근관충전방법에 따른 내흡수 치근의 근관충전 효율성 비교 (COMPARISON OF CANAL FILLING EFFICIENCY ON THE INTERNALLY RESORBED ROOT ACCORDING TO CANAL FILLING TEHNIQUES)

  • Canals with artificially made internal resorption were filled with 4 techniques(Lateral condensation, Ultrafil, Obtura II, Thermafil) to compare the efficacy of canal filling according to the filling techniques. After canal filling, radiographic examination, dye penetration through the apical portion and percentage of G-P filled area on the internal resorption area were evaluated. To examine the degree of crystal-like structure and the interface between filled G-P and canal wall, SM and SEM images were taken too. The results were as follows : 1. There was no statistically significant difference in apical microleakage among the 4 root canal filling techniques. 2. As a result of radiographic examination, Ultrafil was the best and Obtura II was acceptable but Lateral condensation and Thermafil showed unfavorable canal filling pattern similarly. 3. Ultrafil filled most of artificially made internal resorption area and Obtura II, Lateral condensation, Thermafil in that order filled unfavorably. 4. Degree of crystal like structure was the highest in the group filled with Ultrafil and those of Obtura II and Thermafil were similar and that of gutta percha used in Lateral condensation showed the lowest value. 5. Penetration of gutta percha into the dentinal tubules couldn't be seen in all groups. In the contact surface between the filled G-P and the canal wall, Lateral condensation showed relatively close sealing, Obtura II and Thermafil had irregular contact surface and Ultrafil showed regular filling pattern. 6. Contact surface between the core of Thermafil and the gutta percha showed close relationship without gap formation.

VaRTM과 VAP 공정의 수지 충진실험 및 해석에 관한 연구 (A study on Resin Filling Analysis and Experiment by VAP and VaRTM Processes)

  • VaRTM(Vacuum assisted resin transfer molding)과 VAP(Vacuum assisted process) 공정은 RTM(Resin transfer modling) 공정의 한 종류로서, 대형구조물을 저가에 제작할 수 있는 대표적인 탈 오토클레이브(OOA, Out of Autoclave) 공정이다. 본 논문에서는 VaRTM과 VAP 공정을 상호 비교하기 위하여 수지 충진시험을 진행하였으며, 충진과정과 치수 안정성 등을 상호 비교하였다. 또한, 충진과정을 모사할 수 있는 해석기법을 개발하였으며, 유전센서를 사용하여 수지의 유동선단을 검출하여 이를 해석결과와 상호 비교하였다. 수지 충진시험 결과, 복합재 평판의 총 충진시간은 VAP공정은 48분, VaRTM 공정은 145분으로 측정되어, VAP 공정에 의한 충진시간이 VaRTM 대비 약 67% 단축되었으며, VAP공정이 VaRTM 공정에 비해 복합재 평판의 두께조절능력과 균일도가 우수함을 확인하였다.

  • A new forming technology has been developed to fabricate near-net shape products using light metal. A semi-solid forming technology has some advantages compared with the conventional forming processes such as die casting squeeze casting and hot/cold forging. In this study the numerical analysis of semi-solid filling for a straight die shape and orifice die shape in gate pattern is studied on semi-solid materials(SSM) of solid fraction fs =30% in A356 aluminum alloy. The finite difference program of Navier-Stokes equation coupled with heat transfer and solidification has been developed to predict a filling pattern and the temperature distribution of SSM. The programdeveloped in this study gives die filling patterns of SSM and final solidifica-tion region.

  • 기존 재료들의 단점인 재료의 전이성, 염증 유발, 효과의 단기 지속 등의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 PLGA 미립구를 주 재료로 하는 주사 충전재를 개발하였다. 생쥐 실험 결과 염증 반응이 적고 장기 이동성이 없으며 부피 유지 효과가 우수하다는 결론을 내렸으며 추가적으로 장기 추가 보완 실험을 실시하여 비뇨기과, 성형외과적 주사용 충전재로써의 적합성을 조사하겠다.

사출성형에 대한 충전과 보압과정의 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Filling and Packing Phases on the Injection Modeling)

  • Injection molding process factors such as molding temperature, injection pressure, flow rate and flow velocity, must be controlled properly in filling and packing phases in the injection molding process. In this study, effects of these factors on the injection molding were investigated through the flow analysis fur the filling and packing phases. Molding troubles like flow mark, weld line, sink mark, short shot and warpage can be caused by these injection molding process factors. Among them, the short shot was caused by that the packing pressure could not reach properly to the filling end part in the packing phase and hence the flow rate could not be supplied to the full. In addition, as the flow rate for the volumetric shrinkage during the frozen phase could not be supplied properly by the packing pressure, the short shot appeared. Here, the volumetric shrinkage reduced with increasing the packing pressure and also the warpage of molded part increased with increasing the packing pressure.

AZ91D 합금의 기계적 성질 및 금형충전성에 미치는 결정립 미세화 원소의 영향 (Effects of Grain Refining Elements on the Mechanical Properties and Mold Filling Ability of AZ91D Alloy)

  • Various grain refining alloying elements such as Sr, TiB, and Ca were added to AZ91D and their effects on the mechanical properties and mold filling ability were investigated. The average grain sizes of those alloys were significantly reduced by the small amounts of the alloying elements. Ca addition was the most remarkably effective in reducing the grain size, however it was found to deteriorate the mold filling ability and tensile properties. TiB addition was observed to be the most efficient for both grain refinement and mold filling.
