Based on the perspective of consumers and the method of value engineering, this paper uses "CSR expectation deviate level" to measure corporate social responsibility, and discusses the influence of corporate social responsibility on financial performance and its action path. This paper collected the questionnaire survey data of 878 consumers and the panel data of 98 listed companies from 2009 to 2012. The empirical results show that: (1) Consumers pay more attention to products and services, charity, environmental protection and their responsibilities to employees, and less attention to their responsibilities to shareholders or creditors and partners; (2) Corporate social responsibility is negatively correlated with financial performance, and corporate marketing ability plays a moderating role in it. That is, the smaller the gap between the level of corporate social responsibility fulfilled by enterprises and consumers' expectations, the better the financial performance of enterprises, which also reminds enterprises that they need to rationally allocate corporate social responsibility resources and constantly cultivate their own marketing capabilities, so as to better meet the level of corporate social responsibility expected by consumers. The value engineering method quantifies consumers' value perception of corporate social responsibility, which has a certain practical guiding role. Of course, there are some limitations in this paper, and future research can further explore the potential impact mechanism.

In recent years, Korean public libraries, placed under changing circumstances, require that some new and positive financial policies be formulated for the improvement of their services. T he purpose of this study is to propose a scheme to ensure the revenues of Korean public libraries. The main contents of this study are as follows : (1) Public finance theory is applied to the question of why the public library is publicly supported. The public library does not contribute to stabilization, but it does playa role in each of the other public sector functions : allocation of resources and redistribution of income. In public finance terms there is justification for at least partial subsidy of public library services, which have the attributes of public goods, merit goods and externalities. (2) Public libraries in Korea find themselves suffering from limited budgets. They are neglected in national and local budgets. The lack of adequate funding for library collections prevents libraries from rendering efficient services. (3) In order to put the finances of the Korean public library system on a firm basis, the following proposals are made: 1) It is proposed that the parallel administration under which public libraries are organized be unified to be directly under the local governments. 2) It is proposed that the legislative and administrative system for public library finance be strengthened. (1) Library expenses should be itemized independently in the calculation of general grants-in-aid to local governments. (2) A fixed portion of the total municipal revenue should be appropriated for public library services. It can be executed by making provisions expressly in the annual guidelines for budgeting, municipal ordinances, or in the Library Promotion Law. The rate of allocation should be specified as a part of the national public library development plan. (3) Library tax as a local tax can be imposed. An indirect tax is preferable in order to avoid public misunderstanding and antagonism. 3) The augmentation of the specific grants-in-aid for the public library is proposed. The Library Promotion Law and the Law on Budget and Administration of Grants should be amended to oblige the central government to give financial assistance to local public libraries. 4) It is proposed that strategies to encourage private endowments be worked out. Revision of the Law on Tax Reduction and Exemption and the activation of an advisory library committee at each public library are recommended. 5) Funding and utilization of the envisioned Library Promotion Foundation is proposed. Government contributions, contributions from the Culture and Arts Foundation, and donations from individuals, corporations, and enterprises can be considered as the financial resources of the Foundation. 6) It is proposed that the structure of the Korean Library Association be consolidated to exercise greater influence over the formation of national policy on the public library system. 7) It is proposed as an ultimate guarantee of the health of the public libraries that the citizenry be educated to strongly support library services in responce to the active services provided by the public libraries.

The current hospital industry is showing relatively low profitability in comparison with other industries due to the low medical fees and high costs. Therefore, our government presented the direction of improvement through model execution and support of the specialized hospitals. However, it is estimated that the specialized hospitals also will show differentiated management performances in accordance with their specialized fields due to the characteristics of medical treatment. Therefore, this study had attempted an analysis on the financial index in accordance with the weight of medical treatment items for the rehabilitative medicine department among the whole hospital groups through getting out of analyzing financial indices of individual hospitals centered at their costs. For this p개pose, this study had carried out its research by partially reciting the study on the plan for utilizing participations of private health resources to expand rehabilitative medicine services into the private people of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute(KHIDI). As its results, it was shown that the stability, profitability, activity and productivity of hospitals with high weight of medical treatment for the rehabilitative medicine department were lower than those for the general hospitals. To support smooth operations of these hospitals 'with high weight of medical treatment for the rehabilitative medicine department or of specialized rehabilitation hospitals, it is judged that the plan such as the support for hospital management fund and the additional recognition on the rehabilitative fees, etc. together with the actualization of medical fees must be provided for the institutions which are providing rehabilitative medical services more than the fixed percentage and being equipped with the sufficient medical equipment and personnel to do them.

