is a film festival in conjunction with that shows about 50 works from 25 countries. It has become the only martial arts action film festival going on in Korea, with 32 feature films and 24 short films for a total of six days during the event from August 30 to September 6. has the slogan 'Muye, change the history of movies!' Through the movie, it sheds light on the value of life pursued by the martial arts spirit around Samjae, the core value of martial arts, and explores the aesthetic value of the most beautiful gesture that humans can make through the movement of martial arts centered on the space of dots, good and cotton. And through this film festival, I saw the potential to grow into a festival with the world. With this film festival, the identity of is established as a sustainable film festival, not as a single film festival, and image of martial arts action movies, which are part of genre movies, through the certainty of this image, differentiates itself from domestic and international film festivals, and does not stay in Northeast Asia or in Southeast Asia. Then, let's study the value of the future through the results of this film festival. In addition, we will study ways to increase the probability of growth as the best cultural and arts festival held along with the world's only international martial arts competition.

In this study, we're going to look at the formation process of Youth film Festival and factors affecting that process. The Youth film Festival didn't appear suddenly in a day. There have been various trial regarding media education by civil society organizations (NGO) until the mid 1990s, principal Youth film Festival has been held from 1997s to 2001s and established a framework for Youth film Festival. There were some progress after those times and then in 2008 Youth film Festival faced some changes such as screening online, and responded rapidly to the current image industry and the cultural stream like the appearance of HD camcoder and smart phone till now. We can divide two areas regarding factors that affecting those formation process of Youth film Festival. First, they are explained as economic and social factors that the situation of South Korea extremely such as the efforts of civil society organizations (NGO), image technology and development of the industry, IMF bailout era and so on, second cultural and educational factors that the rise of virtual culture, the University entrance and results of awards. Thus Youth film Festival has been evolved in various affects, so we can look into the various sections of korea society through these formation process of Youth film Festival.

This paper is to analyze the relationships among the service quality of regional festival, revisiting the festival, which is a customer loyalty, and orally transmitted effect in Jeonju International Film Festival (JIFF), which is a regional festival. It is significant in that the satisfaction of service quality effects on the overall satisfaction in the film festival Major factors for film festival service quality such as facility convienence, souvuior, program, PR, information and accessbility is significant in the statistics. It is estimated that overall satisfaction for service quality and royality affect each other positively.

Dance films, which started together as a combination of dance and video technology, have evolved into a new genre. Overseas, from early 1950s, experimental dance films have been produced and the dance film association is organized along with many dance film festivals are being held. However, it has not been long since the perception and creativity of the genre of dance films in Korea. Under these circumstances, holding of the 'Seoul Dance Film Festival' and experimental approaches by 'Dance Film Project' are important for the development of domestic dance films. Therefore, this paper explores the concept and development of dance films, the status and features of various overseas dance film festivals and the 'Seoul Dance Film Festival'. This paper also explores the roll and function of 'Seoul Dance Film Festival' and 'Dance Film Project', and their expected benefit along with possibilities of prosperity of domestic dance film. 'Dance Film Project' is the educational and experimental venue for producing of dance films, and the 'Seoul Dance Film Festival' is a platform for producing dance film makers, show of works, dialogue with audiences, international exchanges, and distributions. The dance film festival embodies the value of the past and current flow of the dance film and is intrinsic to the existence of a live content that can be predicted the future aspect of its roll. The two groups mutual growth and development are expected to play a positive role in the development of domestic dance films.

This article aims to overview the present condition of the film festival, as one of the cultural policies for regional development, and draw up a plan for them, focused on PIFF and JIFF. Pusan and Jeonju have their own movie infrastructure and each festivals has a distinction as to property and purpose. But, for the festivals to be successful continuously, more regionally suitable and unique events are needed. In case of PIFF, it is required that the promoter should highlight regional characteristics of Pusan, by dint of implementation of programs, centered on people's active participation in the festival; regarding JIFF, for Jeonju to be a mecca of media industry, long-term plans and policies are to be made. The plans for revitalization of International film festival, as local cultural festival, are as follows; good use of local place as movie location, development of relevant contents, formation of regional networking, and cultivation of local human resource.

The purpose of this study is to measure the factor of determination on satisfaction level of the Jeonju International Film Festival. A study is analysed through research that is consisted of satisfaction factor#s items of 32 local festival visitor to study factors of determination of local festival visitor#s satisfaction level. This research data extracted 6 factors, which are access and souvenir, food/lodging, information/service, event/pastime, and convenient facilities. In conclusion, the festival is likely to attract more tourists and make them satisfied if better content of the festival is provided. There, most of the tourists need to becoming cleared to be satisfied due to its values of culture recognition through various contents of the festival, fun factors, food/lodging factors, and various programs.

This study considers aesthetic characteristics by examining red carpet dress in China film festival. The research methods were quantitative and qualitative analysis of red carpet dress images collected from 2015 to 2019 on websites according to four criteria following previous research on red carpet dresses. The results of the study are as follows. First, the analysis of red carpet dress silhouettes showed that A-line silhouettes, slim silhouettes, and mermaid silhouettes appeared. Second, in terms of colors, one color, black, represented a higher proportion of the dress colors than the combination of different colors. Third, soft texture occupied the highest proportion of material textures, and combinations of materials with different textures were also used. In the case of patterns, the proportion of dresses without patterns was high, and natural patterns were found in the largest proportion. Beads and sequins accounted for most of the dress details, and the analysis showed that various detail types such as embroidery, slits, ruffles, and belts were used in the red carpet dresses. The aesthetic characteristics of the red carpet dresses worn at the China film festival were analyzed as sensual, elegant, decorative, and simple.
