The base composition for a construction information union and application is insufficient, because the existent information driving for the underground facility is separately promoted from management organization. This Study is to analyze a accuracy by converting pre-constructive underground facility database to the unification database of digital map base and improve the accuracy for a field surveying. moreover, These results is to construct the information common system of web base GIS by jointing internet technology.

This study proposes a change from the currentexpected price integrated system, which is based on the standard of estimated unit manpower and material, to a new actual construction cost integrated system. In order to implement it, the standard method of measurement organization system as well as the communication area standard of estimated unit manpower and material should be changed Moreover, the work breakdown structure and itemized structure should be assorted.

The purpose of this study is to confirm whether the IT activity and organizational strategy makes a significant influence on the system performance. IT activity is defined as a system development, system operation and system management. Cost leadership and Differentiation were used as a strategic type. Field research was employed to empirically investigate the relationship among the variables. The finding of the study can be summarized as follows. IT activity and strategic type are not enough to explain the system performance.

For the past several years, we have built various tools for automatic construction of biopathways to help biological experts, especially in the field of agriculture. We integrated several systems for constructing web applications for analyzing biological pathway information for agricultural species, constructing optimized pathway maps. In addition to building web applications for agricultural pathway information, we developed several stand-alone software tools, which are publicly downloadable under proper license agreements.

In this paper, we explain Production Liability(PL) law and research Protection and Deference of Manufacturing Company for Production Liability Law. As Protection of Manufacturing company for PL law, we suggest company wide strategy and check list of organization of PL, design, manufacturing field, explanatory note, warning and instruct passage, sales and after service etc as TQM(total quality management) strategic. TQM of protect management of PL, which are all systematic manage of company. We also suggest defence of PL law as inside of company and insure PL insurance as outside of company.

The purpose of this study is to increase the economical efficiency and the efficiency of MIS user's attitudes. It hypothesized that an attitudes of users are different from an environmental variables and demographic variables of an organization. So, it selected attitude variables as moderating variables. The sample in this study is the management staff of financial industries only, and the data are selected by field study using a questionnaire. The hypotheses adopted were analyzed statistically by t-test and ANOVA etc.

This study is to examine the public participation activities in the progress of the design competition, purposed to provide urban public spaces by the reuse of industrial heritages. Through the case studies of Berlin Tempelhof Parkland, Mapo Depot and Seoul Station 7017, following activities are common: citizen idea competition, forum, field trip, survey and winners exhibition. However, those activities are more closely organized to the competition process in Tempelhof Parkland, than other tow projects of Seoul Metropolitan Government. Also, it enables to clear and develop the public ideas more that those programs such as survey, citizen idea competition and field trip, are linked to each other in the case of Tempelhof Parkland. It could be achieved by the unified organization between competition preparation and public participation operation.

Repetitive sequences such as SINE, LINE, and LTR elements form a major part of eukaryotic genomes. A literature search tool that summarizes the information contained within repeat elements would provide biologists in the field of genomics with a useful tool for analyzing genomic sequence features. We developed a java program designed to make literature access easier by using two search engines simultaneously. RepWeb is a web-based search system that provides a user friendly interface for searching the reference data and journals for information related to repeat elements by using the search engines, Google Scholar and PubMed, simultaneously. It provides an interface that displays the repeat element- related biological information, and includes useful functions such as the production of a repeat tree, clickable links to PubMed and Google Scholar, exporting, and sorting a field into date, author, journal and title.