Blockchain technology began in 2008 when an unidentified person named Satoshi Nakamoto proposed a cryptocurrency called Bitcoin. Satoshi Nakamoto had distrust of the existing financial system and wanted to implement a financial system that is robust against hacking or mannipulation without a middleman such as a bank through blockchain technology. Satoshi proposed a blockchain as a technology to prevent the creation of the bitcoin and forging of transactions, and through this, the functions of issuance, transaction, and verification of currency were implemented. Since then, Ethereum, a cryptocurrency that can implement the smart contract on the blockchain, has been developed, allowing financial products that require complex contracts such as deposits, loans, insurance, and derivatives to be brought into the area of cryptocurrency. In addition, it is expanding the possibility of substituting products provided by financial institutions through combination with real assets. These applications are defined as Decentralized Finance (DeFi). This paper was prepared to understand the overall technical understanding of DeFi and to introduce the services currently in operation. First, the technologies and ecosystems that implement the overall DeFi are explained, and then the representative DeFi services are categorized by feature and described.

This study estimated the optimal nursing workforce and financial costs of providing comprehensive nursing services at hospitals under the national health insurance system. Data on registered nurses, nursing aids, medical institutions, and number of patients were obtained from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. The optimal size of the nursing workforce was calculated using the workload model. A bottom-up approach was used to estimate the annual total financial cost of comprehensive nursing services. The number of registered nurses and nursing aids would need to be increased by 81.75% and 83.23%, respectively, in order to fully apply comprehensive nursing care on a national scale. The additional financial costs for comprehensive nursing services at all hospitals was estimated to be as much as 110.39% of the current cost. For the comprehensive nursing service, nurses with a career and newcomers need to be retained at their hospitals, and the validity of the nurse-patient ratio should be continuously checked. The financial shock to the national health insurance system could be minimized by gradually extending the system to all hospitals.

Various services have been provided due to the recent development of IT technology and widespread usage of smartphones. In recent years, Fintech service that provides financial services through mobile devices has been the trending issue. However, mobile payment services haven't been widely used. The risk factors that appear when users seek to utilize a service, in particular, is one of the biggest hinderance in the expansion of mobile payment services. The failure of gaining the trust of the consumers appear to be the continuing hinderance factor. Therefore this study is to analyse the impact of perceived risk factors on trust and continuance intention of mobile payment services. For the research purpose, we conducted survey and the research results show that most of perceived risk factors have influence on trust and continuance intention except on the impact of perceived financial risk on trust.

Mobile Money is a key factor of financial inclusion that can revolutionize the financial service delivery and hence enhance access to finance in emerging economies, especially the East African countries. This study therefore aims to study the determinants of individual's behavioral intention and usage of Mobile Money services in Ethiopia by usiing the UTAUT2 model. The research model was tested by sampling 200 respondents from different areas of Ethiopia. The analysis results found that Government Support, Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectancy, Trust and Effort Expectancy are the key factors that affect the usage of Mobile Money service, while Lower Transaction Cost factors and Social Influence were not statistically significant. The findings provide useful information that only government's active efforts and support to promote mobile money services, through appropriate policies and regulations rather than lower transaction cost, can facilitate the adoption and dissemination of such services in Ethiopia.

The loss of biodiversity poses a significant threat not only to business sustainability and investment risk but also to societal well-being. Nature serves as a crucial driver for long-term business viability and economic prosperity. The Task Force on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), established in September 2023, mandates that companies assess and disclose their impacts on nature. Despite this, many businesses lack a full understanding of their reliance on and impact upon natural capital and ecosystem services, leading to insufficient disclosures. This study evaluates the applicability of TNFD's assessment methodologies and indicators within a domestic context, highlighting the condition of nature and ecosystem services, and exploring potential synergies with national biodiversity policies. Our analysis suggests that TNFD necessitates a unique approach to the spatial and temporal data and methodologies traditionally employed in environmental impact assessments. This includes assessing the reciprocal influences of corporate activities on natural capital and ecosystem services via the LEAP framework. Moreover, in industries where the choice of specific indicators depends on unique sectoral traits, developing a standardized strategy for data and assessment indicators-adapted to local conditions-is crucial due to the variability in the availability of assessment tools and data. The proactive engagement of the private sector in ecosystem restoration projects is particularly promising for contributing towards national biodiversity objectives. Although TNFD is in its nascent phase, its global adoption by numerous companies signifies its potential impact. Successful implementation of TNFD is anticipated to deepen businesses' and financial institutions' understanding of natural capital and ecosystem services, thereby reinforcing their commitment to sustainable development.
