부유식 태양광 에너지 발전시설의 수정설계 (Modified Design of Floating Type Photovoltaic Energy Generation System)

  • We had designed and constructed floating type photovoltaic energy generation system. In this paper, we present the result of investigations pertaining to the development of links between unit modules of the floating type photovoltaic energy generation system. The link system installed between the unit modules is made of pultruded FRP, tire, and polyethilene synthetic fiber rope. The link system is analized by the finite element method. The floating type photovoltaic energy generation system consisted of unit modules connected by link system is installed successfully at sea site. In addition, we present the modified design of the floating type photovoltaic energy generation system based on the proto type system.

  • 해양 공간에 설치되어 유체의 흐름과 지형에 변화를 주며, 대상 수산 생물의 유집에 의한 생산 어장의 조성과 치어의 보호 육성을 도모하는 중효한 어장 시설인 인공어초의 기술 개발은 점차 다양화되어지고 있다. 부체부와 계류부로 구성되어 있는 부어초의 개발에 있어서는 부어초의 특성 및 안전상 계류시스템의 설계가 극히 중요한 부분이 된다. 이 논문에서는 부어초의 계류시스템에 많이 사용되어지는 나일론, 폴리에스터와 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 인조섬유로우프의 정적시험의 과정과 그 결과로서의 Creep거동 및 하중-인장 곡선을 얻었다. 특히 나일론 로우프의 경우 수중에서 20%내외의 강도 하락(Strength drop)이 관찰되며, Creep 시험 곡선은 대수시간 축(longerithmic time axis)상에서 직선을 유지하고, Flessner's formula와 평행한 결과를 얻었다.

Development of Bamboo Zephyr Composite and the Physical and Mechanical Properties

  • The objective of this study is to determine the effect of fiber direction arrangement and layer composition of hybrid bamboo laminate boards on the physical and mechanical properties. The raw material used was tali bamboo (Gigantochloa apus (J.A. & J.H. Schultes) Kurs) rope in the form of flat sheets (zephyr) and falcata veneer (Paraserianthes falcataria (L) Nielsen). Zephyr bamboo was arranged in three layers using water-based isocyanate polymer (WBPI) with a glue spread rate of 300 g/m2. There were variations in the substitution of the core layer with falcata veneers (hybrid) as much as two layers and using a glue spread rate of 170 g/m2. The laminated bamboo board was cold-pressed at a pressure of 22.2 kgf/cm2 for 1 h, and the physical and mechanical properties were evaluated. The results showed that the arrangement of the fiber direction significantly affected the dimensional stability, modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity, shear strength, and screw withdrawal strength. However, the composition of the layers had no significant effect on the physical and mechanical properties. The bonding quality of bamboo laminate boards with WBPI was considered to be quite good, as shown by the absence of delamination in all test samples. The bamboo hybrid laminate board can be an alternative based on the physical and mechanical properties that can meet laminated board standards.

목재세포벽(木材細胞壁)의 미세구조(微細構造)에 관한 연구(硏究) - Compression wood의 나선비후(螺旋肥厚)의 구조(構造) - (Ultrastructure of Wood Cell Wall Tracheids - The Structure of Spiral Thickenings in Compression Wood -)

  • The structure of spiral thickenings, particulary the appearance, arrangement and orientation of thickenings in compression wood of Torreya nucifera, were studied in detail by light and polarizing microscope, scanning and transmission electron microscope. The results obtained are as follows: (1) Using the inclined sections at an angle of 45 degrees to the fiber axis, it seems that we can not only observe the more accurate transverse view of the thickenings but also investigate the formation of their thickenings. (2) Generally 2-4 pieces of thickenings are projected to the cell lumen as nipple-like appearance in transverse section and are as frequent, well developed, forming pair and have the rope-like appearance in radial surface. (3) The secondary wall of early wood is composed of 3 layers (S1, S2, S3) and orientation of thickening appears S helix but that of late wood is of 2 layers (S1, S2) and that orientation shows Z helix. Above two regions are demaracted at several tracheid cells from the growth ring boundary. (4) Orientation of thickening seems to be a element showing the characteristics of compression wood in Torreya nucifera. (5) It believes that the thickenings of compression wood are integral part of the S3 in early wood tracheids and of the S2 in late wood and have the same orientations as the inner-most microfibrils in these layers. (6) Thickening and cavities seem to be not formed together in a secondary cell wall of same tracheids.

