As internet companies advance into the film industry, China's IP movies have grown rapidly and brought huge business benefits to the movie market. This paper tried to diagnose the phenomenon of the Chinese IP film craze and derive its meaning and implications. To this end, we selected representative cases to examine the problems and the corresponding improvement measures. Among the three genres of novels, cartoons, and music that are currently drawing the most attention in IP film adaptation, the examples were "Wu Kong", "Take My Brother Away", "My Old Classmate". The research results show that there are problems such as the unification of Chinese IP films, the lack of screenplay ability, and the copyright. Some improvement measures such as establishing IP copyright trading platform, strengthening IP creation, and promoting the value chain of IP industry are put to solve these problems. We hope that China's IP film market create a value chain on the basis of this paper.

The $21^{st}$ century is the age when the revolution of digital technology enables two-way communication and when emotional values are emphasized. Thus, it exerts influence on the fashion industry and fashion communication. Along with fashion shows, advertising and displays, many fashion brands have increased the use of fashion films. For that reason, this study examines the characteristics of fashion films made by fashion brands, based on the frame work of persuasion communication. For the research, literature reviews and internet website research were done and films of Chanel, Prada, Kenzo and Alexander Wang were analyzed. The definition and types of fashion films were redefined as terminology varied throughout previous studies prior to analyzing each case. As a result, a fashion film would be redefined as 'a digital image which a fashion brand publishes to consumers for the promotion of brand comprehension'. Also, five fashion film types, 'short film', 'campaign film', 'animation film', 'brand film' and 'show film' were redefined. The analysis provided three communication characteristics: reliability, engagement and intuition. First, reliability is attained when a fashion brand (sender) delivers brand message to consumers (receiver) consistently and unitedly. Second, engagement is attained when the type of fashion film (channel) delivers creative image features such as format, music, video technique to attract consumers' interest. Lastly, intuition is attained when a fashion brand (sender) delivers a message akin to brand identity and deepens consumers' understanding. In addition, this study tried to identify the unique usage tendency of brands that could serve as practice guidelines for other fashion brands.

This study comparatively analyzed the instrumentation and the voicing structure, which were shown in the film music titled "Star Wars-Main Title" by John Williams(1932~), with analytical technique that the writer mapped out, and aimed to discover the progression principle in orchestration based on the results. Also, it applied a functional part-division method that was classified and distributed into 3 functional parts according to auditory cognitive level as for each of functional elements such as the musical element. And, it made it pattern for the vertical structure and the voicing structure in musical instruments, which were distributed to each functional part based on this, and comparatively analyzed the standard point in a change which were shown according to progression of music, namely, the operating technique. As for the results of this study, first, each theme has specific instrumentation pattern. Unity was emphasized by consistently organizing those things in exposition, reprise, and recapitulation of each theme. To reinforce diversity, an attempt was made such as adding and reducing auxiliary instruments in the middle part and the rear part. Second, even in a change of instrumentation pattern by passage in accordance with a change in theme amid each part, the same instrumental group was organized in the middle part, thereby having maintained unity. Third, to strengthen diversity by clause, which is forming each theme, a continuous change in voicing pattern was created by adding or omitting a part. Fourth, the voicing concentration was maintained the structure of "thinness-thickness" in the whole musical piece. However, in part 2 that is repeated theme 3, diversity was pursued with a unique change of "thickness-thickness." Fifth, in part 4 that is indicated theme 4, the other diversity was intensified with the inverted range in the front part and the middle part. Accordingly, based on the conclusions that were indicated in this work, it is desired to be conducive to understanding the horizontal consideration and the progression principle of orchestration.

As various media have developed in modern society, frequency of use of interactive media has increased which makes interactive function that uses and handles projection mapping and LED screen in set design of broadcasting, concert, play, musical and EDM(Electronic dance music) in real time possible. Development of various media led today's viewers to have higher cultural desire and the need of various interactive performance contents to receive more attention.[1]. This thesis implemented real time VJing that responds to user's motion based on existing H/W by utilizing real time interactive elements.
This study is an empirical study approach to investigating impact of 3D stereoscopic film's customer satisfaction. Using conventional methods, there were identified 3D stereo films's factors that character, story, dialogue, music, and 3D technical factors. And There were trying to analyze the impactive gaps of 3D stereoscopic film's customer satisfaction between high participation and low participation of customers about 3D film's. The results of this study can be summarized broadly as follows. First, the story and 3D technical factors was high-impact of customer's satisfaction at watching the 3D films. Second, 3D technical factors were highly correlated with customer satisfaction at the low participation group. And 3D technical factors and story were highly correlated with customer satisfaction at the high participation group. The conclusion is expected to provide useful suggestions about the selection of variables at the future 3D film study.

