3D Textile 프리폼 제조 및 복합재료 기계적 특성 연구 (Manufacture of 3D Textile Preform and Study on Mechanical Properties of Composites)

  • 항공기 복합재료 날개 구조는 대부분 접착 혹은 패스너로 체결되어 있는데, 이러한 적층 구조 복합재료는 층간 강도가 취약하여 층간 분리가 일어나기 쉽다. 이러한 적층 복합재료의 단점을 보완하기 위해 두께 방향의 섬유를 보강한 3차원 직조형 복합재료를 통하여 강도, 손상 내구성, 충격 및 피로 하중을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 자동화된 직조 공정에 의하여 단일 구조 near-net-shape의 프리폼 제조가 가능하기 때문에 공정 단축, 체결 부품 감소로 복합재료 전체 가격을 절감할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 3차원 직조형 복합재료의 항공기 구조물 적용 가능성을 확인하기 위하여 3차원 프리폼의 기본적인 구조인 orthogonal(ORT), layer-to-layer(LTL), through-the-thickness(TTT) 패턴을 직조하고 이를 복합재료로 성형하여 압축 시험, 인장 시험, Open-hole 인장 시험을 하였다. 이 중 orthogonal 직조 복합재료가 인장 및 압축 탄성계수와 강도 모두 가장 높았으며 노치 민감도에서도 orthogonal 복합재료가 일방향 적층복합재료나 패브릭 적층 복합재료에 비하여 가장 우수한 특성을 보였다.

격자형 CFRP 보강재의 격자간격에 따른 콘크리트 부착거동에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Concrete Bond Behavior According to Grid Spacing of CFRP Grid Reinforcement)

  • 최근 구조물의 사용연한이 증가함에 따라 다양한 요인에 의해 철근이 부식되어 구조물의 내하력이 감소하는 문제들이 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 내식성, 경량성, 고인장강도를 갖는 FRP 보강근의 부착특성에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행중이나, 콘크리트에 매립된 격자형 CFRP 보강재의 부착특성에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 격자형 CFRP 보강재를 철근의 대체재로 사용하고 사용성 측면에서 부착특성을 평가하기 위해, 격자형 CFRP 보강재의 종방향 부착길이와 횡방향 격자길이를 변수로 하여 직접인발시험을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 격자형 CFRP 보강재의 부착하중-슬립 곡선을 도출하였으며, 부착거동을 분석하였다. 총 부착하중 식은 종방향 부착길이의 부착력과 횡방향 격자의 전단력의 합으로 제안하였으며, 부착하중-슬립곡선의 면적을 전체 일로 표현하여 슬립량에 대한 에너지 소산량의 변화를 분석하여 횡방향 격자가 부착력에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검토하였다.

  • 제트 전투기의 항공전자 시스템 아키텍처 개발 경향은 서브 시스템 구성요소 기능의 디지털화, RF 센서 공유의 증가, 광섬유 채널 네트워크, 그리고 모듈화된 통합 구조이다. 5세대 제트 전투기(F-22, F-35)의 항공전자 시스템 아키텍처는 컴퓨팅 기능 통합과 RF 통합 센서 시스템 기반인 통합 모듈형 항공전자 시스템으로 발전했다. 제트 전투기의 통합 항공전자 시스템은 전투기의 전투력 향상, 내결함성 및 제어 용이성을 제공해야한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 5세대 제트 전투기의 항공전자 시스템 아키텍처 분석을 통해 차세대 제트 전투기의 항공전자 시스템 아키텍처의 방향과 요구사항을 제시한다. 차세대 통합 모듈화 항공전자 시스템 아키텍처 요구사항들의 핵심 과제는 주요 구성 장치와 센서들을 항공기에 통합하는 플랫폼을 구축하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 즉, 차세대 전투기의 아키텍처는 시스템의 표준화와 개방형 인터페이스를 통한 각 서브 시스템의 센서통합, 기능요소 통합, 네트워크 통합이며 조종사와 전투기의 일체화로 고자율적 대응 및 제어능력 향상에 있다.