플라스틱칩 결체(結締) 톱밥보드의 기계적(機械的) 및 물리적(物理的) 성질(性質)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Mechanical and Physical Properties of Sawdustboard combined with Plastic Chip)

  • In order to study the effect of sawdustboard combined with plastic chips, 0.5mm($T_1$), 1mm($T_2$), 1.4mm($T_3$) thick nylon fiber. polypropylene rope fiber(RP), and 0.23mm thick moth-proof polypropylene net fiber(NP) were cut into 0.5, 1, 2cm long plastic chips. Thereafter, sawdustboard combined with plastic chips prepared as the above and plastic non-combined sawdustboard(control) were manufactured into 3 types of one-, two-, and three layer with 5 or 10% combination level. By the discussions and results at this study, the significant conclusions of mechanical and physical properties were summarized as follows: 1. The MORs were shown in the order of 3 layer> 2 layer> 1 layer among plastic non-combined boards, and $T_3$ < $T_2$ < $T_1$ < RP (NP(5%) < NP(l0%) among plastic combined boards. In 2cm long plastic chip in 1 layer board, the highest strength through all the composition was recognized. 1 layer board showing the lower strength with 0.5cm plastic chip rendered to the bending strength improvement by 2 or 3 layer board composition. On the other hand, 2 or 3 layer combined with 1, 2cm long polypropylene net fiber chips incurred MOR's conspicuous decrease requiring optimum plastic chip combined level and consideration to combined type. 2. MOE in plastic non-combined 3 layer board exhibited sandwich construction effect by higher resin content application to surface layer in the order of 3layer>1layer>2layer with the highest stiffness of the board combined with polypropylene chip, while nylon chip-combined board had little difference from plastic non-combined board. In relevant to length and layer effect, 3 layer board combined with the 0.5cm long polypropylene net fiber chip in 5% and 10% combined level presented 34-43% and 44-76% stiffness increase against plastic non-combined board(control), respectively. Moreover, in 1 layer board, 30% stiffness increase with 10% against 5% combined level in the 1 and 2cm long polypropylene net fiber chip was obtained. 3. Stress at proportional limit(Spl) showing the fiber relationship (r: 0.81-0.97) between MOR presented in the order of 1 layer<2 layer<3 layer in plastic non-combined board. Correspondingly, combined effect by layer and plastic chip length was similar to MOR's. 4. Differently from previous properties(MOR, MOE, Spl). work to maximum load(Wml) of 2 layer board approached to that of 3 layer board. Conforming the above phenomenon. 2 layer combined with 0.5cm long polypropylene net fiber chip kept the greater work than 1 layer. The polypropylene combined board superior to nylon -and plastic non - combined board seemed to have greater anti - failing capacity. 5. 수평흐름식 여과기술의 CSOs 적용을 위한 공정 최적화 연구 (A Study on Process Optimization for CSOs Application of Horizontal Flow Filtration Technology)

  • 강우사상이 발생함에 따라 시설용량을 초과하여 미처리된 상태로 방류수계에 직접 배출되는 합류식 관거 월류수(Combimed Sewer Overflows, CSOs) 및 분류식 관거 월류수(Separated Sewer Overflows, SSOs)의 관리는 집중호우가 잦아지는 근래에 들어 그 관리가 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 밀집도가 높은 도심지에 적용성이 유리한 여과기술은 지속적인 개발이 이루어지고 있음에도 불구하고 CSOs에 적용된 사례가 거의 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 로프형 섬유여재가 적용된 Pilot 규모의 수평흐름식 여과장치를 CSOs에 적용하기 위해 공정최적화를 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구방법은 인공시료를 적용한 사전연구와 하수를 적용한 현장연구로 구분하여 수행하였다. 인공시료를 적용한 사전연구에서 여재 자체의 손실수두는 약 1.1cm정도로 분석되었고, 선속도 10m/hr 증가에 따라 약 0.1cm 정도의 손실수두 증가를 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, SS 제거효율은 81.4% 정도로 안정적이었고, 여과지속시간은 6시간 이상 유지되었으며, 공기역세척만으로도 98% 정도의 손실수두 평균 회복율을 보였다. 하수를 적용한 현장평가에서는 여재의 조기폐색을 방지하기 위한 전처리공정으로 벨트 형 미세스크린(450mesh 이상)를 적용했을 때 2시간 내외의 여과지속시간을 확보할 수 있었고, 평균 83.9%의 SS 제거효율을 나타내었다. CSOs 및 SSOs에 여과공정 적용을 위해서는 효율적 측면보다 여과지속시간의 안정적 유지를 위한 수리적 측면을 보완하기 위해서 전처리공정과의 조합이 중요하다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 건기와 비교하여 우기의 유입하수 수질은 다소 낮은 보였으며, 이는 분류식 관거 비율이 높은 배수구역의 특성 때문인 것으로 추정된다. 또한, 우기와 건기의 유입수질에 따른 제거효율 차이는 미미하였다.

