Long-Term Hydrologic Impact Assessment (L-THIA) model which is a distributed watershed model was applied to analyze the spatial distribution of surface runoff and nonpoint source pollutant loading from Imha watershed during 2001~2010. L-THIA CN Calibration Tool linked with SCE-UA was developed to calibrate surface runoff automatically. Calibration (2001~2005) and validation (2006~2010) of monthly surface runoff were represented as 'very good' model performance showing 0.91 for calibration and 0.89 for validation as Nash-Sutcliffe (NS) values. Average annual surface runoff from Imha watershed was 218.4 mm and Banbyun subwatershed was much more than other watersheds due to poor hydrologic condition. Average annual nonpoint source pollutant loading from Imha wateshed were 2,295 ton/year for $BOD_5$, 14,752 ton/year for SS, 358 ton/year for T-N, and 79 ton/year for T-P. Amount of pollutant loading and pollutant loading rates from Banbyun watershed were much higher than other watersheds. As results of analysis of loading rate from grid size ($30m{\times}30m$), most of high 10 % of loading rate were generated from upland. Therefore, major hot spot area to manage nonpoint source pollution in Imha watershed is the combination of upland and Banbyun subwatershed. L-THIA model is easy to use and prepare input file and useful tool to manage nonpoint source pollution at screening level.

In this paper, classification feature is selected with focus of musical content, note sequences pattern, and measures similarity between note sequences followed by constructing clusters by similar note sequences, which is easier for users to search by showing the similar note sequences with the search result in the CBMR system. Experimental document was $\ulcorner$A Dictionary of Musical Themes$\lrcorner$, the index of theme bar focused on classical music and obtained kern-type file. Humdrum Toolkit version 1.0 was used as note sequences treat tool. The hierarchical clustering method is by stages focused on four-type similarity matrices by whether the note sequences segmentation or not and where the starting point is. For the measurement of the result, WACS standard is used in the case of being manual classification and in the case of the note sequences starling from any point in the note sequences, there is used common feature pattern distribution in the cluster obtained from the clustering result. According to the result, clustering with segmented feature unconnected with the starting point Is higher with distinct difference compared with clustering with non-segmented feature.
Commercial plate bolus is generally used for treatment of surface tumor and required surface dose. We fabricated 3D-printed bolus by using 3D printing technology and usability of 3D-printed bolus was evaluated. RT-structure of contoured plate bolus in the TPS was exported to DICOM files and converted to STL file by using converting program. The 3D-printed bolus was manufactured with rubber-like translucent materials using a 3D printer. The dose distribution calculated in the TPS and compared the characteristics of the plate bolus and the 3D printed bolus. The absolute dose was measured inserting an ion chamber to the depth of 5 cm and 10 cm from the surface of the blue water phantom. HU and ED were measured to compare the material characteristics. 100% dose was distributed at Dmax of 1.5 cm below the surface when was applied without bolus. When the plate bolus and 3D-plate bolus were applied, dose distributed at 0.9 cm and 0.8 cm below the surface of the bolus. After the comparative analysis of the radiation dose at the reference depth, differences in radiation dose of 0.1 ~ 0.3% were found, but there was no difference dose. The usability of the 3D-printed bolus was thus confirmed and it is considered that the 3D-printed bolus can be applied in radiation therapy.
This study analyses recent development of digital contents industry. The purpose of this study is to show how the convergence phenomenon is occurring in the digital contents industry. Furthermore, this study examines the influence of digital convergence on the digital contents industry. The characteristics of the digital contents industry falls roughly into three features. To begin with, technical aspect of the industrial feature is that digitalized contents can be used in various digital devices, namely OSMU(One Source Multi Use). The second feature is related to protection of copyright against illegal file sharing and downloading. One final point is that platform for distribution channels has been universal by digital convergence. To sum up, the notable feature of digital contents industry is high value-added. Also, digital contents industry is composed of users, digital device, network, and universal contents. Users are the key component of digital contents industry, who is distinguished from consumers. Digital devices such as mobile phone, PDA can play all kinds of digital contents and make users communicate in two-ways. Portable devices also allow the users to consume digital contents at any place. Digital contents can be distributed by both wire and wireless networks. And most of transactions can be made through networks. There are three key issues about digital convergence. Entry barriers for market become lowered; the age of contents users is changed from old generation to young generation. And the form of contents devices is changing rapidly. Traditional contents field such as movie, music, broadcasting, publishing, animations are combined into one digital contents territory. As a result, this paper suggests that digital convergence phenomenon will be accelerating for the future. According to the result of this study, the advent of digital convergence and e-Commerce will have significant influence on trade of digital contents.
With HTTP/1.0, a single request means a single HTTP connection so that the granular unit of dispatching is the same as real load. But with persistent HTTP connection, multiple requests may arrive on a single TCP connection. Therefore, a scheme that dispatches load at the granularity of individual requests constrains the feasible dispatching policies In this paper we propose a new connection dispatching polity for supporting HTTP/1.1 persistent connections in cluster-based Web servers. When the request of a base html file arrives, the dispatcher gets the subsequent load arriving on that connection using the embedded objects information. After the dispatcher stores the load information in Load Table, the dispatcher employs the connection aging strategy on live persistent connections on the passage of time. The results of simulation show about $1.7\%\~16.8\%$ improved average response time compared to existing WLC algorithm.

