Evaluating a project is one of the key activities in managing projects, and thus it should be implemented as a part of the entire project management system. However, currently deployed systems suffer from deficiencies such as the lack of supporting distributed environment and integrity problems. Web service technology, which enables applications to work inter-operatively under a distributed computing environment, is said to solve such problems. In this paper, the web service technology is applied to evaluation management systems. The process of evaluation is designed based on the web service, data is modeled and a pilot system is implemented to test the feasibility of the technology to the domain of project evaluation.

There is a increasing trend in disaster occurrence due to steep-slope failures in urban area during typhoon and torrential rain season in Korea. The underlying hazards that cause slope failure are mainly linked with urbanization and industrialization. To minimize the disaster damages by slope failure, objective and unified evaluation approached are desired. Since currently available evaluation checklists are developed for specific purposed, there is a limitation to adapt those checklists for stability evaluation in natural terrain. This study proposes an improved evaluation checklist based on the comparison of previous checklists and applicability and feasibility are analyzed implementing field application.

It has been debating on the performance evaluation of professional construction management (PCM) services since its introduction to Taiwan's construction industry more than a decade ago. Several evaluation systems were proposed by previous researchers. However, there has no comparison study been conducted for the feasibility, effectiveness, and appropriateness of these systems to the performance management (PM) of practical PCM services. This paper is intended for this end to compare the existing PCM performance evaluation systems in Taiwan. A real world design/build (D/B) building project was selected for case study. The result of case study concludes and compares the pro's and con's of the three systems. At the end, it recommends strategies for selecting the most appropriate PCM performance evaluation for PCM services.

본 논문은 공공부문에서 정보화사업의 타당성 검토 방법론을 비교분석하고 문제점을 도출하여 문제점 극복방안을 제시한다. 기존의 방법론이 재무적 성과에 중점을 두고 있는 반면에 가치 중심의 평가를 제안하고 특히 EA 기반의 타당성 검토방법이 더욱 합리적이고 포괄적인 방법임을 제시한다.

개발형 건설프로젝트의 성공은 사업초기단계에서 얼마나 정확히 프로젝트의 타당성을 분석하고 예측하는가에 달려 있다. 그러나 건설프로젝트는 매우 다양하고 각 프로젝트별로 고려되는 요소들도 각기 다르게 적용된다. 또한, 다양한 주변의 환경요인으로 인해 프로젝트의 타당성을 사업초기단계에서 예측하는 것이 어려운 경우가 많다. 본 연구는 개발형 프로젝트중 공동주택 개발사업의 사업타당성 분석에 필요한 분석 대상항목 및 평가기준 설정을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 분석 대상항목 및 평가기준설정을 위해 관련 전문가를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하여 각 분석 대상항목별 중요도에 의한 가중치를 산정하여 타당성 분석 평가기준을 마련하는데 이용토록 한다. 제시된 사업 타당성 분석 대상항목과 평가항목의 평가범위 기준설정은 사업타당성 분석업무 수행에 있어 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

Background: This study was to confirm the effect and feasibility of knee extension assist orthosis (KEAO) on balance and gait in subacute stroke patients. Design: Case study. Methods: The subjects of the study were 4 subacute stroke patients, who had an onset period of less than 6 months. The limit of stability (LOS) and berg balance scale (BBS), timed up and go test (TUG) were used to verify the dynamic balance ability, static balance ability, and gait ability pre and post and after wearing the knee extension assist orthosis (KEAO). In addition, the satisfaction survey was to confirm the feasibility of the knee extension assist orthosis (KEAO) through the to Korean quebec user evaluation of satisfaction assistive technology 2.0 (K-QUEST 2.0). Results: After the wearing on KEAO, the distance for the limit of stability decreased by mean 541.25±240.46 mm2, and the score on the berg balance scale improved by mean 5±2.71 point, and the time for the timed up and go test deceased by mean 3.75±1.71 second. The stability and durability were found to be full score, and the control, ease, effectiveness were some high score, and the size, weight, comfort were some low score in the satisfaction and feasibility. Conclusion: The knee extension assist orthosis (KEAO) produce in this study was improved the static balance ability, dynamic balance ability and gait ability of subacute stroke patients, and the satisfaction and feasibility were high in the stability, durability and effectiveness of the user.

본 연구에서는 고로슬래그의 원료인 수쇄슬래그를 Ball mill로 분말도에 다양한 변화를 주어 제조한 다음 종전에 진행되었던 Hydrometer를 이용한 비중계법 콘크리트 조기 강도 추정의 원리를 적용하여 BS의 분말도 품질을 저렴하면서도 간편하고 신속하게 평가함으로써 BS 분말도 수입검사에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 함에 있어 그 가능성을 분석하고자 하였다. 실험 결과 BS의 분말도가 클수록 액체밀도계의 침하시간이 지연되는 것으로 나타났으며, 3분의 혼탁액 밀도와 분말도의 상관관계 회귀식 y = 198 120 x - 193 936(R=0.9398)을 활용할 시 BS 분말도의 신속한 품질평가가 가능할 것으로 판단되었다. 따라서 레미콘 인수검사에서 BS의 분말도 품질 신속평가로 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법을 적용할 경우 저렴하고 간단하며 신속하게 BS 분말도 평가가 가능할 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다.