천해양식어업발달과정에 관한 연구 - 기술개발활동을 중심으로 - (A Study of Technical Development of Mariculture in the Coastal Water)

  • Mariculture is contrasted with inland aqua-culturing fisheries. It is defind as the Industry of rearing Aquaorganism in limited coastal area relatively shallow in depth. Then, It's coming into being realization of Mariculture in it is long in history that Mariculture was realized in Korea. But it is from the early part of 1960s, that this industry has normally developed. Owing to 200 miles economy-zone problems of coastal countries, the development of deep sea fishing was limited, so the Korean Government has now appreciated the importance of cultured industries in the field of coastal fisheries. And the Korean Mariculture the output of which was only 18, 000 M/T in '60s attained 540, 000M/T in 1980s, has now occupied its relative importance in Korean Fisheries Industry. So the purpose of this report is to suggest the prospect of technical development of mariculture in the future of Korea, through the analysis of the various problems that affect upon the individual management '||'&'||' fishing ground utilization, along with the appreciation of "how to extend of those technical innovation" and "how the fishermen's technique level is extended at this stage. According to this study, the result is summarized as follows. First, Maricultural technique is classified into 8 sub-techniques as follows, as shown in fig. 1.Fig. 1. The Formation structure of mariculture technique Second, the change of technical method of mariculture in coastal area of Korea has made as 5 stages; 1) Scattering of culturing organism 2) Culturing by putting stone and installing bamboo 3) Culturing by installing rope and seeding 4) Culturing of putting objectives in cages 5) Culturing fish by feed Third, the maricultural fisheries of Korea has about 70 years long in history. It began from 1910s. But at that time there was no special technique in aquaculture and its technique was confined in searching out the object of species. The species was laver, oyster ect.Forth, although realization of mariculture in Korea has been long time, it is of late from 1960s that this has been industrial with normal development, and its technique of mariculture has mainly has developed from 1970s. Its result not only contributed to the high growth in Korean ecconomy along with the well balanced development between industires, but also it played a great role for the resolution of nation's food problem. Especially maricultural production has shown its sustained annual increase of 13.8% during the last 20 years. So the portion of mariculture among total fisheries stucture was extended from 4.1% in the early 1960s to 22.4% in 1980s.Fifth, it could be safely said that such development in maricultural field is resulted from the activity of aquacultural institutes such as Fisheries Reseach '||'&'||' Development production of major kinds such as Oyster, Sea-mustard, and Laver etc. As well as in the innovation of aquaculturing method with synthetic fiber utilization. FRDA has played important role in the efficient propargation of new aquacultural technique.Sixth, as for the change in aquaculture structure and its during period between 1970s and 1980s, the private management participation shown 25% increase from household number of 45, 173 to 56, 268 in total number. And in the respect of the management scale, of their management decreased, while it showed an increase in relative large scale management, the increase over 3 employees compared with other fisheries field between '70s and 80s. This must be an major trait to be recorded, Now the data above mentioned are shown as in table 1 and 2.Table 1. The maricultural fishing ground development situation in 982.Table 2. But the problem being from now on is the self-discharge of the destruction fishing ground considered resulted from rapid expansion in aquaculture industry and the preventive system of sentility of fishing ground. sentility of fishing ground.