As the cultural industry might be regarded as the most intimate industry to the general public, it is relatively easy to be widely accepted. With the development of the internet, not only people in various countries have been closely connected, but production networks around the world might also be connected with each other. This article will use data and case studies to clarify how global production networks operate in the development of the cultural industry. By taking the relatively novel point of contact of connection between global production networks and the development of the cultural industry, it summarizes the development models of the film, television and music sectors in the Korean cultural industries. The study found that the development model of the film, television and music industry from the 1990s to the present could be divided into four phases, and most firms are now in the outsourcing and expansion phase. Relying on the huge production networks, these two industries are likely to be improving their popularity and added value through global cooperation.
Korean Shamanism has long been regarded as the peripheral cult or supersition by the majoriy of the society. This fact is a result by the influence of the mass media, especially the motion pictures, which intentionally reflected the negative images of the Shamanism. The documentary films, which stress the objectivity and the reality, rather disclose the neutral position toward the Shamanism. In fact, the directors of the documentary films who have more or less close relationship with the Shamanism have tried to exhibit the mental world and the traditionality of the Shamanism. In this paper, I will explore the value of Shamanism reflected in the documentary films. I focus of two films; directed by the Korean and directed by a foreigner. In this way, I can compare the attitudes of the two directors toward the Korean Shamanism. The director of confessed that he was attracted by the aspect of a musical underlied in the shaman ritual. However, the film does not show the artistic beauty of the shaman music because the director failed to understand the essential aspect of the shaman ritual, that is, the music. In this way, the director failed to show the distinct characteristics of the shamanism to the audience. The director of , a music herself, was focused on the music of the shamanism. The story flows to the adventure to seek a "master" with a long journey to enjoy diverse genres of Korean performing arts. This story resembles the epic shaman song, the Princess Bari. In this way, the audience can easily grasp the beauty of Korean culture. Music is said to be a universal language and, at the same time, a non-universal language which reflects a special trait of a cultural community. The Korean shaman ritual music is a non-universal language that is an accumulation of the Korean culture for a long time. The Korean director fails to exhibit the essential characteristics of the Shamanism since he does not have enough knowledge toward the shaman ritual music in . However, the foreign director, who is a music herself, successively disclose the underlying beauty of Korean shaman ritual music and Korean traditional culture in .
The content industries environment has been undergoing significant changes due to rapid technological innovation and content market expansion. Interest in the industry is growing fast both in Asia and Europe. However, in Japan content industries are showing almost zero growth with no increase in overseas expansion. Until now, Japanese content industries have been able to grow based on domestic demands. Many different factors contributed to today's zero growth in Japanese content industries. Two main reasons are: 1) Their lack of interest in overseas expansion and 2) Insufficient investment in domestic human resources development. Considerable amounts of Japanese contents including films, music, games, and animations have been distributed in many Asian countries and today piracy problems in the region are at a serious level. According to 2004 records pirated editions accounted for 85%, 16%, 19%, and 36% in China, Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan respectively. Pirated editions bring economic losses to Japanese copyright profits. Making it worse, they weaken the motivation to create content and make it hard to activate cultural exchanges. Losses from copyright violations in Japanese content industries are expected to keep increasing in the future. In order to make Japan competitive and grow it is crucial to take proper measures to protect copyright infringements. This study considers the current situation of the Japanese content market, infringement issues in content which is causing many problems in Asian countries, including China, and facts about losses caused by this problem.
Cultural hybridization and global cross-fertilization, begun since the 1990s, mean the hybrid mixture of the low-class popular arts and the high-class fine arts and have found expression in intertextuality by means of the thinking system of de-constructuralist post-modernism. This study was intended to investigate the artistic intertextuality between fashion and art frontiere, especially between such fields as 'animation', 'music', and 'performing arts' and 'fashion', which shows the greatest characteristic of the phenomenon that the non-mainstream culture flows into the mainstream culture. It also aimed to investigate the intertextuality between 'technology' and 'fashion' as the delivery room of the youth culture and copycat culture due to the benefit of technologies since the 20th-century digital revolution. Animation as the neo-pop art with the popular code coming to the forefront in the 21th century integrated high-class fashion and low-class fashion into one through the combination of fashion and humor, and the musical element referring to the social difference of the cultural field and the social strata is becoming the 21th-century fashion icon through its fusion with the pictorial tendency along with the leisure-time life of the non-mainstream strata. In terms of intertextuality in performing arts, fashion style performs an important role in the presentation of performing arts and since the de-construction of the fin-de-ciecle form and its fusion with media have taken place, fashion works become and element of the origin that has an influence on a series of film, dance, dramatic elements and the like. The paradigm of technology made it socially and culturally possible to achieve the architecture of clothing system necessary for fashionable technical clothing by allowing the possibility of imitation, the function of technology to form popular culture. The intertextual tendency in the 21th-century fashion began from the de-constructive phenomenon of existing norms and now takes the multicultural character of surpassing a certain domain or concept. And it positions itself as the total art of spearheading the low-class culture and the non-mainstream culture as the hybrid domain of mainstream and non-mainstream cultures or high-class and low-class cultures.