Quantum annealing을 통한 hybrid composite의 두께 방향 열전도 특성 개선 (Improving Through-thickness Thermal Conductivity Characteristic of Hybrid Composite with Quantum Annealing)

  • 본 연구에서는 탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱(CFRP)에 얇은 구리 필름(Cu film)이 배치된 hybrid composite이 제안되었으며, 두께방향 열전도도가 최대가 될 수 있는 Cu film 배치조합을 도출하는데 양자 어닐링(Quantum Annealing)이 적용되었다. CFRP의 각 ply와 Cu film간의 상관관계 분석이 유한요소 해석을 통해 수행되었으며, 수행된 결과를 바탕으로 조합 최적화 문제가 정의되었다. 정의된 문제를 양자 어닐링에 임베딩하기 위한 공식화 과정이 진행되었으며 이를 통해 CFRP의 각 ply에 투입될 수 있는 Cu film 수량에 관한 목적함수와 제약조건이 수식으로 구현되었다. 공식화된 수식은 D-Wave 양자 어닐러에 임베딩되기 위해 Ocean SDK(software development kit)와 Leap을 통해 프로그래밍 되었으며, 양자 어닐링 과정을 통해 두께 방향 열전도도가 최대를 만족하는 최적의 Cu film 배치 조합이 도출되었다. 도출된 배치 조합은 투입될 수 있는 Cu film의 수량이 적어질수록 단순한 배치 형태를 나타내었으며, 수량이 많아질수록 세밀한 배치를 보였다. Cu film의 배치 수량에 따라 생성된 최적 조합들은 두께 방향으로의 고유 열전도 경로를 나타내었으며, Cu film의 횡방향 배치 자유도가 두께 방향 열전도도 결과에 민감하게 나타날 수 있음을 보였다.

슬관절 전외측인대의 해부학, 생역학, 수술법 및 임상적 결과 (Anterolateral Ligament of the Knee: Anatomy, Biomechanics, Techniques, and Clinical Outcome)

  • 전방십자인대 재건술은 슬관절 수술 중에서 흔하게 시행되는 수술 중 한가지이나 해부학 및 생역학에 대한 이해가 증가하여 수술 기법의 다양한 변화가 있었음에도 수술 실패는 7%-16% 정도로 보고되고 있어 회전 불안정성에 대한 관심은 지속적으로 강조되고 있다. 최근 들어 전외측인대가 회전 불안정성에 대한 2차적인 지지 구조물로 많은 관심을 받고 연구되고 있다. 하지만 아직까지 전외측인대의 해부학적 형태, 생역학 및 임상 결과에 있어서 논란이 있다. 전외측인대는 대퇴골 외상과 부위에서 경골 근위부의 Gerdy's 결절과 비골 골두 사이에서 슬관절 전외측으로 주행하는 구조물로 알려져 있으며 생역학적 연구에서 경골의 내회전에 따라 전외측인대의 긴장도가 증가하는 슬관절 회전안정성에 기여를 하는 구조물로 알려져 있다. 전외측인대 손상의 진단은 신체검사, 방사선적 검사, 자기공명영상 등의 다양한 검사를 이용하여 종합적으로 판단하며 그중 주로 pivot-shift 검사와 자기공명영상의 결과를 종합하여 진단하게 된다. 최근에는 장경인대의 Kaplan 섬유 등과 같이 전외측인대 복합체로 판단하기도 하며 그 구조물들의 손상여부를 각각 고려하기도 한다. 치료에 있어서 다양한 수술법이 소개되어 사용되고 있고, 연구마다 다른 수술의 적응증을 제시하고 있는 실정으로 최근의 임상적 연구에서 회전 불안정성에 있어 긍정적인 효과를 보고하였지만 앞으로 더 많은 연구가 진행되어야 전외측인대를 강화하는 외측 강화 술식의 유용성에 대한 정확한 평가가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

