proposed a plan to establish a disability situation notification system that can minimize confusion caused by disability in the event of a homepage malfunction. The proposed disability situation notification system was established in the public IDC environment to show the possibility of utilization.

FinTech has been discussed as an important business area towards technology-driven financial innovation. The term fintech is a combination of finance and technology, which means ICT technology currently associated with all finance areas. The popularity of the fintech industry has significantly increased over time, with full investment and support for numerous startups. Therefore, both academia and practice tried to analyze the trend of the fintech area. Despite the fact, however, previous research has limitations in terms of collecting relevant databases for fintech and identifying proper application areas. In response, this study proposed a new method for analyzing the trend of Fintech fields by expanding Fintech's terminology and using network analysis and topic modeling. A new Fintech terminology list was created and a total of 18,341 patents were collected from USPTO for 10 years. The co-classification analysis and network analysis was conducted to identify the technological trends of patent classification. In addition, topic modeling was conducted to identify the trends of fintech in order to analyze the contents of fintech. This study is expected to help both managers and investors who want to be involved in technology-driven financial services seize new FinTech technology opportunities.

With the development of mobile technology, asset management on the Internet have also developed a lot. Drawing on Technology Acceptance Model, this study examines YUEBAO deployment to model consumers' purchase intention to use financial products offered online. In this study, we hypothesized that the characteristics of online asset management product will affect the purchase intention through perceived usefulness and conduct empirical analysis on Chinese consumers. In the study model, the independent variables were considered to include individual involvement, experience, product protection, corporate credibility, convenience, mobility, and familiarity. In addition, the parameters constitute the usefulness, and the dependent variable is the purchase. The results are as follows. First, YUEBAO's complementarity, corporate credibility, convenience, and familiarity have a significant influence on YUEBAO's usefulness. Second, The YUEBAO's usefulness has a noticeable effect on the purchase intention. To perceive the high usefulness, the practicality strategy of enhancing the protection property, corporate reliability, convenience and familiarity of the online asset management product is needed. The study of consumer purchase behavior and consumer purchase intention of online wealth management products is very valuable for academic and practical work.
With the growing importance of accountability, it is getting necessary to test the impact of marketing expenditure on marketing performance. Including recent ROM, we can find a few researches about marketing accountability. But there are a few problems about definitions and metric of marketing expenditure and marketing performance. Therefore, by defining and analyzing the impact of marketing expenditure on marketing performance, we are going to set the classification scheme of marketing expenditure and marketing performance. Based on research findings, new definitions and metrics are proposed as follows. First, we suggest the classification scheme of marketing expenditure. Marketing expenditure is defined as expense accounts in the balance sheet for doing marketing tasks. Marketing expenditures includes many accounts, for example, marketing research, advertising, sales promotion, foreign market development, physical distribution, after services. Among these marketing investment, advertising expenses have a positive effect on marketing performance. Second, we suggest the classification scheme of marketing performance. Already, marketing performance has been defined as financial metrics, customer metrics, market metrics, and corporate social responsibility. But, in this study, we find that the process model is not relevant for explaining association between the performance metrics. The process model is a virtuous cycle: "customer metrics→market metrics→financial metrics→firm valuation metrics." But, in this study, it is not supported or a little significant association between these metrics. Based on these results, we suggest the balance model or flower model as the classification scheme of marketing performance.
