The interior designs and architectures are definitely important to the disabled because it could improve their independence considerably. Although the design is meaningless if for each disabled's symptom is not considering, the research on design to support detail symptom of each disabled is insufficient. This paper studies the bathroom in house for the disabled of hemiplegia after a stroke. The bathrooms is important space that cause many unnecessary activities and accidents without carefulness. Study method makes framework through principle of universal design and feature of hemiplegia after a stroke. We visit three places where the disabled live in and used qualitative analysis. After checking the present condition of the bathroom, a request and necessity of the disabled through observation and semi-structured interview. According to the result of this study, the obstruction factors were increased when the disabled try to use both hands or to reach and pick up objects, to move and to assist the severe disabled in the bathroom. Finally this study suggests design guidelines based on principle of universal design and factors for better bathroom design for the disabled.

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems that a current day care center has by analyzing the space arrangement, and to come up with the suggestion that would improve the arrangement along with the interior design of the day care center by studying the usage of materials, colors, lightings and furniture. The result of this study to follow problems were identified. 1. Classrooms also served as sleeping areas, therefore those two areas needed to be separated. 2. The kitchen was too small for the number of children. So they need separated kitchen and dining room. 3. The day care center remodeled from the ordinary house was wrose than other facilities in material, color pattern and design for child-care. 4. A lot of fluorescent light and bulb were used without enough windows to let natural sunlight in. 5. The restroom was so small that it caused uncomfortability to children. Based on the problems above, we could reach to a following conclusion. Use of primary colors could brighten the image of a room, and feature or creative arrangement of furniture may make it intriguing. With the increase in the expectation and attention to the young kids, the facilities should change according to them and be designed for the children. It is needed to study about whether the space and the elements of the emotional image were applied properly.

The considerable increase of the elderly with dementia is expected annually and when we think about the family members' and the patients' suffering, it could be painful. Above all things, it imposes heavy economic burdens on the family members that have patients who suffer from diseases of age like dementia or paralysis that caring them at home and also, it is not desirable for those old people in point of physical or environmental circumstances for medical care. Thus, it is needed urgently that the expansion of specified facilities and improvement of services for these old people. Under this present condition, it is the special feature that the subject of research is people/facilities that offer services, not the elderly with dementia-the main user of those facilities. Thus, it is the time that we need various accessing plans that can grasp the patiences' activities and specialties and solve these problems in view of designing interior space. So, I tried to make designs that manage the elderly with dementia effectively and adequate to run facilities with considerations on the state of domestic specialized long-term care facilities for the elderly with dementia and researched guiding principles on physical healing surroundings with analysis that focused on the patients' activities, especially.

The development of information & communication technology in 21st century along with the mass media In 20th century, the influence of state-of-art culture in our society rapidly increased in these days. This state-of-art culture makes the world becomes single-channeled by network, and there is a big change not only in human life but also in concept and understand for art and space. The development of digital paradigm and media technology is exerting a strong influence on the Ubiquitous computing environment that is being drawn great interest. The ubiquitous is concerned as expansion of media art, and the interactive art which is part of media art has the similarity with the ubiquitous computing environment. In this study, the possibility of connection between the territory of ubiquitous environment which is recently focused and has strong interrelation feature, and the territory of interacting will be examined. Furthermore, possibility of new space design work through seeking the possibility of connection between two territories will be estimated.

Aging society appears immediate social problem in Korea. Housing for aging is required independent and comfortable housing life to live considering about feature of elderly. It is necessary field to prepare. Aged person who suffers the aging process several stages gets changing weak, so living environment is important aging person aspect of social, psychological and physical point. Finally, aged person living together requires facilities for the naturally communicating and active things. Community of aged person required organization of space for keeping independence and connection with each other. According to space of community, housing for aging should have a different access route. In conclusion, congregate housing of the elderly should be planed organization of space to be solved anxiety and tension and to be aware of joining the community.

Generally, Aluminum is superior to durability, light, and characteristics of the material are embossed luminant. So, these characteristics of aluminum will be used automobile interior parts by aluminum injection moulding. Especially, The external of Aluminum plate is engraved differing pattern by roller working. This working can use any longer and be seen gracefully. This is the reason why aluminum insert moulding is used. This feature of research can be characterized by simple process to customize aluminum sheet of blanking and forming process with internal parts of configuration if products are injected by aluminum sheet. Besides, to analysis completed Automobile interior parts to be concerned volumetric shrinkage, best gate location, fill time analysis and so on through the mold-flow before the aluminum insert moulding is worked.

In this paper we propose a new method for the recognition of 2-D partially occluded objects. The border of the object is transformed to a curve in arc length-accumulated interior angle plane. The transformed curve of an image is partitioned so that each segment is bounded by the concave interior angles. In order to tolerate shape distortion due to the polygonal approximation of the boundary of the object a group of feature points of the input image are matched with those of model views. The estimation method for positions and orientations of the identified objects objects is presented.

Nowadays great changes arises from the digital environment and technology. And Also, our living environment are changes very rapidly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics and trends of future housing reference to ubiquitous housing cases in U.S.A, Japan and Korea. From these cases, reorganized ubiquitous-apartment elements are suitable to our housing environment. To search them, it is investigated to 4 ubiquitous housing examples, such as Aware Home, Toyota's PAPI, samsung raemian's housing gallery and GS E&C's apartment. In this study, we could get types and characteristics and planning elements of ubiquitous housings. The findings showed that many kinds of common network systems were suggested and were acted in limited spaces. In conclusion, it was considered as the one of the most suitable future housing type that had a special feature of the demands of residence and life with free accessibility of information and data. Especially, it is necessary to prepare for coming aging society.

The attempt to find the origin of Post-modern aesthetics from the Middle Ages is easy to perceive the thinking system of contemporary design. The Middle Ages showed that things and God's relation were symbolized all things were connected with analogical ideas as mysticism(alchemy, gnosticism), and God's world was represented with the metaphor. While the hybrid style of Post-modern architecture expressed that the rationalism was opposed to Ideology, partly, the idea of irrational with mysterious, also unscientific with analogical discourse . And the Symbolism of Post-Modern Design is means of popular Communication. Exactly, the common feature of ideology with pre-rationalism and anti-rationalism are against the dominated ideology in present. year in Europe and Asia. Therefore the introduction of new ships continues at a great rate. There is a definite trend toward either large ships or smaller, more luxurious vessels in cruise industry. The day to design and build the large cruise vessel is coming to Korean shipyards, sooner or later. The most important thing to design large cruise vessel is to have a correct comprehension about the feature of cruise vessel, especially of the passenger accommodation area in cruise vessel. This paper is on the spatial features of the passenger accommodation area in cruise vessel. General arrangement drawings, deck plans and technical data of the newest large cruise ships are analysed to understand the spatial features and induce the direction of space planning of passenger accommodation area for the large cruise ship of tomorrow.