치주인대 신장에 의한 치아의 급속 견인 시 성견 치주조직의 변화 (Histological Periodontal Tissue Reaction to Rapid Tooth Movement by periodontal Distraction in Dogs)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 periodontal distraction을 통해 급속 견인된 치아의 치조골과 치주인대에서 일어나는 변화를 조직학적으로 관찰하고, 치주조직이 정상적으로 재생될 수 있는지를 규명하는 것이다. 4 마리의 성견을 대상으로 하여, 좌우 상악 제2소구치를 발치 후에 상악 제1소구치 원심측 치간골에 홈을 주는 치조골 수술을 통해 골 저항을 약화시키고 제1소구치와 제3소구치에 periodontal distraction 장치를 장착하였다. 장치는 0.225mm씩, 하루에 2회 활성화시키며 상악 제1소구치를 발치와 공간으로 급속 견인하였다. 치아의 급속 견인은 5 일, 10 일, 20 일간 시행하였으며, 20 일간 견인한 대상에서는 2 주, 4 주, 8 주 후까지 유지기간을 두었다. 20 일간의 periodontal distraction을 통해 상악 제1소구치는 평균 5.02mm 원심 이동하였고, 고정원인 제3소구치는 0.58mm 근심 이동하였다. 조직학적 검사에서 distraction된 치주인대 공간에서는 골 재생과 개조가 빠르게 일어나, 견인 10일에 유골조직이 치아의 견인방향에 평행하게 생성되었고, 새로운 골 조직의 형성과 골 개조를 통한 골 성숙은 periodontal distraction 방향을 따라 활발히 진행되었으며, 이는 다른 골의 distraction osteogenesis에서 나타나는 결과와 비슷하였다. 급속 견인된 치아의 치주인대는 상당히 넓게 나타났고, 교원섬유와 치아간의 정상 관계는 급속 견인이 끝난 후 2주에 나타나기 시작하여 8주에 거의 회복되었다. 그러나, 치주인대의 골 쪽에서는 치아 급속 견인 후 8주까지도 새로운 골이 계속 형성되고 있었고, 교원섬유속이나 Sharpey 섬유는 보이지 않았다. 고정원으로 이용된 치아 주위의 조직반응은 통상적인 교정치료에서와 같이 압박 측에서의 골 흡수와 신장 측에서의 골 형성 소견을 나타냈다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때, periodontal distraction을 통한 치아의 급속 견인 시, 치주인대 조직은 잘 반응하여 치주조직의 재생이 활발히 일어남을 알 수 있었다.

실험적 전치 정출시 원숭이 하악 치주 조직의 변화 (HISTOLOGIC CHANGES IN MANDIBULAR PERIODONTIUM OF THE MONKEY FOLLOWING EXPERIMENTAL EXTRUSION OF ANTERIOR TEETH)

  • 본 연구는 영구치열이 완성된 원숭이 2마리를 실험 동물로 선정하여 전치간 수직 고무와 연속 호선에 의한 개교 치료 기전으로 수직피개도가 증가하였을 때, 하악 치주 조직의 조직학적 변화를 고찰하였다. 상악에 구치부 교합거상판을 장착시켜 일시적인 전치부 개교 상태를 유발하면서 상악을 고정원으로 안정화하였고, 하악에는 양측 제2대구치를 발거한 후 나머지 모든 치아에 주조금관을 제작하였다. 각 주조금관에 018inch 표준 브라켓을 납착하여 구내 고정하고, 대조동물에는 $016{\times}022$inch의 ideal archwire를, 실험동물에는 같은 크기의 MEAW(multiloop edgewise archwire)를 삽입하였다. 2주 동안 전치간 수직 고무를 적용하고 희생하였으며, 하악 치주 조직 표본을 관찰한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 2주간의 실험 기간 동안 수직피개도는 대조동물에서 0.3mm, 실험동물에서 1.3mm 증가되었다. 2. 대조동물과 실험동물 모두 중절치로부터 제1소구치까지는 정출력을 받고, 제2소구치와 제1대구치는 압하력을 받은 것으로 나타났다. 3. 실험동물의 정출된 하악 절치부 치주인대는 대조군에 비하여 견인 방향에 따른 섬유 구조의 재배열이 두드러지고, 치근단과 치조정부 및 치근 측면 치조골에서 신생골 형성이 현저하였다. 4. 실험동물의 정출된 하악 절치부 치주인대의 견인력이 분포한 영역에서 과도한 치근 흡수나 초자양 변성은 관찰되지 않았다. 5. 전치부와 구치부의 치조골면에서의 골개조 현상이 대조동물에 비해서 실험동물에서 더 뚜렷하였다.