Mobile devices become a pak of our daily life due to their versatility, such as the wireless phone calls, the wireless accessibility to Internet, the display of multimedia content, and the communication with nearby mobile devices. Third generation telecommunication service provides an easy access to the Internet for nubile devices. Mobile users pay a fee charged by the telecommunication provider based on the amount of data transferred. This paper introduces a special ad hoc network in which mobile devices cooperate each other to download an interesting content from the Internet in order to reduce the telecommunication cost. The mobile devices, called the peers, in the ad hoc network are assigned a portion of the target file, and are responsible for downloading the portion using their 3G connection. Then, the peers exchange their downloaded portion with other participating peers using their cost-free ad hoc connection in order to reconstruct the whole content. According to the simulation results, large number of participating peers saves the telecommunication cost up to 90% with as few as 10 peers, although it slightly increase the overall content reconstruction time.

Depending on network conditions, a communication network could be overloaded when media are transmitted. Research has been carried out to lessen network overloading, such as by filtering, load distribution, frame dropping, and other methods. Among these methods, one of the most effective is frame dropping, which reduces specified video frames for bandwidth diminution. In frame dropping, B-frames are dropped and then I- and P-frames are dropped, based on the dependency among the frames. This paper proposes a scheme for protecting copyrights by encryption, when frame dropping is applied to reduce the bandwidth of media based on the MPEG-4 file format. We designed two kinds of frame dropping: the first stores and then sends the dropped files and the other drops frames in real time when transmitting. We designed three kinds of encryption methods using the DES algorithm to encrypt MPEG-4 data: macro block encryption in I-VOP, macro block and motion vector encryption in P-VOP, and macro block and motion vector encryption in I-, P-VOP. Based on these three methods, we implemented a digital rights management solution for MPEG-4 data streaming. We compared the results of dropping, encryption, decryption, and the quality of the video sequences to select an optimal method, and found that there was no noticeable difference between the video sequences recovered after frame dropping and the ones recovered without frame dropping. The best performance in the encryption and decryption of frames was obtained when we applied the macro block and motion vector encryption in I-, P-VOP.
Ultra high-resolution content, the file size is very large, therefore existing encoding techniques, it is not possible to transmit via the network. Efficient use of the network encoder HEVC corporation can be transferred. Compression requires a lot of time because it requires a distributed transcoding system. Distributed transcoding system is a distributed data store, and then encoded using a large number of nodes. The disadvantage of distributed transcoding system for distributed information is exposed or vulnerable to attack by internal managers. In this paper, when the super high definition content transcoding, distributed transcoding system does not guarantee the confidentiality of the problem to solve. We are using SNA, HEVC encoded content data encrypted using the secret distributing scheme was. Consequently, secure shared transcoding is possible, the internal administrator could prevent the attack.

This paper is about design and implementation of 'SeaMap' importer module which is for map-based application using 'SeaMap' data. 'SeaMap' data importer is a module that reads 'SeaMap' data in consistent form and offers using easily change the format and the internal data structure in the application. Design of data importer module is based on analyzing characteristic of 'SeaMap'. The comparative analysis between the data type of 'SeaMap' and standard S-57 Electronic Navigation Chart (ENC) of the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO), based on this, to be applicable of S-52 standards 'SeaMap' data is defined as a structure of data. The importer module is designed and converted to allow to use distribution type of 'SeaMap' data sets in map application, parsing 'SeaMap' data around the object defining transformation data structure. In addition, we implemented a 'SeaMap' data viewer in order to test our 'SeaMap' data importer module.

In order to analyze the hydrogen distribution during a severe accident in the APR1400 containment, GASFLOW II was used. For the APR1400 NPP, a hydrogen mitigation system is considered from the design stage, but a fully time-dependent, three-dimensional analysis has not been performed yet. In this study GASFLOW code II is used for the three-dimensional analysis. The first step to analysis involving hydrogen behavior in a full containment with the GASLOW code is to generate a realistic geometry model, which includes nodalization and modeling of the internal structures such as walls, ceilings and equipment. Geometry modeling of the APR1400 is conducted using GUI program by overlapping the containment cut drawings in a graphical file format on the mesh view. The total number of mesh cells generated is 49,476. And the calculated free volume of the APR1400 containment by GASFLOW is almost the same as the value from the GOTHIC modeling. A hypothetical SB-LOCA scenario beyond design base accident was selected to analyze the hydrogen behavior with the hydrogen mitigation system. The source of hydrogen and steam for the GASFLOW II analysis is obtained from a MAAP calculation. Combustion pressure and temperature load possibilities within the compartments used in the GOTHIC analysis are studied based on the Sigma-Lambda criteria. Finally the effectiveness of HMS installed in the APR1400 containment is evaluated from the point of severe accident management