한국 고리수의 역사와 원형기술의 복원 연구 (A Study on History and Archetype Technology of Goli-su in Korea)

  • 고리수는 편결(編結)과 금속공예의 기술이 접목된 새로운 형식의 수법(繡法)이다. 실올끼리 고리를 서로 엮어가며 공간상(空間上)에서 들떠 있어 마치 투조(透彫)와 같은 느낌을 준다. 수놓은 천에는 금박(金箔)이나 금실과 같은 황금 재질을 삽입하여 화려한 광택을 표현하고 있다. 이러한 특징은 고리수가 서구의 레이스워크(lacework) 공예와 그 형태 및 기법이 유사하면서도 가장 다른 점이다. 10세기 고려 초기, 강원도 월정사의 동자문수향갑낭(童子紋繡香匣囊)에서 고리수의 결구원(結構元) 무늬를 통해 초창기 자취를 발견할 수 있다. 조선 중기 왜란 시(1592, 선조 25년), 고리수 유물은 일본으로 약탈되어 '고려번(高麗幡)'이라고 불리며, 지금은 탁의(卓衣)의 형태로 개조되어 전한다. 19세기의 연대와 출처가 확실한 조선시대 궁수(宮繡) 베갯모에는 삼각무늬의 금박지(金箔紙)를 삽입하여 노란색 누에실을 엮어 짠 고리 감기수가 완벽하게 보존되어 있다. 고리수의 침법(針法)을 크게 분류하면, '고리수', '고리 감기수', '고리 새김수'의 3가지로 나눌 수 있다. 10세기경 초기 단계에서 13세기까지 고리수는 여러 침법으로 변화하며 점차 2~3가지의 입체적인 색채를 사용하였다. 고리수는 중세 이후 서양에서 비약적 발전을 보이며 고귀한 수공예로 알려진 레이스 짜기와 유사한 결구원을 지녔는데, 우리나라에서는 이미 10세기경 혹은 그 이전부터 편결과 금속공예가 접목된 복합적 공예 양식으로 탄생하여 천년 동안이나 그 수법(繡法)을 지속적으로 사용했다. 본 연구를 통해 한국에서 19세기 자수 베갯모에 고리수가 여전히 사용되고 있음을 밝혔다. 아울러 이러한 연구의 성과를 토대로 고리수의 원형기술을 복원했다. 그리고 '중요무형문화재 제80호' 기능보유자 한상수 자수장과 조선시대 고리수 유물들을 재현했다. 고리수 자수품은 편결과 금속공예의 황금세공기술이 자수공예와 접목하여 탄생된 전통과학기술의 복합적 산물(産物)이다. 이것을 계승과 창조의 새로운 방향으로 자수, 편결, 직조, 염색 등 기타 공예 관련 산업 분야에 확대 응용한다면, 의료(衣料)와 패션, 장식공예, 미술 디자인 등에 고급 부가가치의 신기술로 개발되어 활용될 수 있다. 또한 다른 공예기술과도 상호 보완된다면, 표현 영역의 확대와 더불어 다양한 예술적 조형미를 추구할 수 있어 우리의 삶에서 더욱 풍부한 미적 생활을 공유하게 되리라고 본다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm.
